    • CarlaZZzzz

the bayer rebate is for a fertilizer that is sold at a home improvement store :)  thankZ for the LOL

      • Anonymous

Ha!  I’m so glad you said that, I just printed it off without looking at the first page of it.  :)

    • Just4yall

Going to Charlotte NC for the weekend, Can anyone tell me all the couponing grocery stores there.

      • guest

Harris Teeter, BiLo, Lowe’s Foods, and Food Lion (but they don’t double coupons). Earth Fare also has coupons, but its a health food store, so you’ll find a coupon booklet there for $1/2 natural broths vs 50 cent Swanson broth.

        • Just4yall

Thanks both of you. I live in Fayetteville so already shop at HT and FL guess I can check out the Lowe’s food and Bi-Lo ad.

      • JPBMC

HT of course.  BiLo, Lowe’s Foods, Food Lion (always last on my list).

    • Sarah Ann Moxley

I have been waiting all day! Thank you!

Where is that coupon. I love going to Lowes. Such a clean store. Wish they’d have super doubles or triples occasionally. Have good sales!! :-)

The Welch’s Sparkling Grape juice deal is awesome. There is even a buy 2 get one bottle free coupon you can load to your evic card, so with the coupons you could get three bottles for $3.00! It’s our families favorite.

    • Momsdword1

Thanks for the ad and Q’s match ups.  You are “The Best” and we appreciate you more than words can convey.  Thank you for all that you do to provide us with so many ways to save.

    • Cheryl

thanks jenny! but, not many good deals on this ad.

    • Onethriftydiva

Maybe it’s just me but this seems like the same ad as the past few weeks!

    • Ebq375

The Bayer Advanced rebate on your link is for garden products, not the aspirin.

    • Tisha

My daughter is doing a canned food drive at school. Does anyone have any 50 cent on 2 Green Giant canned corn, green beans, or pea coupons they would be willing to donate or trade for any coupons I have.

Has anyone else been able to find the Mt. Olive coupon????  I don’t have it in my insert??  Thanks!  :)

      • mlp

I cant find them in the observer!!!!  So sad… most wanted item!

    • Losing It

I’m frustrated with HT at the moment.  There is a problem with the Evics loading.  I have tried 2 computers at home and one at work and I keep getting error message “Failed to load – try again later.”  I’m ready to do my run but need my Evics!  This is not the first time this has happened either.  They need their web techs to put a long term solution in play rather than a bandaid fix.  I sent HT an email but customer service isn’t open yet.  Had to vent!  Thanks for listening! ?

      • Anonymous

When that happens to me, I delete some that I know I will not use.  There seems to be a limit on how many you can have at one time. HTH.

      • Iannone6

I was having the same problem and I called customer service. you have to go to your saved coupons and delete some in order to save more. 99 is the limit that is what I was told. Kind of frustrating it doesn’t tell  you that in the fine print

      • Losing It

I’m in saved coupons now.  It took forever to load and now it’s not removing them.  Site is very slow and/or not working at all.  I really am losing it.! ?

      • Kerry72nc

I had to email and call their cust service because I can NEVER get a complete list of all my evic coupons so I end up writing all the additional down on a piece of paper. Customer service said it’s a problem with the program and she suggested to cut and paste any additional coupons onto another page. Apparently,  only 20 will print. How frustrating because I want to be sure I get the right product and I’ve missed some deals just because it wasn’t on the page I printed. ugh. ok, now that I’ve takend a breathe..lol..

        • Losing It

This happens to me too.  It’s crazy.  I have opened a work doc and pasted there in order to get them to print.  I hate being at the store without a reference!   Seems like that would be an easy fix.

        • LeAnna

I put my evic coupon value on the corner of my paper coupon.  I just write EV-1…in tiny print.  Then I put them in a seperate pile when I am buying things-and add them up before I check out.  This way I can check them before I leave the store.  I don’t have to waste printer ink and paper this way.  Maybe that would help you…

          • Losing It

This is a great idea!  Thank you!

    • lisa

the cottonelle 75c off coupon in the november all you magazine states “do not double”, so i’m guessing my HT won’t let me double it (they stop it from doubling if they notice that.

    • Losing It

Is anyone else having trouble with Evics?

      • Cotij

Yes, it keeps giving me the failed to save coupon.

        • Danielle

It could be that you have too many saved coupons.  Apparently, there’s a limit to how many you can have saved at a time.  This happened to me before, so I went in and “removed” a few from my saved list and was then able to go back and save new ones.

          • Carla

There is a limit of 99

    • StaceyF

Best trip to HT yet! Spent $79, saved $106. Bells Fork store was fully stocked in Greenville but not a cashier in sight at 8:30 in the morning. Everyone had to go through self check out. Nightmare.

      • Candyo0217

Hopefully I will have a good trip also but not until tonight. Did you find any additional deals @StaceyF.

        • staceyf

Febreeze set and refresh were $2.99, I had a $1Q and an evic for $1. So $.99 each. I stuck to my list mostly though and didn’t wander with Q’s

      • Jessi Lynn

By the time i get to bells fork they are usually out of everything.

    • Katie B.

I have some Savingstar q’s she didn’t list, so check yours!  : $1/3 Kellogg’s cereal, $.40/1 Argo (cornstarch on sale), $2/2 Airwick candles.  Also, there’s a MIR for certain Kelloggs cereals, buy 10 get $10 gas card.  I know Jenny posted it a long time ago.  You can do 5 per household and my husband loves raising bran so I’m working on my 3rd of 5, this sale should get me enough to send it out.  Good through end of 2011.

      • LeAnna

how do you get the mir?  does it just print after you buy the kellogs cereals?  Or do you have to send for it?  Is there anyplace I can find out about this?  Thanks in advance!

    • Febreze & Bounty Deal: $4 off instant savings wyb 4 products listed. Combine eVIC coupons, manufacturer coupons from PG 10/16 and 10/30 and you can get 4 products for only $4.46 total!

      • britta

I would have missed this. Thank you!!!

      • Guest

Can you explain which 4 products would total $4.46 after Q’s and $4 instant savings?  Best I could figure out was $5.96 with 2 napkins, 1 air effects and 1 NOTICEables.

    • Bsn04

For some reason I stopped getting the HT emails and my evic emails. Is anyone else having trouble?

      • Kvhoover

        me 2!

      • Wally

A friend of mine is having the same problem.

      • Wally

A friend of mine is having the same problem.

      • Cheryl

i didn’t get my evic alerts last friday, or sunday, nothing!

        • trac

I stopped getting my sunday alerts about a month ago but I get my friday alerts every friday like clockwork.  Did they stop doing sunday alerts?

          • EB

I only got Sunday specials about 2 times – maybe it was a trial run and they decided not to continue them??

      • Kim

Please don’t tell me HT is getting t be like Food Lion… they are going to be difficult with the evic AND the paper coupons??? Hope not!! what is your thought? I quit shopping at Food Lion because of their coupon policy and their customer service!

        • Fire255cb

my HT is always rude. I just smile and continue on with my day of shopping, after all it is at a very off are of town and they (other customers) frown when they are behind me. I guess they have so much money that couponing is not for them. Thats ok, i will laugh all the way to my savings account.

    • Danielle

WARNING! Print your eVics coupon list before going shopping today.  I didn’t print them because their site was down and I just got back from the store and realized NONE of them were taken off my bill. My  cashier was incredibly rude when I gave used a $1/2 Libby’s canned fruit coupon and after that I realized everyone there was crabby.  Now I’m home, the eVic site is still down, so I can’t print proof of the coupons and go back for my refund.   Grrrrrrr……

    • no coke

HT in SSI, GA doesn’t have buy 2 get 3 on Coke.  They have buy 1/get 1.  Bummer!

    • mac

No good deals at all on this ad. Is it because of the holidays? Now we have to spend more to cook a holiday dinner? Just curious…. the ads in all the stores are not good.

      • Trac

The ads the past 2 weeks have been good.  I think they run the better ads 2 and 3 weeks before Thanksgiving and then the week of Thanksgiving they cut back because of all the people that don’t use coupons and shop at the last minute, more money for them.  I’m in the same boat.  I got tons of things the last 2 weeks in prep for the holidays and have just a few more to get, but of course none of what I haven’t got yet is a good deal or the things that could be a good deal I don’t have Q’s for.

    • Crystalmcdaniel

Just to let everyone know, Dr. Pepper has a $1.00 off of two 12 pack Dr. Peppers.  Right now, with Harris Teeter there is a Buy 2 get 3 free sale for coke products.  If you buy Dr. Pepper, you can get it cheaper with the coupon.  I found this out through the coke delivery man at the Harris Teeter and he gave me one that he had in is pocket.  You may want to check.  It is a coupon that is on a sticker on the box.

      • Angela

isnt dr. pepper a pepsi branded product though?

        • Guest

it is actually made by both companies.. Look on wikipedia, it says: “the drink is sometimes bottled under contract by Coca-Cola or Pepsi bottlers”.

        • Katie M Smith

They are their own company. Both coke and pepsi can carry them.

        • Crystalmcdaniel

Have no idea, but it was on the same shelf with the sale products for coke and I got it as a part of that deal….

        • EB

I depends on where you live and which bottler supplies Dr. Pepper in that area. In some locations it is included with the coke sales and in other locations it is included in pepsi sales.

    • Bev

Does anybody have any extra Duncan Hines 50 cents off cake mix coupons they would like to trade for other coupons?

    • Candikane02

just an fyi on a GREAT deal (using 2 evic coupons and 1 manufacturers coupon – the $2 off marie callender bake and the FREE alexia bread product with marie callender bake purchase, and the $1 off one marie callender bake from marie C’s website): The bakes are $6.99 and the alexia bread is $4.45. When you ring both items up, the evic coupons come off as -$6.99 and -$2, then subtract the manuf Q and it’s $1.68 total after tax! I was so excited!!! Not sure why they ring up the bakes as free instead of the bread, but I didn’t question it! My mom’s rang up the same way too! Enjoy everyone!

      • Linda

Thanks for the tip, I just did it and it worked!!! I paid $1.45 plus tax. However my $1.oo coupon beeped and she pushed it through.

      • Guest

        Bummer!  I wonder why I didn’t get those e-vic coupons.  ???

        • jo

          me too.

    • Qnewbie

      Hello,
Can anyone tell me if Evic coupons can be used more than 1?
EX. If i bought 3 boxes of cheerios and HT has a .50 evic Q, will it take .50 off each box? or just one? Thanks! Sorry if this has been asked!.

      • Qnewbie

I also was wondering if i can combine an evic q with manufacturers coupon?

        • Wally

The e-vic coupon will only come off of one box. You can also combine e-vic coupons with a manufacturer’s coupon. Once you redeem the e-vic coupon, if it’s available for you to add to your card again, you can use it again. HTH.

      • Luvnvrfailsmh

No, the e-vic coupons can only be used once.  However, if the coupon is still available, you can log back into your account and add the coupon to your card again.

    • Dananc7777

Does anyone know when Harris Teeter will be doing triples?

      • Sarah

Unless they stray from years past, no coupon events of any sort until the new year.

Does anyone know what’s up with this deal that someone was speaking of below?

Febreze & Bounty Deal: $4 off instant savings wyb 4 products listed. Combine eVIC coupons, manufacturer coupons from PG 10/16 and 10/30 and you can get 4 products for only $4.46 total!”

Is that bounty paper towels or bounty sheets/dryer bar or what? And what febreze products are included? Where can we find this deal?

      • wood

It’s Bounty Paper Towels 2pk $3.99 or Bounty Napkins $3.49 and any febreeze products, Great Deal!  I purchased Febreeze Refills for $7.99+Febreeze Set N Fresh for $2.99+2 Pks Bounty Napkins. Had $1Q for refills and ecoupon, $1Q for Set N Fresh, .25cQ for napkins and ecoupon.  My total was $10.96 before taxes b/c I chose to get the Febreeze refills (needed some).

      • Amcherries

I did this deal tonight…2 Febreze noticeables + 1 Bounty 2 pack and 1 Bounty napkins and did not get the $4 off. Do you get it instantly? Should it show up on my receipt at $4 ZVR? I’ve been trying to call the store to see if they could elaborate but no one is answering…could someone explain this to me?

    • melanie

Does anyone know where the Family Circle Oct. Mrs. T’s coupon is? I have two Family Circle magazines- one dated Oct 1st and one the Oct 17th- I’ve been through them twice and can’t find the dollar off coupon.

      • Coldmamajenn

I had the same problem. The coupons were in the ones you buy at stores, not ones you are subscribed to and receive in the mail.
I went through both of mine more than 3 times each and was pulling my hair out before I typed ‘Mrs. T’s coupons in Family Circle’ into Google. A website popped up and it had different lists for coupons in mags and it tells you the variations from the store version to the one you get in the mail. I don’t remember the name of the website, but if you type in the same type thing it should give you a starting point.

QUESTION??? Has anyone else had trouble logging into RECYCLEBANK?  I used my points to get a $10 off $50 HT purchase 1 1/2 week ago and I havent gotten it yet.  I tried to go back to the website to see if I can track it or see if it states how long to get it once you trade your points for it, but the website won’t let me sign in.  Its been that way for 3 days now.  If anyone knows anything please let me know.

      • Bjkoontz

I actually have been waiting on a $10 HT giftcard from Recycle Bank for over 4 months now…

        • tracie

Have you been able to get online at Recycle bank to try and email them or call them?  I was gonna try that but cant even get on now that I traded some points.  Sooo confused on recyclebank.  It took me a year before I even did anything with them because I wasn’t sure how it worked and every week or 2 I’m learning something new with couponing.  My mother in law thinks Im a pro, but I still feel like a new couponer because I keep learning so much.  Wow alot to learn and know, it really is a full time job if you go at it from every angle.

        • EB

Once this happened to me and I called them and they credited my account for the ones that never arrived.

Hello all! Just a quick couponing question for all the veteran couponers out there…  I went to my local Harris Teeter today to pick up a few items.  I noticed that the I Can’t Believe It’s Butter was on VIC special for $2.49.  I had a few coupons to go with it…
       – Free Bread when you buy 2 (the bread must be no more than $2.00)
       – 1.00 off one container
       – 1.50 off the purchase of 2
Since I had the coupons that said I needed to buy 2, I decided to buy 2
When I got up to the cash register, the cashier told me that I could only use the coupon for the bread OR the other 2 coupons (1.00 and 1.50).  She said that it was because they would both equal $2.00.  But I didn’t see it that way.  I looked at the bread coupon being a separate because it was giving me free bread.  The other coupons were for the actual butter.  I did not push the issue at the register.  Should I have, though/

I can’t see why they wouldn’t let you use the bread coupon.  However, if the $1.50 butter Q was off 2, then you wouldn’t have been able to use the $1 off also.

        • Wendy

They told me I could either use the bread coupon OR the 1.00 off AND the 1.50 off two.  The cashier said that they came out to the same amount (which was not actually true – the bread automatically rang up 2.00 off and had I used the coupons it would have come up to 2.50, which they would have owed me .1 cent for one of the butters). So I guess the butter would have been buy one get one free with the coupons…

      • EB

The 1.50 off 2 attaches to both so you should not have been allowed to also use an additional $1 coupon off of one.

As far as the bread coupon goes:  In theory, it seems that you should be able to use the free bread coupon along with your 1.50 off 2 coupon since it is a coupon for bread, but the reality is that the coupon would be coded to attach to the 2 butters also and any computer will beep and say you are using too many coupons for the items bought. Some cashiers will push it through if you argue the point, but I almost never use these types of coupons with additional coupons for the qualifying items because it is always a hassle. This is true when it is off of generic things like bread or fruit when you buy specific items (it is almost always coded to attatch to the specific item). The only times this is not true is when what you get is a different specific product that the coupon could be coded for – like $2 off coke when you buy nabisco crackers. In this situation, it is usually only coded for the coke and you could use a coupon for the crackers. You can tell by the beginning of the barcode which of the items it is coded to match ( at least with the older barcodes that start with 5 – I don’t know how the newer barcodes work. )

        • Wendy

Thanks EB – that helped put things into perspective.  I just know now how to use coupons like that.  The cashier did try to explain it like you, but her reasoning was that they would both equal to the same amount off.

    • Losing It

Need some help from the experts here!  I did a HT run today and thought I did pretty good.  I don’t know how to calculate the % saved.  Here are the figures…. can someone help?

      Total vic savings = 68.71
      Online ZVR savings = 7.29
Coupons tendered = 110.00  (i don’t understand this figure – i had alot of coupons, but really?)

Total paid out of pocket = 54.42 with tax

      • CarrieB

The coupons tendered is the combination of your total VIC savings, ZVR savings AND your coupons. So you must have had $34 worth of coupons.

        • Losing It

I wondered why the coupons tendered was so high!  Thank you so much for the reply!

      • Awinecoff

They add the vic savings and the coupons together. That is where the 110.00 came from. Hope this helps

One deal I didn’t see here already: The Blue Diamond crackers were BOGO at my store, and there’s a $1 off 2.  $4 Catalina still printing, making this a MM.  Jenny’s catalina list only shows this running through 11/5 but I did this today.  Not quite as good as during super doubles, but at least NOW the store has stock.

      • CouponKIng

Where can I find Jenny’s Catalina list?

    • tryn2sav

I want to know can you use a CVS $5.00 off your order at Harris Teeter?

      • Onethriftydiva

I have done this but I used the coupon that came from the red coupon machine at CVS. Not sure if they will take the ones that come to your email and then are printed off.

Just cut a $.75/1 Sister Schubert products out of my Dec/Jan Taste of Home mag.  I’ll only have to pay $.50 for a pkg of yummy yeast rolls!

    • Hahasowhat

I scored three Welch’s Sparkling Juice Cocktails for a total of $0.61. I used three .75/1 coupons combined with my ZVR ( buy 2 get 1 free). The .75/1 coupons I got from Jenny’s coupon database a few days ago.

      The sparkling juice is on sale for $3 x 3 = $9
-$4.50  (three .75/1 coupons that doubled)
-$3.89  ( ZVR takes off one at regular price)

I have one more .75/1 coupon that I plan to use with the $2/2 Welch’s Sparkling Juice Cocktails (Facebook coupon) because my ZVR reloaded. So the second deal will actually be $1.61 for all three which is still an awesome deal!!!!!

I was hoping to ask a quick question, what or how do i get my computer to show the boxes to check mark beside the products on my shopping list (using windows 7 & explorer as my browser?) Any suggestions?

      • bluegreen

Are you using explorer or internet explorer?  What is showing where the check boxes are located?  Are they red x’s or is it just blank?  Does the same issue occur when you use a different web browser (ie. Firefox, Chrome, etc)?

    • lidsmom

thank you jenny!!! yesterday i purchased $192.00 worth of groceries and paid $50.00… so, so, so, tickled:)

    • Amcherries

I tried to do the buy 2 Frebreze products + 2 Bounty products and get $4 off…well I brought 1 Frebreze set and refresh and 1 Febreze noticeables + 1 Bounty 2 pack and 1 Bounty napkins and did not get the $4 off. Do you get it instantly? Should it show up on my receipt at $4 ZVR? I’ve been trying to call the store to see if they could elaborate but no one is answering…could someone explain this to me?

      • LeAnna

I tried to do it too.  I guess I was assuming that I got a catalina. I don’t think it was on reciept…b/c my total was 9something…-and that makes sense-w/ what I bought and the evic q’s($3-) and reg q’s($4-) I had figured I was supposed to pay @5 for all 4 items ‘after’ getting my4$ reward.  It did not print-I had the girl call a manager over.  Since I did this alone and first-I was going to roll the $4 to my second order.  The manager just did a manual override-and gave me 4$ off my second transaction.  I was adament that I get it-as I just let 12$ of $$$ off your next order catalinas expire-b/c I was sick.  From now on-I used them immediately!

    • Abruce4u

Just a heads up……I know that my No Yolks pasta coupons are “do not double” couples and it’s only worth 40 cents and not doubled to 80 cents.  It dissappointed me.
