Those who love their Instant Pot really love it, and for good reason: It combines several kitchen appliances in one and also cooks many things much faster than you could using any other method. Maybe you just got one for Christmas, and you’re eager to start using it. But if you start searching Google for Instant Pot recipes, you’re quickly going to become overwhelmed—there are so many! Don’t worry, I’ve scoured the Internet for the simplest Instant Pot recipes across ten different categories. No matter your diet restrictions or preferences, there’s bound to be at least a few recipes on this list that make it into your regular rotation!

(Note: Almost all of these recipes include the words “Instant Pot” or “Pressure Cooker” in the title. To avoid redundancy, I’ve taken those words out of the recipe titles, but rest assured that these are all recipes for your Instant Pot!)
