Oooh, I hope to get the one for pain relief purchase! Next week, Thermacare is buy one, get $2 ECB…paired with the coupon, that’s $4 off even before a manu q. if there is one. I can’t get over how expensive those things are…when they were new out, I had sooooo many in my stockpile because of all of the deals. But, as with most products, once they have you using and enjoying their product, they either stop offering good deals or discontinue the items. haha!

Has anyone else been having trouble using purchase based coupons? I tried a few weeks ago with a $/$$ on pads, tsmpons, etc, and it wouldn’t go through. Tonight, same thing. The 4/10 razors would not go through. Of course cashier is not to blame and they have no clue as to the reason, but I’m tired of dealing with it. Cashiers at my store says that if it shows up red they can’t push it through but clearly I have met the requirements and feel it should be honored… Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

      • kittysoft

Yes, I had the same problem yesterday with 4/10 lip, mascara, blush. The requirements had been met. Cashier had to void everything and scan it all over again for the coupon to come off.

I’ve had that problem too, if I use ECBs in the same purchase with them. Don’t know why it does that. The cashiers at my CVS will push them through, but it is a pain. They should just go through like they’re supposed to. I called CVS Customer Service and they could give me no reason why it was happening, nor any solution.

        • Kay

The cashiers are telling me they are not allowed to “push” them through. And it’s happening during the process of scanning coupons, before the ECB. It makes no sense. my total for razors was like $12, and there’s no restrictions except the usual print on the bottom.

hmm, that is puzzling. definitely sounds like a mistake on their end. I’d speak to a manager or call their customer service #.
