Here are the deals in the CVS ad starting 7/17. It’s a good ad if you have things you need, but not a great ad if you want freebies. I made a tiny scenario idea for any of you getting started but for the rest of you, I would recommend that you just get everything you want in your cart and then break your buggy into transactions based on what you found in stock.

If you see any other deals or coupons leave a comment below.

    • Kpatcamp

Last week my CVS red box printed out a coupon for $3 off Zantac 24ct.  With the ECB and $5 man. coupon this will make a $2 money maker!!

    • Surfergirl8989

Doesnt look like a very good week…kinda sad
I think I'm gonna get the Crest toothpaste deal buy 2 and use (2) $.75 off coupons makes it $.48 after ECB.

    • Mommysauls

I think I might just wait until next week. Unless my coupons for lumene come in the mail! ;)

    • Every time I get an X/XX coupon ( and I have two $3/$15 and one $5/$25 coupons), there's never worth anything buying.

      • savinfordafuture

Wow!  At least you get them…I've been without one for a while :-(.

      • liz

Question about those coupons: do you have to spend $15 before coupons or after?

        • Toni

Before coupons.  BUT,  you MUST submit the $3/$15 coupon while your rung-up subtotal is $15 or more,  before tax,  so submit the $3/$15 coupon BEFORE you submit your other coupons.

      • Toni

Back when CVS sales were better,  several months ago,  I would take advantage of the $/$$ coupons this way:  I would get $16-worth of stuff (pretty much all stuff that gave you the money back by way of ECB's),  and then add to the order $4-worth of other stuff that I wanted or needed.  Then I'd use the $4/$20 coupon in order to  get the additional $4 of stuff for free.  Also,  I'd pay for the other $16-worth of stuff with ECB's from the past,  and save the new ECB's for the next time (the ECB's just roll over to give you loads of new free stuff each week or so).  Most of the ECB deals gave me stuff I could also use,  such as oral care,  make-up, etc.,  but once in a while I would have to include in the order something to donate or give to someone else because I would need it only in order to make the deal work.  Also,  I would almost NEVER pass up any ECB deal that made profit.  That way,  my bank of ECB's would grow and grow and enable me to make such large purchases that would allow the use of the $/$$ coupons.  However,  I have not been shopping the drug stores these last several weeks because I am well-stocked and the deals are relatively poor lately,  and I am afraid I used up all my ECB stock on some coiled garden hoses that were on sale! (Of course,  I used $/$$ coupons on them,  too.)

      • mommyof1

yes, i know what you mean.. i actually have enough on my list for the price to be over $25 (what my emailed coupon is this week).. but they NEVER have anything in stock anymore.. a few things i want.. but never enough to add up to make it a great deal.. i have some rainchecks from the past 2 weeks, so i am hoping they have at least half of what i wanted and at least 1 new deal..  plus with all the makeup on sale, i might splurge a bit..    but it is aggravating when you cant use the $/$$ coupon because the shelves have been cleared.

      • Catherine Taylor

i know!  I'm gonna try to go Sat. to get to 25 b/c the only thing I kinda want this week is the Zantac (and i'm picking it up for my bro, lol)and i'll stack it with the (boring) BOGO50% diaper deal b/c I need them…

Instead of using the link here, I went to their facebook page directly and “liked” them.  There was a coupon tab and I was able to print 2 without trouble.  HTH!

        • Missy

I got the facebook Q too, but it says for 8 ct or higher.  The sale is for 4 ct.

    • Ekershaw17

The CVS coupon policy says the computer will scan 1 coupon per item.  So if I have a $1 off 2 coupon, can I buy 2 products and use 2 coupons?

      • No because the $1/2 will attach to both items.  If it were a $/1 than you could use one per item.

    • Tcollins0227

Will I be able to use the $3 coupon that prints from the machine along with the $3 Manufacturer coupon for the Benefiber?

      • If you are referring to a CVS coupon from the red machine than you should be able to as long as the size/qty on the q's matches to the product.

      • Savn2gether

You should be able to, because the coupon that prints in the CVS store is considered a store coupon. They allow you to use 1 manufacturer coupon and 1 store coupon per item.

      • Sealine75

Are the $3 off coupons printing now?  Or is this something that should print Sunday?

      • br

Yes, you should be able to use both.  Most stores allow this.

    • tammi

The drumstick coupon is almost impossible to get since you have to keep refreshing.  Still haven't gotten it!

    • Mary

I didnt the see the Downy in the matchup, the CVS site said it would be $3.99 next week.

    • Mary

I didnt the see the Downy in the matchup, the CVS site said it would be $3.99 next week.

    • Getfit2526

Does any one know if you do the gas deal on Saturday for the ad thats starts Sunday, will carry over. Or will that credit just be lost.

      • The deal runs each week and if you don't meet your total for the week I believe it starts back at $0 the following week.

    • misskris

Does anyone know if you can combine the gas promo from this week and next week on sat night?

      • Not sure how that will work with the gas promo but generally for those stores that allow you to get Sunday's deals on Sat …if there are 2 deals going on for a product (1 this week and 1 next) the system will automatically choose which deal it thinks is better for you.  I would call corporate or your store to ask them.

        • Cristi

          is your name spelled cristi

      • Love2Q

You can't combine the gas deals, but the amount towards both weeks should show on your receipt separately (worked this way for me). The items included aren't the same for the two weeks so depending on what you purchase, you'll get credit for the appropriate one.

    • Redoz

Just had the best savings of my life. I purchased 10 boxes of the Kelloggs cereal (2 for $4) and 2 carmels, and used my extra care dollars plus coupons and it cost me a grand total of 6 cents.  I am so proud of myself as I just started couponing 3 weeks ago!!!!

      • VP22

        You did awesome!!!!!! Congrats

      • Trish

Now that you've felt the adrenaline rush from saving you'll be addicted like the rest of us!!!  LOL   Congrats on your shopping trip.

      • DeeFL

How did you do that?  The stores I go to won't let you use your ECB's to dip into the tax.  My last check-out, I owed $2.14 after q's, so I tried to use a $1.69 ECB towards that, but wasn't allowed, since $1+something was tax.

        • Amy

Some states charge tax AFTER coupons. So, if my subtotal is zero in one of those states then I don't pay tax. Other states (like mine) charge tax BEFORE coupons. So, a zero subtotal on a $100 purchase ends up costing $8.65 in tax. It sucks, I know.

        • Jbutlermt

If you give your ecbs first, and then the cpns, the cpns will allow for overage, and while you will still pay tax on the pre coupon amt (in most states) you're pre tax total will be a negative amt. I didn't know this before, but a couple weeks ago I went to cvs and my cashier rang my ecbs first, then my cpns. I had negative totals on all my transactions before tax! I paid $2.16 for over $40 in product, including a $2 paper lol:)

        • mommyof1

my ecbs are always handed last and the tax actually goes down.. i asked the girl “oh it took some of my tax away” and she says “yup”.. its happened more than once..so, maybe every state/cvs is different?

        • Winna

In some states food items are not taxable

    • Kristan

Thanks, Jenny…this is my favorite part of the week…Thursday evenings.  Thanks for all you do :)

    • Tmfloves

Does anyone know about how much the ” Clean & Clear Morning Burst Surge Energizing Power Cleanser” costs? Thank you

      • Dtcox

a month ago i got one in v a for 8.99 and i had a coupon and got back 2.00 in xb i think

      • flower_mom

It is just under $6 at my CVS.  HTH

        • mommyof1

the cleanser?  i thought the poster meant the device.. around here ( northern/coastal ga) they are like $10

    • Appleshell

Sure do wish they'd have a higher dollar amount in ECB when you buy the blades for razors. They're always having $4 ECB wyb the Fusion razor. That goes great with all those $4 off man. coupons. But then they have a measley $2 ECB on the blades, when there are also measley $2 man. coupons. The razor cartridges are around $15+ for a 4-ct box. 8-ct boxes are around $25+ and 12-ct boxes are around $35 to $40. Thank goodness for the $10 RR (with a $30 purchase) on Fusion razor blades and skincare items at Walgreens this week. Combined with (2) $4 coupons and a $2 coupon for the gel, I was able to get 3 packs of 4-ct blades and one shave gel for $30.

      • liz

I typically just buy my hubby new razors instead of the refills… can usually get a fusion for 89 cents and it comes with 2 blades.  same with air fresheners!

        • I usually do the same as you, but last week at rite-aid, I did the math and discovered if I used the $4 coupons, with the sale, it is cheaper or same price to buy the cartridges per unit.  :o)

          • Appleshell

I bet Rite Aid has some great sales on razors. Too bad all the ones around me have turned into stinkin' Save-a-lot/Rite Aid. The ads aren't the same as regular Rite Aid, and even if they were, we'd be lucky they carried 1/3 of what a real Rite Aid carries.

        • Cheryl

I usually buy new razors too….turns out to be cheaper since it is the only razon my hubby will use.

        • pf

I have been noticing that too.

        • Angelascoupins1

I am doing the same thing…buying cheap or free razors rather than refills, but I feel this is so environmentally u friendly? Does anyone else feel guilty for putting so much plastic in the landfills? I love saving money but have a lot if guilt!

          • Appleshell

I've thought about this scenario, too. I buy the whole razor sometimes just because it's cheaper, but we're gradually filling  up a drawer with unneeded razors and using the blades in our old razors. We're darned if we do and darned if we don't…you know? We have to choose whether to save money in our wallets or save the environment. :-(

          • mommyof1

i always keep the handles – just in case i find the refills on sale sometime =) they dont take up a lot of space.. i have like 3 razors.. soon ill be able to pick up any on sale without having to remember which ones i have..

      • Ehlendtj

        No offense, but I wouldn't call $2 Q's measley……LOL.

        • Appleshell

I know what you're saying! LOL The only reason I say “measley” is because you're saving 2 bucks on blades that cost almost $20 for only FOUR in a pack. I'd rather they switch it, so that I could save $4 on the refills and $2 on the item that is usually $9.99.  :-)

          • Sheila

The July P&G had the $4 off refills and the $2 razor.

      • Bryarsmom

Most of us seasoned Q'ers dont ever buy the blades for these overpriced razors LOL!
We just throw em away when the blades dull. Same thing with air freshners…

    • Catherine Taylor

with the BOGO50% Schick disposable sale thise coming week, and the BOGO coupon, would it be half off the price of one for two packs?  Or doesn't the BOGO50% off work like the BOGOfree sales?  tia!

      • Catherine Taylor

oOooH, THERE IS A $2/1 schick disposable CVS coupon online!

    • Fanimate

At CVS there is a 75% off  Huggies diapers promotion  which makes them $2.87 a box. My wife just got 4. There is also a blikie at Publix for 2.00 off any Huggies product. I haven't been able to find the blinkies in Atlanta, but I know my friends in florida have found a ton of them.

      • Brigit76

Is the promotion at all CVS's or was it on clearance

        • Fanimate

Wife and friend called and said they are on clearance.

          • Fanimate

But clearance at all of the CVS. My friend went to 8 stores in FLA and found it at all 8.

            • Bcsmith53

where in florida are you finding them on clearance?  I live near jacksonville and I cant find any stores that have them on clearance.

            • loulou

I saw this about the Huggies clearance, so I ran out to my store in Middle TN and the Huggies Pure and Natural sizes newborn and 1 were marked down 75% off. Of course they had just been wiped out, but I hope this helps somebody!

            • Rhoadesaa

Same thing for me–except they were in stock…sadly, my baby wears size 3.  Buuuut, even on clearance the price was $5.74 not really a great deal.  Ahh well–you win some, you lose some.  :)

On another note–just picked up some Xtra detergent coupons off eBay for $1/1 (purchased w/ Groupon from a couple of months ago so no new oop cost), will combine w/ an e-mail for $5 off $25 that will stock my family up on detergent for a little while!  Score!

            • Prussia

Didn't find any in northeast, Ga. Oh well….

            • NitaRoyal

Found no clearance sale in Eastern NC either….bummer

      • Pamela

can you use coupons on top of the clearance

      • guest

FYI Augusta GA people…I checked last night at 3 CVS and the only Huggies they had on Clearance were the Goodnights :( We are only in a size 4, so we couldn't benefit from this clearance !!

        • Mcgee2699

I live in Edgefield coounty and our CVS had the Huggies Pure & Natural for 2.87 and I had a 1.50off Huggies , so 1.37 for a pack!!!

    • CCShad

At first I thought not much for me this time, but then I realized I can get some cheap HE Tide.
      2 x $11.97 Tide
      Oral B free per above
      Colgate free per above
Use $5 off $25 CVS coupon
      Use 2 x .50/1 Tide coupons
      Get back $10 gas card

      • DeeFL

Where do people keep getting these $5 off $ 25 q's?  I've only ever gotten one, but it was only good for a couple of days, and it said it wasn't good on any sale items, only regular priced items.

        • Cheryl

I got one last week in my email.

        • Cori C.

They print out on your receipt. I've gotten one that way in the past. And the other day I noticed the lady in front of me got one but I didn't  :( So I think they are random

        • Anna Turner

If you sign up for emails, every week you get discounts as well.

          • Kelleyharold

I think they only do that for a short time after you sign up.  I used to get them frequently but haven't had one in probably over a year!

            • mommyof1

i get them all the time.. make sure you have all your info updated.. as soon as i put in our phone number, (i had to call cvs customer service and she said to update my info so in case i forget my card at the store) i get them every week.. dont ask me why!, but im happy.. also, if you dont use one.. it seems they send you one every week until you do.. (last week i didnt get anything at cvs, cause they were out.. so didnt use that coupon.. voila' another coupon appeared in my inbox for this week)

            • DeeFL

They must just be random, cause I got one when I signed up my email, too, but have only gotten one since, and like I said, it was only good for 2 days, and said it had to be on non-sale items.

        • Tobys_Mom

I hardly ever got them with my card even after signing up for emails. I lost my card and got a new one in my husbands name and he gets emails with these ALL the time! I don't know why….its weird!

        • Jenney

The coupon machine prints out a $5 off 25 q every time I scan my card for the last five times at least. And they usually good for 3 weeks. I get $4 off 20 or $5 off 25 though email every week as well. You need to sign up at cvs.com/email.

      • couponmama

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe you would need to purchase more items to get the gas card…it's $30 of select items, listed under the Gas Card promo above (before coupons of course). But the toothpaste & toothbrush wouldn't apply toward that.

    • flower_mom

Where are all the back to school freebies at CVS?  Year before last they had tons…Then they just stopped?  :(

    • Lwnesbit

I can't get the tilex coupon

      • couponinginatl

me either I dont even see it!

    • Cfornof2006

How do you get the printable coupon for the drumsticks?

      • Jackie

They have a $1.00 coupon on their facebook page right now.

        • Cfornof2006

          Thanks Jackie!

    • Brooke

I LOVE CVS. Finally went tonight and was shocked they had everything I was looking for. Ended up getting the following items:
3 Lumene Face Creams          3.89 each
2 Lumene Cleansing Cloths     2.99 each
1 Lumene Make up remover     6.89
4 John Frieda Full repair          6.99 each
      1 Balance Bar                        1.69
      3 Garnier Hairsprays               10.00
      1 Garnier Facewash                 5.00
      TOTAL:                                   74.55 (with tax)
      After ECB:                              58.55

      Used these coupons:
      (6) 4.00/lumene
      (4) 5.00/1 John Frieda
      (3) 1.00/1 Garnier Syling Product
      (1) 1.00/1 Garnier Facewash
      (1) 3.00/15.00 CVS coupon
      TOTAL after Coupons:                7.55 (YAY)

The cashier was so friendly to! At the end she said “Now thats the way to shop! I have to ask where you got all those coupons!” & I told her about this site and the great people i've traded with!!

      • Brooke

        Oh and I got 21.69 ECB's back!!

      • Melissa

How were you able to use the $4.00 Lumene coupons on items that are not $4.00. Did they adjust them down?

        • Beth

I've used many of the $4 Lumene Qs.  The last one is usually adjusted down.  I had one store manager not take the Q – saying the smaller size was trial.  But i've had no problem using them at a couple other area stores.

      • ddshockley

I wish I could find the Lumene and John Frieda.  All stores cleared out around my area.

      • Marglenna

Our paper in Nashville didn't have the $5.00 JF coupon. BOO!

        • gigi

If you live close enough to KY, sometimes I go by the Louisville paper because it tends to have more coupons than the Tennessean does… Idk why…

        • gigi

          It does cost $2 though…

        • ddshockley

I bought mine on Ebay for a few dollars.  So it was worth the product I have gotten.

      • ddshockley

You are so lucky, I have checked with 10 local stores and no one has the Lumene of the John Frieda.  I am so aggravated

        • Kaela

My store here in KY has both of these products in stock and I just wish I had the qs but they didn't come in our paper. Good luck!

    • Eliza-K

      Ok. I need your help. What order should I give these in? I have a $4.00/ $20.00, $6.00 spring coupon, $2.00 ECB and M q's.  Thanks :)

      • Catherine Taylor

it really doesn't matter, but for maximum savings potential (in regards to tax), do all the ECBs first, then all CVS coupons, then all manu. coupons (note: your cashier may get confused if your total drops below 20 before your 4/20 coupon, but the register doesn't–it takes it no prob!

        • Eliza-K

So should I save the $4.00 off of $20.00 for last or give that after the $6.00 spring savings ecb, and $2.00 ecb?

          • Jen P

You have to give the $4 off $20 coupon before your total drops below $20, otherwise the register won't recognize that you spent $20.  I tend to give it first so that my total before tax is above the $20, then I give M q's and then my ECB's.

        • Rhiannon353

I always give my ECB's last (in case I miscalculate how many I need to use), and I often have a 0 balance, so from a tax savings it doesn't matter if you do ECBs first or last.

        • SchoonCR

The one part I do understand is the tax part.  IF you are in a state that does charge tax on the Subtotal (before discounts), then the order will not matter at all in regards to taxes.

      • Tobys_Mom

I usually give the $$/$$ coupons first and then my manufactures coupons and store coupons together (order doesnt really matter there). I save the ECB's for last.  I want to use all coupons before I use any type of money (ECBs, etc) in case my pre-tax total goes below zero or is less than the ECB amount.

    • Amylyn

Starbucks had a promo om their frappuccino facebook page today and I was lucky enough to score a coupon for a free four pack of frappuccino up to $7.99. Most places will not take the internet printed coupon for a free item. Does anyone know if CVS will?

      • Catherine Taylor

i asked the other week with my free lipton and they said they did.  HTH!

        • Amylyn

          Thanks Catherine!

    • Me92300

I recieved a $2 off Pantene coupon at the Red Box machine last week which makes 2 free!

      • Candice

I have that one too!  Yay!

    • Me92300

I cannot locate the $1/1 Total coupons.  Any suggestions?

    • Jenney

Does any one know how much is the Clean & clear morning burst surge energizing power cleaser at cvs?

      • 1bigsaver

It's on sale for 5.99 in TN

    • Eliza-K

      If I buy the (2) Oral-B toothbrush, will I get (2) $1.00 ECB's back?

      • Eliza-K

Oh sorry, I see where it is stated that I will.

    • Janice

FYI just for giggles I went to Wal-Marts site to check their tide 64 load price. It is $12.47- $.50 more than the tide in this sale.

    • Sonya

I am I confused on these deals? When you say “makes it free” or “makes it $” that is not when you make your original purchase. The ECB is off the next purchase not the same purchase b/c you do not get them until it's printed out with your receipt AFTER purchase. I just need to know if I'm understanding this correctly b/c if I am some of it is not a good deal unless you already have those ECB's saved up.   Just wondering…..

      • NitaRoyal

I see it the same as you…..it doesn't really “make it” on that transaction, so I tend to just ignore that part.;-)

      • cvs lady

The beauty of CVS is that you just keep rolling your ECBs.  So it's not technically free when you buy it, but you use ECBs from previous purchases to make up the difference, get more ECBs on this purchase … and you just keep going.  Jenny says in her seminar that you should view ECBs as CVS money.  Between coupons and ECBs, you should have very little out of pocket.  HTH.

      • tygirl13

I look at it like this…

The reason I am getting those ECB is because I purchased the toothpaste, so I take my savings off of the toothpaste.  I like to attribute savings to the item that actually generated it.
It is hard to understand until you just do it.  You will have higher out of pocket on your first purchases, but if you only spend those ECB on sale items and subsequent ECB deals then you get to pay like .80 for toilet paper, diapers, and cereal in one transaction.

    • laura

This is the first week I'm going to be skipping CVS…a break!

    • Eliza-K

Do I have to buy the Gillette cartridges and the shave to get the $2.00 ECB?

    • Dtcox

may not get much this week a break but did get 120 picks today with deal  buy 60 get 20 free . just had my neices shower sunday this was great  two sets for .83 cents thank you jenny

    • NitaRoyal

Freebie:  It was a slow week, but I stopped last night and the red machine gave me a $10 coupon for Delica Lancet unit (blood glucose)….Hubby is diabetic, so I checked the shelf and they are on sale for $9.99

    • Just4yall

I keep seeing people talk about CVS emailing them coupons and such.  I signed up for CVS emails 2 years ago. I have the first email and then 3 emails in 2010 and that was it, nothing else. When they had their promotion for $4 when you update your email they said I couldnt becuase they already had might. So what am I doing wrong.

      • Sheila

It's just totally random.  Occassionally they offer coupons from their facebook account or their twitter account, so I would follow them and get coupons that way.  We just have to work a little harder to come up with great scenarios to get great deals. Notice that the scenarios posted here never have one.

    • Just so I understand the “Gas card” promotion – it's $30 worth of products BEFORE coupons, correct? So I can buy $30.95 worth of products, but then also use $4 in coupons and $4 off $20 and still receive the gas card? The ad didn't seem to specify. Thanks!

      • Deecheers4rv

        Yep

        • Jadamson_18

Can u use the $4 off $20 dollar coupon with a store coupon and a manufatured coupon?

          • tygirl13

Yes, you can!!  You just can't use two $ off $$ coupons in the same transaction.  ie you can't use a $4 off $20 purchase and $3 off $10 pain reliever purchase in the same transaction.

            • Jadamson_18

              thank u

            • Yes u can… The $3/$10 is on pain reliever not the total

            • Meghan

I just used both of those at the same time today. Was I not supposed to?

            • Anonymous

actually you can. $4 is on total; whereas, $3 on 10 pain reliever is a specific Q on certain items; it is just as if you were using $3 off on Excedrin

    • FreeSpirit4eva

cvs really surprised me today. I had 8 expired ECB from about a wk ago and today they accepted them. Thank God that would have been $34 ecb down the drain. Thanks CVS!!

      • Bzgolf

I did the same this morning although the manager was kind enough to take the expired (2days worth 20$) she did tell me nicely that it was not store policy but she would allow from time to time……THANKS CVS MANAGER TX…TAMMY

        • Lletich

CVS manager has told me that the EBCs never expire! I wish Rite-Aid was that way!

          • Juli

My Rite Aid has started taking expired UPS…she told me yesterday that they would accept them up to about a month past their expiration.  May be different with every store, but mine has just started this.

            • Anonymous

RA is worst when it comes to coupons, Ups and rainchecks in the region where I am. WAGs has improved dramatically and RA is going down the drain with their hostility towards savers.  Let’s know how it goes

    • Michelle

I started at Walgreen last week and this week I'm trying CVS for the ECB here is my scenario just want to make sure I got it right .I plan on buying 1- 3 pack Oral B toothbrushes, 1 Colgate toothbrush and Zantac and 4 Gas-X Total due will be $21. 96 I will receive a total of 17 ECB  then I buy Oil of Olay + a Mitchem deoderant Total due $16.78, if I add some candy , I might owe some change and all that is about what I use to pay for Oil of Olay and I'll have 3 EBC
      Is there a better scenario.
      Thanks for any help
      Michelle

New to this site.  What do the little acorns mean that I see occasionally next to some products?

      • Melissa

That means it is a good deal and to stock up if you need it.

        • Sdggolf

          Thanks!

          • Kaela

I have been wondering the same thing. Thanks for the info!

    • Jenny72780

Is the deal on the Gillette razor system and cartridges count as a different deal from last week? It says limit 1 and I already bought one of each from the previous ad… wasn't sure if this is a month long deal deal so there is 1 limit all month or its just a new deal altogether bc its a new sale week?

    • mrsmadayar

I sure do wish there were some Disney/Marvel vitamins out to match with the BOGO sale.

      • Allison

I have a $2 and $1.50 (this one expires today) in one of the coupon booklets that Kroger sent me.  It's one the “best customer booklets” and just has coupons, not one of the bigger ads.

      • Trish

Kroger is running a B1G1 on the Disney vitamins through the end of the month.  I'd check with your store.  I'm in Middle Tennessee area.

    • Brittney S.

I just want to share that I got a great deal at CVS today!! I bought 2 john fredia shampoos/conditioners (30% more in each bottle) and a styler for 6 dollars and got back $10 in extra bucks. I used (3) $2.00 coupons and my $7 extrabucks. I'm glad I really didn't have to pay $20!!!

    • SchoonCR

Just wanted to say, RAINCHECKS!!!  I see so many people upset that their CVS is out of items.

I look at it another way… I get a raincheck, and save them up for a time that a $5 off $20 or so coupon comes up, and then use them all at once.  OR, until a nice manufacturer coupon comes along.

Just one way to look at it  :)

      • Just4yall

I think that way too. To bad my stores are never out of anything. I do have a rain Check for 4 $1.99 Purex just waiting for the coupons.

        • SchoonCR

My stores never have anything.  They have been out of the Mortin PM 20 count for about 6 weeks.

          • Atkinsonfive

Mine too.  The manager said they were recalled but I have seen them in Publix and Walgreens since then.  Just waiting.

            • ddshockley

I got a couple at Walgreens this week.  B1G1 50 percent off.  I paid like 98 cents each or for both. Don’t recall right now.  Just a thought.

          • Kaela

My CVS fav cashier told me that there warehouse ios out so therefore they can't get any for that reason. I was getting frustrated about it too. My mq's expire on 7/31 but I have 2 prints that don't till 8/12……so let's cross our fingers. :)

      • ddshockley

That is ok.  I do it also, but coupons expire a lot before they are getting the items in.  One of my local CVS stores will let me use the expired coupons if I told them I was afraid of them expiring before they get the product in. :)  I love that CVS.

    • Just4yall

Aww didnt know there was a coupon for .74 off taster's choice. Just got 2 at store for .15 cents with BOGO coupon and .65 coupon. Could have been free. LOL

    • Just4yall

IF I have BOGO tasters choice coupon will 6.99×2 count for the gas card or only the one I pay for?

      • tygirl13

I am not totally sure, but I would think that just the one you pay for will count.  The second one will ring up as “free”.  I have not done a gas card deal, so I don't know for sure.

        • Just4yall

The second one will ring up as 6.99 until I use coupon but it wil be free when the reciept prints..So not sure

          • tygirl13

My bad, I misunderstood.  Yes, the wyb a certain $ deals are always before coupons at CVS.

      • Brittney S.

Yes, it counts as the amount totL before the coupons!

    • Just4yall

My ad doesnt show John Frieda on sale. Is it because it is a month long deal or is it just not on sale here. How do I find this out.

      • Brittney S.

I didn't find this out from the ad, I found this deal out from Jenny, it ends tonight though, that's why I rushed to get it. but next week hey are on sale for $6 each.

        • Just4yall

Oh really, It is on this cvs post for the upcoming week.

          • Brittney S.

The one I did today was ending today, the $6 sale I saw when I went to CVS today.

          • ddshockley

I will have to see.  I guess I will just use my coupons at Walmart if they continue to be sold out. I hate that. I love my ECB.  But the coupons are going to expire.

        • ddshockley

What the 12 stores around me have been sold out for a month?

    • Catherine Taylor

Mixed bag at CVS today.  I was bummed when I saw the sign on the front door saying they no longer turned their ads early (esp. since I went across town for the one I knew started early).  I was hoping to do sales from last week and this week to use my 5/25 q, but I made it work: bought 2 jumbo packs of huggies, and 4 12 packs of coke for $20.  I'm trying to tell myself that it's a good deal (:D) and it is, it's just hard when you're not used to spending $$ at a store…  Anyway, this was written at the bottom of my reciept:
ExtraCare Card balance as of 7/13

      HUGGIES FREE EXTRAS
Buy 6 get jumbo pack free 1.00

      Beauty Club Spending 384.09

Snickers, Buy 10 Get One Free
      Snickers Bars Purchased:  4

I didn't know about the Huggies or the Snickers promotions!  That'll be great for all you who got in on the clearance Huggies!

    • Sillysnicks

CVS had all Zhu Zhu pets and accessories for $2 marked down from as much as $24.95!  I stocked up for Toys for Tots!

      • Anonymous

They had them at Target too but I think they were $2.50.

    • Just4yall

How do you know if your store starts the sale early?

    • Brittney S.

For everyone who has any questions about anything related to CVS, I work for them and I know most of the policies. My e-mail is brstanley07@gmail.com. I will gladly answer any questions you have.

      • Liz

Does CVS accept expired coupons?  I noticed the Oral-B deal cites a coupon that expired yesterday.

        • Olemissmoss

Many CVS stores allow you to shop the new ad on Saturday night, so that coupon could have been used yesterday. That is why she sometimes includes coupons that may expire on Sunday.

    • Mary r

I have a CVS Q for $2/2 pantene that printed last week at the coupon center…this makes my pantene free!  Check your Q's

      • That redbox coupon was suppose to expire yesterday 7/16? Did they accept it at your store?

    • Mary

You can't beat CVS for their Customer Service!  I love that their rainchecks  never expire!  As someone mentioned, it is nice to hold out for better coupons with the raincheck sometimes, so unless I really need the item at the moment, I am always glad they give me a raincheck.  Yesterday I used two rainchecks and got 6 18oz. jars of Smucker's Preserves (DH's fav) and 2 Oral B Pulsar Battery toothbrushes.  I used (6) 55cents off Smucker's coupons, (2) $3 off Oral B Battery toothbrush coupons, a $5 off $25 CVS coupon and $11 ECBs.  My total was $1.68 plus tax and I got back $11 ECBs.  I saved $34.04.

      • Just4yall

Wile we are on the subject of rain checks that is why I love Harris Teeter, Big City only 1 around. They are always out reg sale super doubles w/e. Always get Rainchecks. Then in 1 month 2 months w/e you have the right coupons at the right time and you make out. take those rain checks and use them on a super doubles week and while everyone else is fighting to get whats on sale that week I am getting stuff that was on sale a month ago and I know it will be in stock.

    • Angelascoupons1

My CVS ad stated that there was a beauty coupon that was going to print from the coupon center.  It also mentioned that there was a $20 rebate when you bought $50 of Olay available at olay.com.  Could not find it on Olay’s site.  This plus the rebate, plus Olay being B1G1 50% off, plus the $3 coupons would make for some cheap Olay!

      Anyone know about the rebate?

    • Cnews4u

I have a question. I've noticed matchups  that give a coupon from PG on 7/3, but if you look at the insert schedule it says there were no coupons that week. Was there or wasn't there an insert? Also how do you get the Kroger home mailer? I have a Kroger card but I've never gotten one.  Thanks.

      • There was a P&G insert, it was previewed here as well.

      • There was an insert that week… It wasn't originally but it ended up there anyway… It was posted in here that there would be and insert and it was on tv as well…
Sorry, I don't know about K, only becuz I don't have those around me. Wish I dis though…

      • Yuliyaporter

there was an insert on 7/3

      • Harriet

        last week was 7/10

When there are deals such as the John Freida buy $20 get $10 ECB, does it have to be done all in one transaction?

    • samantha

My CVS is ringing up Flintstones Gummy Vitamins 60ct at Buy One Get one 50% off.

They were 6.99 + 3.49. You can use 2 $3 off qs from coupons.com which makes them $4.48 (or $2.24ea).

    • never trust the online price on WM, the prices in the stores are different

    • Does the pantene or john frieda deal qualify for the Beauty Club? I have heard two different answer's some say no sale items qualify and some say yes they do qualify? I'm up to $33.28 so would the John Freida deal put me over $50? Also does the beauty club print the day you hit $50 and is the 50 before or after coupons? Thanks

      • Amy T

The $50 is before coupons, but it doesn't print the day you reach that amount. It will print a few days later if you scan your card at the red coupon machine.

      • Iesha

Hi Daniel, yes pantene and john qualify, it doesn't matter if there are on sale.

    • Liz

I'm confused about the Oral-B deal.  Does CVS accept expired coupons?

      • Dccouponer

no but some stores start the new sales saturday night …that would have been the only time you couldhave  used it

    • Liz

Sorry, I meant the Colgate Deal

    • AM

I tried to get the $2 RIMMEL coupon through facebook. Didn't see anything about a coupon.
Anyone know how to get that coupon??

      Thanks in advance!

    • Eae1959

Went to Jennys class yesterday in FLorida…..one of many points she made. The larger the newspaper circulation the more coupons….And minimum of 2 papers for those BOGO using a cpn on each item…..with 2 papers you're ready. Just a couple of quick points.

      • Raevidahor

I just went into cvs and 2 coupons printed- $5.00 off $20.00 or more of facial products good through 7/18

        • Raevidahor

Im sorry I didn't tell you the second one. The second was 5.00 off any 20.00 Revlon or Maybelline Cosmetic purchase

    • Angelascoupons1

Does anyone know about the “mystery beauty coupon” that is now printing at the coupon center?  Or the Olay rebate on the olay website that is supposed to be $20 when you spend $50?

      • Kdwe64

Mine was “$5 off any Revlon or Maybelline Cosmetic purchase.”

      • SarahR

I got a $5 off of $20 Facial Skin Care Purchase which can be used with the Olay.  As for the rebate, they seem to do it a few times a year.  If you “google” Olay Rebate, it should come up.  HTH

      • SarahR

I just looked for a rebate and could not find one.  There may be one upcoming .  I would save my receipts and write the UPCs down so you do have them in case they start a promotion.  It may be in the 31 July insert and be good for purchases from July.

    • mini

hey just to let people know the CVS in hickory, nc told me no matter the expiration on there own coupons they will still take them so when the air delight coupon printed at there machine the guy told me to keep it because for one they were out but he said bring it in anytime and they will honor it same goes for ECB and the way he talked they will take the 5 off 25 anytime too no matter expiration on it manager was right beside him nodding the entire time so just a heads up

      • Triplettk

This is not true for all stores – at least for ECBs.  A friend of mine and my mom have both tried to use ECBs past the expiration date and they wouldn't take them.  My mom was able to get them reissued to her CVS card by calling customer service, but when my friend called, they just kept saying they were sorry and there was nothing they could do about it.

      • Lonestar9

Yeap, a very much regional deal, around here in upstate of SC they seem to take expired coupons like that for up to a week, then after that it's a no go.

    • Chris

OK Question for CVSers – I don't normally do CVS but am really eyeing the Kleenex on the gas card deal.  Do y'all think the CVS deal is better than the Kroger deal?  Not knowing the price of a box of regular Kleenex at CVS (the big rectangular regular box – no lotion or anything) it's hard to decide.  Thoughts or advice from someone who regularly does CVS deals would be appreciated.  Thanks!

      • Sillysnicks

I would say around $2.39 sounds right for a box at CVS if I remember when I bought some the last time they had a BOGO sale.  I have no idea about the Kroger deal b/c I don't live near a Kroger.

        • Chris

Yeah but is that for the big rectangular box or the small square box?  The limit is also 6 so is that 6 total or 6 paid for then 6 free (basically getting 12)?  I'm trying to figure out how to do this and get just enough to get the gas card but so far not seeing a way to do it without buying a lot of other crap I don't want or need.

Seems like the Kroger deal at $0.99/ea is the better deal and I should just forget about the gas card deal at CVS.

          • Sillysnicks

            $2.39 for the rectangular box
I wonder if the limit is per transaction or total for the gas card promotion…before when they have had limits on BOGO limits it was per transaction and could be done over and over again.  When Sobe was BOGO and the limit was 6 we could get 12.  I hope this helps.  I am going to go to CVS tomorrow (Monday) and will see what I can find out.

    • Jcgarner

My Trip Today breaks down like this:
      -Mach3 5ct Cartridge $13.49
-Clean and Clear Acne Control Kit $19.49
            Total: 33.56

      I used:
      – $5 off $25 purchase (CVS email coupon)
      – $5 off $20 purchase of facial care (printed out today at store)
      – $3 off Mach3 Cartridge MQ
      – $5 off Clean and Clear Acne Control Kit MQ
      – $7.99 ECB from last week

             Paid: 7.57
             Got Back: $5, 2 ECB
             Like Paying: .57

      • abr

I thought CVS would only take one $ off $ coupon .  Am I wrong? I see you used $5 off $25 and $5 off $20

        • Patstekarmic

JcGardner  total was 33.56 you used 1 $5 off $25 off the total i can see.  But how could you use another $5 off 20 when your  balance was $8.56 off orignal total.   Doesn't make sense.

          • abr

I didn't due the transaction JcGarner did. My question is similar to yours. I didn't think you could use 2 $ off  $$ coupons unless your total at least equals the value of the 2 coupons.

        • Anonymous

5 off 25 is on total purchase; whereas the other $5 off 20 is on facial care alone; so technically they both should work together

        • Anonymous

you have paid cash 7.57 but know that ecb that you used 7.99 is also “earned” and therefore is a part of payment because you used that up on this

    • Margoren

All the Zhu Zhu pet line is selling for $2.00!!

    • Boydfamily94

I have a $5/$20 q atCVS. I'm new to the couponing, so if I break up my purchases to get the most out of the ECBs. How do I get to use the $5/$20 q? When I break up my purchases I get more savings by using the ECBs, but then each bill is less than $20. Do I have to forgo the $5/$20 q?

      • Kaela

The purchase has to be a value of @ least $25 in order to use the q…….since your new to couponing you probaly don't have ecbs from previous weeks to use so I'd probaly just try to figure up your totals by paying seperately and then do it to use the q and just see which is better in your situation. Also check exp. on the q it may have awhile before it expires….I think the q printing from the red machine expires 1 week after printing. I just used the exact q yesterday but had several rollove ecbs to use along with mine so that my new ecbs can be used next week. Hope this helps and good luck.

    • wendyc33

Not a bad cvs run today. I had just a 4.00 ecb from last week too.
      I bought 2 pantene shampoos for 6.97
      1 gillette series shave cream. 3. 59
used 1 2.00/2 cvs pantene q from machine.
      used 1 3.00/2 pantene manf q
used 1 1.50 off gillette series cvs q from machine last week.
      used 4.00 ecb.
paid .98, got back a 2.00ecb, and another 2.00 ecb.
if anyone has some good ideas to use for 5.00/20 facial cvs q. please post them.
also i also recieved a 5.00 off 20.00 revlon or maybelline cvs q too.

      • Justineandtodd

Check your cvs for the clearance bin.  We found Lumene items in there for half price.  We got 4  items on clearance for 5.49 each.  We had a total purchase of $21.96.  We used (4) $4 lumene coupons and the $5 off $20 coupon.  We also purchase a 33 cent carmel.  Not a bad deal.  And the items  purchased went towards our beauty club purchase amounts.

      • Brandy

I got the same 2 CVS Q's listed above and would love some ideas on how best to redeem them.

      • Just4yall

I got 4 Olay Daily renew cleanser @ 6.89 each. 2@ half price came up to 20.66 used my $5/$20 coupon and 4 $3 coupons and a $1.69ecb and came out to 2.95.

        • Just4yall

Does anyone know if there is or isnt an olay rebate?

      • Cathy

Not too much at CVS this week for me BUT I was looking at the Gillette shaving gel and I did get the $1.50 off gillette series q too last week! Thanks for reminding me! :) I'll use it with my $1 off.

    • guest

Some cvs's do accept expired coupons, mine does for 2 weeks including the ECB…others does for a week and I read that one person said hers takes them for a month!!

    • Gigi

Trying to find the John Freida Deal in the CVS sale paper and cant seem to locate it.. Please help me find it… Thanks

      Gigi

      • Brandy

Gigi, the John Freida deal didn't show up in my ad either, but last week I checked at the store and they had the deal advertised on the shelf. Check with your store!

    • Brandy

Just got back from CVS…went for the Colgate toothbrush deal but couldn't find any cheap enough to make them free so I passed on those. However, I also had the $2/2 Pantene coupon from the CVS redbox that expired 7/15, but I took a chance with it and the Manufacturer Q's in the hopes of scoring free shampoo and was in luck….the very nice cashier overrode the system to accept the CVS Q and I scored! Then I picked up several more of those eco-friendly cups (love those) that put me over the limit to use my $5/$25 email coupon. Also got some great coupons at the redbox today….$4/$20 plus other $ off on certain items. Very good trip!

    • DCouponer

I tried the John Frieda deal today and it didn't work.  The $10 EB's didn't print and it did not appear at the bottom of my receipt.  It is not advertised in the store either.  I think the deal ended.  The John Frieda items are back at their sale prices, though- $6 for shampoos and conditioners and $8 for stylers.

      • Danyeln

I went on Saturday evening and had the same thing happen to me.  However the shelf tags were still up when I was there so I am going back tomorrow to get them to honor it.  I sure hope they do.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

I stil have the balance I need to get ecb as of Monday. So, the deal is still out

      My CVS Trip (California)

      Transaction for the gas promotion:

      7-Mitchen deodorants at 1.99 (minus 0.75 coupon) =1.25 each=12.75
      2-Fiber Plus Cerea at 1.99 (minus 0.75 coupon)= 1.25 each =2.50
      2-Clariol hair dye 11.98 (minus 5.00 coupon)=6.98

6 dollars in ecb and a 5 off 20 dollar coupon totaling ~16.44 and got my ten dollar gas card.

    • Just got back from CVS and I can confirm ALL Zhu Zhu pets were marked down to $2.00 this included everything from the actual pets, cars, cases, sets.  Even those normally 29.99 were 2.00. I got 5 for my 5 year old, not sure if I am going to pack them away or bring them out slowly.  Ok, I already broke down and gave her Peachy!

Also got box wine for $6.50, a box that equals 4 bottles, have an upcoming party…nothing but the best :)  It was an Australian Shiraz.

      • Just4yall

Only the Pets and Armor were marked down at my store the sets were $15. I was kinda disapointed.

        • Raynesmw

None of mine were marked 5/$10. I just started scanning them and sure enough, even the 24.99 sets were 2.00. Yay Christmas shopping in July!

          • Yup, nothing was marked in my store but all scanned 5/10.  I am thinking of getting a bunch and donating and Christmas time.

            • Just4yall

I went in at 10 and all the price tags where allready set up including the 5/10 zhu zhu pets. and then the others where 15 idk why but it was.

      • Amy

Thank you! My daughter wants zhu zhu pets for her birthday in September. SCORE! :p

        • Silveryoung1

I found them at target for $1.25

          • mommyof1

me too! and their outfits were only $.98 =)

Moneymaker Alert!!! The Gillette Fusion Hydra Gel 2.5 oz (like a trial size) is working for the $2 ecb deal!!! It had the tag on the shelf showing that it's “like getting it for 19 cents”! Pay $2.19. Use the $1 off Gillette Shave coupon that came in the P&G (I used the coupon already, I can't tell you exactly what it says – sorry)… total comes out to $1.19 and you get $2 ecb back! It was on the shelf with the full sized shave gels. Good luck!

      • Amy

        I believe it's from the 6/5 P&G insert…

    • Bethscoupons1

The redbox printed out 3 $5/15 coupons today! Woohoo! Then I got a gillette shave cream that was marked down to $2.15 with a $2 ecb and a $1 q it was a big score for me! The only down side was the cashier was a jerk about me having q's. Plus he only let me have 2 orders instead of my planned 3. Oh well, still a good run! :)

      • Just4yall

Lucky You! None of my cvs stores around here will let my use coupons on clearance items. But I got a $10/$50 coupon. havnt gotten anyof those in forever. Still sucks that is was so high.

        • Alexusrydr

What?  Why would they not let you use a coupon on a clearance item?  It does not matter if it is on clearance or not, the store still gets paid for the coupon soo it shouldn't matter.  I would talk to the manager and if he/she gives you problems, I'd call the corp office.

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

Keeping quiet about this is unwise and will encourage them to make up more rules whatever they like to see fit. Coupons do not state that they are not good on clearance items or good on item with at least so and so price. If manuf have no rpoblem with that, I do not see why employees would make up their rule in their little kingdom. Next time insist on using them as if you were paying with check or credit card. If only, Q are better than credit card payments. On credit cards, they have to pay fees to vendors, but on Q. stores get reimbursed extra for handling

      • mamabelbel

How can he only let you do 2 transactions?  If you get out of line and move to the back of the line or take your stuff to the car and come back in, how is it his business if you do that all day long?  I guess I can understand limiting people who are holding up the line with multiple complicated transactions during a really busy time though.

    • J Yauniek

Totally upset because I have about $30 in ecbs that are expiring Tuesday and there is nothing in the ad that I want to buy that gives me ecbs back. I guess I will have to bite the bullet and just spend them so I wont lose them. Ill probably go without my mom because she will try to get me to spend them on cakes and candy lol.

      • Mandyward67

I hear ya! try doing some make-up.

      • Mcleodsc

Scan your card and you will get 5/20mabelline and 5/20skin care-maybe you can purchase make-up/skin care items using coupons and ECBs and make some ECB's. Also if your total before coupons is 50.00 the you will get the 5 beauty club ECB.

      • Amy

Does your store accept expired extra bucks? It might help to ask a manager! Ours will take them expired. Good luck!

      • mamabelbel

You can always buy the sale toilet paper and paper towels and at least get a gas card out of it.  :)

        • nancy

I did this deal sunday… heck i needed TP and PT

          • J Yauniek

I did the deal for the TP and PT. I had a $4 off $20 purchase that was expiring  today as well so I added 3 packs of pepsi and 2 packs of the aquafina that was on sale and after all ecbs and coupons I paid 2.41 oop and left with gas card and $5 ebs. :D yaaay me!

      • Smamf1922

Go to the food section and stock up!

      • Sarah

are you sure your store doesnt accept them expired? mine allows for expired for up to a few months I think but it depends on the store

    • luv2save

Is it better to do 5 small transactions – or just 1 big one?

      • Cathy

For me it depends, if I get a $5 off $25 or something similar, I'll work a deal to use that along with my other coupons. At times, I do ask to make several transactions. Just whatever works best for me at that time.

      • Angelascoupons1

You have to work it out on paper and see what comes out the cheapest.  For me, that is the thrill of doing the drug store deals…figuring out how to have the least amount of money out of pocket.  I'm just thankful that my stores are patient with the multiple transactions!  Have fun!

    • Raynesmw

Here is a link to a Google Doc w/ the Olay Rebate. https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B92Uz5xZJ11LY2FkMjdjOTQtYTdlMC00YzEzLTgwYjItN2FmYWNkZWIxMjA1&hl=en_US

    • APKQueen

Has anyone bought any cottonelle from CVS and got the Catalina Q back?

      • nancy

I did cottonelle deal of $30 gas card, and no catalina. I didn't even use one to begin with.

        • Anonymous

          CVS doesn’t have catalinas.

      • Gatorginger

That deal was at walgreens and got $3.50 rr for buying two packs of the cottonelle

    • guest

Does anyone know if there is a new $20 rebate from Olay?  The CVS ad states there is one but I only see the one that expired in Jan '11.  If someone has any info, please help.  Thanks

      • Liz

    • Jmmjc

There is a coupon in the ss 7/17 for $10.00 off when you u buy three products of Maalox, prevacid, benefiber.  Will that work with the 10 ECB wyb 20. And can you also use the coupons on each products?

      • Steph08252001

My husband just bought 2 gas x and 3 maalox products, and used 4 coupons from yesterday's paper ( 2x $1 off gas x, $1 off maalox, and $2.50 off 2 maalox) and got the $10 ECB.

        • jasmine

how much did he pay out of pocket?

      • Jmmjc

went to cvs and bought 4 bottles of Maalox.  Used (1) 10.00 off coupon in ss 7/17. Paid 11.96 and got $10 ECB.  paid 1.96 for 4 bottles of Maalox.  Then I realized I could have also used the 1 off Maalox.  Then it would have been 96 cents for all FOUR!!!!

    • Amd29f

    • Was excited about the $10 ECBs from $20 John Frieda deal, but it didn't work :( When the $10 ECBs didn't print, I asked the clerk about it and he didn't know anything about the deal…it wasn't in the ad either :(

      • Barbara Hanville

I had the same problem – any way we can get the $10 ECB on this?

        • According to the clerk, no…CVS has no knowledge of this deal…

          • Hi, Kelly.  I just did this deal tonight and it did not print for me either- in Port St. Lucie. :-(

      • mommyof1

its not in my local ad either..

      • Barbara Hanville

So – I tried calling the CVS Extra Bucks # 1-800-746-7287.  Apparently there was a problem with ECBs printing on the John Frieda deal.  They were able to pull up my receipt, and saw that I had purchased $20 of John Frieda, and issued my $10 ECB – will print when I next scan my ECB card.  Very apologetic, and solved the problem!!

    • Cathy

I FORGOT to use my ECB's from last week!!! I'm blaming it on my headache and my excitement about the deals I was grabbing…. :) Well, no biggie! I'll have $18 ECB's for next week!

    • Went in this morning only to get 3/$10 Pepsi and two cases of Nestle Pure Life Water and got a happy surprise when the magic coupon machine gave me a $4 off $20 “grocery” purchase!  So what I ended up doing was this:

      (3) Pepsi 12 packs….. $10
      (2) Nestle 24 pks……. $6.94
      (8) B1G1 spices ……. $3.96

      Total……………………$20.90
      Nestle paper Q $1/2..-$1.00
      Nestle Savingstar Q…-$1.00
      Store Q………………..-$4.00

      OOP…………………..$14.90
and walked out with $3 ECB

Essentially the store $4/$20 Q paid for the spices and I got the sodas 3/$7 and the water at $2.47 a case (.10 a bottle).  Not too shabby.

    • karen

      thanks Jenny

      Okay… question everyone@3f7aecc71d9b507fcf7c3b89c259de3d:disqus
On the bottom of my receipt in the ExtraCare Card Balance as of 07/11 it has a category called PAMPERS FREE EXTRAS.  Under it says Buy 6 Get Jumbo Pack Free, with 1.00 across from it.  Does anyone know what this is or means?!?

      • Cgilmore1155

it means that you have purchased 1. it looks like $1.00 but it is just 1.0

    • Gianna

Why aren't Huggies diapers displayed in here?  I thought it was the entire circular and items on sale?

      • Nikki

Cirulars are often long with many sale prices that aren't too good, so Jenny usually only posts the deals that are at least decent. I haven't checked the circular, so it's possible she just missed the Huggies deal or maybe it's really not a good price.

    • Just4yall

I know people are going to have mixed feelings about this but I just have to get this out… I had prev mentioned that my store that I went to didnt have the zhu zhu pets marked down to $2.. Well people said that they all where so I went to go check it out. My son had been wanting them for awhile but I could not bring my self to pay 25 dollars for some of this stuff it seemed way to high for me. I went to the closes store to me and they where all out….

The Cashier had informed me that a lady had come in and purchases $300 worth. I was like Wow how rude. I asked him to call another store to see if they had any in stock. They said yes… I drove there and went inside and saw all the zhuzhu pets behind the counter. The same lady had asked them to hold them till she got there. The cashier told me that there where more in the back. I waited around for 30 mins when the store manager finaly brought them out and i asked him what was in one of the boxes and the lady was there, I didnt know it was her. But she had said your going to have to wait…… I thought again how rude can you be. $300 at one store $500 at this store and my son doesnt even get to look.

      • Just4yall

She then had the nerve to turn around and tell my son that he should be greatful because the toys where going to dieing kids. Because he of couse was not happy. I then backed up and left and went to a 3rd store. Parked and got out and realized I was parked next to that same lady with her car full of toys. She was at a 3rd store clearing it out. Ok so I understand getting toys for a good cause but to clear out not just a store but an entire city is beyound words to me. What about everyone else. What about all those kids going to stores hopeing for something they have wanted for awhile and being told you should be greatful. I just feel that is so rudeo rude.

        • jasmine

WOW THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS…THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HER A LIMIT…IF IT WAS REALLY FOR A “GOOD CAUSE” LIKE SHE “CLAIMED” SHE WOULD HAVE LEFT SOME FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THEIR KIDS!!!!

          • Angelascoupons1

I agree about the limit.  I'm sorry….this is really extreme, even if she was getting them for sick children.  She could have at least offered you one!

            • Guest

I completely agree….It's great she was getting them for a “good cause” but I think if she was this great person she was acting to be, she could have spared a FEW ….or maybe a few stores' merchandise.  I am so sorry that you had to experience that…..my daughters are just now old enough to really “ask” for something and its so disappointing when you find it on sale at a good price and others are clearing it out.  But I have to say, I've been price matching at walmart the past couple weeks due to our CVS being very rude and cleared out….and I've been very pleased! So for future situations, it's worth a try!

        • Margoren

I understand how you feel. I am sorry you and your son had to go through that. I have 5 kids who love them but besides 4 ZZ pets that's all they have (no accessories) because they are expensive. I was lucky and so thankful to get some accessories. However, I did not find any of the pets.
I am planning to take the ad to Walmart to price match there. I don't know if they'll do it because I have a very difficult Walmart but it's worth the try…
Maybe you can try doing that, or will CVS give rainchecks, maybe??

          • CVS is not going to be carrying these any more I asked when I bought mine, hence the sale.

        • Phillips

She obviously was not buying them for “dieing kids”. Not only would someone who was actually buying them for terminally ill children not use the term “dieing kids”, but she would not have been an incredibly rude and greedy person that it sounds like she was. She would have shared them and been nice about it. Off to the flea market (or eBay) she goes to sell them, I suppose. Also, shame on any CVS that would hold all of these for her. First come, first served means whoever shows up at the store first, not the first one to call all of the CVS's and hold them all before anyone else can buy them. What are they thinking? My CVS would not even hold a razor for me if I asked. Thus is ridiculous. I can't believe people are so greedy. I usually don't post, but this whole thing makes me sick. I hope the person that did this reads this blog.

          • Margoren

I thought the same thing, but did not want to say it in case the toys were truly for a good cause. The first thing I thought was that she was selling them on Ebay. And people who are indeed involved in helping others have a bigger heart than this person appears to have.

          • Just4yall

I thought the same thing when she said “the cancer kids” several times. She didnt say a hospital or a fundation she just kept saying the “cancer kids” and im was like who says that.

        • Gmcouponer

That is a shame that she felt it was ok to say that to a child. I am so sorry your child had to see that. Children are often hurt by greediness. I buy for shelters and for children as well but did not go as far as that. A child should always come first, sick, or healthy. I always ask the store if there is any left to contact me and I will buy out what ever stock is left. That way everyone has a chance and no child does without. It is a good thing to help but you don't hurt another in the process. I am glad you did get one for your child. Shame on the store that…

      • Just4yall

I finally found a store that had them in stock. There are 9 stores in our city and it took the 6th before I found some. Prob because she hadnt made it there yet. I mean it is just crazy. At the 2nd store the manager said first come first serve sorry but I dont not agree with that when it comes to someone calling all the stores in the city and saying hold all of them for me until I get there. I dont even know how much $ worth she got at the second store they wouldnt tell me. But  she had atleast 15 boxes and not the zz pet boxes but the boxes the zz pet items are shipped in. Either way it was way to much to be that greedy that you say you have to wait till I get mine.

        • Just4yall

Oops posted that in the wrong spot.

        • First come first serve huh??! Who was there first….I guess You can have anything you want when it comes to first come serve if you just call and say I want it?!! The nerve of that manager!

    • Mywolfcubs3

Will walmart price match the 5 for$10 on zhu zhu

      • Margoren

I would think so. Of course, the cashier could say that it does not list what accessories are on sale, etc, etc. I am sure that's what my Walmart is going to say… But I am going to try….

      • I don't think the Zhu zhus are in the ad, how would you show the pricing?  Also I thought the price matching was on exact items, again you would need to show that.  It has also been my experience (from buying many at the holidays) that from store to store the selection is different.  What was a CVS may not be at Wal Mart, or it would be very few that match item for item.

Here in Michigan I went to 3 CVS all were loaded with zhu zhu, I got 10 all together, I am most like returning 2 items that are not even worth the 2.00.  We had a decent collection from the holidays already, and I packed a few away for the holidays.

        • Margoren

They are in the ad but only the pets are in the pic. (I think). The ad says pets and accessories, that's it.

          • I see it now!

            • My store put up new tags today that state they are on sale 50% off NOT 5 for $10.  THAT IT WAS A MISPRINT.

      • mommyof1

the zhu zhus were in an ad before.. in my area anyways.. savannah ga.. so check the actual paper ad.. they might be

    • Angelascoupons1

If you use Olay Regenerist, the deal at CVS is fabulous!  Many of the Regenerist items are on sale for $18.99 with a $3 ECB (limit one).  There is also an Olay rebate on their website that is for $20 back when you spend $50.  Here is what I did:

      $18.99 x 3 products
      3 $3 off coupons ($9 total)
$5 when you spend $20 from coupon box
      $2 ECB's I started with

      Spent:  $37.97 before tax
After rebate will have spent:  $17.97 before tax

So for the 3 products, I averaged $5.99 each!!!  Normally, these skin care items are at least $22.99 not on sale.  Unbelievable!

      • Thanks for the inspiration, I got a 10 off $50.00 purchase I am going to use to do this deal.  Olay rebate form was easy to find too!

      • Julie

And you should receive $5 in ECBs for your $50 beauty purchase.

        • NikkiB

I spent 30.99 on Olay Regenerist products after coupons ($49.98 before coupons/ECB).  But, it didn't show up on my Beauty Club balance.  Does anybody know why not?

          • Sheila

It takes a couple of days to show up in your account.

    • Angelascoupons1

My mom got a great Revlon deal today.  The coupon box printed out $5 wyb $20 Revlon and a $5 off certain lipsticks (Ultimate and another one).  So she got two of the lipsticks and an eye shadow to get to $20.  Then she used both of the $5 coupons and 3-$1 mqs…spent $7.  Those lipsticks and eye shadow would have cost about $27 normally.  She was excited but not as excited as me!

    • Liz

I can't find the lumene coupon in the 6/19 ss.  Anyone see it?

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Neither do I. Looks like its one of those regional

      • Zee

coupondede DOT com has them for sale

    • Frugal4life

Great trip to CVS found the Zhu Zhu pets bought 5 pets and 4 fun houses, plus the Pantene deal and Oral B and also had Q for free Poise pads. Paid $11.28 oop got 4
ECB. At this particular store in Tampa, Fl  they plenty of the pets and the ninja kind and accessories.

      • mommyof1

the target in the savannah mall had zhu zhu ninjas on clearance for only $1.25 and their armor for only $.98!! I posted this in the target section as well.. but what a great cheap stocking stuffer  =)

        • Margoren

I checked mine and zhu zhus and kung zhus were not on sale. I was looking for 1 or 2 hamsters. Lucky you! I will keep checking…

          • Sheila

Try Target if you have one close by.  Tons of Zhu Zhu pets and accessories were marked 75% off at the one in Gaithersburg.

            • Margoren

Yes, what I meant is that I checked the Target in Hampton, Va. I will check the one in Newport News. Thanks!

      The Zhu Zhu Pets…
Someone who calls all the CVS's in the county and asking the stores to HOLD them are going to more than likely SELL them on Ebay or something.. Flea Market them..
I have called a store to ask if an item is still on the shelf but not to hold ALL the products.  HOW RUDE of her.. she seriously needs to learn what the Golden Rule is!!!!
Helloo… rude gready person… stop hording and only looking out for yourself.  Do you seriously think CVS is going to run another ad on Zhu Zhu pets when someone buys all of them and upsets every kid in YOUR neighorhood.  I hope you Fail misurably in your attempts to Sell these.
Have any of you gone to your local FLEA Market? lately…. all the free items are there for sale at close to retail pricing.. I simply refuse to buy from them and won't patron the Flea Markets no more… I love yardsales and wish (they) had to have a resale lics. or something.

      • Smamf1922

        what's your zip code area?

      • Erica

We went to the flea market this weekend and I was amazed at the products for sale that I could get free or next to nothing in a regular retail store with coupons. And you are right, the prices that I seen were actually more then retail.

    • Just4yall

Update…. I decided to call customer service and inform them of what happened. They told me that it was unacceptable customer service and that the district manager and store managers will be talked to so that this never happens again. I was informed that they have a charity program and that they should have told her to contact them. They also informed me that they are not supposed  to hold sale items but even if what she said was true and wanted to help they still should have set a limit for her because they still have be fair to all of their CVS customers especially at the beginning of the sales week. So they don’t have everyone else coming in to disappointment. They also said that they normally don’t compensate for time and travel but they said because of the unacceptable circumstances that they will put $7 onto my account that will print at the red box for future purchases. I am glad I called and I hope they really do let their employees know that you shouldn’t do things like this.

      • Margoren

        Good for you!

      • scott'shappywife

Glad you've been able to speak to someone at customer service.  I've tried to call 3 or 4 times lately to speak to someone about a situation that needs to be handled in my CVS.  I get music and commercials and put on hold forever until I hang up.  Good for you!!!!!  :)

    • Sabelyne

I am just learning to CVS….. so here's my question.  When it says Limit one, does that mean one item  per transaction or does it mean you can only earn th ECB's one time?

      • Iheartcvs

You can only earn the ECB's one time

        • Sabelyne

          THANKS!

    • Just4yall

Is CVS the same as Rite Aid when it comes to BOGO coupons. Can you use 1 bogo and one cents off coupon for 2 items or can you use only 1 bogo coupon.

    • mommyof1

all i really see are the toothbrushes.. i tried getting the ones from 2 weeks ago, but they were still out.. i suspect that they will be out of these too.. i have over $10 in ecbs to use.. i guess i will get another raincheck.. i have enough shampoo etc to last a while.  why is it that when we NEED something, its ALWAYS out of stock =( they have 100 bottles of pantene in stock at all times… but 4 toothbrushes in the store for the entire week.

      • Smamf1922

I like to use my ECB's for milk!

        • ddshockley

          Me too!!!!

        • Rk

My CBS won't let me use mine for milk  :o(

    • Gunstock

CVS today. Mitchum Deodorant normally 4.99 a stick, on sale for 1.99, .75 coupon off each.  Got 15 sticks – $1.24 ea.  Also got $5.00 off $25.00 purchase when I scanned my card.  So paid .90 per stick of deodorant, and also got back a $10 ECB at the end that can be redeemed for gas card.
15 sticks of Mitchum, $3.63 out of pocket before tax!

      • Yuliyaporter

It is 0.25   in WG this  week

      • Smamf1922

        That's a stinking good deal!

      • Jjfdv

15 sticks is alot!  It would be nice to take a few and leave some for others.

        • Gunstock

You ASSUME I emptied the shelf, which was not the case.  They had plenty left.

          • Jjfdv

Then I need to shop at your CVS.  Mine doesn't  have 15 of anything in stock.

    • Cheryleure

can I use the $2 off powder tide coupon on the liquid HE.. from sundays SS  I have several coupons.. would be good to stock up

      • Sheila

No.  That would be a misuse of the coupon. aka coupon fraud.

        • Johnny

Why would it be fraud? Does the coupon specifically say “powder”?

          • Jjfdv

The coupon I have does say powder.

    • itsjustsweet

I just got back from CVS and I found Cristophe Professional Anti-Frizz shampoo and conditioners marked down 75% to only $2.07.  There was also a tear pad with $2 off CVS coupons right next to them making it only 7 Cents each!

Check to see if your store has these marked down as well!

    • The magic coupon machine is printing off a “mystery” beauty coupon this week… mine was $2/2 hair products…. I was already going to do the Pantene deal and get 2 hairsprays for .98 each…. with the $2/2 I got them for free, yay! Also, the Gillette shave gel small size was on sale for cheaper than what's listed above and you still get the ECB… after $2 in ECB it was .19 plus I had the $1 off coupon so it was free + profit.

    • Just4yall

Ok so I really need this answered. I have done a rebate before but I want to make sure before I buy more and I send it off that I will get the rebate back. If I did one trans for olay and used my coupons and all I paid was $2.95 will olay take the rebate for the $20 worth that I got or only count $3 of it that I paid for it.

      • Smamf1922

IF you follow all of the requirements, you will get the rebate.  Probably be about 8 weeks.  Don't look for an envelope w/ OLAY on it to come in the mail.  Lots of times the rebate checks come in one of the tear-off smaller envelopes.   It can be overlooked as junk mail….watch out.  Mark your calender for 5 wks. out and start looking.

        • Just4yall

          Ok, TY

      • mamabelbel

I just got a PG rebate back yesterday that was for $10 when you bought $30 worth of stuff I think.  I remember that my receipts only totalled $11 after coupons.  They gave me the $10 after all!  This is the second time this has happened for me with PG rebates.  I am also doing the Olay rebate and am calculating it based on the sale prices on the receipts not the OOP.  HTH

    • Deanna_RN

        • Dianne L

          “like” them on facebook

    • Greenlifega

ok, so I am new to this coupon thing. What does she mean in the paragraph at the beginning of this sales period, to put my items into separate transactions? Why is this important?  Thanks

      • Dharvn

separate transactions makes your out of pocket less. use the ECBs from the previous transaction and apply to the next.

    • ddshockley

Ok, so I really was needing some ECB for next week so I decided to go to CVS today with the $10.00 coupon for 3 of the healthcare items (Prevacid, Gas X, Malaox, or Benefiber).  I had only $3.00 in ECB to spend.  Here is what I got.  I was happy with what I ended up with.

Scanned my CVS card and got:

$5.00 ECB for Beauty Club (Saving did not have to use)
$5.00 coupon for Revlon Ultimate or Overtime lipstick (saving for another week with they have ECB back)
$4.00 coupon for John Frieda Hair Color (saving for another week they have them with ECB)
$2.00 coupon for Axe Shampook, Contitioner, or Styling product (Saving)

Very happy to begin with, now for my trip.

      Transaction 1
      2 Crest Toothpast 1.99 each
      1 Nature's Bounty Fish Oil 120 count 5.99
1 pack of Bubble Wrap (clearance to 1.07)

      Q's used:
      $2.00  Natures's Bounty
      2- .75 cent Crest Toothpaste
      $3.00 ECB

      Total OOP- 4.89  plus received $5.00 in ECB ( $2-Crest, $2 Nature's B, $1 Green Tag)

      Transaction 2

1 Box Benefiber (packets for water -24 in box) 9.99
      2 Gas X prevent- 5.49 each

      Q's used:
$10.00 coupon off of the purchase of 3
      $ 5.00 ECB from Trans 1

Total OOP- 5.97 plus received $10.00 in ECB.

So from a trip I didn't know if I would get any ECB, I received $15.00 in ECB and great coupons in use in future trips.

      WOW, I love CVS.

    • tcordes

    • Mandarpandar

just received 10 dollars off of mederma in the mail today, so after q and ecb it will only cost me $5. So excited! I have an 8 month old and have been waiting to get this for a good price

    • Megansmom636

i bought 4 john freida items yesterday and it didn't print any ecb bucks.  the cashier couldn't find it in the weekly ad.  where is it listed in the monthly ad.  i plan to go back with my items today and figure out what i did wrong.  they didn't have the red hair repair so they let me get any other john freida products with my $5 coupon.  would the ecb only print with the specific hair repair?  my stores are very good at making substitutions.  if i can show them where it is advertised I'm sure they'll give me the 10 ecb.  please help

      • ddshockley

They should not have let you use the coupons.  They will not be paid back because you did not purchase the correct product.  I have been waiting since the $10 ECB deal came out and 12 CVS's around my area still out.  I will probably not be able to get the deal before my coupons expire.  I think the deal ended a few days ago and unless you can show a raincheck I am not sure they will give you the $10.00.  You got very lucky to just be able to use your coupons.

        • Laura Guthrie

Walmart sells the full repair for 5.97. SO i just used my coupons there. It ends up being about the same in the end.

    • angel

so to do the different scenarios do I just stand in line and do the 2 different transactions at the same time?

      • Ajwoolums

Yes I do both transactions IF there is not a line. If there is a line I step out and go to the end after one transaction. I try to be as respectful of others because that is how I want to be treated.

    • Lindylee0619

Where do I get the PG coupons.  Thanks

      • Alan

They are inserts ( just like SS and RP ) that come in the Sunday paper. You can try Ebay if you didn't get them last month but, most of those run out 7/31/2011

    • Qclipper11

Went in to CVS with $5 ECB.  Purchased:

2 Old Spice Deo's – used (2) $1 off from 6/12 inserts (at least i think it was 6/12) and store had them for B1G1 50% off
1 Old Spice Body Wash – Used B1Deo-G1 Body Wash free
      3 Pepsi 2 liter – Used $1 off 3 hang tag coupon

    • Couponbadic

I got a coupon for $2 off any two shampoos, conditioners, or stylers at the bottom of my receipt the other day.  I went in today with my $3/2 Pantene coupon to do the special this week and actually found a hairspray on clearance for $2.49.  I got two of those, used my $3/2 and $2/2 CVS coupon paid the tax and got an ECB for $2…. $1.72 MoneyMaker!  Even if I did not find the hairspray on clearance, the Pantene would have been free after the ECB.

    • racecitymama

$1 ECB WYB Oral-B Indicator Toothbrush $1.99 Limit 2 -$2 off Oral-B Pulsar, CrossAction, Advantage, or (2) Indicator Cavity Defense manual toothbrushes, PG 7/03(buy (2), use $2 off, makes it FREE)

      I used a BOGO Oral-B & a $2/1-making it a moneymaker!

    • Unsmartsource

Can someone tell me what Smart Source has these coupons????  I live in Chattanooga and more than 1/2 the time none of the coupons listed are actually in the SS; its so frustrating?  What newspaper should I be purchasing?

    • Mcleodsc

Has anyone else noticed that the sales ads are including the coupons from the inserts in their deals?  Problem is that we do not all get the same coupons in the inserts. I find it frustrating when they include a coupon in the sale and it is not in my inserts! I have told the cashiers and manager about this several times!  I think it borders on FALSE ADVERTISING!

      • Troop949

If I remember correctly, the CVS ads will have the coupon logo on the product but it says “in MOST Sunday papers”.  So, it's a very general disclaimer, but I think they shouldn't really be blamed for the regional differences in coupons.  I'm not really sure WHO to blame for that, because it is annoying!

    • joyce

i have extra $4/1 schick coupon i can trade for $4/1 Lumene coupon, if interested email me at swtjoyce123@yahoo.com, both can be used for next weeks sale

    • Gatorginger

Got a great deal yesterday as the machine printed up $5.00 off Garnier products.  Garnier are on sale three for $10.00 and if you spend $15.00 you get $5.00 ecbs so I did the following deal

I bought 5 garnier products totaling $15.03 as I found two of them on clearance prices
I used four $1.00 off garnier products and I used $5.00 off cvs garnier products

Paid $6.03 but got back $5 ecbs lol

      • Jjlsaver

Did the coupon print at the coupon stand where you scan your card?

        • Gatorginger

          Yep it sure did

    • Gatorginger

Total would have been $5.03 if I had another $1.00 off coupon but I didn't have one with me so still was a great deal.

    • Terranalexander

When it says Limit 1 (or whatever number)per household with the ECB's.  Does that mean a transacton, a day or a week?  Please help.

      • Isu2014

        Limit one per cvs card!

    • Terranalexander

Also will CVS accept coupons that are not for the specific item?  Example Tide liquid is the promotion, but I have a coupon for for powder.  Or all the different types of razors of the same brand.  Will they except them as long as the barcodes are the same?

      • Mary

That is coupon fraud. You must use the coupon for the product(s) indicated, including size, varity etc. Now if you coupon says any Tide, then you can use it on anyt size, quanity, etc.

        • Terranalexander

Thanks.  Thats what i was wondering but above it has the coupon listed to use.
Tide 2x Ultra or Gain Regular or HE, 48-64 loads, $11.97 Limit 3 -.35/1 Tide detergent, PG 6/05 -.50/1 Tide detergent, PG 7/03 -$2 off Tide or Gain powder detergent, SS 7/17(use $2 off, makes it $9.97)

    • Jlaleonard

I wanted to mention that the Fusion Razors are suppose to add to your Beauty club rewards $50 spend credits. They are shown under men's skin care on the site. I had to call the 800 # after several days my Beauty rewards were not tallying.  They added the rewards after I notified them.

    • Tiya

I wonder if anyone has used the $5 off $20 facial skin care with the Lumene deal. I am going to try it today.

      • Sav$

How did it go? Which Lumene did you purchase?  I was going tomorrow to try it.

        • Sav$

I purchased  2 Lumene Cleansing wipes at 2.73 each
2 makeup removers at            5.98 each

          Total OOP=   $7.77
          ECBs      =    $5.00 Lumene +$3.00 Benadryl

          • Mcleodsc

The 20. Lumene purchase will also count toward the Beauty Club ECB!

        • Tiya

This was my transaction. I didn't have the higher Pantene coupons so I used this to lower my oop.

          6 Lumene Wipes $2.73
          1 Lumene Firming Cream $3.89
          1 Pantene Shampoo $3.49
          1 Pantene Conditioner $3.48
          2 Pine Sol $4.00
          1 2L Pepsi $0.88
          1 Benadryl Cream $7.39
1 Starburst $1.19 for son being so patient

Total $39.51 Minus $5/20 facial, only 5 of the $4 off Lumene, $1/2 Pantene, 2 $1 off Pine Sol, $2 off Benadryl, and $10 ECB from John Frieda deal.

          OOP $0.73 and got back the $10 (5, 2, 3)
Awesome trip. I had to get raincheck for the toothbrushes and cottonelle wipes.

    • Kristi

Does anyone know how the gas promo works, like when I purchase the $30 of items listed, does it print out something on the receipt that you take to get the $10 in gas or how does this work?

      • Terranalexander

Your card keeps track of it.  It will print out on your reciept like the ECB do.  You can go ahead and use it to get the card right them.  In Boiling Springs NC I go a choice of Exxon or Shell.  This week they only had Shell.  Think you can only get one a week.

      • Sheryl

No, they will actually give you a gas card.  You may want to ask which gas cards they have available.  If you notice on your receipt each time you buy something with the gas promo it will let you know your total and how much you need to get a card.  Hope this helps.

    • Terranalexander

I just got my $10 ECB from CVS on the Maloxx,GasX, Benefiber deal.  Bought 2 Maloxx bottles and 2 packs of the Gas-X.  Each $5.49.  I had a $2.50 off 2 Maloxx and 2- $1 coupons of the Maloxx.  So after the $10 ECB they were $1.86 a piece!

    • Linda

Didn't know if this had been posted, but my CVS takes competitor coupons.

    • Tiya

I just have to brag about my trip to CVS today. This is the first time I have left without paying anything. Zero balance. Wow. I've taken advantage of this Lumene deal for coworkers and friends but all the stores were stocked so I didn't feel bad. I got 3 lumene wipes, 3 lumene creams, 2 cvs wipes (substituted since they didn't have cotonelle), 2 toothbrushes, and Zantac. I paid nothing and left with $10 ECBs. I had received a raincheck on the toothbrushes and tried to give it back but the cashier thanked me but said I could keep it. Awesome trip today!

    • Savagele

I tried to buy the 2 oral b toothbrushes and I didnt get the ecb? Is this regional?

    • Mel

I'm so happy I went into CVS yesterday, and found the Huggies newborn and naturals for 2.87 pack.
