Is there a H-E-B somewhere in the south? My sister lives in TX and she has one that I love to visit when I'm there. It's a joke about how much I love this store. They make the best fresh Tortillas and have wonderful samples. I was just wondering how close they are to Sumter SC. Thanks, Cheryll

No, HEB is only in Texas. Sorry!

    • BpGc

On the “combo loco,” my HEB only lets me use a coupon on the thing I am purchasing and not the freebie. They won't take the Angel Soft or Uncle Ben's coupons in the above scenarios. I've also been told I can't get multiple of the same “free product” deals in the same transaction. Just BEWARE at HEB…half my coupons always seem to beep and I am very meticulous.

      • Meghan

I have found at HEB that it depends on the cashier as to whether or not the store “takes” my coupons. Two weeks ago, the cashier said they don't take manufacturer's coupons with any of their in – store deals, but I tried again last week, and the cashier just went into the computer and manually put in all of my coupons…even on the products I got for free already! Try another cashier!
