Last week I shared how we stocked our medicine cabinet for less than $20 at fred’s. This week my challenge was to fill a Christmas stocking for $20 or less (they sent me a gift card so I couldn’t go over). I already had a few ideas before I went in of cheaper items to grab, but I was actually pretty excited with all of my finds as we left! For $20 I packed a stocking full of items that one of my 10 year olds will love!
I found lots of items that were $1-$2 each and ended up with 14 items for her stocking (it probably won’t all fit it’s so much).
My favorite item was actually a mistake on the stores part, but was great to see amazing customer service from. I grabbed these Shopkins cards which, turns out, were stocked in the wrong spot. They weren’t really $2, but because it was their error they actually ended up refunding all of my money and giving me the cards for FREE. While you don’t go in planning to find something like this I was really pleased with how they handled it. I also got the Charades game cards too!
