Get the New Disney Snow White for $0.95 starting Oct. 6th (if you have the older version). Here’s how:

  1. Join Disney Rewards
  2. Go to How it Works and Click on “Enter Code”
  3. Enter the UPC code from your Older version of Snow White
  4. Follow the steps to print a $10 off coupon on the new version (you can actually print 2)

These go on sale on October 6th and that week should be $15.95 at Wal-mart

  1. Now buy any Hefty Plate, Easy Grip Cup or Baggies product from 9/22/09-1/10/10
  2. Submit for a $5 rebate

These purchases do not have to be at the same time or the same store, so grab Hefty plates when they are B1G1 with a coupon for around .50 cents and you have a great deal!! I’m liking early Christmas shopping…

(thanks Sarah!)

    • Lori Davidson

I wish that I had the old one. The ex-wife took all the videos for the little one so that she could have them at her house. There’s no way that I’ll ask her for one, prefer to not talk unless I have to.

      Great post though…

Thanks for all that you do,

    • Nikki

Hmmm… it keeps telling me my code is not valid. :(

      • Linda

Be sure and include the smaller numbers on the far left and far right. It took my code from an 20 year old VHS tape!

        • Aimee

I used a 20 year old video tape too! Bought it at a yard sale and was getting ready to send to consignment!! Great deal!! Perfect for Christmas! I love SouthernSavers!!!!

    • Sheryl

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but if the price at walmart is $15.95 and we get a $10 off coupon, that makes it $5.95, how do you get $0.95? Please explain.

      • Christie

Follow up with the $5 rebate and there you go!

    • Natalie

Tried it twice with two different accounts and it keeps telling me my code is not valid…. any other suggestions??

    • Christie

      Try UPC code 786936150605

      • Thanks! It worked.

      • Greenpixie78

        Thank you so much!
It worked, I like collecting disney movies but in these hard times even that is a luxury. So Thank You!

    • Dawn

What worked for me was the UPC code, and my VHS tape is almost 20 years old. I just joined, entered the upc, printed 2 coupons by clicking the back button, took a short survey, and entered 2 more codes: one from High School Musical 3, and Cars, and earned 300 points. I checked the catalog and the 300 points that I earned can be redeemed for 30 free Snapfish prints!! AWESOME!!! I received the 50 free prints from snapfish with the last deal and I just uploaded 80 prints from CVS, and now these lovely 30 free prints, I really needed this!!!

I tried to enter other UPC codes from the other Disney reward movies that I have and have been unsuccessful, but that’s ok!

      • Em

Hey I was just cuorios where you found the survey to take?

        • Dawn

          To Em and Anda,
After I registered, and was logged in, I entered my upc for my old Snow White movie and then was given the option to take a short survey to earn more movie rewards.

          • Susan

I was not given the option but, instead, received an email welcoming me to Disney Rewards and a code for free 25 points. In that email, there was the option to take the short survey for 100 bonus points.

            • Dawn

you are absolutely right, I had forgotten about the email. Sorry. Then I tried entering other codes from movies that I had and it only took 2 of them, which earned me the other 200 points.

            • Anda

Well I am so jealous! :) I am glad that you guys are racking up!!!! Congrats!!!!

      • Anda

I would like to know where you took the survey as well. It would be nice to have some free prints :)

    • Sarah

      Use the UPC number

      • Dawn

Yes, try 717951524034, no dashes or spaces, I hope it helps.

    • Kimberly

The coupon is for the new DVD+BluRay combo pack – which means you get both. I am sure it is going to be more than the usual 15 dollar dvd…online it shows it is 39.99 — Just wanted to give a heads up!

      • I agree.. the coupons state “Blu-Ray AND dvd Combo pack” Blu-Ray definitely does not sell for 15.95 on sale. But still, it’s nice to get $10 off plus a $5 rebate.. so you’re still saving $15 off whatever the sale price for Blue-Ray is.

    • GG

On the Walmart website it shows the lowest dvd price to be $24.86?

    • Sarah

I found that if you try codes from other Disney movies, you also get the coupon. I believe I used the codes from Cinderella and The Little Mermaid. :)

      • Anda

Which verision of Cinderella did you use, DVD or VHS? I have a COLLECTION of VHS at my parents, but the UPC’s are not all working.

    • Bobbie

The last time I was in my Walmart, which has been a while, they would not accept computer coupons. You think I need to talk to the head mgr of the store or call corporate to see why? It seems other Walmarts take the computer coupons. Guess I’ll just go ahead and do both if I don’t get an answer from the store mgr.

      • Jen

My WalMart will not accept computer printed coupons either. I was told that it was their policy everywhere. I haven’t really shopped at WalMart for anything ever since I started using this site. It will be interesting to see if anybody is successful with them and which WalMart is taking them.

        • Lisa

My Wal-mart does accept printed coupons. Target usually marks their DVDs down the week they come out too so if your Wal-mart will not take it, go to Target instead! I used a coupon just like this for the Hannah Montana DVD and got it for really cheap the week it came out at Target. Good luck!

          • Tabitha

Also, Target now honors competitors’ ads- so if they don’t mark it down for some reason, take in your Walmart ad!

      • BRITTANY

They don’t take fraudualent online coupons and many cashiers have generalized that to be all online coupons. Print out the walmart coupon policy and take it in with you (dealseekingmom.com has a great walmart section). If they tried to tell you they don’t accept them show them the policy.

    • Andrea

The Diamond edition (which is blu-ray and a regular DVD) is at the minimum going to be $24.99 even at Walmart. The edition that will only be $15.95 will not be released till November. You can use this coupon now at the Disney Stores and reserve your movie for only $14.99 plus you get a limited edition original movie lithograph and a $20 coupon which you can then in turn use for the next presales coming out which are Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure and UP. You end up getting Snow White Diamond, Tinkerbell and UP for only 34.99 which would be the price of just one of the blu-rays. This is what we will be doing.

      • Great idea, Andrea. Can you do this online at the Disney Store? If so, can you provide the link?

        • renee

i went to disney.com and the movie is 24.99 and you get a 10.00 coupon. So not sure if I am looking at the right website or what.

I bwill just wait till oct 6 when it comes out in stores and go from there.

          • Makes sense. Thanks, Renee!

        • Andrea

If you do it through disneystore.com you only get $10 off a purchase but if you go through an actual disney store the coupon you get is $10 off any purchase or $20 off a $40 purchase.

      • Bobbie

I just purchased the Diamond Edition at Wal Mart for 19.96 this morning.

    • I used the UPC you suggested above, because my ISBN didn’t work either. The code y’all gave did work, but I STILL wonder why my valid ISBN code wasn’t accepted on my Snow White VCR tape? Does anyone know if we are supposed to enter the letter “ISBN” before the numbers, and do we use dashes? Thanks. I’d like to post about this on my website, http://www.bitsofwhitt.blogspot.com, but will only do so if it can work easily for others.

      • Sarah

I shared this with Jenny after I got an email from a Disney rep. and I misquoted to Jenny it is the UPC number and not the ISBN.

        • Whew. Thanks, Sarah!

    • Perhaps this only works with DVD or Blu-Ray releases, not VCR??? hmmm.

      • BRITTANY

It does I used an ancient version. Try the UPC Code not the ISBN, it should work.

    • Stephanie

The post at the top says it will be 15.95 the week of Oct 6th :)

    • paula

    • Sarah

I also have an ancient VCR copy – can someone explain what the UPC code is for me. It is a UK version and I wonder if it will work!

    • Evrey time I enter a code it says invalid. It seems to be only taking Magic codes & not the UPC code… Any suggestions?

      • Sarah

try the code that Christie listed 786936150605. Just copy and paste it into the enter code section.

    • Susan

Okay, here’s the best deal I can think of with this coupon. I just returned from our local Disney Store and did this. They are running the presale on the DVD/Blu-ray combo for $24.99, but you get a free lithograph and a $10 coupon on your next purchase–flat out $10, no minimum purchase (which kind of makes it feel like you’re paying $14.99 for the movie). Use the $10 off coupon, and you come out around $5.00 (out-of-pocket around $15 minus the $10 off next purchase). You would not be able to mail off for the $5 Hefty rebate, though, because that states your receipt has to say 10/6 or after. The deal with the $10 coupon on your next purchase is only on presales. As of 10/6, the combo pack will be $24.99 with no extra incentives. Hope this helps someone!

      • Heather

Don’t know if they have changed things, I don’t have a Disney store locally anymore, but usually they print you a new reciept on the day you come in to pick up the movie. That would have a good date on it

    • JEB

I saw in the new Walmart ad today that came in the mail, that the Snow White Blu-ray dvd combo will be $19.96 on Oct. 6. With the $10 coupon, that will be $9.96!!! YAY!

    • Beata

I joined Disney Rewards today, followed all the steps and then tried printing the coupon and it’s telling me that I already printed it, but it never printed. Anyone ran into the same problem? How can I go about getting this coupon?

    • Amanda

Ok…I keep trying to print it also and it tells me that I have already printed it. What to do?

    • Bobbie

The Hefty mail in rebate form say attach the proof of purchase tab. I don’t know what the proof of purchase tab is. Alway sent bar code. Please help me someone.

      • Diane

I got it today and I think it is the white tab w/the stock No. on the paper insert on the back of the DVD case above the ISBN # & barcode. I think I’ll send in the tab and the ISBN/Barcode just to be sure.

    • Tina

There’s also a $5 MIR from Kernal Seasonings Here: http://www.kernelseasons.com/MovieNight.php

      • Amanda

And I noticed that they do accept photocopies of your receipts so you can get both rebates and make the $19.95 DVD from Wal-mart Free!
