It’s a lot easier to come up with healthy meals based on the produce sales during the summer when there is so much in season. Don’t forget, this is the time of year you want to buy a little extra and put it up in the freezer so you have extra options in the winter!
It’s also a great time of year to plant an herb garden. Plant fresh herbs like rosemary, thyme, cilantro, parsley and basil in small containers. Use them to add flavor to your dishes without adding any points!
