Kroger eCoupon News: Good & Bad

What would you like first?  Bad or Good??

pg-ecoupons

Let’s get the bad over with:

As of 12/31 you will no longer be able to load Procter & Gamble eCoupons to your Kroger card.  (I maybe used 3 out of each batch so I’m not that heart broken).  You can continue to use them until 12/31 so if there are any that you want to use do it now.

Now the good news…

There are new Huggies eCoupons to load from a new eCoupon site.  Get $6 in coupons on your care and then get an additional $3 bonus in the store for redeeming them.  Go here to register and load the coupons.

Note:  I can’t find any participating zip codes, leave a comment if you find a zip code that works and I’ll test it outside of the “participating area”.

72023 which is Cabot AR does not participate, was wondering if I put in a zip that does would it still work, so I did and Im going to try it and see if it does, I need them anyway and would buy even without the coupon, but the coupon would be great too!

    26003 works.
  • I noticed that the new Kroger coupons that I can load include many of the P&G ones that I have from the P&G site (e.g. 50c/2 Pringles). These are the ones loaded through SoftCoin. So maybe not all is lost.

Will find out later if both will come off, as I am off to the store in a few minutes.

  • KayKay
    24588 doesn't work either.
  • I"m hoping someone will come back and let us know if it worked if they used a zip code that their card was not linked to, and also how long it takes for the credit to apply - like can I split a transaction and apply the $3 to my next purchase immediately?
  • 45044 worked.

I'm mad about the P&G being gone - I actually used it quite frequently for really inexpensive P&G products.

I used one of the zip codes that someone said worked and it let me through. Now to see if it works when I scan my card to get the discount! Sad, sad day for the P&Gesavers too! Although I hadn't used many this month I did use them from time to time before and it was just nice to know they were there for some extra savings!

I have a question about eCoupons. I have noticed that some of my coupons say something like "clipped and saved" or "sent to store" or something like this. Sorry, didn't sleep well last night. Anyway, how do I get these coupons to just print out? What did I do to set up eCoupons?

Thanks for any suggestions. Please have a better day than I am having.

  • Some of the sites give you an option to print out a summary, they all have a section where you can review the coupons added to your card. The coupons are electronically applied at checkout so you don't have to do anything. Now I tell the cashier that I have an ecoupon and we watch out for it together so I can decide if I want to buy the item and go online for credit if it doesn't go through or if I want to walk away from the transaction.

    Hope your day gets better!

Do you have to buy all of the items (box, jumbo pack, wipes, and big pack of wipes) that the coupons are for to get the $3 added to your Kroger card? Thanks SO MUCH!!

I used zip 46033 and they loaded, but we'll see if it works in SC!

    From their website:

How can I receive the $3 bonus coupon?

You will need to load and redeem 2 Huggies® coupons and then you will receive an email to let you know that the $3 bonus coupon was automatically added to your card. The $3 coupon will be applied on your next shopping trip when you use your shopper card or alt-id at check out.

I tried a bunch of different Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee zips and none of them work. If it is as limited as it seems, I wish they would directly say what areas are eligible.
  • Edna

  • Rebekah
    29033, 29204, 29229, 29169, 29063 dont work...
  • Megan
That is a bit of a disappointment - I actually used the P&G ecoupons every so often.

P&G seems to be making a lot of changes recently - has anyone else noticed that they Pampers cruisers have changed? And Huggies give my daughter a rash - I guess we will be potty training very early....
  • Courtney
my oldest DD has extremely sensitive skin. we gave up on disposable diapers and switched to cloth. we use BG 3.0 and FuzziBunz. they're great and a great money saver! we now have 2 in diapers and both can wear the cloth that we have invested about $300 in to date. that's pretty inexpensive for 2 kids! plus, we will use them on any other children we may have later.
  • Heather
I went to cloth for the skin sensitivity and rash problems, too. Finding out all the chemicals and their reactions to waste scared me terribly, and then I understood why we had the rashes. I use Fuzzis and and an off-brand snapping all-size pocket. They aren't my fav, but I got them so cheap right before we had #6 from a lady on Craigslist, and they were all brand new with the microterry inserts.
  • Heather
oh, then dh got laid off and it was one of the biggest blessings NOT to have to find deals on diapers. Now I can buy an occasional pack of sposies for trips when I can get them almost free, but I am not slave to them.
  • Jill
I second the cloth diapers, way less rashes. I bought my diapers on ebay. Kawaii diapers are cheaper than the namebrand and I like them better too.
  • we also had sensitivity issues - what worked best for us was Luvs! it also prevented leaks the best - who knew!?
  • Heidi
Have you tried the Target brand? They are great and very inexpensive! They do not irritate my son's sensitive skin!
  • My son has extremely sensitive skin and I found out that he cannot wear the regular Huggies or the Overnight Huggies but he can wear the Little Movers (used to be Supreme). He can also wear the Publix store brand but cannot wear any of the Pampers line. So don't give up on all Huggies because your daughter can't wear one of their line and don't give up on store brands if you haven't tried them!

He would also get a rash in any diaper for poo if we did not change it right away and we began telling him early on that if he used the potty he wouldn't get a rash. He was 100% potty trained day and night before he was 2 1/2 - would have been sooner except he needed antibiotics so we had to stop and start again!Girls are supposed to be easier than boys so your daughter might do it sooner than you think! (and pull-ups gave him a very light rash on his tush the first few nights then that stopped!)
