A suggestion on the paper, since it is free or just a dollar – even if you don't need the paper, buy it donate it to your kids' teacher at school. The schools desperately need copy paper.

      • Laura

As a teacher, I thank you for suggesting this. It is about that time of year when supplies are low and we are purchasing out of pocket. Thanks for the deal alert!

        • Trish

Yes! Teachers love to get copy paper!! We were limited to the amount of paper we got this year and I have had to buy paper. Thanks to Staples, I have not had to pay a lot for the paper thanks to these wonderful rebate opportunities. Make your child's teacher happy and buy paper!!!

          • I am another teacher-on here to grab the details about the free paper! Thaks so much!

      • Kelleyharold

Thanks to all of Jenny's posts about the free paper (Office Max especially), I have donated a few cases to my child's school, my church, and other organizations.

    • Lilgrldaisy76

Yes…Thank you….It is awesome to be able to give one and keep the other!

    • Amy

I just realized that I have $4 in Staples Rewards that expired on 2/28. Do you think they will still let me use them?

      • Amber

My local store does. I've only asked to do that once. The cashier told me that sometimes the manager has to override them (I guess if they are expired past a certain number of days), but they are happy to do it.

        • Amy

Thanks for responding. I'll give it a try tomorrow.

    • vcwatson

Does it limit the amount of rebates per household? Could I do one and my mother do I?

    • Jsbl214

Is the rebate a check or store credit ?

ok…help I can't get the coupon off the site…where is it??? I live in Murfreesboro tn

      • Hotsaver

I kive in SC and the coupon was not there yesterday, today or all last month

        • CCShad

Just printed it from 29466. Look under office supplies.

        • Kimgrich7

try 29414. It shows up for me

      • new couponer

I can't either. How do we do this? Knoxville, TN

    • Tinamatlack

I can't find the coupon. What zip code works?

      • Mfqpon

        83313 works

    • Mickie

Love free paper, especially since I've been printing all these coupons!!!

    • Sharebear79

My rebate is only $2.99:( so it's still $3.00.

      • CCShad

Make sure you are looking at next week's ad, not this week's.

        • Sharebear79

          Thanks. I will recheck.

          • Sharebear79

I did recheck and it's not free for next week.

    • tarheelbaby1

How do the rebates at Staples work? Do you need a frequent shopper card? I've never tried it before.

    • Kimgrich7

      29414 zip works also

    • pb

what is an easy rebate? is it a check or like money that can only be spent at Staples?

      • Donna

It's either a check or a prepaid Visa debit card that you can use anywhere (which one depends on the rebate – you can look them up on the staples rebate site to be sure before you buy).

        • Couponing Rocks!

Easy rebate means you can submit it online via staples website instead of having to actually mail off a form. I just did mine & it was so easy.

    • Jackie

OK, I have looked at the ad for next week and I am not seeing it in the March 20th edition. Is this a regional thing? I'm in South Carolina. Jackie

    • New Couponer

where do u put the zip code to get the coupon?

    • Couponing Rocks!

I went this morning and got my two free packs and used 2 coupons with no problem. There was also another lady there doing the same thing. Plus, it is an easy rebate, so you can submit it online, so I've already got the rebate submitted! Thanks Jenny for the heads up.

    • NancyMac

I just came back from the Staples in Hoover, AL and there was no add in today's paper, which was strange, and when I got to the store they still had last week's add in the stands. I just needed a notebook and found one that was on sale for fifty cents, but there were no signs or anything up indicating a change in the sale from last week to this week.

    • Ssnpgn60

I just came back from Staples in Lawrenceville, GA after having to go there twice. First time the HP paper had a sticker price for $7.79 not $5.99. Purchase another brand for $5.99, no sale or rebate. I went home and looked up Staples' ad and notice the sale. Second time got a refund for my previous purchase. Ask the sales lady about the sale and she mentioned that they haven't got around to changing the sticker price for $5.99. In short, bought to reams with 2 coupons @ 1.00 off with rebate to follow. All free and worth the trip twice. Saved $15.58. Susana

    • JLW

      Great white paper for coupons!!!
      Thanks again Jenny

    • Extreme Momma

Heads up. McDonough, Staples will not honor your coupons. They told me it would shut down their computer system. I called Staples 1-800 number to find out why…and Now Im getting a $10 gc in the mail!

      • NCsaver

Had a horrible experience at our Staples too. First, said coupons were not allowed on any product that had an easy rebate, second that absolutely no internet printable coupons are ever accepted at their store and third, when they scanned my $10 off $50 purchase coupon from recyclebank.com, that it crashed their computer. Now why they would scan the $10 that was an IP after telling me they don’t accept them boggles my mind, but hopefully I’ll have as good as a response from customer service as you did.

    • Tgriggs777

At the Staples in Mooresville, NC, I couldn't even find the sale! The sale flyer in the store didn't have it, so I didn't know which pks of paper to look for since I didn't write down the info I saw on Southern Savers. I looked all over the place in the paper dept. and did not find any pks of paper on sale. Anyone know if this is regional?

    • JulieB

I was so nice getting $11 worth of free paper today. Thanks Jenny!

    • Mlm82lmm04

My second purchase for free items. I live in Ohio and didn't get an add in any of my four purchased newspapers. I thought they were going to deny my coupons cuz the cashier looked at me stunned saying this could cancel my rebate and then her computer crashed and it was “the coupons fault.” Hilarious, she just didn't know how to do it. Plus they haven't seen internet coupons before, which I thought was craziness. All is good I've got my free paper!

    • Donna

I don't know if the ads are all different, but I almost overlooked it in our ad! It was on the front cover too (embarrassing! lol), bottom left corner. Just in case anyone was looking and didn't see it on their ad, maybe you did what I did and blew right past it.

I'm heading to our Staples in a few minutes, so I'll see if they freak over the printable coupons! :)

Thanks for posting these deals, Jenny!

      • Donna

UPDATE: Made my purchase & had no issues, even with the coupons. I think most store layouts are similar, so if your Staples has the paper aisle that ends right at the copy center, your paper may be in the same place that mine was. It was on the end of the aisle closest to the copy center – all the HP paper was grouped together. The SKU # is 814186. It's a black package with hot pink at the bottom and there was a sign for the sale $5.99.

Filed for my rebate online already too – very easy to do. Free paper – YAY!

    • Mrsbrooks5

Zip code 60625 just worked for me. After reading the comments, I hope they take the coupon.
