Part of stocking your pantry is having lots of versatile ingredients at the ready for your favorite recipes. I don’t know about you, but even though I strive to be organized, sometimes we run out of a key item or buy too much of something else. I’m all for being creative to use up extra bits and pieces…I just normally try not to do it when company is coming over.
Hungry Jack sent over a few of their most popular products and some out of the box recipe ideas too. The recipe that called my name is their Peanut Butter Buckeyes. These cute desserts incorporate two of my favorite ingredients: peanut butter and chocolate, and an unexpected surprise — Hungry Jack Instant Mashed Potatoes!
If you’ve been couponing a while, these are probably all ingredients you have on hand. And even though the recipe didn’t call for them, we can’t do dessert in our house without sprinkles….
My girls loved these and they had no idea there were mashed potatoes in them.
