The Healthy Choice printable coupon needs an 8 digit purchase code? Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

    • Guest

Does anyone know why there are never any acorns on the Bilo list? Are there really not any “excellent” deals? Just curious! Thanks so much and I am not complaining…just curious! Thanks again!

      • It's really that I forgot :( I'll go through and ad them.

          Thanks.

    • kcjen365

Cant locate the Lawry's coupon, even with the zip code already suggested in comment below. Anyone? Any ideas?

    • Shirley Catoe

      no Dixie Crystal coupons.

    • Sara

I was in my Bilo today and there was a regional or corporate manager doing a walk through of the store. He was helping sack groceries when I made it to the checkout line. By the time I was checked out no one else was in line. I have 2 small children and when I shop at Publix or even CVS, the employees drop whatever the are doing to help me out to the car. I thought it was hilarious that the Bilo employees were just standing there–the manager included–as I walked out of the store. I guess Publix has me so spoiled!!

Not sure if all Bilos do this or not, but mine has been putting out reduced price produce that is slightly damaged or starting to go bad. Today they had out pints of grape tomatoes for $1, and there were only 3-4 bad ones on the bottom, and the rest looked great!

      • Coolmombeck

All Bilo customer service has dropped off….don't know what that is about.
Bilo has started doing reduced prices on all things going out of date within the next two days. You can get produce, meat, seafood, dairy. Last week I bought a whole side of salmon for 1/4 of the price and it wasn't going out of date for two days.

      • GTjacket

There customer service is absolutely pitiful there.

        • GTjacket

          *Their

          • Bholmes75

depends I think the bi lo in stanley is awesome

        • Donna

I agree, it is pitiful. I'm getting to a point I won't shop there. There are only a few select people, okay maybe 1 or 2 that I enjoy seeing there and they aren't even cashiers! It's ridiculous how they treat people who coupon. It's funny how they have a big “mission statement” sign on their wall for the customers to see while checking out, I think it's a bunch of bologna if you ask me!

          • Squirrelhater

Bi-Lo is the worst of my favorite stores…behind Publix and Ingles…..that said..it's not like they're wal-mart…I mainly go there for beef and to use my over 50 cents coupons-ours will double to 65 cents. You're absolutely right-customer service is lacking and they're not very coupon friendly-especially Fernwood Drive in Sptbg.Managers are no help as they usually give you a,”Who me?”look…then treat you as if you're trying to beat them out of something. The “gas deal is over-rated as well.I can usually save $1-$1.50/gal,but it takes 3-4 months because I'm usually at Publix or Ingles.

            • Jodisue1

I agree w/the cust. svc. at Bilo's, but the fuel perks deal is awesome! Who cares how long it takes to get the discount! I don't see any of the other grocery stores doing this.

            • Lorrose57

Not sure about other stores, and the Publix is 30 miles from me…but our stores in Seneca, SC are terrific cust. service…I am always asked if I need help and they always bag..and bend over backwards to take all of my coupons…no complaints

            • Raynesmw

I've always had great customer service at Bi Lo. Maybe it depends on mgmt. I called them about 6 months ago and asked if they could try to get the ad in the weekly local newspaper. We get Fl, HT but no Bi Lo. Every since then, they send me an ad in the mail every week. I love my Bi Lo peeps, they are always super nice to me. I hate that it is not like that across the board.

            • meme

Some of the fuelperk items are way over-priced. I don't get the deal if it isn't something my family will use or I have very good coupons for the items. I was told by the manager once that I didn't get the fuel perk deal because I had taken the total below the fuelperk requirement using coupons. It only happened once, so I don't think this was the reason. There is definitely something going on with their registers and most people don't even look at their receipts so they are getting away with it.

      • Mama

Everyone I know with small children prefers Publix, since they always offer to help them out to the car. There are a few Bi-Lo stores with exceptional customer service, but most are really awful.

The last time I was in Publix I had hurt my back pushing the cart around. The cashier told me to always get someone from the front to push the cart and get the items for me if I was having trouble. Can you believe that kind of service!?!

There is a Walgreens in town with the same kind of service.

        • Time2SaveWorkshops

I LOVE my Bi-Lo's customer service. They offer suckers at checkout to keep the kids happy, I have baggers practically insisting they help me out to the van with the groceries, and they've even brought over a balloon on occasion when my 4 small boys were being just awful. Our Bi-Lo also accepts competitor coupons, and is EXTREMELY coupon-friendly and communicative with the coupon community.
I shop at the Ocoee Crossing Bi-Lo in Cleveland, TN.

        • Squirrellyec

My Moncks Corner, SC BiLo always asks if I would like assistance out to the car. If they don't ask, I would ask them.

      • AD

Bi-Lo's marked-down produce is the best deal in town. I got a HUGE bad of zucchini for $1.49. I couldn't understand why they were reduced, because they looked perfectly fine to me. I love it when they have bags of ripe avocados for that price. Can't beat their meat, dairy and close-out markdowns, either. I like Publix, too. But, outside of some of their sales, they're too expensive.

        • meme

I have noticed I am losing a lot of their fresh produce. It seems to be green but then rots very quickly. And this is the regular priced items. Walter needs to get up to speed on this!

    • Littles6

so does anyone have the zipcode to access the 75 cent off coupon for the dixie crystal sugar? I couldn't find it. Thanks!

      • csmgr3

I went to the web site and they were no longer available

    • Kim

FYI if you sign up online at Bi-LO.com they have printable coupons for buy theirs try ours for the Lawry’s Marinade.

    • Gabulldawg

Haven't seen this one mentioned but Bilo has Bic Hybrid Advance razors in the “locked in” price of $3.99 reg.$5.99 and in 4/17 coupons there is a coupon for $3.00 off making them just .99.

      • Caity

        Thanks! SS 4/10 :-)

    • SpringFever

The limit on Dixie Crystal is 2 but they let me make more than 1 transaction in order to purchase 5 bags. They were amazingly accomodating which isn't the usual for them.

      • Q-SAVVY

You could go in every day and get two bags as well. Only if you don't drive a long ways or maybe its on your way home from work. Sometimes I will do two separate transactions at the same time to get 4 bags at once but cashiers can get ill with this.

    • AD

My local Bi-Lo has New England Coffee Company decaf varieties on close-out for $3.42. I don't know if this is a chain-wide deal. I suspect it is, as the company is changing around its product offerings. I haven't seen any coupons, unfortunately.

    • sara

Anyone know a zip for Lawry's coupon?? Can't locate it…

      • Jennifer

I can not find it either. I thought it was my zip mabey?

    • KAW

The Bilo in Goose Creek, SC will take competitor coupons — no others in the area, just that one. Cashier tried to claim not, but I had talked to the manager—- ask for Josh if you have issues.

    • meme

I stay in the grocery stores so long I think they suspect me to be a secret shopper. I usually get the best of treatment but if I have a return it can be a different picture. I have to scan my receipt very carefully and ALWAYS have mistakes in it. A couple of weeks ago when there was a choice of 4 items for 9.99, I chose the mineola tangelos (not sure this was the item but was sure it was correct item at the time). The register not only didn't count it at the sale price, but charged me $6.98. The next day the tangelos were on sale for 1.99. The same day I did one of the fuel perk deals and didn't get the extra .20 for fuel perks. So I have to start my next shopping trip with a complaint. Maybe my “secret shopper” charm will kick in. LOL

      • Morgan

I also ALWAYS have an error on my receipt!!! It drives me crazy… and then the associates at CS act like it is such a hassle to fix the error. I don't understand why things are constantly ringing up at the wrong price at Bi-Lo. I try to catch it at the register, but it doesn't always happen with two small children.

    • iheartthecoupons

Went to Bi-lo yesterday took the survey on the bottom of my receipt and received a coupon for a free jar of 16oz. Southern Home Hamburger Chips. Great for the grilling season coming up.

    • Denise W.

I love my Bi-Lo. I go to the one on Ocoee Crossing in Cleveland, TN. They are the most coupon friendly folks around. I love me some Bi-Lo!!!

      • Time2SaveWorkshops

Me too Denise! I just finished post that on here as well! Yay for Ocoee Crossing folks!

      • Michelle

I shop at the same Bi-Lo. I've never had a problem with coupons there-they've always been more than helpful getting everything to go through without me having to correct or have to explain anything to them!

    • Jennifer

Does anyone know if I can order the Dixie Crystal coupons anywhere? I have never used a coupon clipping service before. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

      • Mom_4_Him

I would highly suggest Coupon Clippers. I have always ordered from them, and received my order quickly.

      • JTTLC

You can buy them off of ebay too…..

      • Couponmuggs

I have 5 of them if you want to email me. couponmuggs@gmail.com

    • Michelle B.

My Bi-Lo (Kannapolis, NC) also has a 3rd Fuel Perks promotion. Buy $10 of Fresh Dairy products and use your bonus card, earn an extra 10 cents off per gallon of gas. It's on the top of the front page of the ad. Offer valid through 4/26/11.

    • jojo

What is zip code for the dixie crystals .75 coupon?

    • Cassie

Has anyone had any issues with some of your coupons not doubling at Bi-Lo? I have 4 .50 coupons yesterday and only 2 doubled. This happened on my last trip also.

      • TheHomeStoreGals.com

This can happen if it says Limit 2 and you get more than that. Always look at your limits. You just have to keep them seperate in your buggy and check them out in a sperate transaction. Hope this helps.

        • Q-SAVVY

Sometimes I will stop by bilo each day and get more of an item that I really use alot of when it is a limit per transaction. If my order is not too complicated then I will do the separate transactions at the same time.

      • I don't really have problems with this fortunately. Our's is a Super-Bilo. They double to .60 and let most item # limit coupons slip. The first Bi-lo I've been to that I've actually enjoyed. If anyone's interested, it's Super-Bilo in Simpsonville, SC

      • couponcrazy

I dont really see why this would happen. They only double up to what is it… 99 cents? But if it was only 50 cents, I would reccomend stopping you cashier and telling them and make them double it before continuing the transaction.

    • Scsaver2010

Where can I find the Kraft food and family booklet and the Spring Family Gatherings booklet? thanks!

      • Christina

Kraft food and family was given out at Bi-Lo a few months ago and the Spring Gathering booklet is at Publix…I got mine from customer Service.

    • jillerin

I went today and right in front of the Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia (2 for $4) was a tearpad for $1 off 1 bag!

    • iheartthecoupons

Has anyone seen the back of the bilo paper at the very bottom? They are doing a Earth Day special. In Honor of Earth Day, April 22 & 23, if you buy 5 or more Bilo reuseable shopping bags you earn and EXTRA 5 cents off per gallon of gas. Is this a good deal? (I know maybe for the gas) Does anyone know how much the shopping bags cost?

      • jamib

        i think 99 cents

      • Brencoup

bags are anywhere from 99 cents to 1.99. my bilo doesn't care if it is from their store or any other. they consistantly give me 5 cents off my bill for each bag i bring and use.

      • Q-SAVVY

I got reuseable bags at wal-greens a while back 3 for $1.00 (.33 cents each). But lately they don't offer that any more. Wags has their bags on sale for .99 cents BOGO free (making them .50 cents each) this week. The sale is over April 23, Saturday. You need the coupon out of the sale paper, I think. Hope you see this in time. I think the bags are .99 cents at Bilo. I usually get 15 gallons of gas therefore I would save or make .75 cents at the pump, but the bags would cost me 5.00 (5.00 – .75 = $4.25) or .85 cents per bag. Sooo I feel the wal-greens is the better deal at .50 cents each bag. You will get your money back quickly by using them at bilo and they give you a .05 cents credit for each bag you bring in. You have to remind the cashier to enter the credit or they forget often. I have made about ten dollars off my bags. HTH

        • Jenn

I did not know you get a bag credit at Bi-lo! Is this every Bi-lo or just regional??

          • Q-SAVVY

You can ask your store if they give the bag credit for reuseable bags. My store in simpsonville, SC and Laurens, SC give the .05 cents per bag. I went in today and as it often happens the cashier forgot to give it to me. The cashier has to ring an item up first and then do the bag credit and that is why they often forget. I lay my bags on the counter 1st and I try to remind them about it, If the cashier counts your bags then she intends to give the credit but forgets. I also use my bags at CVS and have earned about ten extra bucks there plus what I earn at bilo on them (once you recover the cost of the bags you are then making money and being green).

            • Q-SAVVY

Also, I wanted to say the bag credit shows up on your receipt as “bag credt” and thats how you know the cashier gave it to you. HTH

        • Holly Bowen

Right now at my local wal-mart their re-usable bags are .50 cents.

    • Glitterati

I am wondering how it works with the coupons and the meal deal. I get that you can use the DiGiorno coupon but can you also use the mousse coupon? If you do that is it best to use your coupons before they swipe your Bonus Card? Thanks so much for any info. I have always used coupons but never matched with sales until recently. I got my first full out freebies this week and it was awesome!

      • Specialfx

I used the DiGorno and mousse coupon on the meal deal last night. You have to swipe the bonus card first so the bonus items ring up free. Use the coupons at the end of purchase and the discounts will come off, The deal was $6.95 total!!

    • I did pretty good today…Though i lost my sugar coupon somewhere between the house and store….and the two Kellogg's more fiber less sugar coupons couldnt be used because that particular frosted flakes wasnt on sale…agh. But i did find a pack of dannon fiber one on closeout for $1.34 and i had a $1.00 coupon!

    • Skhilton

just read all the comments expecting someone esle to have this deal but i guess ill be the first to post it with the meal deal and the Coppenrath Duets a couple weeks ago i found a printable coupon for buy one get one free meaning 2 free sweets !!!!

    • where did u get the b1g1 coupon for the sweets?

    • Candice

When you use coupons and your bilo card, do you get fuelperks based on how much you pay out of pocket or based on the retail value of your purchase?

      • Paige

I have gotten them based on my retail purchase and I still use my coupons but I always check to make sure I get them. I have read others post that their store makes the total be after coupons at their store. I have never had a problem where I shop though.

    • Pamela

what is the zipcode for the lawrys marinade please antone. thanks

      • Renae

I used 90201 and they came up.

    • TabithaIlges

There is also a fuelperks promotion in the ad this week for 10 cent off the gallon when you buy $10 worth of dairy products.

      • Bmlm1968

I didn't see this in our sale paper here in Charleston, SC but tried it anyway last night. Didn't work.

    • guest

      I need some oil…is the Wesson a good deal? 2 for $6, and I have .40 q, so each would be $2.20.

Not sure if that is a good deal.

      • Cebegley

Ingles has wesson oil for 2.88 this week

      • Arat1986

If you have a Publix, it's a better deal there. BOGO at $4.39 (makes it $2.19) and then use the .40 q to make it $1.39. That's what I'm doing!

    • Catters

In addition to the scoring the Lawry's marinade for .49, Bilo has a special promo on their website that you'll receive their brand of marinade for free with IS Q.

      • Debbie1963

The marinade averages out to be less then .25 each when you use the IS Q & the Man Q. I love deals like this. I was able to get enough for my Summer cookouts and to give some to my daughter.

    • Stephanie

Has anyone figured out the zipcode for the Lawry's?

    • Debbie1963

The Bi-Lo in Seneca SC (by Lowes) has Oscar Meyer Angus Beef Hotdogs BOGO @ $5.49 which makes them $2.75 each. I had coupons for $1/1 so I was able to get them for $1.75 each! I'm read for some Summer cookouts! :)

      • Riley

Thanks for sharing. Do you shop that Bi-Lo often? I used to go to the one on Rochester, but I won't go there anymore after two bad experiences in a row.

        • cari

i USED TO SHOP AT THIS STORE AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMS BUT i ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS AT THE BI-LO BEHIND CVS/ACROSS From ingles off 123 (I moved about a year nad a half ago though)
          -sorry about the caps lock

          • Riley

Yep, that's the one on Rochester. I refuse to go there.

    • JO

PLEASE IF anyone has the ALLEGRA coupons from this past Sunday's paper April 17, I have 4 family members on this medicine. I have diaper coupons and most any kind of other coupon to trade> My email is sos333sos111 at gmail dot com.

    • sunset

Didn't get the Corn Flakes because that wasn't what the coupon was for and 2 of my coupons didn't double. Not a great trip today.

    • Couponing Rocks!

Just went to Bi-Lo to get my Dunkin Donuts coffee (LOVE the Cinnamon Spice). I'm guessing we don't have fuel perks here (Ooltewah, TN) because for the last two weeks instead of the fuel perks deal, our paper shows getting xx back for next visit. Today was spend 10.00 on certain products (same products as fuel perks) and get $2.00 coupon off next trip.

      Anywhoo,
The whole point of my post was to tell you about a great deal on candy. They had a cardboard stand with the B1G1 free candy & attached to it was a coupon to buy 2 & get 1 free. I got 2 Snickers PB & 1 Twix PB for .90. I was pretty happy. Will have to have one tonight with a cup of cinnamon coffee….

I ended up getting 3 bags of coffee, 1 individual simply lemonade, 2 powerade 32oz, & the 3 candy bars for 18.00 including tax. Used 3 1.50 off coffee, 1 Bi-Lo 1.00 off juice, 1 B1G1 Free Powerade, the B2G1Free Candy bar & a 2.00 off 25 Bi-Lo coupon. The catalina gave me my 2.00 off next purchase for buying Dunkin Donuts & 2.00 off 30.00 Bi-Lo coupon.

    • Lisab

My Bi-lo won't let you use a coupon for free stuff with the meal deal. :(

    • Guest

My bi-lo has dole pineapple b1g1 also. I used the $.50/2 coupon from the paper (I forget which week) which double, making them about $.30 a can!

    • shellyluwho

Just a heads up-my local Bi-Lo wouldn't let me use any coupons on the free meal deal items. Yep, it's been a rough start at couponing for me.

      • Hey there – you should find that if you scan your Bi-Lo card your last when you are purchasing a Meal Deal the coupons will apply. Remember that the store is still being reimbursed; this is just a way to keep the computer from beeping :)

        • robin

I am having the same trouble at my Bilo. I was told that the coupon for the $1 off Coppenrath Chocolate Mousse or Lemon Chiffon Duets was a copy. And I do not copy coupons. The next time she told me I could not use it because I was already getting it free. I am tired of cashiers and managers looking at me like I am a criminal when I use a coupon. Very frustrated.

        • Kaylawilds

I know! My store freaks out when I tell them I need to use the bonus card after my coupons. Yesterday the manager came over with an attitude and told me that it was the policy to scan it first and then the coupons. Before leaving the store she came over with an “updated” coupon policy stating this. The one in my binder said nothing like that and she told me they just changed it. That is wrong- it shouldn't matter at what point they use my card.

        • Chpuppyluv

My Bi_Lo claims they “have to” scan my card before any coupons also.

      • Deloraruth

I had the same experience…the cashier said I could either pay for the items and use the coupons, or get them free with the pizza…Don't give up on the couponing though…I've saved over 50% on groceries every time I shop by using them. Sales and coupons has cut a HUGE chuck of money off my food budget…

      • Emmie

I tried using the $1 off Coppenrath coupon yesterday. The cashier stopped when she got to it (before trying to scan it), called the manager over and said “she can't use this on the free item with the meal deal, can she?” The manager said no and I told her I had used coupons for the free items before with no problem. Then the manager informed me “that would be fraud!” I was furious when I left the store. Came home to look up the coupon policy and couldn't find one. I shop at this store all the time because everyone is so nice, then I have this experience yesterday. Think I may call and complain to the store manager today! Not sure how she figured that was fraud.

        • Kaylawilds

I had EXACTLY the same scenario at bi-lo in vidalia,ga today. I was mad and am thinking about calling corporate.

          • LilAsh

I have had the same problem at the Vidalia, GA Bi-Lo on other meal deals but I actually got to use it this time with the Coppenrath item. I think it depends on who checks you out. I will looking up the coupon policy for Bi-lo and adding and storing it in my binder.

      • Kaylawilds

        mine either!!

      • Holly Bowen

My Bi-Lo in Moncks Corner, SC had no problem allowing me to use the coupons for the free items, I also had a coupon for the pizza so it was a fantastic deal for me this week.

    • Julierichbourg

Mini Poptarts have a coupon on the box saying they are free when you buy a 12 pack of the normal size poptarts. My kids love these.

    • SC Susie

Does anyone know if the coupons that print out at Bilo catalina machines called “Bonuscard Coupon” (i.e. $5 off your next purchase of $55 or more) are Bonus Card specific? I had a cashier hand me a stack of catalinas that were not taken by customers and it had a few of these in the stack. Would love to use if they are not tied back to your card like the CVS ECBs.

      • Bmlm1968

They are not. Anyone can use them. I have a stack of them too that I grabbed from the top of the trash can at the self checkout area. :)

        • JTTLC

I have just recently started doing coupons and going to Bi-Los and I have already saved a ton with their coupons they give at checkout. Yesterday I got free eggs and pickles which are two things I always have to buy. I will definitely keep my eyes out for ones laying around. I never see anyone using them. If they paid more attention they would save $5 or so each time which can add up if they do not REALLY want to get into couponing. I was passing by Bi-Lo a couple of days ago and went in to get two bags of sugar. My bill came out to be $2 and $4 worth off my next trip was given to me. Cannot beat that!

    • Coupongal18

Ok…this may be a dumb question but im getting ready to head out to Bill….my local store has three feulperks and im getting all three…..two are for 10cents angus other is for 20 cents….so if I do all three….does that mean I will get 40 cents on those deals even if I don't spend $50 and then everything else will apply to the regular 5cent deal?

      • Bmlm1968

        Yes it does. :)

    • Mot2232

The Bi-Lo in Soddy Daisy, TN has 3 varieties of Wanchai Ferry frozen dinners on closeout for $4.24. They also let you use competitor coupons (3 per visit) so I was able to use the $1.50 MQ and a $1.50 Target Q to get a package for $1.24! Also have some Vanity Fair plates on closeout for $1.47 and there is a .55 MQ for them in some of the recent magazines.

    • couponcrazy

Hey couponers! I have done this deal before, and it works wonderfully. You buy the del monte canned veges. The deal is that you can get 2 cans for only $0.10! So you go to publics and go find the coupons for either 25 or 50 cents off of the cans. then you go to Bi-Lo and get as many cans as you can(depends on how many coupons you get!) and then it will turn out to be $0.10 per 2 cans. Its very confusing… but totally worth it! hope you try it!

    • Spraymom

Go in Publix and take the coupons off the cans and use them at Bilo???

      • Jenn

Yea this just doesn't sound right! I hope this is worded wrong and you are not really taking the coupons off of the cans at Publix and using them at Bi-Lo because that is totally wrong!

        • Guest01

I take manu. coupons off products in one store to use in another all the time. I'm sure many others do as well.

          • JTTLC

Hate to say it but that is stealing……you are taking it away from the person at Publix who would be buying the can.

            • jamib

I agree. Bi-lo had hefty bags on sale and one some of the boxes there was a $1 off copuon they would have been I think $4.99. I was really needing trashbags this week and well the copuons were gone off of the boxes. :(

          • Clipcouponmissy

I wish there was a DISLIKE button…This is not right. Peelies go with the product they are stuck on. :o(

          • mom of 2

That is one reason couponers get a bad rap and so many stores have tightened their policies. That is stealing and wrong. While I'm on the subject, please do not go into a store and completely clean out the shelves and buy 20 of one item that you will not need in the near future. There are some of us that need the product now and can't get because it is stock piled or being resold at the flea market. Just sayin…

            • couponcrazy

Well some people like to stock up when they get a good deal. I don't think its wrong that they do that, so take your complaints to the store and ask them to stock up more items on sale.

          • Coupon Crazy

I do hope that you please STOP this bad habit. It is STEALING and you should feel sorry. Other people are going to buy that product, and that sticker is THEIRS. I suggest you stop, how would you like to get ripped off just because some person came and stole your peely?

    • Nikkie

i have to purchase mine seperate because it has happened too many times that i do not get credit for all of them if i do the transaction together.

    • Jenn

Sorry if this has been posted already but I wanted to share. I went to my Bi-lo today and they had a display in the dairy section with Kraft/Philadelphia cookbooks. they are 19.99 regularly but they are free if you buy 4 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese! It has 155 pages of recipes and also a little flyer of recipes for the new cooking cream. You can get the cream cheese for 15 cents each after your coupon this week. making it 90 cent for 4 cream cheese and a free cookbook!

      • My Bi-Lo did not have these books. Can anyone tell me where they are found?

    • LKH

Has anyone ever had their fuelperks disappear? I am 100% sure mine were not expiring (plus it's not even the end of the month so how could they) and yet it reset from $1.10 to only the 5 cents I earned from my purchase today. I checked my Bi-Lo account and it shows they were redeemed for 12 gallons of gas but neither me or my mom used them. I am so upset to lose that much, please help!

      • Oh, wow, I would be really upset! I think that you need to call the corporate office for the details on the redemption.

      • Lgarrett1

Yes, mine disappeared approximately 2 weeks ago. Neither my daughter nor I used them, and it was not the end of the month.

      • SalleyCook8311

Yes, my .50 disappeared, so I called the number on the back of the card and they told me that I had 2 other cards linked to mine. One of the other cards had used my .50 per gallon earlier that day! This was the second time this had happened but I thought they had expired the first time. The representative was great at deleting these cards and she put my .50 per gallon back on my card. Call the number and see what happens.

Yes, this actually happened to me today. 1st I called my local store and they could not tell me anything but verify all correct contact info. 2nd call the 800# on the back of the fob/card to verify how many FP's you have. I called and explained to the lady why I was freaking out with over 2USD in FP that went MIA in the past 24hrs. :) The 800# can help you, the local stores only have access to general info for your Bilo card. GL!

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I contacted the fuelperks company who refered me to somebody within the BiLo customer service and my mom will be calling them Monday. The fuelperks company showed 4 cards on our account; mine, my mom's, my mom's old one (before fuel perks, the old bonus card), and one we don't have. We assume that card is the one that used it so I hope we'll be lucky enough to get ours back like yall have!

Oh also, the Palermo's pizza was on sale for $4.99 at my store, this is good if you printed the BOGO coupon a few days ago!

My bi lo has the Propel water 2/$1 and there is a coupon for $1/2 ( I don't remember from when). So check your store for free water!

This site is wonderful. It actually helps me gather my thoughts before I go in not knowing what I will be buying for this week. I love it and have been passing on the word. Thanks so much!

I asked a store manager at my local Bi-Lo about the coupon for the McCormick gravy mixes from the Spring Family Gatherings coupon booklet for .55 cents, b/c although it is an MQ my local Bi-Lo will not allow me to use it b/c it has the Publix logo on it. That goes for any other MQ that has another store's logo on it as well…She told me they weren't allowed to take those, but she would let me do it this one time…. Has anyone else had problems like this?

I have, but different managers say different things. Try going through the U scan

There's a limit of 2 on the Dixie Crystal Sugar so you will have to do multiple transactions if buying more than 2 bags.

I am new to this site. I am equally fascinated and horrified by the show “Extreme Couponing” and I made my husband watch an episode with me. He laughed and said he doesn't want me to be a hoarder but that he wouldn't mind me using more coupons!

I went to Bi-Lo this afternoon to try using coupons for the first time. I had a $1.10 coupon for 3 Stouffer's Frozen Entrees. I knew Bi-Lo had these on sale BOGO. I thought I had printed the coupon from here but apparently I got it from somewhere else on the internet. Anyway, I thought it looked a little weird but I didn't pay much attention to it. The cashier couldn't scan it and then called her superior over to look ask what to do with it. The “superior” said “Oh, the ones without the bar codes are fraudulent coupons.”

I'm not sure if she was trying to say that *I* was trying to be fraudulent or not but I was very offended. I wanted to say, “Look, honey, do you know how much money I spend in this store each month and do you really think I'm trying to cheat you out of a dollar and ten cents.” I think she realized that I was offended and then said that the coupon must not have printed out right, which I agreed with her. I normally go to the store early, early in the morning when all the “adults” are working there and not the kids. So, I'm a little deflated that my shopping trip wasn't a total success based on what I thought I was going to get, but I am willing to keep trying!

Yes, keep trying. It gets easier as you read this website and read these comments. I was disappointed when I first started as well, but kept doing my homework and now it is easy to coupon. I can do coupon on the fly now, if I have to, but I try to prepare before going into the store. Keep going..
