I thought of the same thing when I saw this $0.66 deal.
$1 off RenuitzSpray is a manuf coupon and this B2G1 coupon is also a manuf coupon(RP insert Feb14)
Can we really use these 2 manuf coupons in one transaction?

Yeeaaa, I'm glad reader deals are on here. I had a couple of finds last Saturday but they weren't really relevant to any other post.
Anyway I'm in Central AL. Don't know who all has a FRED'S, but they will double coupons up to .70 on Saturday ONLY. Was able to get some Suave deodorant for free.
Also, at the Dollar Tree, I found a 4-pk of the single serving size Frosted Mini Wheats Little Bites ( honey/nut and chocolate). All 4 bxs have a $1 off Q for the 14.5 oz box of Little Bites. Publix has 50% off all Kellogg's cereals this Saturday and Sunday. Should make for some pretty cheap cereal.

I do not understand how this works? How can you use a B1G1 coupon on a B1G1? I wouldn't think it would fly? Just can't seem to wrap my brain around this concept. Can you explain?

It amounts to the fact that just because the store is offering a promotion of bogo, you technically are still buying 2 items. Whether they give you one at not cost or not, you 'purchased' 2. So, you are entitled to use the coupon. The only thing they are obligated to prove is that you had 2 of the item in your transaction – promotions aside. Happy shopping!

Mamaberry and Amanda, Sounds good :-) Do the cashiers ever give you problems with that scenerio?

Never had a problem…or I should say, I had an issue with one girl that just didn't like that I was using coupons so she wouldn't take it. Walked to customer service (it was Publix) and they apologized and gave me the money. Other than that, never a problem! Have fun!

Not a big problem, but this week with the Purex deal the cashier said that he didn't think I could use the B1G1 coupon and handed it back to me. I very politely said “Oh, I thought since one promotion was walgreens and the other manufacturer I could use it.” He went ahead – scanned it, and said “Oh, apparently the register Will take it!”

Yes, basically Purex could care less what kind of “in store” promotion Walgreen's is running. Their coupons says B1G1 free, regardless of Walgreen's own B1G1 free. Went through no problem.

As far as Purex is concerned, I “bought” 2 items since two were scanned.

Our Kroger is “resetting” the body wash and shaving aisle so they had a cart FULL of Old Spice body wash for 1.69. Use the $3/2 and you can get both for 38 cents. They also had Venus razors, the large bottles of Olay with ribbons body wash, and Gillette Fusion shave gel for over half price. You may want to check out your clearance section at Koger.

I called the Olay phone number to clarify the 15 dollar rebate and the lady told me that the items purchased have to total at least 15 dollars to qualify, so you can't buy three one dollar items and make a 12 dollar profit… it sounded too good to be true!

Yeah that makes sense. I didn't think it would work either. What we need to find is a deal that equals $15.00 exactly or close to it anyway ;-)

target has olay quench lotion $5 each.. buy 3 for $15 dollars.. then $15 mail in rebate … get them free

But……nowhere on the form does it say you have to spend $15 to get the $15 rebate. It just says you have to buy 3 products. I'm waiting on my rebate…..hoping I actually get it. I'm a little worried now :-(
I would say that if they don't send it, I would return the items but……you have to send the receipt with the rebate form. I really hope they aren't scamming.

Not paying out the rebate is illegal. Those rebates are legally binding as they came directly from the Olay company (posted on their own website), and the rebate says, “Any 3 products” and nowhere lists a minimum purchase price. At the very least, they had better refund the money you spent plus the cost to mail in the rebate form.

Olay sent my rebate back to me and said the products I purchased, were not part of the rebate. I'd like to know how they aren't, because the rebate form only says “ANY”

i also called and they told me the same thing. you have to spend 15.00 in order to get 15.00 back. and she said they could not be travel size items.

I have to throw in a BUT here too….I did the Olay Rebate last month and only spent $9 before coupons and I got the check for $15 a little while ago. So I can't see why this deal at Big Lots wouldn't work. As Damien pointed out there is no minimum $$ purchase amount required on the rebate form anywhere so they need to honor the rebate regardless of how much you actually purchased the item for. Just need to buy 3!!

Hey I know this post is old but just wanted to let ya know that I got my rebate today from Olay and what the representative told you was wrong. I spent less than $10 and I got back the whole $15. It came really quick too. I mailed it off on 2/16 and it was in mail today :-)

Did they give you a reason?? I read on another post somewhere on here that they were having some sort of “system issues” and people were being told their items weren't qualifying even though they were the right items. I would call the customer service # and see if it can be resolved.

Family Dollar is where I go for my All detergent- they usually have it for $3 the week after Big Lots does a $3 deal, but Family Dollar takes coupons and Big Lots won't :). Our Wal-Mart won't price match if you have a coupon (or either they'll price match but won't let you use a coupon).

I love All Free and Clear – the last time Big Lots had it 2 for $5 I had Target price match then used $2 and $1 coupons. I got 4 32 load bottles for $1 each and would have paid $20 for all of those if I paid retail at Target!

Lowe's Foods had Kelloggs cereals 2for $4. They also had instore coupon 70cent off, which was doubled. This left final price for cereal to 60 cent!!! I got 5 boxes at this price and paid little over $3 and at the end I got another coupon $4 off my next trip. FREE CEREAL WHOOhooooo

I found some good deals at Target in Harbison (SC) today. GE Reveal lightbulbs. I had 2 1.50 off Target coupons. They were on sale for 2.00 after the coupons I got 8 light bulbs for 1.00. Also they had some new kind of crackers for 1.99 and there were 1.50 off manufacturer coupons on them. They were .49. Thought it was worth a try!

Target in Huntsville, AL doesn't have the lower price on Special K Blueberry Crisps – they are ringing up $2.50. :(

I also checked Huntsville south store and no such luck, I did notice they were out of strawberry and wondered if maybe they were on special. Does anyone know at the stores with the sale ones if they both flavors or just one of them?

Rite Aid usually has a coupon listed for Tresemme on their adperks site. you just have to watch a 60 sec video to print it.

The fruit crisps at the Target on Sam. Rittenburg in Charleston, SC rang up 2.50. I still bought 5 and got them for 0.45 after my giftcard. These things are great study snacks for me and great quite snacks for when my nieces come to visit =)

Does anyone know the “official” Family Dollar coupon policy? I just spent an hour trying to pay for the ALL detergent, some cat litter, and cat food. SO frustrating!! I had to do 5 transactions to get the computer to take all my coupons. I had one for each item and none were over the sale price. The cashier said there is a limit on the # of coupons you can use in a transaction…has anyone else had this problem?? Got a good deal, but what a hassle.

they let you use the $2 coupon on it even though it clearly says “on any one (1) all 50oz or larger”???

I have not ventured out to buy it yet…but I just wanted to double check….

The All that is on sale for $3 in Greenville SC is the 50oz 32 load size, so the coupon is valid on it. I was able to purchase 5 at $1 each yesterday, but be prepared to do multiple transactions! Also, if paying with a debit card, you can't do 2 transactions for the exact amount so I had to get some candy that I didn't need, but sure was good! lol

You do NOT have to spend $15 on the 3 Olay products to get the $15 rebate. I just called Olay…the service rep who answered the phone said that you did have to spend $15, but when I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep came back and said – no, you do not have to spend $15.

I found the Olay Body wash for $2 each at my Big Lots…$9 profit is pretty good!

Walgreens deal on Kleenex. 1.99 BOGOF. Buy 6 in one transaction, use 2 of the .50/3 Q. Total is $4.97. It prints a $3 register reward. Total OOP is $1.97 for 6 boxes of Kleenex. I did this twice today.

My husband just went out and bought 10 trial size of Red Zone body wash (.97) and used 5 3/2 coupons and made 5 bucks at Walmart! It was great cause I got my Cold Eeze for free because of it!

I went to Target tonite & was able to get (2) packs of Hanes socks (1 for boy & 1 for girl-6 pack), 2 sobe waters, 2 degree deo, 1 dove deo, 1 crest toothpaste for kids, 2 packs of reach floss, 1 oral b kids toothbrush and my oop was $6.37 with tax. I LOVE COUPONS!!!!!!

I just received a denial letter from Olay, after sending in my receipt and including UPCs for 3 Olay body washes that I picked up at Dollar General. I called the customer service number on the bottle, explained what I had purchased and inquired about why it was denied. She indicated that she didn't know and that she'd put my check in the mail immediately. I spent $3.75 on the body wash and will be getting the $15 in the next couple of weeks. Yay!
