Any idea if you can use the Nabisco cookie facebook coupon from earlier this week with the free milk you get when you buy the cereals?

      • sdshaw

I was just about to post the same thing. I would think if you use the coupon before the card, maybe….

        • sdshaw

Just went to WD this afternoon and was able to use the Nabisco coupon with the free milk. So I got the meal deal with the free milk. Added two packs of oreos to my cart and only paid for one. Have one coupon left for the next time I need a gallon of milk.

      • ssleigh2010

You can use it because it is coded to the cookies. It will beep for the cashier to enter the price of the cookies.

    • Dee

I don't see Covergirl products in my paper. Do different areas have different sales or is this one an unadvertised sale? Also, which participating products of P & G are they talking about. The stores are too vague about what is really included.

      • lcasady

That was interesting I had 2 PG inserts. One had the CG ad with Rhiana and 2 coupons, and the other insert had the ad with no coupons. I think it must be random. I live in Tampa.

    • I fif the meal deal today and finally got a $10/50..I am so excited!

    • Jenna Crosby

I'm new to all of this. When you buy three cereal using the meal deal, do you get ALL the “get free” items or just one?

      • Barb

You get all of the free items.

        • Jenna

Thank you! That almost seems too good to be true so I thought I had better ask! =)

    • You get ALL the items for free if you purchase the required products (cereal this week…tombstone pizzas last week). Try and use your coupons FIRST! Because if you go ahead and give them your reward card, some of the coupons might not be valid after the special pricing.

I went yesterday, pre-coupon/BOGO/etc was $200+…ended up saving $100+. All this after I attended Jenny's Extreme Couponing workshop. I'm hooked!!! Our pantry is full for the moment and I'm So excited!!! :)

      • Jenna

Thanks Keri! You had some great savings on your grocery shopping yesterday! I'm just getting started with this but I'm trying hard =) My husband is already proud of me lol.
I have one more question. If I only want regular cheerios, can I get three boxes of those and use a different .55 coupon on EACH box then use my rewards card or can I only use one .55 coupon?

        • mahug

For the cereal- since you are actually purchasing these items- you can use 3 coupons (1 on each) before or after you scan the reward card. It is a problem when you scan your card first and the register recognizes the item as a lower price (say the free items) than the coupon you have but I didn't have q's on any of the free stuff. I got this deal this a.m. and saw they still had last weeks deal on display. I asked and the cashier said they are continuing that deal through this Friday.

      • Coupons worked for me (and I gave my reward card FIRST). I'm in Orlando.

        • I think it works differently for us in FL than the other southern states.

    • Amanda

Thanks for that! I went yesterday and they would not take my coupon for the breadsticks. I will definitely do the reward card last!

    • Dona

Does anyone know the zipcode for Redplum for the Ball Park Angus franks? I can't get it to come up!!

    • ashelton

I went today and bought 4 Betty Crocker fruit snacks, but did not receive the coupon for $4 off my next order. Has anyone else tried this one?

      • careyfoley

I bought 4 Nature Valley nut clusters and did not get a $4 coupon and also I bought 4 Tostino's pizzas and did not get the $1 coupon. These offers are not listed in my weekly ad so do all WD's give these Q's or just some stores? Is this something I need to ask the manager. I hate to miss out.
Also, my WD acts like I am such a pain with all my coupons. I feel like I have to fight for most of them. I have to pull items out that they have bagged and show them I really did buy as many as I have Q's for. Does anyone else feel this way? Is this part of couponing?

        • Michele

I have the same issue, and would like to know if you find a solution.

          • sharmn25

Is the catalina deal maybe only available at certain stores? My WD normally has signs posted next to the items if there is a deal, but there weren't any for the Betty Crocker, so I didn't attempt it.

      • I had this happen to me several months ago and they looked and looked and couldnot figure out what I was talking about OR why it didn't print. They ended up giving me a $5/$15 coupon. Which was fine for me.. I at least got something!

      • Michele

I have had the same problem, would like to know if you find a solution.

      • Gabe

If you Catalina does not print you can call the Catalina company @ 1-888-8COUPON (option 3). Let them know you did not get the catalina. Have your reciept and Winn Dixie Card ready. They'll ask a bunch of questions. I did not get my Old El Paso a few weeks ago, called them, and a few days later got my coupon in the mail. I hope this helps!

        • Lisa

          Thanks for this info. !!!

      • Jennifer

I called that number and the guy called back and asked me if I had an ad to prove Winn Dixie was offering this deal which I didn't. So I guess not all stores offer the same Catalina deals??? I would never had paid that much for fruit snacks, but oh well.. lesson learned! :) I guy in the future I need to check their sale ad to make sure they are offering that deal. Hope this helps someone!

    • Marie

Has anybody else noticed that their Winn-Dixie won't accept coupons until they scan Rewards Card? I have always handed them my coupons first and then the card but now the cashiers refuse to scan coupons until I give them my card. On my 3rd trip there I got my favorite cashier and asked her what the deal was and she said the registers have been set different and now beep at them when they try to scan coupons before the Rewards Card, so she has no choice. This doesn't make sense to me because that would mean that customers that don't have a Rewards Card would not be allowed to use coupons?? If this is just an individual store/manager thing going on it might be worth it to me to drive 15 miles to the next one.

      • Megan

I told the cashier I had coupons for items in the meal deal and she said that was fine. She scanned the items, then the coupons, then my WD card. Worked fine. It was $51 before tax, and $24 after tax and coupons.

    • Hi! I just got back from WD. Some of ther cereals in the meal deal are $3.99 and some are $3.49, so if you are price conscious, look for the lower ones (Cinn Toast Crunch).

Also the coupons listed above will not work with Hidden valley. (The hidden valley on sale this week is the dry packets). HOWEVER Ken's dressing bottles are B1G1.

      Thanks!!! :))

    • allison_h

I have a general question about catalina deals. Can you do 2 or more catalina deals in the same transaction if they are different promotions? For example I want to do the Betty Crocker/Fiber One catalina and the Totinos catalina in the same transaction. Will the catalinas print for each one?

    • ssleigh2010

I have a $3 Catalina from the Old El Paso deal last week and was wondering if anyone could tell me if it attaches to an item or is it coded like the P&G $7 and $10 Catalinas?

      • moms_coupons

My catalina for Old El Paso says $1 off your next beef or chicken purchase…no brands listed, doesn't specify it has to WD brand. The last P&G catalina deal I got was for $$ off your next purchase, no particular items specified, and I used it off my total purchase price with no trouble.

        • ssleigh2010

Thanks for the responses. I wonder if I could use the Catalina's with Manufacturer Q's on my meat? Example: If I purchase Tyson Frozen Chicken Breasts and have Manuf. Q for each of the Tyson bags of chicken and then also use the $3 Catalina to further reduce my cost? If it attaches to the meat, then I know I can't use it also….guess I will try it sometime this week.

      • michelle

        i used mine tonight…for ground turkey…no problem…it was a name brand.

    • julie

There is a coupon for $2 off 2 rolls of Jimmy Dean sausage on red plum.com if you use zipcode 63366.

    • moms_coupons

Hmmm…I've not figured out Winn Dixie's coupons policy yet, and I can't seem to get a copy emailed to me even though I've contacted corporate.

      Here's what I've run into:

      Buy 2 Silk
      Use 1 BOGO and 1 $1/1
No go, no matter what order I hand the coupons to the cashier, the register always beeps on the second coupon

      Tombstone Meal Deal:
Would not take Cole coupons for bread sticks, was told it was because I was already getting it for free as a part of the meal deal (scanned reward card first)

So now I'm worried about the Cover Girls deal
I have a couple Cover Girl BOGOs, and it's a BOGO sale, so it should be free. But, now I'm afraid to even try!

I can forward an email I received from WD regarding their coupon policy if you'd like.

      • kimr74

I used b1g1 on oral b toothbrushes and got them free with no problem, I love my Winn Dixie I never have a problem with coupons and I always use 2 coupons on their b1g1 sales. Rite has the CG makeup b1g1 this week too. I am in Louisiana btw.

      • careyfoley

I too, have purchased the oral b toothbrushes BOGO and gotten both free with no problems but yesterday I tried the BOGO covergirl and the computer beeped, cashier called over the manager and it took about 10 attempts for the manager to get the computer to take the coupon.

      • Sehbug

Maybe it's diffferent for different stores. My Winn Dixie took my Cole breadstick coupon. I did scan my card last. Maybe that's the deal. Try scanning your card last.

      • daltons_mommy

I always use the self checkout, that way I can do my coupons before I scan my card. You have to do the coupon first. I've had issues before when I told the cashier to do my coupons first so I just do it myself lol

        • sdshaw

I always wait until they ask for the card and then pretend to look for it while they scan my coupons that way I can use the coupons even on free stuff.

        • Kandi

The actual deal about why some coupons are not going through on the free deals is because, once the subtotal key is pressed, the items' values are deducted from the totals. If you use self-checkout and scan your coupons before pressing “Finish and Pay” then they will go through just fine. And I always scan my reward card first, so it really has nothing to do with that.

      • laura

my winn dixies will not scan my coupons before i scan my card thats why I only go there for good meat deals. you can get everything else cheaper at publix.

      • sharmn25

I just used the bogo Cover Girl with no problem and got the Advanced Radiance foundation (regularly 11.29 each!) both for FREE! Yea! It could be ymmv.
My WD will not let me use coupons for the free items in the Meal Deals.

    • Amanda

Question… does Winn Dixie double all coupons or just up to a certain dollar amount? Thanks :)

      • allison_h

They double coupons up to 50 cents. 51 cents and over are at face value.

      • ziggy34434

Ask your store. Each are different. Mine does not, but yours may.

    • TinkBrown

Do you have to buy the $50 of pet items all in one transaction or does it add up over the time period? Is it limited to one or will it keep adding up and printing a new one each $50?

    • deeder_etsu

You can also find coupons for the State Fair corndogs on their website: http://www.statefairbrand.com/offers-current

    • Katrina

My Winn Dixie takes the coupons with no fuss and they should! Does anyone else but me think $4.00 for Sara Lee Bread is INSANE! With coupon and b1g1 free it will come down to regular price at Publix.

      • sharmn25

I think the Sara Lee bread price may be a typo. I just went, and it is actually only 2.69 (1.35). If you have the .75 coupons (use 2 if your store allows it), it will bring your total down to only .59 each!

    • Anna

I used my $1.25 off coupon for Recycled Aluminum Foil, it was on sale for $1.70 so I got foil for $0.45!! Also, Simply GoGurts are on sale for $2.00; use your $1.10 coupon and pay only $.0.90!! Two great deals :)

      • If you have Publix, they are on sale for 2/2.79, use the 1.10 coupons and pay 59 cents for both.

      • Melissa

Thanks for the post about the Recycled Aluminum Foil…I got 6 rolls for a total of $2.64…YAY!!! thanks Bunches!!!

      • lisa

where is the $1.10 coupon for the gogurt?

    • careyfoley

FYI. The new catalina deals posted for general mill, buy 4 participating products and get $4 off your next order aren't correct. I bought 4 nature valley nut clusters from WD and when the catalina did not print I contacted catalina marketing and after they researched it they notified me that the offer does not exist.

    • Leigh Anne

The Baked Lays are NOT included in the B1G1. Also, for the Betty Crocker cake mix and frosting, you have to get the same item (not one cake mix and one frosting). Winn Dixie needs to do a better job of clearly marking what is included and what is excluded from their sales.

      • If you are using the 75 cent coupons, they require you to buy 1 of each. So, buy 2 cake and 2 frosting. I bought 4 of each. Worked just fine.

    • Shandrika

Does anyone know where to find a coupon policy for Winn Dixie? I would like some written clarification on using a B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 sale. Thanks!!

      • It is mopstly up to the individual store manager. My local store allows competitor coupons, while the next store down does not. I also live in FL and our BOGO is a true BOGO and we are allowed to use a BOGO coupon with a BOGO sale. NO problem.

        • Shandrika

Thanks for replying. I used B1G1 on the Oral B a few weeks ago, but they would not take them for the CG this week. Strange huh?

      • ChristyK

I e-mailed them to get clarification, but the responses I have received have not actually addressed this.
The cashier I had today was VERY coupon-friendly & she did take my BOGO coupons for the Cover Girl, but she had to have a manager override it bc of the amount. She said coupons over $10.00 require management approval. The manager did not even look at the coupons.
I have had another cashier at the same store tell me no, but then punch it in when I said I would wait for the manager.
Their coupon policy needs to be consistent!!!!!!

    • I only went to WD for a few items. Bought 8 Kraft cheese, used the $2/2 coupons that expire today, 2 HV Ranch mixes, 4 frosting and 4 cake mix. Also a loaf of italian bread-used the Publix retailer coupon for free bread wyb Singles.

    • sealey5

Hi! I just started couponing last week, and i'm loving it! I do have a question though, how do you get the catalinas? I don't recall getting any at the register at winn Dixie when I was at the checkout.

    • momx2

There were .50 off Cheerios in Smartsource yesterday. If you're Winn Dixie doubles, that will sweeten the breakfast meal deal.

    • sugarfeet9484

I've posted before that I've had problems with my WD honoring 2 coupons on BOGO deals. I emailed customer service and got this response. Maybe this will help any others who may be having this difficulty.

Thank you for your inquiry. Winn-Dixie's policy on coupons is as follows: Winn-Dixie
does not accept competitor's coupons nor does it price match. Nor does Winn-Dixie
accept Internet coupons unless printed off our website or from a reliable source such as
Smart Source. Winn-Dixie does not participate in Double or Triple coupons unless in
promotions which would be clearly posted in flyers and throughout the stores. Also, a
customer could use both manufacture coupons in the same order when purchasing BOGO
items, since two of the BOGO items were scanned and manufacture coupons only checks
to see if the items are sold in the same order. It does not matter if one of the BOGO items
is credited in the order. We hope this information has been of some assistance in
      answering your questions.

Thank you for your patronage and have a nice day.

      Customer Service

      • Shandrika

So this means you can use a $ off and a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale right?

    • Anna

Please help! I went to my local Winn Dixie and bought the Betty Crocker Fruit snacks, Fiber One bars and Natures valley Bars. I got 4 boxes of each and they didn't know anything about the $4 coupons and I couldn't find it in the ad either. I'm in florida is this regional or am I missing something???

      • Jennifer

I just called the Catalina company to ask about the same thing. The number is 1-888-8COUPON. (option 3) They asked me if I had an add somewhere to prove Winn Dixie was offering this deal. I didn't, so I guess I missed out on that one! :( I'm not sure if other stores were offering this or not, but apparently Winn Dixie wasn't. (I bought 4 boxes of Betty Crocker fruit snacks.) Hope this helps!

    • lisa

where is the $1.10 coupon for gogurts that are on sale for $2.00

    • sealey5

I am confused, so I copied and pasted this from above, so you'd know what i'm talking about: Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing or Dip Mix, 0.4-1 oz, at $2.19
-$1 off Hidden Valley Dressing printable (makes it 9¢ ea)
-$2 off Hidden Valley Farmhouse Originals SS 3/14 (regional) (makes it FREE)

Ok, so I have a coupon for the Hidden Valley Farmhouse original Salad dressing, $1.00 q.
How in the world do you get the HV for 9 cents each??? Tia :)

      • Annette

        If you use (2) $1/1 coupons, then it's $0.19 for 2….or 9.5 cents each.

        • sealey5

ok now that made sense! Thank you Annette :)

    • I bought 4 Fiber One Bars and did not get a $4 off my next purchase coupon :(
