one after midnight, but on super double coupon weeks, not until 7 am wednesday morning, found out the hard way

        • Amy

The sale price is valid at midnight even on super double weeks. It’s the coupons that don’t double until 7:00am.

    • Itsmecrystald

yay! My list is surprisingly long this week! I may even dare to say better than SD!

    • Kleckie

Yes loving this list!!!! Thanks Jenny you ROCK!!!!!

Can you use coupons with the meal deals?  How does it work?

      Thank you.

      • Amyb

Use your coupons as normal, as if you weren’t getting the meal deal at all. It works.

    • Amanda

I believe the Kens dressing coupon is for $1 off 2.

      • Violet

There is also a $1/1 regional coupon for the Ken’s dressing

    • Janine

Does HT allow you to use coupons with the meal deal?

      • Brittneysterner48

        Yes you can use coupons!

    • Ant

Not finding the Burt’s Bees wash coupon…am I too late, or is there a trick I’m missing.

You ROCK, Jenny.  Just last minute stocked up on three honey bunches cereal for $.51.  Made the clerk laugh out loud when he saw it.  Free breakfast tastes better… :)

      • britta

Agreed. :) My family laughs at me because I usually keep about 18 boxes of cereal on hand. I now have a rule to buying cereal. It has to be free or less than $.50 if I don’t have that kind yet. I have yet to let one expire. My mom says she will never get sick of Cheerios. I intend on testing that theory. No one will ever go hungry in my house. It helps that I froze two cartons of milk last week.

    • Violet

The wacky mac $.40 coupon is for No Yolks noodles

      • Dre

I just tried to get it also ,but no luck. I’m also bummed the Sensydine coupon doesnt work. UGh.

    • Anonymous

Does anyone know if HT accepts the Birdseye Steamfresh “Chef’s Favorites” Q on the regular Steamfresh veggie bags?  I would like to stock up on those but don’t want to run into any problems at the register.  The “Chef’s Favorites” Q gives the best price but usually they are not the ones that are B1G1…

      • Amy

If the coupon isn’t for the item you are buying, you can’t use it. The store will not get reimbursed.

        • Guest

The coupons go to a large sorting house and as long as the company isn’t showing more coupons then the product they actually sell they will get reimbursed.

      • Ginamity

        Oops.  I just did.

      • trianglemom

That variety is included, $1.24 each at my store.

    • Raynesmw

It is always so hard to retrain my brain to not think $2 for a $1 after super double week. Need some new toothbrushes, and pringle sticks would be great for lunch boxes.

    • Jessica

The international delight coffee creamer, I know it says SmartSource for 1/8 but I cant find it. I buy multiple papers too, so I have several SS.

      • Heater1212

Mine was in SS 1/1. I didn’t have any this past week either.

        • Jessica

I just checked them and I don’t have one, but also it being almost 1am I might have passed over it. Do you remember what the front cover of the SS looked like.

          • Heater1212

Oops…so sorry! It was in SS 12/11 (Charlotte, NC).

            • Jessica

Alright thanks, I will look for it.

    • Heater1212

In Western NC, Progresso Soup is B2G3 free with a limit of 10. Not sure what the orginial price is, but there’s a $1/4 coupon in SS 12/11. Hope this helps someone.

      • Cpbatchelor

Same here in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area! :)

      • KFlan

It’s also B2G3 free in Northern Virginia. I haven’t seen a quantity limit yet though.

        • KFlan

Just kidding, ours is limit 10 as well… :( Is that the “per day” limit or for the length of the sale?? I just remember getting a whole lot of cans last time they had this sale, but I don’t remember if there was a limit then too…

          • Heater1212

The limit is the sale time frame. I believe you can buy more, but they’ll ring up at regular price. Your first 10 will be tied to your evic card, so that’s how the system will know that you’ve purchased your limit at the B2G3 deal.

      • Teresa

Can you use the $1/4 for the five cans, with three of them being free?

        • Heater1212

Yes, you can. I didn’t have any problems.

    • KT

in the buy 2, get 3 free, do you need to purchase all 5? or can you buy 1, and get the discounted price?

      • Guest

In my experience, you have to get all 5 to get the discount.

        • Harris Teeter cashier

That’s correct.  For “Buy 2, Get 3” or “Buy 3, Get 2”, you have to do exactly that.

“Buy 1, Get 1”, you only have to buy one, and it rings up half price.

One exception was the “Buy 1, Get 2” chicken breasts that were on sale last week.  You could buy one, and it took off the discount.

      • Amy

        All 5

    • EB

When you buy 5 cheerios – the price drops to $1.98 then use your coupons. The General Mills Deals also include 50 bonus box tops for education.

      • Amyb

Why/how does it drop? Is there on deal on 5? I can’t find the offer.  Thanks.

        • Katie

If you get the weekly e-vic email, there is a link from it on there.  Plus, it’s marked in front of the participating cereals in the store.

      • Katie

Be careful–my box tops didn’t print out.  I had to call customer service and they are mailing them to me.

        • AshleyA

Mine didn’t either!  Or the catalina for the grands biscuits..gotta take my email back in to get the refund! Just double check!

          • Katie

The grands didn’t work for me either.  The manager just gave me cash for it.

            • Paul B.

              I got 50 box tops!

            • Coulbourn23

what is the grands catalina deal?

            • Katie

But 3 Grands, get a coupon for $1.00 off of your next order, buy 4 get $1.50, buy 5 get $2.  If you aren’t signed up for the weekly emails, it’s really a good idea because I find a lot of deals that aren’t posted on here.

            • MomOf4

I got the emailand bought 4, but the coupon didn’t print out.  Went to customer service and they gabe me the $1.50 cash.  Make sure you check everything b4 you leave the store :)

      • Anonymous

Are you able to use 5 coupons on them since you are buying 5 items?

        • Katie

Yep.  I did it this morning and used the $.75 off coupons for the Dulce de Leche and Peanut Butter Cheerios.  You just can’t have more than 3 of the same coupon if you want it to double.

    • Ginamity

Please let me know if anyone finds the Nivea lip product in any Raleigh/Durham stores.  All the ones here in Fuquay are still out.

      • luv2save

There were TONS at the Raleigh Cameron Village HT this weekend during super doubles.

    • 28086

I can’t print any of the sensodyne coupons????????
Are they gone or the offer expired?????
Hubby is in need of this and I have an e-vic.
Has anyone being able to print????

    • Beth

Does HT accept coupons from Publix?  The $1off kraft cheese if from there.

      • Ant

They’ve always accepted competitor coupons.  Even had a $10 off of $50 from Lowes Foods and they honored that…I expect they will.

        • Harris Teeter cashier

If they accepted a competitor’s coupon on a product, it was done in error.  Harris Teeter only accepts competitor’s coupons for the entire shopping order.

          • Cheryl

Aren’t you saying that Ant’s post is correct? Will Harris Teeter honor a $10 off the $50 from Lowes Foods from the HT shopping order?

            • shoppingfreeformykids

              Absolutely

          • Mtmkjr

I’m sorry, but this is incorrect. In addition to the $ off total order coupons- HT Policy is clearly written: they will accept competitor MANUFACTURER coupons…. as in “we gladly accept local competitor manufacturer coupons”.
Those are the ones that say  “manufacturer coupon” but have another store logo on them.
Cashiers need to be trained thoroughly in the store’s coupon policy.  As it is, customers often understand it better than the store employees.

            • cc

the competitors coupon must be from a store that is near that harris teeter.  we don’t have a publix near where i am so you can’t use a publix coupon at our store.

            • kimmipoo

i used the public coupon today and we have no public here. it didn’t scan and i told her if she couldn’t take it , it was ok. she said “no, u can use it” and typed in the code and had mgr override it. this is why i love out harris teeter here! :)

        • Ant

To update…they cannot accept the cheese coupons from Kraft, since they printed out as a retailer coupon instead of a manufacturer coupon.  b1g1 was still nice, but wished that extra dollar had come off…

      • Harris Teeter cashier

No.  You cannot use competitor’s coupons EXCEPT for the ones that are off your entire shopping order.

        • Carraglan

But many of the Publix coupons are actually Manufacturers coupons and HT takes those!

      • Pamgam1

Harris Teeter Coupon Policy states:  We gladly accept local competitors’ manufacturer
coupons. We also redeem circular or direct-mail coupons for money off of
the total orderThey also except competitor’s coupons

        • Pamgam1

For example if you get a competitor’s coupon from Walgreen’s RR coupons.  They usually are manufacturer coupons and Harris Teeter will accept those.

    • Sara

Probably a dumb question, but can we use the $1/2 Ken’s dressing Q, then also use the B2G1 coupon that was also there?  It doesn’t say on the Q that offers cannot be combined.

      • Kleckie

I just did with no problem

        • Netnay

I think it depends on the store and the cashier. I went to ht last week and the told me that because one of my items were free i couldn’t use a coupon with it.

      • Audraymac

        I couldn’t use it! boo!

      • shopping freeformykids

Actually, you can! I’m looking at my receipt as I type!

    • Sara

    • Pamgam1

How can you use a B1G1 and a dollar coupon on the Stayfree pads?

      • Netnay

because you are paying full price for one and getting the second free. the coupon for the dollar off is working towards the one that you would pay full price for

    • Pamgam1

How can you use a B1G1 and a dollar coupon on the Stayfree pads?

    • Jamdfour

Hi I am pretty new to the couponing game and harris teeter   the nearest harris teeter store is about an hour and a half away in winston salem nc
the question do you have to have a store card to get the promotional items  and can I just visit each of the 4 stores in winston and get 20 coupons doubled in each store??

      • Kleckie

You have to have a VIC card to get the sale prices as well as to get your coupons doubled, and it tracks off your card, so they know how many coupons doubled at the last store.

        • Jamdfour

          Thanks Kleckie
I guess its really not worth the gas for 20 doubled coupons sure wish they would open a store in our area.

          • Huntster

My husband and I have separate VIC cards (had them before we were married). Sometimes we will both go to a store at the same time. He will get a basket and I will get a basket and we will split items so that we can use 40 coupons.

    • guest

5 boxes of cereal, 2 boxes milk n cereal bars, one yogurt, 1 canteloupe, 1 container of blueberries, meal deal (bag of chicken, bag of veggies, coke, frozen rolls) $13.07.  Not bad considering almost half the cost was a canteloupe and a container of blueberries!

    • Katie B.

The Coca-cola zero facebook page has a coupon for .99/1 coke zero product, goes great with the meal deal!  Doubles to full price of the 2-liter which is 1.79.

    • Cfoster1212

Did great! Got the meal deal, 3 Bird’s Eye steamfresh and 2 boxes of Kleenx for $4.14! The meal deal is great becase they have the coupon matchups. If you have all of them , it comes out to $2.99!

    • Paul B.

Did pretty good today. Got most of the stuff on my list. $81 worth for just $29.94. Got a couple items not on the list like Yoplait Go-gurts. They were 2/$4 and I had q’s for $0.75/2 which made them $1.25 each. Not bad a think. I got six of them.

    • Becky

can’t find the burt’s bee coupon? is there a certain zip code to look under? thank you!

    • mochamomof5

This was my first big HT couponing shopping trip and I think I did pretty well. Got the meal deal, 8 Nivea lip balm, 4 colgate toothbrush and 4 toothpaste, 4 Starkist tuna puches, 5 Old Orchard juices, salsa dip, donuts, 2 kleenex, 2 Lance crackers, sour cream, and strawberries for just over $18 (saved 89 bucks!).

      • Sunflower97

For the Nivea..How were you able to use 8 of the same coupons? HT policy says you can only use 3 coupons for the same item?

        • Tinalaynesmile

My cashiers only care if the coupons will double. Since it does not double, they don’t care.

          • Tammy

They will only double 3 of the same q for a transaction. The nivea q was $3/2 so you are able to use as many as you want.

            • Tammy

Correction that q states only 4 per transaction. Which was still correct since she had to buy 2 to use the q.

    • MomOf4

Had a great trip!  Got 5 boxes of cereal for $3.90 plus 50 extra box tops.  Grands biscuits for 0.25 each, free tuna and vitamin MM.  Meal Deal for $3.50!  I’m a happy girl!

      • MomOf4

Actually, the cereal only totalled $1.35, even better!

      • Anonymous

Can the cereal deal only be purchased once or do you know if you are able to do it again on a different day?  I sure could stock up on some Cheerios :)

    • Net1lei2

went yesterday to HT and on the cereal, if you bought 5 of the qualifying cereals they dropped down to $1.98 each which with the fiber once Q for .75/1 it was .48 per box and the .85/1 on golden grahams it was .28 per box. Total OOP for 3 boxes of fiber one and 2 boxes of golden grahams was $2/5…great deal!!!! They had several different snack items with deals if you bought 4. So when you bought 4 it dropped the price per item by .50/ item.

    • Ibdqt34

There’s only a few items I would purchase with this ad. Not sure it would be worth the trip. I’ll probably wait for the Kroger ad. Thanks for posting Jenny!

    • Mohler5838

I’m not sure why but for the last two weeks.  The prices you have posted have not been showing up in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Some prices match but most don’t.  I’m not sure if Virginia is going by different prices or something.  I thought you should know.

      • RevoltaDeFenix

I had that issue during Super Doubles last week here in NC. A lot of the prices were a bit higher. I think it’s because a lot of the deals I went to get were on the “unadvertised” list and so it makes sense that it would vary from store to store I guess.

      • Eb8

The prices can even differ between the one at Hollymead and the one at Barracks Road. (a couple days ago I saw big bags of HT pretzels at barracks for 50 cents each -they were $1.20 at Hollymead. ) You can double check prices using the express lane feature on the HT Website -just pick which store you are going to go to.

      • Bowslayer2

yes, Barracks Road and Forest Lakes prices are usually higher than the stated sale price shown on this site

    • Anonymous

How do you receive the 50 box tops?  Will something print at the register?  Just want to be prepared when I make my large purchase…

      • Guest

It will print out at the register.  Its called a catalina

    • Sarhhhhhh3

Is there a limit on the amount of meal deals you can get? Like one per day or is it one per VIC card?

      • Mtmkjr

        one per transaction

        • Kwork417

Is this from your experience? the Ht site says ” Limit one transaction per household.”so i was wondering if i do 2 transactions if the discount will be applied. thanks

    • Snowdogmom

For all you PUBLIX fans that miss PUBLIX because you may have moved to Charlotte NC area there are 2 stores coming to just over the border from Charlotte NC. Gold Hill Rd & Pleasant Rd called Publix On Gold Hill in Tega Cay SC sign says late 2012 and they are clearing the land now, and the other will be located on  Hwy 521 and Doby’s Bridge Rd called Cross Creek in Indian Land, SC not sure of date for this one.

      • Anonymous

Awesome! I am on the NC side of Tega Cay and that makes me super excited!!!!!

    • Leenie

Yeah – finally went on my 1st couponing trip this year. Spent $60, but I got a load of stuff. 4 boxes of Milk bone Dog Treats, 5 boxes of cereal, 2 large boxes of trash bags, 6 boxes snack well snacks, 3 boxes kleenex, 4 nivea lip balms, 8 cans of chunky soup, 5 jugs of juice,2 tubes toothpaste, 1 box cereal treats, 3 bags of yogurt raisins, large bag of frozen chicken breast, frozen bread, 6 cans of grand biscuits, 2 bags frozen vegs, and 3 yoplait smoothies. oh, yea and a 2 liter coke… I think that’s all not sure right now….. Oh and I got a bonus 50 box tops for Madison’s school…..

    • Amber

Found out an even better deal on the Tampax 18-20 ct Pearl Tampons. They are on sale for $3.99 and you can use the $2 off coupon from PG 1/1 like Jenny suggests but I also had a $2 EVIC Coupon saved that automatically came off after I swiped my EVIC card. And it didn’t adjust the coupon down so I actually made $0.01 in overage! (: Wasn’t intetnional and have never had that happen before so I’m not gonna complain!

    • Meredith_4788

I had a problem with the tuna, I didn’t see any that were on sale for $1.  I even took some up to the register to have them checked, did anyone else have this problem?

      • Couponmom

i got some tuna salad pouches yesterday and they were $1

      • Harris Teeter unadvertised sales vary from store to store. but e-vic specials, meal deal items and advertised sales seem to be much the same. at my HT, the tuna pouches were on sale last week but not this week. that’s why I find maintaining and taking a coupon binder to be so helpful

      • Snowdogmom

The pouches of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in water are $1 in my HT this week I got some today and the shelf tag was 10/$10. I think the Tuna salad was the same price. They ran out fast last week and this week they really stocked up they not only had them on the shelf  with the rest of the tuna but also had a standalone display with a bunch of the Chunk Light Tuna.

    • Gracie

This is the first time I’ve used this site.  I’ve been couponing for a while.  Just wanted to say thanks for making it so simple and easy.  I’ve used other sites but this was by far the easiest and simplest.  Can’t wait to see how much I save tomorrow when I shop!

    • Mrs. D

I have had the hardest time finding the Nivea lip products. I have been to 3 different HT’s and they are sold out. I got rainchecks and am hoping they get them in before my coupon expires!

      • Alphagamsquirrel

I am in the same boat as you.   I hope they get more in!

      • Tammy

Yeah the store I normally shop at hasn’t had them either. I found them at a different store today. I know the store I shop at all the time gets a truck in on Friday nights. So you would think first thing on Saturday they would have them. But they haven’t the past two weeks.

    • Mrs. D

Oh, BTW, if it hasn’t been mentioned here, there is also a $1 off glad garbage bags and $1 off glad storage bags that you can download to your Evic card and use in addition to the sale and manf. cpn. I also got notice that the Sat. EVic specials are Glad garbage bags for $3.97 and case Nestle water for $3.47 (there is also a EVic downloadable coupon for $1 off the water too. I am noticing though that they only seem to take 2 Evic coupons per transactions, so I am splitting them up. I hope this helps.

      • Pamgam1

The email I received said Saturday evic special is for 38-45ct. Hefty Trash Bags $3.97 ea. limit of 2 and 36-46 ct. Glad 2 in 1 freezer storage Bags for $1.97. limit 2.

        • Snowdogmom

Interesting to see what people get for evic specials. HT told me there are 15 variations. My offer for the Hefty Trash Bags for $3.97 ea. limit 2 is valid today through Tuesday, not a Saturday only special. I didn’t get an offer for the Glad freezer bags or the Nestle water. I got Nathan’s Hot Dogs $2.97, Stevia in the Raw (9.7oz) $4.77, Scott Bath Issue 12 roll $6.97, Dannon Yogurt 6oz. $.47, Mighty dog canned dog food 10/$5.50. My Sat. specials are 12ct Newman’s Own K-Cups $4.77 and Capri Sun Drinks 10pk $.97. The evic coupons you store to your card are usually only good for one of a particular item and are removed from your card when you use it. You can use as many of your stored evic coupons for the various items you purchase. Today I used my stored evics for the Starkist Tuna Pouch, Hefty One Zip Bags, Hefty Kitchen Trash Bags, and the Pillsbury Grand Biscuits.

          • Pamgam1

I didn’t know they have different variations.  Some of the offers that you received I do not purchase such as dog food because I don’t have a dog but some I do such as Scott Bath Tissue.  I don’t know how they choose what they offer each family as an evic special.  I am curious to know how they choose.

            • Guest

All HT said was it’s based on your purchase history I assume they track that via your VIC card. I do have a dogs and buy dog treats at HT occasionally but not dog food and not canned so that evic dog food offer was useless and the Saturday offer for K-cups was useless since I don’t have a single cup brewer. You would think they know I buy regular ground coffee not K-cups. They said if what specials offers don’t match your buying history they just give you “something” from they are offering that week. They gave an evic for a free Turkey in early November and I didn’t get that offer either which is what prompted me to email them on how evic offers are given to customers. A free turkey is a quite an evic so I wondered why I didn’t get it. t friend of mine did get the offer for the free Turkey and she doesn’t even like Turkey. Go figure!

      • Carla

So the evic online coupons are store and not manf. and can be used with manf. coupon?????

    • Jfo2877

Went to ht today they told me that they have changed their coupon policy. I had 5boxes of muellers pasta evic 5/5 and I had q for .55/1 which doubled would make pasta free, she said the new policy is they won’t accept more than two Internet q’s for the same item, or 3 man q’s for the same item per transaction. So I guess I will be going every day buying two boxes of free pasta per day. Dont think that’s going to make customers happy

      • Mrs. D

I would check the HT online coupon policy. It may just be the store. Not sure. I had no problems getting my pastas.

      • Anonymous

I don’t think this is new. From their website:

We accept 20 double coupons per day per customer/household with VIC card; all others redeemed at face value. No orders may be separated that would allow the 20 coupon limit or any other coupon limits to be exceeded.
We double manufacturer’s coupons up to face value of $0.99; with total amount not to exceed $1.98 or entire retail of item; whichever is less.
We double up to three identical items with manufacturer coupon; additional coupons for like item will be honored at face value. Like items include all flavors.
No competitor coupons will be doubled or tripled.
Coupons that state “do not double” should not be doubled or tripled.
eVIC coupons can be accepted along with paper coupons, however will not be doubled.

I think it may be a YMMV thing, but it’s also important that we remember the rules and try to follow them. I go to the store a few times a week so that I can double the max coupons and use 3 man. qs at a time so that I stay within their policy.

        • Alphagamsquirrel

Our HT has only been accepting 2 internet coupons as well.  You just have to split up the days you purchase them if you have more.

    • Hartmanmel35

I can’t get the coupon for Ortega to work.  I signed up for the club and clicked on savings and nothing happened:(

      • Mrs. D

I get that a lot on stuff. I am still trying to figure all of this out. I think some of the links aren’t taking us to the right place, or maybe they are just out of coupons. I’ve noticed that sometimes they have a max amount of coupons they are giving out. Good luck!

    • Mrs. D

Oh my. I am becoming a coupon-a-holic. Sometimes I think I’m overly obsessed with it! Do any of you feel like this? I have been to Harris Teeter 3 times since last night and probably in the last week I’ve been 7-8 times. I just get frustrated with them for advertising products on sale and then being out of stock! I feel like some of my coupons are going to go to waste. It makes feel like I’m I’m throwing away money!

      • Bowslayer2

i’m hooked on the couponing. i have no coworker who are into it and it kills me i can’t share my great deals with anyone

      • Hartmanmel35

Make sure you get a raincheck for the items out of stock!  Most likely they’ll be in stock next week and your coupon won’t go to waste!

        • Melissa M.

You’re a life saver…..I totally forgot about getting a rain check on the items that were sold out!!  I had missed a few awesome deals because the selves were cleared and my coupons don’t expire until next month.  So now I can get the rain checks, wait for them to restock the item, use my coupon, and not miss out on the great deal.  Thanks again for the reminder!

      • Snowdogmom

As was said below, get rain checks. Also find out what days the trucks come in for your store to restock and you can plan your trips accordingly.

      • Biga71tnp

Yes, I feel the exact same way!!! I keep on telling myself that I don’t need anything else because I have no more space, but I keep going back, too. I went to HT 4 times last weekend for Super Doubles and I’ve already been twice this week and planning another trip for tomorrow… I’m addicted, but being addictied to saving money can’t be that bad, right???

      • Cheryl

I haven’t been all week! (proud of myself)! I do think it’s a good idea  when you go to spread the savings to other shoppers. If you have coupons that you don’t use or that are getting ready to expire, when you pass by the product leave a coupon there on the shelf. Someone might see it and save money too. I call it “sharing the savings”. Times are hard for lots of folks.

    • Southside28704

jst checked my email and there ar a few awesome evic specials starting tomorrow. looking for caprisun coupons. anyone know where to get a couple? :D

      • blovescoupons

i don’t know about coupons, but my walmart has a (4) 10 pack for $6.00

        • Cheryl

I think the caprison 10pk evic alert is Saturday only and limit 2 @ .97 each! Good deal…

    • Snowdogmom

Pretty good trip to HT and everything I wanted was in stock. I thought I could skip this week after Super Doubles but there some deals I couldn’t pass up. I try to adhere to the coupon policy but they let me break up my Tuna Pouch purchases into two transactions and took all 6 coupons. They also took my Cheerios coupons 4 of them 2 each for 2 different flavors even though I think the policy says limit 3 on same product regardless of flavor which I didn’t remember/know until I reread the coupon policy when I got home but all 4 were doubled.

Starkist Tuna Pouches 6 at $1 each
              $6 – 6($.50/1 doubled) – $.50 evic coupon =free + $.50 profit, tax $.04
purchased 3 with the rest of my groceries and the 3 $.50 doubled and
my $.50 evic came off also.
$.50 coupon on checkout for Bumble Bee Tuna Pouch 2.5 oz.
Old Orchard HB Juice B2G3 $2.99 each for 1st 2
              $5.98 – 2($.75/1 doubled) – 1($1/2)= $1.98 for 5 or $.396 each
Hefty Trash bags 45ct tall kitchen evic special $3.97 limit 2
              $7.94 – 2($1/1 coupons) – $1 evic coupon = $4.94 or $2.47 each
Hefty One Zip Qt 35ct freezer bags B1G1 $4.59
              4 for $9.18 – 2($.75/2 doubled) – $1 evic = $5.18 or $1.29 each
      Pillsbury Grand Biscuits $1
              4 for $4 – 2($.40/2 doubled) – $.30 evic = $2.10 or $.525 each
$1.50 coupon on checkout for next grocery trip for buying 4 biscuits so really got 4 for $.60
      Colgate Toothpaste B1G1 $2.99
              $2.99 – 2($.75/1 doubled) = free + tax
Cheerios (select varieties) $1.98 each if you buy 5
               $9.90 – 4($.75 doubled)  = $3.90 or $.78 a box
Not quite as good as the Honey Bunches of Oats deal last week but
               I’ll take it
At checkout got a $1.50/4 GM cereals coupon and a $1/1 off Smart Balance spread

2 Wanchi Ferry Frozen Entrees $5.99 each plus 2 $1 off peel off coupons on each bag (splurged I don’t normally buy these) so they were $4.99 each normally $8.85 at HT but normal price is cheaper at Walmart. $4.99 price is good.

      2 Nutella $2.99 – $1/2

      $80.45 in coupons/vic savings

      • Snowdogmom

Made a mistake on the Old Orchard Juice had to keep track of the $.50 versus $.75 coupons and what went with what.
         $5.98 – 2($.50/1 doubled) – 1($1/2) = $2.98 or $.596 each

      • JDK

I live in Charlotte and the Hefty tall kitchen trash bags are $4.97. No evic special and no evic coupon. No deals for me because I haven’t bought any trash bags at H-T in quite a while, I suppose.

        • Guest

I also live in Charlotte. I believe $4.99 was the sale price this week with the Friday evic mail offer. There are 15 variations on what is offered in the Friday evic emails I found out from HT. It’s based on purchase history. What’s funny is I don’t buy trash bags much in HT either. I didn’t think the evic coupons varied however but maybe they do.

        • Guest

Typo in my comment….. I believe $4.99 was the sale price this week WITHOUT the Friday evic mail offer.

For the Perdue chicken from the meal deal.  Watch the packages!  There are some in my store with a $1 off on the package (good until 4/30).  My printer is jacked up right now and the checkout girl told me to go find a coupon and she’d wait (not too busy today).  So even if you can’t get it to print (or just want to make sure you buy one with a coupon attached…good to know.  It’s a yellow coupon so kind of hard to see on the pkg.

    • Thekentisland

Hit Harris Teeter today.  Found Healthy Request Tomato soup buy 2 get 3 free.  Had a 50cents off 3 cans which made it 50 cents a can then got a $1.50 catalina.  End result $1 for 5 cans of soup.
Total bill $120.62.  Paid $36.62.  Best trip yet!

I was trying to buy the Progresso soups that were b2g3 – had a $1/4 mq — it wouldn’t scan and I was told it was not valid b/c I was not buying ‘4’ – only 2.  Anyone else had this problem?  I know I can use a $1/2 when there is a bogo without a problem..

        • Thekentisland

I had this problem but they did an override of the system for me.  Sorry they wouldn’t do that for you.  =(

    • There are some GREAT evic coupons to load to your card – makes a lot of things under $1.  Tampax Pearl can end up being free, Pringle stix end up being free, 5 boxes of cereal end up being less than $2.40 total if you make sure you’re getting the right boxes, go-gurt becomes $0.88, Nature Valley becomes $1.50 each if you buy two.  They just loaded a lot of new coupons last night I think!  Happy Shopping!

    • Anna

Question: Can you stack competitors’ coupons with manufacturers’ coupons on the same item? For example, use a Target coupon for Listerine plus a SS coupon for the same item. Or do you have to buy two different bottles of Listerine?

      • Mari

Generally HT will not take competitors coupons for an item…only off the entire purchase. For example, if you had a Food Lion coupon for $5 off a $20 purchase, they would take that.

        • Arnol017

Not true. They WILL take competitors coupons for money off single items. I spoke with the regional manager about it. They just won’t double competitors q’s.

          • tryn2sav

My Harris Teeter will not take a competitors man q for a product. Only for a total off your purchase. I already asked the manager. I guess each HT is different.

    • Mayra

How can I print All the coupons that I have checked from the shoppers list without having to print one at a time? Is that possible?

      • Kerry72nc

if you mean print each IP then it’s individual if you want to print the list go to create list button at the bottom.

    • Shirley

the kraft cheese coupon doesn’t have a bar code so the cashier said they couldn’t take it any comment on this issue thanks

      • racecitymom

        Noticed the same thing…

    • Mdelane

Does anyone have any of the $1 off johnson’s baby product coupon that they wont be using. I would love to have some. I could trade some that you needed. E-mail me at mdelane@uncc.edu thanks :)

    • Pinksh

Found Millstone holiday blends coffee ($7.99) on sale $3.99 combine with with the recent $2 coupon makes it $1.99 today!  Looks like they were trying to move it off the shelf..

    • sally

ok I thought the deal on Hefty onezip bags sound like a good deal with the BOGO deal. I’ve about ten 75 cents off coupons for these. But I read HT only allows 3 like items to double so do I have to come back multiple times or can my hubby who has a different vic card use the coupons too?

      • Your hubby has to do it with a different card. even if you go to another store they wont double because of your card number.

      • Guest

If you haven’t reached your 20 coupons per day limit for doubling you can use more than the 3 by doing separate transactions. I did this with the Starkist Tuna. I got 6 and split it into 3 and 3. You might want to checkout and then go to another cashier to checkout again. Some cashiers will let you split your transactions and some won’t. I don’t like to put them on the spot so I checkout with the limit and then go through the line again. There was not a problem with using the same VIC card if your husband has a different VIC card using that card is a another option.

    • J Yauniek

I having been going back and forth to the stores in Alexandria on duke and the other one off of lincolnia and neither one of them is restocking the nivea lip care. My coupons are gonna expire before I get to use them. Does anyone know of any other HT’s in the area that have them stocked?

    • Shirley

some of the coupons i’ve been getting don’t have a ups code on them for example the one listed for the kraft cheese 1.00 off 2 packages ht said they can’t take a coupon that won’t scan.  any one know anything about this kind of coupon. thanks

      • Cheryl

I got 2 pkgs of the kraft shredded cheese and the q i printed out scanned. not a problem.

      • Lydia

According to a post I saw on another blog it was the coupon system is transforming too. There is the UPC # code on them right above the new barcode. So if they won’t scan it or manual type it I would call corporate and see what they say.

    • Tiffany

Don’t forget to add your eVic coupons to your card! You will cash out with some amazing deals when you match the eVic coupons with your manufacturer coupons. Yesterday I purchased 1 battery operated Oral-B toothbrush, 1 manual Pro-Health Oral-B toothbrush, 1 Oral-B Glide Floss, 1 Crest Complete Toothpaste, 1box of Tampax Pearl, Always Infinity, and 2 boxes of StayFree all for under $8.00!

    • Thatsarahgirl

Do you have to ask them to double your coupons or do they do it automatically?

      • Guest

They automatically double 20 coupons a day up to $.99. Any over 20 will be at face value.

      • Sugababi514

Yes, the do double automatically, but make sure to watch the screen as the coupons are scanned. Sometimes coupons that are supposed to double (they don’t say “Do Not Double” and start with a 5 on the barcode) wont. Just make sure to watch so you can catch any that don’t and they’ll manually double it for you.

    • guest

Tampax pearl is on sale for 3.99 if you have the 2.00 off manufacturers coupon and the 2.00 evic coupon it is free =-) !

    • guest

Yoplait smoothies also added an evic coupon for .75 off one…. so if you have the manufacturers .75 off one coupon also it ends up being .25 cents !

      • A Paparozzi

it doesnt show that their is an evic coupon for .75 off one.

        • Cdollar1985

It may be gone? But I used one yesterday with a coupon and only bought one… Idk if zip code matters but ours is 28306 :)

    • Sportiemeg22

Can I use an e-vic coupon and a manufactures coupon? For example, if I want to buy tide, there is an e-vic coupon for $2 and a manufacture’s coupon for $2. Will I get $4 off Tide?

      • Guest

Yes you can use both and get the $4 off. The evic is only good on 1 and then it’s removed from your VIC card.

      • Lydia

Yes you will. I used it last week on the 100 oz tide, so I ended up paying 11.99 – $2/1 mfg – $2/1 evic = 7.99.

        • Sportiemeg22

wow! thats a good price! thanks for the info!

    • Couponmom

Hello, does anyone know what’s the zip code to Harris teeter recycle bank $10/50? I tried 28105 and 28134 and got nothing…help please

      • Guest

The HT $10/50 is not currently on recycle bank. Keep checking it should be back soon, they took it down about a week ago. They are waiting for HT to update it with a new expiration date.

        • Couponmom

          Thanks for the reply.

        • Biga71tnp

I have a question regarding the $10/50… I received mine on Saturday and it’s good until 1/31/12, but it states that the $50 purchase must be met AFTER all coupons/discounts have been applied. So does this mean that my total AFTER coupons must still be at least $50???

          • Sparklecat2009

Yes. It is to be used after coupons and the total must exceed $50.

          • Carrie

Yes, this is what the coupon states. I am single and with coupons rarely spend up to $50. To get around this, I purchased a $50 Harris Teeter gift card and then used the $10 Recycle Bank coupon. My coupon did not state gift cards were not allowed. I figured HT would be less likely to question the purchase if I were buying a store gift card. I didn’t have any problems – gotta love Recycle Bank and HT!

      • Sportiemeg22

I got 2 of those coupons and LOVED them! HT needs them back!!

    • Hgoodman

This is the second week in a row that I cannot get the page to print my list.  any suggestions to what the problem might be?

    • MomOf4

If you had a raincheck on the Wolfgang Puck pasta sauce from a couple months ago, now is a great time to cash it in.  The raincheck price was 2/$4.  There are 75/1 q’s in this week’s paper, plus a $1 eVIC.  So, I got 2 jars for free.  Then a catalina printed out for $1.50 off your next shopping trip!  Otherwise, it’s $2.99 jar, with the coupon, eVIC and catalina…not a MM but almost free!

    • Anonymous

OMG, this post has less to do with coupons and more to do with ice cream.  I got a container of the Blue Bunny “Birthday Party” ice cream because my 2 year old loves sprinkles and it was a good price.  I have to say that I am addicted to the stuff!  As I sit here I am eating it out of the carton.  Great buy!

      • Sugababi514

Lol, I LOVE that ice cream! Isn’t it the greatest?!

    • mt579

Not sure if anyone has posted about this or not, but I don’t have time right this minute to read through all of the comments…and this was too good of a deal not to share!  I went to HT late last night (mine is 24 hrs and they were re-stocking).  They had a deal listed in the cereal isle on little cards where you can buy 5 general mills cereals (select varieties I think) for 1.98 with vic card.  I got 3 Fiber Ones and 2 Multi-grain PEANUT BUTTER (!!!) Cheerios.  Had .75 (4) coupons and .85 (1) coupon.  That made it .48 for the first 4 and .28 for the last one!  Check for e-vic coupons before you go too.  I think some of the other varieties offered had e-vics.  That would make it even cheaper!  I stocked up on cereal during super-doubles so I almost skipped the cereal isle last night.  So glad I didn’t!

FYI…multi-grain cheerios have been my favorite for a long time.  I didn’t think they could get any better.  Then I had the PB ones this morning for breakfast…..YUM!

      • Guest

The deal was in the weekly specials email. You had to click on the section of the email that said “Get 50 Bonus Box Tops + these great savings” for the details. I’ve learned lately to checkout all the areas of the emails since you never know what offers you will find that you think may not be of interest. I’ve been surprised to find some good deals that you won’t find the actual specials tab from the email.

    • mt579

On another note…does anyone know how to get a list of ALL of your e-vic coupons???  I am so frustrated with the website.  It only prints two pages of my coupons from the shopping list.  I thought all of them were supposed to show up on the shopping list??? And their phone app is no help in the store.  Kroger’s is much easier to navigate!  Help please!

      • 28086

That usually happens when too many coupons are clicked.  I usually delete the ones I am not really going to use and leave the ones I really need/want.   When the list of e-vic coupons is shorter it usually prints all of them.  Apparently that’s the way it works.

        • mt579

Does that mean that’s the limit for coupons?  Or are the other ones still on the card???  I thought I read somewhere that the limit was 90.  Thanks for the help!

          • Guest

I had emailed HT on this issue a couple of months ago because I had the same issue. They have a limit on the number that will PRINT with your shopping list. The ones that don’t print are still saved to your card. I asked them if they could correct this and have them all print with the shopping list and they said they would look into it but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

            • Net1lei2

When you make your shopping list on HT website while you are logged in, when you print your shopping list it will print out a list of e-vic q’s you have saved!

            • Guest

It depends on how many e-vic q’s you have saved. Not all the ones I have saved print with my shopping list if I happen to have a lot saved. Some print but not all unless only have a few saved.

      • Jane

I click to my saved coupons and print out that page.  I also double check to be sure the ones I want to use are displayed

      • Cheryl

Go to your email from HT…the one from Wed or Fri… use that evic coupon link (the one in your email) and save your evics. Then email you list just as if it’s the grocery list… or choose some items to purchase a email your list. You should see all your evic coupons.

    • Sing4him

How many times can you do purchase the Meal Deal? Is it once a week or once a day?

      • Sing4him

Sorry…How many times can you purchase…my hand gets ahead of my brain sometimes.

        • Thekentisland

          Once a day

      • Jane

one meal deal per transaction  that means one per visit not one a week.  I asked the same question today at HT and that was my answer.  I have done this week’s meal deal twice with no problem..

    • Kerry

If anyone knows the answer this would be a great help…
Will an evic coupon work with a paper coupon for the same product? Will the paper coupon double still if they take the evic coupon as well?

I’ve read their policy but I am still unclear. For example, there is a nature valley evic coupon for 75 cents off, and a paper coupon for 75 cents off, will Harris Teeter automatically take off 75 with the evic coupon, and accept the paper coupon and double it to 1.50?

Sorry if I made that complicated. Any help will be VERY appreciated!

      • mt579

I just did that deal last night.  E-vic came off and my paper coupon doubled.  Good deal!

        • Kerry

Was that luck or does the paper coupon always double?

          • Jane

works like a charm if coupon is$.99 or less   Be sure to check receipt to bescure evic were taken off before you leave

      • Thekentisland

E-vic coupons are store coupons.  You are allowed to combine a store coupon with a manufacture coupon on any item.  Your coupon of $0.99 or less will be doubled every time.  It’s like 3 times the savings!

      • Twellwoman

The Evics are GREAT, and possible money makers sometimes, because the Evic computer doesn’t know what the register is taking off.  For instance, today with the Pillsbury Grands biscuits, which were $1 each, I had coupons for 50 cents off one, which doubled to make it free, but I had an Evic as well which also came off, so I got paid 30 cents to take some biscuits home.
A LOT of your free items can be accomplished with the Evics, so especially keep your eyes open during Super Doubles events! :-)

I’m a little confused about how much Harris Teeter doubles regularly. There are some shown that indicate they are doubled at $.75 and then there are some listed that are $.55 that aren’t indcated they would be doubled.

    • Jesusfreak2342

This list did not match up to my store on many products yesterday.  Very disappointed.  Store manager would not honor it.

    • Susan

Stopped at HT this morning and got Centrum ProNutrients Omega 3 for free. The regular price is 11.29, they were on sale for $9.03. I used the $5 manufacturer coupon and $5 ecoupon.

    • AnnettePapa

My Harris Teeter is STILL doing Super Doubles.

      • Sandra Fuentes

        Which Harris Teeter?

    • Becky

i can no longer find the $10 off $50 coupon on recyclebank – it says no longer available, i am so sad, i just had started to order it and now it is gone :(

    • Wcnsc

The Florence, SC Harris Teeter is having triple coupons this weekend only 2/10 – 2/12!! I’m excited!!
