Through today at CVS the Pampers limit seems to have raised to 10!  This deal ends tonight though so head out now if you want any.

To make sure you are going to get your ECB’s I would recommend buying them one at a time.  If at any point the ECB’s don’t print then return that one pack.

What’s the Deal?

$3 ECB wyb Pampers Diapers Jumbo pk or Easy Ups $8.97 Limit 10??
-$1.50 off Pampers Diapers or Pants, PG 2/07
-$1.50 off Pampers Easy Ups Trainers, PG 2/07
-$1.50 off Pampers Extra Protection Diapers, PG 2/07
-$2 off Pampers Swaddlers, Cruisers or Extra Protection Diapers, PG 2/21 or RP 3/14

(makes it $3.97-$4.47 ea)

How do you know what the limit is?
If you have reached the limit you will see:
**Pampers Offer limit Reached**

(thanks Sarah!)

This is confirmed in a few areas across the country and was supposedly tweeted by CVS directly.

I got a CVS coupon for $4.50 off a box of pampers earlier this week from the price checker/coupon machine and they took it for my diapers even though I didn't purchase a box. It was a sweet day for the diaper deal.

    • Jenny

can you buy them all at once, or do you have to do them individually like before????

      • Sarah

the manger at my store told me about the increase when I went to return my third pack from earlier this week because they wouldn't give me my ECBs for the third pack of diapers. When I went in he gave me the ECBs for the third pack and I bought 3 more packs at $8.97 with (3) -$2 off coupons and the ECBs I made this week -$15 ECBs I only paid $7.58 for three packs of diapers and made $9 ECB for huggies this week. I would check first to see if the limit was increased but it worked for me to buy all three in the same purchase.

    • Gabe

I found “clearance” pampers packs at CVS today marked $4.49 each. Only thing was that the employee rang them up by hand at “taxable item”. I should have said somthing but I didn't so no ECB but still a good deal with the coupons I had. They were pampers cruisers and had more diapers per pack than the “new” packaging.

      • kellylherring

That's the only way those can be rung up Gabe. Those were discontinued ones and if the cashier scans the bar code, it will come up the regular price which was $17 something!

    • Huh?? I just got back from CVS, and my receipt said limit 2. Maybe the register hadn't caught up yet.

      • sarah

I bought 3 more today for a totat of 6 and my receipt says quantity toward this reward 5. quantity needed to earn reward 1. and I bought 6 total so I am not sure the manger said 10 but I only had coupons for 6.

    • mrscouponchristy

Yep…its true! I also got the $4.50 off a box of pampers AND a $2 off a $10 baby purchase! In total I bought 4 pkgs of Pampers and spent $6.19 (real money)!!! It was a fabulous day!!!

    • I was just up there and the manager told me about this special…. I purchased 10 packs and got a single $30 ECB back :o)

      • Yacoomba

I was wondering if I could get several in one transaction without having to purchase one by one, I have about four coupons left that expire this month for pampers so this is good!!! Thanks for sharing :-)

      • alissabeth

        That's a big ECB!

      • Heayou30

        WOW!! That is GREAT!!

    • heather

I got the $4.50 coupon for the “box” of Pampers, too. Anybody want to weigh in on whether or not you think it's OK to use it on the regular packages? I'll go out and use it tonight if it's OK to use it on the packages and not the big boxes. Jenny, if you see this in time, will you tell us what you think?

      • sarah

I used it and they didn't say anything and it worked perfectly. I say if it works and scans its fine, if not they will say something and you kindly say I'll save it for next time.

    • Meredith

I have bought 10 packs this week. On my last pack, it didn't yet say Limit Reached. So, maybe the possibilities are endless, but I ran out of coupons….

      • Yacoomba

Did you do all one transaction too?

        • Meredith

I did it in about 4 or 5 transactions b/c I had a $5/$25 and $2/$10 in baby care coupons to use. I got ECBs for all 10 packs. Figured with and the ECBs and store coupons, CVS gave me $41 off 10 packs of diapers and that's not counting the manufacturer's q's I had

          • Yacoomba

I ended up doing it all in one transaction; the cashier even inquired where did I get all the coupons from (only had four total). He's expecting (well his wife is at the end of May and he wanted to know how to save $$$ on diapers) go figure huh. I've got the $2/$10 coupon and a $4.50 off Pampers box CRT I'm waiting to use on that get $10 back when you buy $25 on baby products that's happening first full week of April for CVS… I saw the ad and the box of diapers is going to be on sale (all sizes) for $19.99. A $5/$25 would be nice for that week coupled w/ the coupons I will have.

            • Sillysuuee

I haven't used CVS yet for diapers and I'm reading all these great deals but I am curious, when you say a box is going on sale for $19.99, how many diapers is that??? I am currently getting my size 5 diapers for $12 a box with 70 diapers in it. I've never bought pampers or huggies and I don't have a lot of coupons for them, but I think that I am missing the boat on this on. If people are spending 3 or 4 dollars for a “pack” but they only have 20 diapers in them, then I am still doing better.
Any suggestions or quantities per box would really help me grasp this one. Thanks.

            • liveoak1900

I've recently discovered CVSing – here's what I've done. Huggies special – 2/17.98. Right now there is a $5 ECB for Huggies. I had two Huggies coupons for $3 each. I'm buying size 3, so there are 36 in a pack.

My first purchase totaled $12,89 with tax, and I got the $5 ECB. Today, i went back and purchased two more packs with two additional $3 coupons. My cost was $8.44 with tax and the ECB.

So, you pay $12 for 70, that's roughly $.17 / diaper. If you compare that to what i've done, paid $21.33 for 144, or $.14 / diaper. That's about 20% less than what you are paying.

But you have to also consider that once you start building ECBs from buying items you will use, you can realize an even lower cost.

Are you missing the boat? Not entirely. Could you possibly be buying diapers and other baby products a whole lot cheaper? Potentially…you just have to watch the sales and collect the manufacturer's coupons!

            • sillysuuee

thank you for giving me the breakdown with the package counts. it does help me to see that I can get the “name brands” as cheap but getting those coupons are the key. everytime I try to get the coupon that is suppose to be at coupons.com, it says “print limit reached”
I'll try again this month. thanks again.

    • Ashleigh

I had 12 coupons and bought 12 packs and my receipt still did not “print limit reached”. I ran out of coupons so couldn't try anymore.

    • mariek

Went to the Clemson rd. location in Columbia SC. I got 3 packs and it still didn't say limit reached. I didn't have any more Q's though. I did get a Q for $2 off any $10 baby purchase. Printed when I scanned my card at the coupon machine.

      • alli

i got the $2 off $10 baby purchase too, i was able to use it with the pampers deal tonight by having them scan my diapers, THEN my CVS card…that way the $10 limit was met and i could use the coupon and stil get the discount with the CVS card

      • alissabeth

Save it for Huggies next week!

    • jessc5

Jenny…..YOU ARE THE BESTEST!!!!!! Thank you for everything you do!!!!

    • alli

After reading about this deal, i went to my CVS tonight for more pampers. The scanner printed out a $2 off $10 in baby stuff tonight!! So, they scanned my pampers ($11.99 before CVS sale), THEN my CVS card, then they accepted the $2 off $10, and my $3 of ECBs from previous pampers purchase, $2 off pampers coupon, then still got off the $3.02 with my CVS card!!! total due: $2.39, and I still got my $3 ECBs!!!

    • wendylaine

do these roll. lke can i use the ECBs from the first pack to buy part of the second pack?

      • Yep!

        • wendylaine

          thanks so much jenny

    • Marina115

Question kind of off the topic. But I wasn't sure where else to ask. I have several Similac and Good Start $5 coupons that I want to give away. But they have my name on them and I wasn't sure if someone else was allowed to use them. Thanks for the info! And if you're interested in trading, email me at marinka115@hotmail.

      • sarah

I babysit a little girl and I get them for her mom and the mom uses them all the time. I have heard of grandparents signing up for them to give to the parents also.

      • Marina115

UPDATE: I've already given them away to the first people who emailed me. Sorry!

    • brodybugsmomma

I have a 3 year old that is already potty trained and a deal like this makes me want another one. LOL! My son was potty trained before I learned about this website. I can only imagine the amount of money I wasted paying full price on diapers and pull ups for 3 years. Diapers can really break your budget if you are not careful.

    • ivegotcutekids

Just got back from CVS after reading this post. Bought 12 packs (I have 2 babies) without problem and got ECB's with each. With my $2 coupons worked out to about $55 for the 12 packs. Love CVS right now! The cashier said that the deal ends at midnight tonight.

    • mrsembee

Jenny, your blog is awesome. I started CVSing today for the first time and felt very prepared. In order to get the best deal, I had 6 separate transactions! The clerk said “We're very coupon friendly here, don't worry one bit!” I'll definitely be returning to that CVS in the future.

    • Kat

there are usually $1.50/1 coupons on the back of cherios boxes too

    • Angela P

DANG! Aren't you all so lucky. I did the 3 deal yesterday, but I just got home tonight to see this. I do not live close enough to go to a CVS. Bummer for me.

    • Heayou30

I bought 12 packs as well and it still do not say “print limit reached”. CRAZY!! I was out of coupons but I might have been able to just keep buying them until the cows came home! I stocked up on diapers for baby shower gifts because they had already sold out of my little girl's size. :) Thanks for the update Jenny!

      • flower_mom

I just bought 23 packs (all in separate transactions), and it still said I could buy more! Each time it just said one more to reach the limit…An hour and a half to go…I wish there were more CVS near me! :o) I'm stocked on diapers for awhile.
A big high five to all the employees at the Calera, AL CVS…You guys are great!!!

        • Yacoomba

I wonder if the Huggies for this weeks sale will go the same way as this Pampers of darn near being unlimited has (lol).

    • Catherine

Heh, just got back from CVS and bought two packs of Pampers and two packs of Huggies, since they were set up for next week's sale too.. and paid $6. Thrilled!

    • mglooney

Hey. I know this is off topic, but I need an answer to my question. I received the $7 off $15 CVS coupon for Revlon make-up. Revelon make-up is going to BOGO this coming week. Does anyone know if I can use to $1 off coupons for 2 products since they are BOGO? Any help would be appreciated so that I can plan ahead.

      • rydergal

Yes, you can use $1/1 MQ on each item you buy, regardless of how much (or how little, in the case of the free one) CVS charges you for it.

    • lillianp

I am new to all this couponing and deal making. What is an ECB?

    • mommaluv

Thanks for posting this!! I went in the store on Wednesday and I got a $2 CVS coupon off any $10 baby purchase. Then I got the bag of diapers for $8.97 (not realizing it wasn't the $10 in baby items), along with some other things… Used a $2 off Man. Pampers coupon and I got the $3 back in ECB. I got a pack of diapers for $1.97!! I was ecstatic. I went back and took the $19.97 box back to Walmart that I got, in hopes I'll find another great deal before we need more disposables (I use cloth mostly)!! Now if only I could find that kind of a deal on a thing of wipes :)

    • sillysuuee
