Does anyone in the Irmo, SC area know if the CVS on Lake Murray takes Target coupons? I'm still learning all of the rules. Thanks!

      • rebekah

I don't think CVS takes any competiors Qs. Call and ask the manager or ask when you go in. My CVS staff is awesome in West Cola.

        • Kim

Some do but it depends on the individual store. You just have to ask. I saw one that had the red electronic sign out front state we take ALL competitors coupons. I think it also depends on how close a Walgreens or Rite-Aid is to your CVS.

        • Mom2teenagers

I live in the White Knoll area of Lex./West Col. and none of the stores in that area take comp. q's. However, I work in Northeast Columbia and there is a newer CVS near me that has Walgreens and Rite Aid on opposite corners of the store and they advertise on their sign that they take ALL competitor q's.

    • Pinkandblackcrazy

Does anyone have any John Frieda Root Awaking coupons they are not going to use I need 2 please e-mail me at pinkandblackcrazy@yahoo.com I will trade for other coupons

    • Ydnic

how do you get the 100$ p&g coupon booklet

      • Kristen

I think it is over, but when u purchased a certain amount of their products u could send in for it.

      • Nancy

You had to purchase $50.00 worth of P&G products between January-April and fill out and submit a special form to P&G.

    • Jessicaharrison1123

I am trying to print the 3.50 off for the diapers and I don't see it on the target site.

    • Kim

Is the Schick Hydro rebate a new rebate or the same rebate from before?

      • Kristen

        the same one

    • new2couponing

I have a question… I have a bunch of Betty Crocker Warm Delights coupons from on the product last time they were on sale. With B1G1, if I buy 2, can I use 2 coupons that are .75/1?

      • SusanStauffer

Yes you can! :) You can use one coupon for each product purchased, including the free one. With B1G1 free=2 coupons, unless it is the type of coupon that is say $1/2..$1 off the purchase of two.

        • new2couponing

          Thank you!!

    • SCmom

Does anyone know when the store in Lexington, SC starts their sales? If it is Sunday has anyone had issues buying certain items before 1:30pm because of the SC Blue Laws.

      • Guest

They do not follow the Blue Laws. You will not have a problem buying anything.

        • Guest

Thier sales starts at midnight. It is a 24 hour store and you can buy anything. They do not follow the blue laws like the Walgreens near Blockbuster does.

          • SCmom

Thanks! Walgreens drives me nuts with what you can and can't buy. Beer and wine I get, but shampoo, etc. is ridiculous.

    • Beth

What is a good buy price for multi-vitamins?

      • Ashley

Free. I've got over 50 bottles of supplements free from Rite Aid, some from CVS after spending a buck or two ECB. Multivitamins are a little bit harder to come by for free. I got some free after RR at Walgreens and free after $5/20 at Rite Aid. The good thing about this coupon game, if I want something, there's always a way to never pay cash for it.

      • I get Sundown supplements for free, but Multi-vitamins are approximately .30 cents to $1 each.

    • Nancy

Just printed the Schick Hydro rebate form and it states FIVE times on the half-sheet form NOT to write on it, however there is a place on the form asking me to circle which product I bought. I'm guessing I should circle the product but wondering why they state this so many times.

      • Sarah

I believe that I read somewhere that they spoke with someone in customer service, who confirmed that you are not to write on the form – that is up to them to write on and circle! Why?…I have no idea!! lol

      • Michele9775

I did circle it and I did receive my rebate. I have no clue why it says that!

      • LB514

Don't circle it; when they get your form THEY will circle the appropriate product.

      • Myerstone

I just recently got my rebate back from this deal and I did circle the product. It does not state that is to be circle by their office. I don't think that it is going to be that big of a deal for you. Just thought I would share. Good luck.

    • NSBsaver

Aww, man… No $/$$ cvs coupon in my inbox this morning! I love checking my e-mail on fridays and receiving those Q's… LOL!!! =)

      • moneysaved4disney

i didn't have one either, but in the snail mail i received a coupon for 20% off my whole cvs purchase this weekend only…no minimum purchase. yay!

        • happymom

Yeah, I got that too, but it's not good on sale items. I'm gonna have to figure out how to use this one….

          • Alexis

Yeah, I think this coupon might not have much worth… not gonna get too excited about it.

            • Frances

Anyone else having trouble printing the coupons? I can't get mine to load :(

      • Amy

How do you sign up to get these emails? I'm registered on the cvs website but I've only gotten the $4/$20 original coupon. I used to get the $5/$25 from the in-store machines, but I have not gotten those in several weeks. Do you have any suggestion on how I can get $/$$ coupons?

    • Lucy

If an item is B1G1 at CVS, can you use 2 coupons? For example..the colgate toothpaste this week?

      • Sarah

        Yes you can!! :)

    • guest

Does anyone know the answer to this? I lost a 10.00 ECB from last week. Is there any way I can redeem it? Thanks.

      • Sarah

You can call CVS Customer Service to see if they will re-issue it to you…but it is a YMMV situation. I know some people in the past they have helped and others they have not!! Good luck though!!

      • Peachy

You can take whatever you bought back to the store and they will issue a CVS gift card for the amount of product you are returning.

        • Tjbyrd36

Most managers keep up with what was “free” after extra bucks so when an item is returned, they give you the amount minus the extra bucks received. So, if you got it for free, you cannot return it! A lot of people have been trying to return stuff that they got extra bucks on or got free after extra bucks (with most being money makers w/coupons). They are cracking down on this letting this happen…

      • LB514

I called 1-800-Shop-CVS and was told that if it is an ECB that you get from a sale, for instance, the $3 ECB wyb $10 Huggies sale listed above, that they cannot reprint/reset it. But if it is your quarterly ECB, they can reset it so that it prints on your next receipt, or next time you scan your card at the coupon machine.

I have lost 2 $10 ECB in the last 6 months and was very disappointed that there is nothing they can do. Rest assured I will keep up with them much better from now on :)

      • guest

This happened to me once. I called CVS and they printed one for me the next time I scanned my card at the machine.

      • Joysews

This happened to me! Here's what they told me. It depends on what kind of ECB it is. If it's the quarterly reward that they give you, they will issue a new one. If it's an ECB received for purchasing a particular product then it is in effect a “coupon” from the particular company and they can't reissue that. Unfortunately, mine was the latter.

    • Freedomspradley1

Does anyone know if you have to buy all 4 of the coke 12 pks in one transaction to get the ECB deal? I have a couple -$5 wyb $25 CVS q and it's best if I split the coke deal over 2 transactions.

      • Brooke

You sure don't. That's what's great about CVS. It keeps tally at the bottom of your receipt.

        • Freedomspradley1

That’s great news! I have made my list and expect to get a cart full for less than $10 oop and that includes the razor, Cokes, Lysol Healthy Touch, diapers, wipes, and Softsoap. I’m so glad I was turned onto southernsavers.com. I kick myself every Sunday for not catching on sooner!!!

    • Rebecca

My May All You magazine doesn't have the $5 q for the Dulcolax Balance. I get mine mailed to me, and have noticed I don't get all the coupons that the ones that you buy at Wal-mart have. BUMMER!

      • carrie

I head read a comment on this site a few months ago about another reader who called the number for All You magazine and requested that the coupons that come in the Wal-Mart issues be put in her home subscription issue. It worked for her so I thought I would try it. After some persistance and having to talk to a “specialist” (be sure you talk to one of them), I was told that my subscription would come with the extra coupons from here on. Time will tell if I get them or not but you could at least try.

      • Supermombeaufort

Are you sure? The coupon was in my subscription copy and in the copy I bought at Walmart (page 144). Hope you find one!

      • Meganclaycohen

make sure you didnt have it because i too get mine mailed and i have it..

    • Val

Does anyone know the price of the Rapid Lash Eyelash renewal serum? Anyone ever use this product before?

      • Nancy

The Rapid Lash usually retails for around $49.99. It may be a little less than that at CVS this week in conjunction with the ECB deal, but don't quote me on it.

One bottle will last approximately one month. The results are simular to the product Brooke Shields uses, but it's not as expensive and no prescription is needed, obviously. I love it. Longer eyelashes makes your eyes look more open and younger without having an eyelift.

    • Carlene

Does anyone know if there is a minimum purchase for the Apple-bee's or Sunglass Hut GC to get the $10 ECB ? Can I buy a $10 Apple-bee's GC and still get $10 ECB ?

      • Megan

The ad says you have to spend $50

        • Freedomspradley1

How do you get to preview the ad?

          • Mandy

            www(dot)iheartcvs(dot)com

    • Christy

Does the diaper deal include the Jean diapers? I have a CVS Q for $2 off that printed at the crt and I would love to use it with this deal if I can?

      • Amanda

I received a CVS jean coupon in the mail and I was allowed to use it on regular Huggies.

      • slocklair

I was there tonight and the huggies jean diapers scanned the $9 and I had a cvs q that printed last week for 3$ off the jean diapers and i used a 1.50 Q (exp 8/7) any huggies Q from several weeks ago… Got a great deal!

    • Christy

I also have a $5 Schick refill (printed from crt), if I use that with $5 maf. Q it will be more than the price. Will they adjust my Q's so that I can use them both?

      • Freedomspradley1

The -$5 manf q is for the razor (I think). If you are trying to use the refill crt it will couple with the -$2 manf q on refills. You got a $2 moneymaker with the refills when combined with the $4 ECB.

        • kidsallgone

OK. i've put this off as long as I could…..crt???? I give up. What does it stand for please?
Thanks for any replies. And I have I feeling I'm going to feel stupid when I find out. LOL!

          • LeAnnaShaw

            cartridge…refill cartridge for the razor…lol

          • Naomi

            Or cash register tape

    • Anna

I have heard several times on this site and from people in the store that they get a quarterly reward of ECBs from CVS. I have never received anything like that. I have been shopping there almost every week since April, and I am on their email list. I also do not receive email coupons other than the initial $4/$20 that I got when I first signed up and registered my extra care card. Am I missing something?

      • April

Mine printed once the quarter was over the first time I scanned my card at the red machine at the front of the store. HTH.

        • brooke

I read on another website that they tend to send the email coupons to people who don't shop that much at CVS. I'll get a coupon about every other week. For the quarterly ECBs, you have to spend a TON of money at CVS, which you won't do if you follow the plan on this website.

        • danigurl1333

Actually they go off of your total before coupons I believe.

          • macboy

Oh, well I guess I haven't spent enough there to get the quarterly ECBs.

        • Maria

Actually I shop there every week and I have got 4 since April, and you dont have to spend a ton, i work the deals and havent spent more than 20 in all, it goes buy the total before coupons

      • LisaGinNC

The quarterly reward may only be the bonus you get from filling prescriptions. I've gotten them and I think that's where they come from. I shop CVS every couple of weeks (whenever my EBCs are about to expire) and they e-mail me $4/20 and $5/$30 every month or so. I always scan my card at the machine in the store when I'm there. Sometimes it gives me the $ off coupons and the quarterly ECBs.

      • Maria

go online and where you registered your card, it shows your history and the ecb's you have earned, if you had used it before july 1, then you should have earned some at least, i started the last of March and i earned 2.00 on July 1, Not sure why you dont receive the emails, i have received 4 since April.

        • Oldmom

I had to go to the cvs website and print them out.

      • Kim

Check your spam folder. Your computer may be sending them there.

I was just shopping at the CVS in Knoxville. I was wondering through the Pharmacy and found a booklet with Qs called “Prepare for Allergy Season”. It has Zyrtec, Benadryl, Visine, and Tylenol Qs…nice ones, too. Look for it on an end cap…

okay guys, The bic soliel razors are BOGO half off. I have a BOGO free coupon and a $3 off how should I combine them for the best deal?

      • When I had this situation one time with Stayfree at Rite Aid, they gave me the half-off one free and took the $$off of the full priced one.

      • Lori

I just did this deal at 2 local Walgreens. They took the B1G1 Q and wrote the price of $6.99 on it and then they used the $3.00/1 Q. So essentially I got 2 razors for about .50 – they only had 2 packs so I went to another store. There I purchased 6 packs – 4 were $6.99 ea and 2 were $5.99 ea. Used 3 B1G1, two for $6.99 and then 1 for $5.99. Then I used 2 $3 Q's and one of the $2/1 Q's. Everything went just fine and I paid $1.97 total plust tax. :O)

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Normally and generally speaking, b1g1 Q applies to the lower amount item (of the two). Therefore, you will buy two, one Bic Soleil is say $6.99 and the second one will be $3.50. So the b1g1 will take off $3.50 and the $3 Q will apply to 6.99 leaving you with about $4 balance due. If you have friendly relations with regular cashiers, you may just see if they let b1g1 Q go for the full price $6.99 and thus leaving you with $0.50 cents balance due after both Qs at the end.

If the b1g1 50% off sale is with the card (few are sometimes even w/o the card that comes off right after scanning), then what I am going to say here would be controversial and may be considered circumventing the system. Do not scan the card first. Scan the card at the end after the Qs. In that way, initially the sale would not appear on screen and the cashoier will have to take off full 6.99 for b1g1 Q. After you scan your card at the end, the 50% off store sale price will come off leaving you with about 50 cents (plus tax) balance due on the purchase.

SS 6/06 means that this coupon was in the Smart Source coupon insert for the 6/06 newspaper. welcome to the world of CVS savings. I too am fairly new to this but very quckly became addicted to saving money here and go on a weekly basis.

        • So i guess i have to hunt down the newspaper? Because i’m only 24 i dont even remember the last time i had my hands on one, because i dont get the newspapers if all the news is in the internet :/ I guess i have to sign-up for the newspaper now? seems like that’s the only way to get those killer coupons “SS” that i keep seeing :)

      • AndysGirl

SS refers to Smart Source, which is one of the coupon booklet inserts that comes in the Sunday newspaper. 6/06 refers to the date that this insert came in the paper. There is no affiliation with CVS, which is why you wouldn't find anything on their site. You'll also see RP, which stands for Red Plum, another coupon insert booklet that you'll find in most papers. CVS is offering Extra Care Bucks next week when you spend $15 on John Frieda – this $15 refers to how much you spend before they deduct your coupons. When you buy 3 of them at $5ea, you reach the $15 target, though if you have 3 coupons, you'll actually only pay $6 out of pocket (oop). Because you met the $15 target, the $5 ECB will immediately print on your receipt. You can use it on your next visit, though many clerks will allow you to use it immediately. Alot of folks will divide their order and purchase those things that offer ECB's first. They can then use these ECB's to make a second purchase. Just ask the clerk if you can do that – it varies from store to store and clerk to clerk. If there is a line at the store, they may want you to go to the back of the line to make the second purchase. Another note – there will probably only be one coupon in the SS insert, so if you want 3, you'll either need to purchase additional papers or get friends/family members to share coupons they're not using.

        • Jamie

When dividing your order, you can warn them first you have “multiple transactions” (paying for certain things separately). If you're nervous, purchase the ECB items, take them to your car, then come back in and purchase the rest!

        • guest

I saw no John Freida coupons in my SS 6/6.
          Did anyone find them?

        • So should i be buying the Sunday newspaper at gas stations or something? I dont even know where to buy the sunday paper… I never needed one until now of course.

          • AndysGirl

Yes, you could do that. There are usually a lot of news stand “dispensers” on various shopping center sidewalks around town – make sure to take your quarters (my local papers are $1.25 and $2.00 each on Sunday). Go early because they usually sell out fast. My local CVS also sells them. Alternatively, you can also check with your local paper – some offer a weekend only or Sunday only rate and will deliver it to your house. You could also check with neighbors/relatives/friends who have subscriptions to see if they would be willing to let you have the coupon inserts from their paper. If you live in an area where there are multiple papers available, check to see which paper has more coupons each week – it’s usually the larger one. For example, I live in Rock Hill, SC and have access to the Rock Hill Herald as well as the Charlotte Observer. The Observer costs a little more but has more and better coupons.

      • Jody

If you haven’t already, go here: https://secure.ed4.net/CVS/enroll/global/signup.cfm and register your card to receive emails. They will email you a $4 off 20 purchase within 24 hours. It will help get you started! Good luck!

    • whiteberry

I'm not finding the $3.50 off coupon for the Huggies deal. Is there a certain zip code that gets it? Thank you.

      • happymom

It showed up on mine- I'm 29206. HTH!

    • Sewgrits

      Does CVS take competitors coupons

      • happymom

My CVS in Columbia will take competitor coupons on prescriptions (like transfer an Rx, get a $25 gift card). But that's it- they won't take competitor coupons for products or off your total purchase.

      • Caroly

my cvs is taking target coupons.

      • Jrenee

My CVS in AL takes all competitors coupons. Walgreens has a $5 off Dulcolax, so combined with the manuf. coupon and ECB, I made $9 just to take the product out of the store! :)

        • Kim

Wags also has $5 off the lysol hand soap dispensor!

          • Jrenee

Yep, used that one too :)

    • 042275

I haven't been able to find the Huggies diaper and wipe coupon. Any advice?

      • Carolyn

I got my huggies coupon from the target site and cvs took it.

    • AndysGirl

Okay, maybe I'm behind and you guys already know this, but I'll mention it just in case. I was at CVS a few minutes ago and purchased (near the register) a CVS pharmacy “Green bag tag” for $0.99. It's a small cardboard-like leaf shaped cut-out with a bar code on the back and it's designed to be attached to a reusable shopping bag. The idea is that you get them to scan it each time you make a purchase (only once per day) and on your 4th visit, $1 ECB will print on your receipt. I live about 1/2 mile from CVS, so sometimes I'm popping in there several times per week. This could really add up! I'm getting paid to do something I already do, which is shop frequently at CVS….and for an investment of only $0.99!

      • joanna00

Congratulations on your new discovery! I love my GBT, and it makes me feel good to use it! It always throws the cashier off when they realize that I have a tote bag for them to use, and they don't have to throw everything in their plastic bag!

      • Ruth

Thanks for sharing! I almost always bring my own bag & I had no idea they did that!

      • Christie

I love my GBT, but after the initial 4 trips, now I don’t get the extra care buck until 8 or even 12 trips. I think that’s a little misleading but since I go just about every week, it’s still cool.

There is a printable mfg coupon for $1/1 Pilot pen.

    • I can't find the Huggies coupon either. Anyone have any idea what the link is to this $3.50 coupon?

    • Megan

Heads up to those of you going to get the Dulcolax. I bought it today and the bottle had a hangtag MFQ for $3 that expired on 6/30. I also had the $4 printable Q. When I got to the register, I pointed out that the hangtag Q had expired and the cashier was like “they tell us to go ahead and scan them”….Ahhhh! So pumped! She scanned both the coupons and my oop was $3.79. I honestly didn't think both would go through considering they were both MFQs. I love my CVS. Anyway, point is, if there's a hangtag Q, see if they'll let you use both.

      • joanna00

I found the same thing at my CVS in Savannah! It had a $4 mail-in rebate attached to the coupon that expired so long ago!!! My store hadn't started the sale yet when I went yesterday, but I doubt that they will accept both coupons.

        • Kim

I saw the hang tag too and got really excited until I saw the expiration date of March 2010 or something like that boo!

      • Riley

It's unethical to use both coupons if they are manufacturer coupons. Sorry, I will not be trying it.

    • Randy's Gal

Heads up! CVS just sent a mailer to me for August 14th and 15th for a 20% Sales Event. You need to read the fine print, but it looks like a regular 20% off coupon to me! Yeah CVS!!! Also, there are Tylenol Precise tear pads for $2 off!!! Thank you for your hard work, Jenny!!!

    • Punkindoodl

Is anyone else having problems getting the zyrtec coupon to print? When I put in my info and click submit, it does nothing.

    • Nelliesauls

cant find that diaper coupon too! =(

i am new to this and i cannot find to coupons for the fructis or the schick hydro in my smart source. i looked online for them as well. any ideas would be very helpful.

      • Adivel99

My paper didn't have that coupon either and I'm really dissapointed!

        • Brock

          ditto!

          • Adivel99

What region are you in? I'm in Savannah. I was looking forward to using that coupon for the mail in rebate.

            • Brock

Columbia SC; I was also looking forward to it…I need some razors as I could star in a Geico commercial at the moment!

            • Kim

The Asheville NC paper has the Hydro coupons. Sorry everyone else!

            • Brock

              Kim,

if you wanna send me the coupons from the asheville paper, i'll pay ya! :)

            • Adivel99

              That's funny!

      • Peg

I live in PA….no schick Hydro in my paper either…somtimes Q are regional. I printed q for fructis last week so not sure if link is still working. Hope that helps

      • Ruth

I am in SW FL & got both Fort Myers & Sarasota papers–no Schick Q in either! :-(

      • AndysGirl

The coupons vary depending on your region. I live in Rock Hill, SC and get The Herald (Rock Hill paper) as well as the Charlotte Observer. The Observer always has more coupons. The Observer has a larger subscription base and costs more – not sure if that has anything to do with it? Also, not every coupon that is in the insert will be available on the Smart Source website. Unfortunately, it's usually the really good ones that are unavailable!

    • Brock

The State SS didn't have the following :

-$5 Schick Hydro 3 or 5, SS 8/08 (makes it FREE)
-$2 off Schick Hydro Refill, SS 8/08

      Bummer :(

      • Immaculate888

I dont have it either!!!!!!!!! UGH! I was so excited for that coupon! hahaha

        • Jpolk1278

Not here in Savannah either!! I was excited about it too!!

    • VRS

Did not have it in the Savannah paper. Also could not find some of the other coupons from past inserts.

      • Val

Savannah's newspaper is awful! There is someone who types up all of the coupons from our newspaper and puts them on Jenny's site. Go to “Weekly Inserts”. I find this very helpful since we are always missing coupons!

        • joanna00

          Agreed!!

    • Odnbdn

      -$5 Schick Hydro 3 or 5, SS 8/08
-$3 off Lysol No-Touch Hand Soap System, SS 7/11

No coupons in Greenville, SC paper. :(

      • Not in The State paper either.

      • Andrea

The Lysol Q was in the Charlotte Observer. The $5 Schick Hydro is in today's Charlotte Observer. I live in Greenville and I pick up a CLT paper each week. The Qs are often higher value than the ones in the Greenville paper.

        • Riley

Where do you get the CLT paper?

        • Teej

I live in the Greenville area also and would love to know where to find the Charlotte Observer – I'd love more q's.

          • Jacketfan24

They sell them in the Publix on Wade Hampton in Taylors.

Does anyone know what $ value Applebees gift card you have to buy to get the 10 ECB back?? Also, can you use ecbs to pay for it too? Thanks

      • Kim

        $50

      • Robin

Yep you have to spend $50 and no you can't use ECB to pay…I tried this morning. :(
I did use my Applebees card after church though and the waitress told me that I could put my tip on the giftcard, which I had never heard of before, so I thought that was neat.

I found that too in Hoover, Alabama. Yay!

    • I see that cvs has the clean and clear morning burst surge power cleaner for 14.99 and you get the refill pad for free. Can I use a q on both products? I have 2 -3.00 off the device or refill pads.

The rebate says it expires on 2/28/10 but I called and it’s been extended through September and was told to just send the rebate in as is w/ your receipt and bam $5 Gotta love a good money makin deal!!

      • Alexis

I didn't get the rebate form on the bottle, but the Dulcolax website has a form you can print. Still says expires 2/28, but worth a shot?

        • Nancy

Where did you find the rebate form on the Dulcolax site…I'm not finding it. All I see is a $3.00 off coupon offer.

      • Amy

Yeah, I'm so glad you posted this. I got the rebate hangtag, but since it was expired, I wasn't going to send it in. Extra $5 from an already great deal!

    • Angela

I had a pretty good time at cvs,
got 10 [$5 ecb when u buy 10]of the Vitamin waters [they where 4/$/5, just wish our store had the tear pads]
and 2 welch's grape jelly one Jiff peanut butter ,
      newspaper and the Dulcolax.
I ended up paying 1.62 for all of that I got an email for $5 off $20 for food . So I paid about .16 cents each for the items. Not free but it made me happy I needed jelly and PB .
I just wish I had some of the vitiamin water coupons so I could have gotten coffee too.

      • Maria

I think the vitamin water tearpads expired 7/31…is there a new one?

    • Mcleodsc

Be aware that the Betty Crocker Warm Delights are ringing up as 2.29 for the first one and free for the second one. I bought the only 3 they had but after looking at how they actually rang up I returned one ($2.29) since I could not get the 4th one free because they did not have any more in stock.

    • Meganclaycohen
      • D-

The rebate form that pulled up for me says it expired last Feb/Mar 2010. Is there a newer one?

        • tygirl13

I don't know if you have gotten an answer to your question…but the rebate tag on the dulcolax I purchased had an expiration date of 2/28/10 also. I called the number on the form and the guy said that they are honoring the rebate through September. I would assume that it is the same thing w/ the online form, but you may want to call and check. Makes for a sweet money maker!

    • Sibylle82

Not happy that neither the Schick or Garnier coupons were in the Post and Courier, for the Charleston SC area. : ( Otherwise I'll try and get a good deal with the Dulcolax.

Add me to the list of always disappointed not to have Hydro 5 for free. I love that razor.

I got the doculax and a bag of reeses. $12.48 – $4 docu coupon and $7.99 from that celsius stuff before, total $1.10 and then got back $9.99 and $1 for green bag.

      • Meganclaycohen

dont throw away your reciept, there is a rebate that is still going on, for 5 dollars. its says expires 2/2010 but it has been extended i posted a link to it yesterday on this page

        • ScottK

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that, so excited for that money maker too!

    • amy

The John Frieda Frizz Ease coupon is dead.

      • amy

oh, nevermind! i got the one in the 6/06 SS!

    • Krismhopkins

Does anyone know if the Schick coupon was in the Atlanta Journal?

      • Mcoupons

        Yes, it was.

      • Flgirlatheart

yes it was.. cvs seems to be out. but cashier told me most stores get truck tommorow. good luck!!

      • TFS

Yes, you can use this coupon at Kroger's this week and load the coupon from Kroger's website for Schick Hydro. The razor is on sale for $5.12 and you get $5.00 manufacturer coupon plus $4.00 saving with the ecoupon. That's $3.88 profit at Kroger's this week.

    • Jupchurch84

no $5 off in the N&O but I did get one in the Sanford Herald, which I never buy because the N&O usually has better coupons but I searched through them before I bought them yesterday haha!

    • mrein

All of you charleston CVS lovers need to stay away this week:) i went to three CVS' s in search of the Dulcolax and they were all sold out. this plus the missing razor coupons has made a horrible cvs week. hope next week works out better!

      • Immaculate888

The one on Montague Ave is out also. :(

      • Thelulu1991

The one by Food Lion on St Andrews Blvd/ hwy 61, had 6 or so left yesterday with the coupon rebate attached!

      • Brandy

Get a raincheck. I don't even worry about things being out anymore at CVS because their rainchecks work just as well. Now WAGS is a different story.

        • Sibylle82

Put will you still get the ECB when the item comes in?

          • Rrtallie

You still get the extra bucks…Just remind the cashier as he/she rings up your items. :)

          • guest

It makes it easier if you keep the sales paper.

          • Dharvn

keep your ad/flyer. then you'll have proof of the ECB.

          • Cindyrella

There's a space on the raincheck to indicate whether there's an ECB, so if your cashier fills it out properly (I never have to remind them!) you will get the ECB. I have had to remind the cashier one time when ringing it up to print the ECB out, but usually it works without a hitch!

    • Shirley Stevens

I went to CVS on Sunday. The Progresso soups which were BOGO with prices starting at 2.19 was incorrect. They started at 2.99 not 2.19.

      • Shirley Stevens

I meant to ask if this is customary? I've heard that stores raise prices above the normal price when they are having a sale. I wonder if this is true? Does CVS do this or was it probably a typo?

        • ScottK

Generally I haven't noticed much change for BOGO at CVS and places, but Rite Aid when they had “the game of life” a while back raised the tracfone's from $9.99 to $14.99 during the contest because tons of the coupons were for $5 off tracfone. That's dirty! It went right back down to $9.99 after the contest ended. Not normally something I notice, since I don't use tracfone, but I thought it was pretty interesting.

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

Charging an item on actual receipts in a transaction more than the “advertised” price is illegal-I believe.

    • Tlbmcguirecoupons

Went to CVS this morning before work and got the following for $3.40:
      1-Schick Hydro 5 Razor
      4-Airwick Freshmatic Starter Kits
      3-Candy bars
      1-Lysol Touch free hand sanitizer

      Total saved was 67.86 (95%)

    • mama2boyz

ok so up at the very top on the dulcolax post it has 3 diff coupons listed…can u use any of those together?

      • Immaculate888

No, You can only use 1. Those are just the different q's that are available for you to use. You could stack one of them with a store q if there were one available though.

        • mama2boyz

          thank u so much :)

    • Alisarobinson86

I can't find the -$3.50 off huggies wipes and wipes anywhere. I have tried many different zip codes and still nothing! Help!

      • Alisarobinson86

        **diapers and wipes

      • Jen:P

Go to Target's website. They have $1 off wipes and $3 on diapers. Its a better deal than the combined q. Just sayin' :)

    • mama2boyz

ok are the ss papers diff from other towns??? i have had a problem a couple of times w not having the coupons that u have listed here for ex the progresso soup in the ss 8/08 and the softsoap coupon ss 7/25 i dont have these coupons in my copy

      • momto2boys

        They vary depending on region.

      • Brooke

Every region of the country gets different coupons. Larger cities get more and usually better coupons.

      • Thecouponmom

The shampoo coupon was not in thepaper either and it was listed on the CVS sale paper that there was a coupon in the paper.

    • Amfloyd1983

Went to CVS last night to rack up on the $4.99 Air Wick I-Motion Comapct kits. I had (6) $4 off coupons. They are regular $9.99 at my CVS. After buying 6 I only paid $8.04!! I almost fell over!! I saved over $50!! This is my first big savings, since I just started couponing, so I had to share! hope you guys take advantage of this great deal too :)

      • Thecouponmom

Where di dyour $4 off coupon come from?

        • Dharvn

the new $4 cpns just came out in the sunday (8/8) paper. i was also able to print one for the compact and 1 for the ultra from airwick's website.

      • La

I thought the flyer said they were $6.99?

        • Freedomspradley1

The Freshmatic Ultra is $6.99 and the Freshmatic Compact is $4.99. The CVS in Columbia, SC accepted the Ultra q on the Compacts too so they must be interchangeable depending on whichever you want. I was also able to print two coupons off airwick dot com.

    • tarheelbaby1

Does anyone know for sure whether the Dulcolax rebate is still valid? I know it says it expired at the end of February.

      • julies

YES, i called the phone # on the rebate and they said it is valid thru the end of sept!

      • RBH

There was a new rebate form hanging on the bottle of Dulcolax I got at CVS today in Huntersville, NC – along with a $3 off coupon.

    • Jordanavery

The schick hyrdo razor has a coupon on it for a free shave gel when you buy the razor. Also, the self scanner at the entrance printed out a $5 off $25 for me. Awesome!

    • Asmyers01

No schick coupon in the Chattanooga Times either.

      • Wanda297

No Schick coupon in the Elmira NY paper or the Towanda PA paper either – :(

    • Girl

From what I can tell the Coke add reads differently than what you posted. I see 3/$11 with a $2 ECB.

      • Brooke

I've noticed that the soda deals are often different in each area.

    • Debbieadler

My CVS, that I always go to, would not allow me to use more than one coupon per purchase today,ei: they would not let me use 3 Garnier Shampoo coupons for the “buy $15 get $5 EB” or the John Frieda coupons. I had 2 different John Frieda coupons so he took one of each of those and only one of the garnier coupons. However, they had the large size bottles of Garnier items at the same price as the small ones.

      • If they were manufacturer's q's, then your cashier was mistaken. I think that I would have just bought them in separate transactions.

        • Debbieadler

it was the manager that refused the coupons. My husband also has a card so we went to a different CVS and had no trouble using the coupons. Fortunately there are CVSs on every corner around here.

      • Thecouponmom

Did you get the Garnier Shampoo coupons out of the paper? I could not find it.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

Did you report the manager to CVs customer service? Coupons do not state one per customer. Even if it did, no retailers are in mood to lose sale on such petty matters.

    • carcar

All detergent buy one get free. There is a one dollar coupon in the 8/1 red plum. If you use two coupons for the detergent then it makes it like 5 bucks for two. They must be 28 loads or more with the coupon.

    • Razlmz

I wanted you to know that there was an end cap in my CVS that was covered in Pantene shampoo, conditioner and hairsprays that were all marked down to $2.50. Plus, every one of them had a $1 peelie on them that was a STORE COUPON!!! So, I stacked those with several $1 off 2 manufacturers coupons that I had and scored 20 bottles for $1 each!!! Yippee!! It was my lucky day! Keep your eyes peeled for these in your stores!

      • Gettobobs

20 bottles? We would have to keep our eyes peeled because some of people taking large quanities like yourself.

        • Maria

The endcaps were stocked for quite a while where I'm from but we didn't get the store $1 peelie. I bought 6 bottles total when the $2 off pantene CVS Q was printing out. It would have been nearly impossible to miss the endcaps since there were hundreds of bottles at multiple stores. I hope you find what your looking for.

          • Dianne

I found this abundance of Pantene at every CVS I have gone in for a few weeks now.

        • Jht1113

Have you been to one of Jenni's workshops? She suggests that you stock up when you find a good deal. That is how this coupon thing really works and saves a person money. If someone beats you to the punch, then better luck next time. Maybe you can be the lucky person buying 20 bottles next time. :-)

          • askuas

But its not fair to everyone. Seriously, how long of a shelflife does shampoo have? Most are 12 months. Is someone really going to use 20 bottles of shampoo that fast? Thats a bit greedy. Some of us do have busy work schedules not including family schedules. So how about instead of scoring 20 bottles , you be considerate and only get 10?

            • dharvn

not everyone hoards them, some of us do have a purpose for buying multiples.

            • Stoltmanfive

i have 3 daughters! we use alot of shampoo!!!!

            • brooke

I currently live with 6 people, including myself, and we go through tons of shampoo.

        • Dharvn

i buy in large quantities to help out local college students.

        • Razlmz

Thanks to everyone who defended me against mean “Gettobobs.” As you pointed out, the end caps were there for a long time and had TONS of product on them. I did not clear the shelf at all. AND, I was so excited about this find because I donate a lot of things that I get with coupons to our local homeless shelter and to needy families and these shampoos are going to be perfect for the gift baskets I donate at the holidays. So before you are rude to someone who is just on here trying to share a great deal with other people, I suggest you think twice. Thanks again to all the nice people who commented on my behalf.

      • Phyllis

Thanks for posting this! My CVS also had the end caps with Pantene Shampoo and ect. I purchased 11 bottles using those wonderful $1.00 store q's and $1 off two. Remember, there is a rebate also for pantene, Olay, Venus and secret ect if you spend $30.00 on these products. I called the number on form and this is before coupons! Soo, you end up making a profit if your store has enough of them on the shelf!

    • D-

There is a Huggies Baby Wipes coupon $1.00 off (128 ct. or larger) on the Target coupon website. This prints as a manufacturer's coupon so should have no trouble using at CVS.

    • Supermom997

there is a sticker coupon on the schick hydro 5 razors at cvs for a free shick hydro shaving gel. The cashier peeled it off and sent me to go get the free gel!

    • Dixie

I can't find the Schick razor refill coupon in this past Sunday's SS. :-( WWHHHAAAAA

    • tcassidy

My CVS has Listerine on clearance 75% off, was $4.99 now $1.24. I had $1 off coupon so I got them for 24cents each. They only had 2 left.

    • Sshoulders

I noticed there is a rebate on the Dulcolax. Where can I get it?

      • Dharvn

there was a rebate on my bottle today, but it expired back in Feb… :-(

        • tygirl13

I called the number on the rebate tag and the guy said that they were honoring the rebate through september ;-)
Sshoulders: Someone posted a link in an earlier comment (scroll down) for the online rebate form. It also expired at the end of Feb, but I am assuming that they are still honoring it as well (though you may want to call and check).

          • Sshoulders

            Thanks!

          • dharvn

            thanx!

        • Nancy

No! You can still get the rebate. They've extended it until September. Just fill out the rebate card attached to the bottle and send it with your original receipt and you'll get five bucks back!

        • rebe

the rebate was extended until sept 2010

      • Susangoff
      • Natalie559

I was about to send my rebate off and realized you need the upc number. Anyone here have it? If not that's okay, I still have the product at home, just wanted to get it done now :)

    • Scarter17

will cvs accept the $5 off coupon from walgreens august book on lysol no touch hand soap.

    • Marie

My CVS in Tallahassee, FL the one on Apalachee Parkway has Soft Soap Body Wash on clearance for .49 cents. I purchased (13) of them and used my ECB and only had to pay .89 cents for all (13) Soft Soap Body Wash. I was looking for the Dulcolax. I went to (4) CVS today and could not find any.

      • Brooke

No need to travel all over the place. Just get a raincheck.

        • KGLikesFreeinTN

          Does the raincheck include ECB?

          • Bevb

Yes. Just make sure they write the ECB amount on the raincheck. I have personally done this many times.

    • Doctordavesc

Bought Dulcolax, had $4 coupon printed off the net and $5.00 ECB. Paid $1.69 oop. Then bought box of Futura compression socks for $14.99, used the $9.99 ECB along with another $1 ECB and coupon printed off the net for $3.00. Wound up paying $1.05 oop and got back $5 ECB. $25 worth of product for a total of $3.74 and got my ECB. I got paid to go in there! How sweet it is…

    • dharvn

i also bought the dulcolax w/$4 cpn and $4 ECB from my revlon purchase a few weeks ago, pd $2.41 oop and got $9.99 ECB. used the $9.99 ECB to buy a pk of huggies pullups and wipes, used $2 pullups cpn + $1 huggies wipes cpn (target manf/cpn), pd $3.06 oop and got $3 ECB. not bad paying $5.56 for everything….plus the $5 rebate on the dulcolax. yay!

now, i'm trying to decide what to buy next. . .

      • Vijtai01

What $5 rebate on the dulcolax? Where can I get that?

        • Couponcrazee

          http://www.bluediamond.com/index.cfm?navid=8

this is the printable. i contacted them and they said that the printable form is also extended thru september.

        • Couponcrazee

          http://www.bluediamond.com/index.cfm?navid=8

here is the printable form. i contacted them and they said it was extended thru september.

        • Mysterious_Mentalist

Rebate forms were found attached to each bottle long time ago from winter. You may still find those residual bottle with hangtags in stores if you are lucky. Otherwise, I think it is too late

          • Couponcrazee

it's not too late. the printable form is still being accepted too.

            • Mkcuz2000

do you have the link to the printable form?? If so please share! Thanks

            • Amelvincare

I could not get the printable form to open. Any insight? Could you email it to me?

    • Michelle

The Bic Disposable razors are b1g1 50% off this week. There is a B1g1 Free coupon out and a 3$ off Bic disposable razors. Combine the two and you could get really cheap razors.

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

I think the razors are 6.99 so the second one would $3.50. B1g1 Q normally applies to the lower amount which would be $3.50, and use $3 off leaving you with $4 for two razors. Which is still a good deal if someone needs razors; however, this deal could be more exciting when they run store sales of b1g1 free. This could be an exciting deal if b1g1 free Q. could be applied to 6.99 and not 3.50

        • NC_angel

When I did this deal on Saturday, the computer took off $6.69 for my B1G1 Q, and then I used the $3Q as well, it was suppose to be 50 cents, but the first Q didn't take off the full $6.99, making it 80 cents.

    • Juliea201

Well, got a surprise in the mail; a $5 off $30 card along with several prescription transfer cards… addressed to my maiden name which I haven't used since I moved to this address? Oh well! It's been awhile since I've had a $ off purchase coupon so I put it to good use (I'd already been to CVS once this week)!

      Bought:
      Oral B Indicator Toothbrush 2 pk – $4.99 (Get $4 ECB)
Airwick Imotion Compact kit – $4.99
Airwick Imotion Compact kit – $4.99
      Airwick Imotion kit – $4.99
Schick Hydro 5 Razor – $8.97 (already bought 1 this week; this was just to get me to $30)
      BC Warm Delights – B1G1 $2.29
      BC Warm Delights – B1G1 $2.29
      Palmolive Dish soap – $0.99
      Fuze Drink – $1.25 each

      Used:
      -CVS $5 off $30
      -$0.75 off Oral B
      -(3) $4 off Airwick
      -$5 off Schick Hydro
      -(2) $0.75 off Warm Delights
      -$0.75 off Fuze
-$8 ECB (from the Hydro & Oral B earlier in the week)

Total OOP w/ tax: $2.80. Got $4 ECB back.
      Saved $53.40!!!

    • Gadaisygurl

The coupon for Schick Hydro Razor isn't in the SS 8/08 Athens paper.

    • Bcogmom

I printed out the rebate form for the shick hyro razor and it specifically says in several different places “DO NOT WRITE ON THIS FORM” but then it tells you to circle the razor you bought hydro 5/hydro 3. What to do? Circle it or not?

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

I think “write” is different from “circling.” Circling is not writing. When they are saying do not write, I think they mean to say you can not alter your printed name/addy etc. and not write anything on the barcode, if any or to make the form confusing for processors or processing. With that said, it is really not a biggie just to circle it what you bought. It just does not matter

      • Michelle

i circled mine and i got the rebate check. it also said they needed the original receipt but i make a copy and they took it.

    • Freedomspradley1

Just made a quick run by CVS and picked up 6 Air Wick Freshmatic Compact ($4.99 ea) and 2 Softsoap ($0.99 ea) and paid $1.52 + tax. I used a -$5/25 CVS q, 6 -$4 Air Wick Freshmatic q's, and 2 -$0.70 Softsoap q's. That's my best trip not using ECBs.

    • Freedomspradley1

The Freshmatic Ultra is $6.99 and the Freshmatic Compact is $4.99. There was a -$4 on the Compact q and $-4 on Ultra q in this past weekends paper. The CVS in Columbia, SC accepted the Ultra q on the Compacts too so they must be interchangeable depending on whichever you want. I was also able to print two coupons off airwick dot com.

    • Michelle

just had an awesome trip to cvs. I got 1 schick razor, 1 bottle schick shave cream, and 2 packages of bic disposable razors for 98 cents. i saved over $28!

    • Debbie Parnell

Does anyone know of any CVS in Greenville, SC that will take expired Extra Care Bucks, I have 2 that expired yesterday?

      • Brooke

I've been told by a couple of cvs employees several months ago that they take expired q's. Then, one day I wanted to check to be triple, quadruple sure before I got up to the register since we all know “the rules” always change. The MANAGER told me it wasn't true, but he would do it this time. Ugh! This was at the Simpsonville, Fairview Rd store. A couple weeks ago I let a $10 ecb expire, and the lady said if the register takes it then they can, sometimes it will take, sometimes it wont?? This was at the Fairview Rd too. You ''should” find someone to take it, but it may take some effort. Good luck.

        • Nickie

I think the mgr may not have been in a good mood. My CVS plus another in Tampa have taken my exp ECB's. I am pretty sure they can take them if they want.

    • birie

This maybe an obvious question, but I'm a newbie and I was wondering can I use two -.75/1 coupons when I'm buying 2 B1G1 Colgate toothpaste

    • Jaybird114blue

can you use b1g1free coupon on b1f1free item right guard??

      • Jen

I was going to ask the same thing lol. I think it depends on the CVS.

    • Nancy

Uh-oh! I have a challenge. I purchased both the Dulcolax and the Schick razor in one transaction, and now I'm realizing that in order to receive my rebates on both, I'm going to need to send the original receipt on both. Help!

      • Sarah

What rebate is there for the Dulcolax??? Maybe Could you make a copy of the reciept?

        • Nancy

There is a five dollar rebate on the Dulcolax in addition to the ECB's. I will try to call and explain my situation.

      • Jessica

I did the same thing! I'm not sure what to do either.

      • Dianne

I would go the the Schick home page and find the customer service phone number. Give them a call and explain your situation. They were very helpful and friendly to me when I called them about the trouble I was having printing the rebate form. If that doesn't work, then try the same for Dulcolax. HTH!

        • Nancy

          Thank you. I will try!

      • Carol

You could possibly return both products and then repurchase them (asking for separate receipts this time).

      • Quilterwoman1974

is there a rebate on the decolax

    • Jenny H

I found Fuze beverages 8/$10 at my CVS today with $5 ECB back with purchase. Later, I stopped at a Shell gas station and found $0.75 coupons off one. I'm going back tomorrow to get 8 more for free PLUS profit! (cost $5 after ECB -$6 in coupons = $1 profit)
