Muellers coupons do not double or triple…..

      • Aljacks3

The ones that I have do not say Do not double and they start with a 5.  So, they will double.

        • Guest

Not if the cashier knows what they’re doing and enter it manually like they’re supposed to.

        • Saviorbucks

In Charlotte area stores each checkout lane has a posted sign that states no doubling or tripling on Qs that state that. I’m not certain about areas other than mine though. These signs went up before the last super doubles.

        • Lillie

Can someone tell me if the internet coupons allowed are only 2 per transaction per day or only 2 per like item?

          • Guest

Yes it is only 2 like internet coupons per items. So say you have 2 internet printable coupons for the Kettle Chips and 2 internet coupons for the Lysol Wipes, you can use all 4 but are restricted to only using 2 per like item. They do allow 3 like coupons only when they are the ones from the inserts. I realized this last week when I was trying to get the Pepperidge Farms cookies :(

    • Ymcastro

Jenny – you are awesome!  Just made my afternoon :)

    • CCShad

      Awesome!  I am so excited!

    • I am going to be in the Outer Banks this weekend where there is a Harris Teeter! (None here in Knoxville)  But the website says” Prices not in effect in the Outer Banks”, does that mean I am out of luck with the super doubles?

      • liz

It means that the prices in the OBX are higher than other stores and the sales ads don't cover that particular store.  If I remember correctly, the HT is on the main road running through all the towns just before Corolla.  They will (should) have super doubles, but the prices on the products won't be nearly as good.  It may be worth it for you to look at going to an HT in Chesapeake, Va.  The drive won't be too far and you'll get the sales prices.  HTH

      • Orgainze me!

You may want to call the store in OBX as well, from what i've heard they do not participate in super doubles :(

      • Jess

They have super doubles on the OBX sometimes the sales are a little different though.

      • Zinniasgive

I'm pretty sure there is one in Nags Head, but I also think their specials are different. You might have to call ahead to check on the super doubles thing.

    • Amber

Yay! Thank you for posting this list! I've been waiting on this one and also the unadvertised deals list you said would be coming this afternoon before I gathered all my coupons! Soo excited for Super Doubles! Really hoping there won't be too many shelf clearers and everyone will get a chance to get some of these great deals!

    • Karmah60

Where do you get a Kashi booklet?

      • Amber

I found mine taped to Kashi cereal boxes at my HT. Although it says DND and since it starts with a 0, I think it will not. I was under the impression only the DND coupons that started with a 9 did not doube, but I have found 0s are not doubling in my stores too.

      • Gomice

I found mine when I went to get a raincheck from the customer service desk a few weeks ago.  They were sitting by the extra weekly ads on the counter.  NOTE: All of these Kashi and Bear Naked coupons say “DO NOT DOUBLE”.

    • Tyedyemomma

      Yeah for list 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Whitney_elise20

      Yay! Thanks!

    • Stephanie

Ok, so I am a newbie so forgive my question.  Is this in combination with the other list posted last week or is it different?

      • Lbagwell

The first list was more of an anticipation list.  Jenny lays out all the specials that could apply, this link is the actual ad link.  So everything in here should be current, the next link will include unadvertised deals that are on this week's sale.  I use the first link as a general guide until today, as some of the sales do not continue but it gives you a chance to start he preparation.

        • Stephanie

Thanks Lbagwell… That's what I was assuming, but wanted to make certain..

    • Lbagwell

Be prepared, the last few weeks cashiers have been reading the fine print on most, if not all of the coupons I bring in.  I guess they've been instructed not to double anything that says do not double.  But many good sales on this ad, seems a lil better than the last one.

      • Ivey Godfrey

I don't know. It seems like there isn't much stuff under $1, unless you count the hamburger helper and the like

        • Thecalls07

yeah i agree the super double specials this week are crappy compared to the last one.  Ivee seen better deals during non super double weeks.  Thank god for my collection of rain checks

        • Firedancer254

A lot of the good stuff is usually unadvertised. Same thing during triple coupons. They know the coupons will bring in the customers, so they don't have to advertise the really good sales.

    • Brooke

awesome.. except everything will be sold out before I can get there..

      • Shannonw1983

i decided to go last time at 6:30 and everything was about gone, dont know what time i have to get there before everything is gone, but know if it worth to go before 6:00

        • pete

i work over night at harris teeter and on super doubles the first people start arriving at 4:00 am and the store is packed with people ready to check out by 7:00 am.

          • Karmah60

            4AM?!  What in the world….

Jeez, I thought getting there right at 7 would be ok.  Getting two toddlers up, dressed, fed, and then driving 40 mins is bad enough.  Doing it at 3am is kind of ridiculous.  I can't believe people would bumrush the store to clear shelves at that ungodly hour without some kind of impending doomsday scenario.   I don't want to get there at 7 and not be able to buy anything on my list.  I can't compete with that hour with two little ones, and my longer drive, and it's kind of discouraging.

            • NCcouponer

I live in Cary, NC. I usually arrive around 6:45 and most is still in stock.

            • amber

The shelf clearers kind of ruin it for everyone else! Not everyone can get to the store at 7:00 am due to various responsibilities. Some of those people that do that are hoarders and do it for the “high” which I think is just sad and kinda pathetic! Just do the best you can and I'm sure you will still find some great deals. Don't forget about rain checks because they never expire and can come in handy the next round of super doubles!

            • Jamie

I agree, my Mother In Law is like that, She got like 20 marzetti salad dressings the other day for free and they needed to be refrigerated so h wound up givin some away but I hate when people clear the shelfs just for the sake of being pigs.

New to HT, can you get rainchecks on Super Doubles? Like if I get there and something is gone, will they honor the raincheck and super doubles after the sale has ended?

            • Firedancer254

You can get rainchecks on the sale price for an item, but not on the super double coupons. Rain checks don't expire though, so if your coupon has a long exp date, just hang on to it till the next super double.

    • Biggs

What time does Harris Teeter start their super doubles?  I want to try and go before my husband and toddler wake up…:)

      • Shannonw1983

the computers switch over at 7:00

        • Biggs

Awesome.  Trying to coupon and think while trying to keep a two year old occupied is hard…

          • Karmah60

I know right.  Trying to figure out how to handle my two at the store tomorrow.  I have to bring them both (11 months and 2 yrs).

          • Shannonw1983

            i understand i have a 3 and 7 yr old

          • Firedancer254

I hear ya on that! I am going at 6 am when my store opens so I can shop before my hubby has to leave for work!

    • Carolinablueyes84

What is the limit per day on these sale items?

      • couponingtosurvive

They will only double up to 20 coupons per day and will only double 3 like coupons

        • Carolinablueyes84

Not that Im going to, but I could get 10 bottles of Kraft dressing at $2? All 10 would ring up $2 and only 3 of the same coupons would double?

          • Anonymous

I’ve actually had them tell me that I could only purchase 3 of the same item in one transaction. But depending on your cashier you could get more. I normally get the 3 so I don’t have to worry about dealing with it.

          • Kari

Correct, the others will ring up at face value. It would be better to get 3 bottles one day and go the next day and get 3 more.

    • Sallycoupon

how does it work to use competitors coupons.  I have some Target coupons for $1 off salad and $1 off crackers. Can I use these and get them doubles?

      • CCShad

Most HT stores do not accept comp. store coupons, and if they do, they will not double them, only the man. coupons.

      • susansaver

HT doesn't typically take competitor coupons.  Call you store to ask but most don't.

        • Tallponysbride

          Competitor’s Coupons:
We gladly accept local competitors’ manufacturer
coupons. We also redeem circular or direct-mail coupons for money off of
the total order. We do not accept any internet coupons from other retailers.http://www.harristeeter.com/promotions/online_coupons/coupon_policy.aspxWith a disclaimer: Harris Teeter reserves the right to limit
quantities in coupon usage, as well as products and to amend our
          policies as we deem appropriate.

      • There policy states that you can only use competitor coupons off your total purchase but not off specific products.  Sorry.

        • wendyc

          Jenny,

Thank you so much for this list and all you do!! Your hard work has saved me a lot of money and helped me provide for my son!! I appreciate you. :)

      • Beachgirl85

Does HT take ECB from CVS or RR from Walgreens?

        • Amy

No ECBS. Sometimes RR but that is up to the store.

          • Carolina Coupon Mom

My HT takes RR, ECB's, and Rite Aid UP Rewards (in Durham).

            • Kim N.

If you live near a Sav-A-Lot, HT will accept them as a competitor. I live in Hickory, NC in an apartment complex. Everyone gives me their $5/$20 coupons from Sav-A-Lot and it is awesome. That covers a lot of produce and meat and things without coupons.

      • EB

They only take competitor manufacturers coupons – they do not take competitor store coupons. If it does not say “manufacturer coupon” on the top they will not take it – and most target coupons are store coupons. The target website does have some maufacturers coupons that have the target logo – those are fine, but they will not take the ones that say “target web coupon”.

    • Swtsouthngrl

I am really lucky because we have a HT practically on every corner. I pass 4 on the way to take my son to school, so I usually don't have a problem finding the deals as long as I go around 9am. And if I miss something, I try again Friday morning after the trucks come!

      • CCShad

me too – mt. pleasant, sc

        • Pdms3

do you know if all HT in Chalreston also get the truck on friday morning? I go to the one on savannah hwy.

          • CCShad

I was wondering the same thing.  Not sure if all stores get a Friday truck.  It does seem like Sat mornings they are usually restocked for the w/e crowd.

    • Carolinablueyes84

Not that Im going to, but I could get 10 bottles of Kraft dressing at $2? All 10 would ring up $2 and only 3 of the same coupons would double?

    • Jas

do they not double printable coupons?

      • Tryn2sav

Yes they do, only if the coupon says do not double.

      • Roslynblackmon

Yes, they do double printable coupons

      • Kcreviews

        Yes, they do.

      • yes, but you're limited to two.

    • Tryn2sav

Will they accept 3 like internet coupons, for doubles. Or just two coupons?

      • AmyS.

They accept only 2 like internet coupons per transaction.

      • BuckeyeSara1982

Just 2, as far as I know.

    • CCShad

      Sobe coupons:
There was a .55/1 Sobe Publix Manufacturers coupon on one of the blue coupon sheets Publix gave out as part as a donation event.
Also, you may have a .50/1 Sobe catalina coupon – I have one from HT.

    • Debbie

How do you get the e-vic coupon for the Frito Lay Variety packs that are the 3.97? I have other e-vic coupons but not this one. It isn't automatic just because I have the card is it? Thanks

      • Stephen_A_K

The e-vic deal that she has at the top will be automatic if you have e-vic. It is the weekly e-vic special. It does have a limit of two though.

        • Debbie

          Thanks, Stephen.

      • Savn2gether

As long as you have signed up for the e-vic membership, then you should be able to get them for that price. You don't have to have a special coupon, it is just a sale special only for e-vic members. They usually have at least 1 item like that each week. In the store, it should show both the regular price and the special e-vic price. If you are already receiving e-vic coupons, you shouldn't have any problems. All you need is your card. Hope that helps!

    • Kim N.

Keep an eye out for a coupon booklet on Lance cracker standees. It has several good coupons in it, including a $1/2 Welch's jam coupon. I found them at the Lowe's Foods in Hickory, NC today.

      • Amy M

which Lowes foods and where is the display?

        • Kim N.

It's the one on 127 and it's up at the front of the store. I only went over by it because I was seeing if they'd stocked any more Keebler/Kellogg's booklets (they hadn't). I'd try the other one in town, though, because I took 2 and there weren't many left. I called the one in Mtn. View and they said they had some left. I meant to ask them about the Keebler booklets, too, but my crying baby made me forget!

    • melissa

If this is list 2, what will be on list 3?

      • Stephen_A_K

        Unadvertised deals

    • Krista

I will traveling to an area with Harris Teeter this weekend.  Have seen alot of great comments about the deals with the super doubles in the past, but haven't paid alot of attention to the specifics because I don't live by this supermarket.  Could someone please fill me in on the following:  What value of coupons will double during this sale?  Is it a limit of 20 coupons total (man. & internet), or 20 of each?  What about limits of like items?  Any other information you think might be helpful would be appreciated!

      • Stephanie

To my limited understanding they will double coupons with a face value of up to $1.98.
It is a limit of 20 coupons total per day per household.
You can use 3 paper coupons per like item.
The internet coupons are limited to 2 per like item.
If I am incorrect I am sure someone else can correct this…
        Hope it helps.

      • Stephanie

Sorry I meant to say they will double up to 20 coupons.. You can use more, but they will not double.
Also make sure you have your harris teeter e-vic card.

      • Jen

Super doubles, they double all coupons up to $1.98. Yes, there is a limit of 20 that will double per day, they do not take b1g1 printables, and there is a limit of 3 like coupons that will double (you can use as many as you want, they will be at face value past 3).

      • BuckeyeSara1982

Super Doubles week means they will double all coupons 1.98 or more (i.e., a $1.75 coupon will be worth $3.50). They will double up to 20 coupons a day (combination of online and man.) and I believe the rule is up to 2 like online coupons and either 2 or 3 traditional coupons.

      • Savn2gether

Stephanie's explanation was right on! HT will double any coupon up to $1.98 in value. You can use 3 coupons per like item (unless it's an internet coupon, then you can only use 2). The limit is 20 total coupons that will double per day. You can use additional coupons, but they will not double (for example, if something is 99 cents, and you have a $1 off coupon, just let the cashier know so she can scan that one last). You probably already have e-vic membership, but you can sign up and receive the weekly newsletter and special deals (usually one item is marked as a special e-vic price and sometimes they have special deals for e-vic members on Saturdays). If you don't already have e-vice membership, but are planning to make the trip more in the future, it's probably worth signing up. However, it takes several weeks to process an e-vic membership; so it might not be useful for this weekend (if you don't already have it). Also, it's great if you can go when they've just restocked. I try to bring a back-up list with additional coupons in case they're out of my top 20 items. Some things seem to stay out-of-stock throughout the entire sale. Hope this helps! Have fun shopping!

    • tmswink

can someone let me know if this list is in combination with the first one?

      • Stephen_A_K

It is not. There are deals on the first one that are not on this one.

      • Tamara

These deals are in addition to the first list.  There will be a total of 3 list.

    • becca

what time do the coupons start doubling?….last time i didn't get any deals really cause EVERYTHING was sold out :(

      • Kimba74

Should be when they open.  I have to work, so by the time I go, they will be out of lots of stuff.  I still will get things even if they are not on sale if a $1 or $1.50 doubles, u will still get good deals

      • Candikane02

        7am

    • Bholmes75

the klondike bar coupon will not double they start with a 9

      • Kari

Maybe they will override because it does not state do not double…. worth a try I think.

        • MarySC

No, if the bar code starts with a 9 the computer will not double it.

    • NikiP

FYI the SS 5/22 coupon for Sargento Cheese expired in July 2011. :(

      • NC_angel

I believe the expiration date is also a regional thing too. It may expire in NC on one date, but expire in FL on another.

    • Savn2gether

I am looking at buying some of the betty crocker hamburger helpers. What does it mean to get catalina dollars depending on how much you buy? Is it something that prints on your receipt (like ecb at cvs), or is it discounted from your purchase? Also, is it something I can use to buy other items? In other words, how does it work? Thanks for your time!

      • Mommy2Boys

After you purchase the HH, a catalina coupon prints out and you can use it On Your Next Order (OYNO).  So if you purchase 5, once you pay, you'll get a coupon that says $2 OYNO.

      • Hking

The more boxes you buy the more $ you get. They are basically dollars off coupons to use on your next purchase.

        • Hking

I should have added that they are printed out and given to you with your receipt.

          • Savn2gether

So, if I buy 6 HH and use .75/3 (so $1.50 off with the super doubles), I'll pay $1.50 and receive $2 off my next purchase? Is that right?

            • Savn2gether

Never mind, I think my math was wrong. I'll pay $3 and get $2 in catalina coupons, so it comes out to about 17 cents a box. Thanks again!

        • Savn2gether

Hking and Momm2Boys, thanks so much! I appreciate it!!!

    • Romeoandzeus

Somebody explain this to me, I'm confused. Under HT's policy it sys they only accept 2 printed internet coupons PER DAY. Some people below are saying it's 2 printable internet coupons per like item. If I walk in there with 10 internet coupons tomorrow am I going to have a problem?

      • Shannonw1983

it is 2 internet coupons per item

      • couponingtosurvive

I used 6 the other day. I had 2 printable Qs for 3 seperate items and i had no issues

      • Jamie

thanks couponingtosurvive and shannon…that's good to hear

      • guest

read the entire sentence in the plocy – what you entered is NOT the complete policy…
“With the purchase of two like manufacturer’s products, we accept two internet coupons, per store, per day.”
I find the HT policy to be clear and easy to easy to use. Read each section in its entirety and it willhelp you.

      • Tryn2sav

Hi Romeo, the policy is just saying they will take two coupons for two corn pops. And two coupons for two frosted flakes, per day. You can get 10 boxes of cereal
as long as they are for different cereals.I hope that helps.

      • Debbie

I took it the way you did too.

        • bethany

hey i coupon to im like 7.

      • Jennapatrick8

My HT lets you use as many internet coupons as you like, but no more than 3 like coupons on one type of item (internet or not).  I hope this helps.

    • Huntercoupons

I know I read something recently about a Kellogg's/Keebler promotion. I think it was $5 off when you bought 10 participating items. If this deal is still on can someone tell me more about it? Which items? Is it good at Harris Teeter?

      • Pdms3
      • Wainrightmommy

i have been trying to find this deal all day today! i hope someone will help us!

        • Guest

I got it in my email for last week's weekly specials.  You can click on the link and it will list the items that qualify.  I used mine on Sat with the cereal special (Sat only for $1.87).  I also bought 6 keebler packs of cookies for $1.99 each (new coupon was in paper Sun you could use today for cookies).  Hope this helps!

          • Guest

Valid thru 8/16 all ten must be purchased within same transaction…list is in link on email.  Limit one offer per transaction

      • Tamara

I saw in the Lowes Food ad this week that if you bought 10 of any Kellogg's, Famous Amos, Keebler, Murray or Eggo items, that you get $5 off instantly.  But, I'm not sure if it's good at Harris Teeter.

      • Saybellle

Harris Teeter has posted this $5 off promotion for Kellogg's/Keebler products on their website. The flyer lists specific items. It seems the only exception clearly noted are Eggo's. Hope this helps.

    • Could some one please price check the 20 ounce coke bottles for me… I would greatly appreciate it. HT is a little drive but I have a 0.75/2 coupon I am thinking might make it worth my drive. Thanks, Meg

      • Jessdare101

I just looked online and it shows the 20oz bottles being $1.59

      • Kari

I looked on the express lane for my store and they are $1.59 each. I also have that coupon and used it Bi-lo they are $1.49 each there.
If you use it at Bi-lo you will be paying 1.49 for 2.
If you use it at Harris Teeter you will pay 1.68 for 2.

      • Kari

Megan, not sure if you know this but Harris Teeter has something called express lane on there website. You select the store you shop at (or if yours does not come up choose one around your store) and you can look at their prices on alot of the items they sell in the store. It is very useful when planning a shopping trip.

    • workinmommy

so – I am a newbie too. If you have only $1 off coupons an try to double them at the register will you recieve $1.98 off? Or are they invalid? Is the name of the game having coupons less than $1?

      • Stephanie

Under normal coupon days any coupons up to .99 will be doubled not to exceed $1.98.
During the super doubles you can double any coupons up to $1.98, so if you have a coupon for $1.50 during super doubles it will double to $3.00..Hopefully I make sense…

      • No you want to use coupons $1+ UP to 1.98.  A 1 coupon will double to either the price of the item OR $2, which ever is less.

    • Someone may have already pointed this our BUT the catalina for the hamburger helpers, etc is for your next purchase of MEAT.  Just in case people planned on rolling it.

      • kouponkatrina

I thought the HH catalina was only printing through 8/8. I got a printout on a recent shopping trip and that was the date listed. Does anyone know if it's been extended? There is a printable coupon listed on the catalina website but nothing about an OYNO coupon. Thanks!

      • Savn2gether

I was plannng to roll mine, so thanks!

    • karen

      Thanks Jenny

    • Valerie Walcott

only two things I wanted on this list were in my inserts!  I know all areas aren't the same, but wow, that was kind of a let down . . .

      • HomeStoreGals

Same here Valerie – in my RP for 7/31/11 I did not have one coupon.  Very Disappointed

    • DianaY19

Are the All You magazines not the same for everyone?  I don't have the hunts coupon listed in my all you magazine and I don't have the van camps coupon that has been referred to in other posting over the past months.????

      • Tisha

I didn't have the Hunts or the Orville popcorn Qs either.   I have heard that the magazine you buy in the store has some different coupons than the one you subscribe to and receive in the mail.  I guess that is what happened.  I subscribe and receive it in the mail.

        • cs

I don't have it either and we buy it in the store. so no idea

      • Guest

Me too.  I am wondering if they are in the magazines you buy at WalMart.  Bummer!  :(

    • Lornabaralornanowski

Does anyone know how to get to the coupon from “play the game?”  (trying to get the coupon for the glad trash bags…..thanks….

      • Flipfloplisa

No, after 30 tries when I finally won…  There was no coupon :(

    • Kelly3332307

Is there a limit to how many hamburger helper catalinas you can get?   Thanks!

      • Guest

1 per order, but other than that no limit.  Just separate your orders so you get 1 cat in each transaction.

    • Shawna

I have 6 Smart Balance Milk coupons for $1.50 off (that will double to
$3) and 9 Smart Balance Mayonnaise coupons for 1.00 off (that will
double to $2).  I am willing to send them to anyone who wants them.  My
car is having issues so I will not be able to get to HT for this event
(I'm so sad!).  Please send an email to shawna914@yahoo.com if you want
them so that I can put them in the mail tomorrow morning and you can get
them ASAP! I don't want them to go to waste.  I am in NC by the way.

      • Mandi

Hi Shawna! I sent you an email. :)

      • Shawna

Thanks to all who responded, but the coupons have been claimed!

    • Brandy

Can someone plz explain EVIC coupons to me.  I understand that I have to save the coupons from my computer.  If I buy more than one item that I saved an EVIC coupon for, will each item that I buy be that special price or can I only get one of each item for that price?  And can I still use my manufacturers coupons with these deals?  Thanx!

      • deb

You can definitely use manuf. q w/ them and I'm pretty sure it's for one item

    • Raleeprensis

The Hunt's ketchup coupon says DO NOT DOUBLE

    • Sassafrass111

Question: I know HT's policy is 20 coupons per day. If I were to go tomorrow morning and use 20 coupons and then go again tomorrow evening, could they “tell” through my VI card that I had already used 20 coupons??

      • Veganmom7

Yes, it is linked to your vic card, even if you go later the same day or to a different store. Any coupons over 20 will only take off the face value.

      • guest

Yes, the evic card tracks the amount of coupons used.

      • Guest

Yes, the register/computer does keep track of how many coupons you double each day.  After you've doubled 20 coupons, it will ring in the rest at face value for the rest of the day.  You CAN use additional coupons that would NOT double anyway as the limit does not affect those coupons.  (i.e. if you have 20 coupons you want doubled and then 3 more than are $2.00 or more that wouldn't double anyway, you can use all 23 coupons with no issue).

    • Slgordon1

I went to HT this morning, and tried using the $1/1 Hillshire Farms Sausage coupon that I printed through their link on facebook, and the cashier said that they couldn't accept it because it didn't have the square UPC code printed on the coupon? She tried scanning the other bar codes, but nothing worked. Anyone else have this problem?! It's a legit coupon from Hillshire's website!

      • Jello_2001

My issue was that the links are being discontinued and thus what they had left were already gone by the time I arrived at the Asheville store at 7:15. :<(  Well, actually there was one Pepper Jack left and I took it and then put it back thinking the morning meat person was going to restock.  By the time I tracked him down to hear the link status, even that one was gone.

      • Jennifer H

I had no trouble using mine this morning – didn't even beep. The only issue I just now found on my receipt is that the Lil Smokies are not part of the BOGO sale and are actually $3.99. So you still only pay $1.99, not bad, but not $0.24 like I thought I was going to pay. Oh and I only saw a pack of the Pepper Jack ones at our store. It was kinda hidden on the bottom shelf beside a different manufacturer's items.

        • guest

Did you stop the cashier and ask  about the LiL Smokies when they rung up? The ad doesn't include these, so you would have known beforehand, even so, it's easy to make a mistake and put the wrong item in your cart. You should have caught this at the register though – and then decided to purchase or not

      • Mcmjunior1997

Had that once. The mang. said it was a Canadian coupon…?

    • NCcouponer

If anyone has any Smart Balance Milk coupons they would like to trade- please send me an email! I only got one insert the week the coupon came out…… apbergwa@gmail.com

      • Wally

I probably have what you are looking for. I just sent you an email.

      • Christy

I dont drink that milk. I can send you mind if you want them

    • Denise-bonus mom

anyone know how to fix my mac? Since I did an update none of my coupons will print! Help…

      • guest

I doubt your MAC is broken, most likely a settings issue. Check your manual, it's online, and also help forums

      • Catmcafee

You have to print using Safari or Internet Explorer.  Firefox does not work with the program.

    • Tstralow78

has anyone done the boxtop deal more than once?

      • Guest

You can do it as often as you like, as long as you only do 1 deal per transaction.  It's not limited.

    • Lindy

Kashi DealBuy Any (3) Kashi Cereals, 7.5 oz +, Get a Box Of Kashi TLC Snack BarsFREEANYONE?? WHERE do I find this on the HT website??  It is not in the AD.  The Bars did NOT ring up FREE/$0.00.  Want to go to C.S. and get my receipt adjusted, but need proof.

    • marlene

Went this morning, spent $1.27 plus tax ($1.85) saved $36.77, bought 16 items.  It was busy at my smallish Gastonia store

    • Laurenwhayes

Has anyone done the Hamburger Helper Deal….I just bought 5 boxes and didnt get anything…..I called the CS when I got home and the lady said she wasnt aware of that deal….Also I got the folgers coffee (that was supposed to be 8.99) used my $1.00 coupon doubled to $2.00) and also when I got home I looked and realized that the coffee rang up $11.99……ughhhh!!

      • guest

Hope it gets sorted out. A good reminder to us all – check your order as it is being processed, watch carefully, and always check the receipt before you leave the store – so much easier to handle any issues immediately.

      • Kari

I did it and it printed out… The first time I bought 6 boxes used 2 (.75 off 3 coupons) Paid $3 for 6 and a $2 off my next meat or chicken purchase printed. Went back again (3 of my plan coupons did not double so I was able to use 3 more coupons) Bought 5 more boxes using the $1 off 5 coupon and it printed again.

      • Guest

Be sure and check that you pick the correct coffee on sale.  I did that once, too, and there is often one flavor that is not on sale (even though it was on the stand with all the others).  Also, the $1.00 Q I have for the foldgers is for a certain flavor…and it may not have been included in the sale.

    • Avmartindale

how do you get a Kashi coupon book?

      • JenW

They were given out in the store a few weeks ago along w/ samples of their products

      • Bridget

Try writing to Kashi and asking for it.   I did that awhile back and now I get all kinds of coupons and samples from them in the mail.

    • Marion31543

I try to print some of the coupons that are listed on here but it comes back saying I have already printed my limit when I have not printed any at all…Don't understand????

      • guest

When you receive this message, what it means is that the print limit for that coupon has been reached.

    • karen

      Great Job

    • Cheryl

Wow Jenny! Thank you so much for this wonderful job you've done on the HT super doubles. I am new at this, well last time, I just went to the store with a bunch of coupons in my hand and wasn't prepared… this time I was prepared and I saved a bunch of money today. Because I was “couponing” I had my freezer full so I only needed items that didn't need refrigeration, except salad makings. I got $58 dollars worth and after she rang up my coupons (18) I only spent $16.00.  Another great thing about Harris Teeter, if they ring something up wrong, you get it free. I bought 2 of the soft scrub w/ bleach that should have been $2.65 (both free w/ my coupons) and they rang up wrong so they gave me one free and I still got to use both my coupons! So cool. thanks again!!

    • Cheryl

Oh Jenny, the cashier asked me if I used your website! She said her mother does too. And I just love it when I'm finished and I'm in the “dishwash detergent aisle” where nobody goes and I'm getting my coupons out getting ready for check-out… some of those people just stare out me like I'm crazy… and the people behind me after I check out… they just smile!!! I think everyone likes to see us save money! It really is fun! Where have you been all these years??? :-)

      • Guest

        Amen sista!

    • CCShad

Goldfish – my store had .75/2 peelies on some of the regular cheddar Goldfish.  You had to buy the cheddar along with a Baby Goldfish or pretzel or saltine.

      • fourisit

someone decided to peel off all the peelies on the goldfish bags….really people, come on! sorry, had to vent. Happy shopping everyone but leave some deals for the rest of us :)

    • Christy

I dont understand why so many of the coupons listed arent in my inserts??? I just had like 3-4 items listed on this site that was NOT in my insert? Why?

      • sabrena

it is regional. it all depends on where you live on what you get. i wanted the lysol wipes but i didnt get it along with some other things but try and google it to see if they are anywhere else listed under a different printable zipcode. sometimes that works for me.

      • Karmah60

Same here.  I'm missing a lot apparently, and the ones I do have are crappier versions (like .50/1 instead of a dollar).  They must hate my area. :/

      • Lots of the coupons listed for the 8/07 SmartSource were not in my inserts like the Old El Paso.  I assume it's just regional.  My inserts came from the Raleigh paper.

    • Faith

Does anyone know if you can go to two different Harris Teeters in one day therefore using 40 coupons (20 at each one) on the same VIC card? Thanks!!!!

      • Maria

Your coupon usage is tracked through your VIC card, so you cannot.

      • MR

ive done it before and never had a problem

      • TMJ

They track your coupons.  My aunt tried and her coupons didn't double. She went to CS to complain but they were able to tell her exactly how many coupons she used and the store and time that she used her card.  They also said they can pull the camera because she tried to lie and say she hadn't used her card that day.  She was so embarrassed.  So, don't do it.  They know.

      • Damcgbb

You can use more than 20 coupons it just that any amount over 20 will not double.  Although their coupon policy states per 24 hrs, I've never had to wait that long.  I haven't quite figured out how to time my trips yet but I think their computers re-set at either mid-night, or 7 am…

    • Tamara

I was just on a website http://www.freecouponalerts.com and there was an advertisement for $1/1 Oscar Mayer Select hot dogs.  These are on sale this week BOGO ($2.49).  So the coupon will make them $0.49.  Try going to the site and keep refreshing the page to find that particular ad.  I hope you all can find it because that is a great deal.

    • Cookiegirl09

Does anybody have teh $1 off coupons for Friskies? My insert never has them. Please email me at cookiegirl09@hotmail if you are able to send them my way.  I'll also use any 9 lives coupons. Thanks!

      • BrAnDy

I never use any of my pet food coupons so I would be happy to send them to you every week.  Would you be willing to trade out for something you  don't often use?  If not, maybe you could just help with postage.  I'm near Hickory, NC.

    • Tamara

If you have the Klondike coupon from the Bi-Lo book, make sure it doubles because mine didn't.  The CS had to manually double it.

    • Tamara

There is a site called freecouponalerts dot com.  It had an ad on it for $1/1 Oscar Mayer select hot dogs.  These are on sale for $2.49 at HT this week.  So you will get one for $0.49.  When you go to the website refresh the page until you see the Oscar Mayer ad.  I hope you all can find it, I just printed it off about 5 minutes ago.

      • Karmah60

Darn it, I missed it.  It’s gone already, that site has it marked out.  I clicked anyway and it took me to the coupons.com page where I’m not seeing it anywhere.

    • Lbagwell

Be warned Suffolk HT shoppers, just left there and they are now refusing to accept catalinas with other stores logos on them.  I had some Kroger Degree catalinas and they wouldnt take them.  Also, I'm getting pretty annoyed when I go in to shop and shelves are cleared.  At most I buy 3 of one thing, but it really sucks when you go in and the entire shelf is clear for a 4' section.  No OE stuffers, almost no hamburger helper, no hillshire farms, no coffeemate creamers,

On the positive, the blue bunny online ice cream coupon(2.00), plus the 55cent coupon, makes the blue bunny ice cream 39 cents.  I still love shopping at HT but its just frustrating for those of us buying limited quantities to see entire aisles ransacked.  Not sure whether to be frustrated with HT for not restocking or shelf cleaners for clearing everything.

      /rant over.

      • BrAnDy

I totally agree.  I don't see how some people manage to get so many of one product when the policy says “only 3 like coupons per transaction.”  I love to coupon and have alot of fun doing it, but I think some couponers are just getting down right greedy and are ruinning it for the rest of us.

      • guest

Almost 30 hr into the sale i would expect nothing less than clear shelves for the “good deals”. I understand the frustration. i do not agree that it is “shelf cleaners”. In most cases it is many people buying 3 of the item. MY HT had 40-50 shoppers at 7am yesterday. Shelves clear in 10 minutes.

      • Karmah60

What time did you go?  I was at the Chesapeake HT at 6am and was only one of two couponers in the building for awhile.  People starting pouring in around 6:30-7.  I also noticed that HT doesn't have but 8 or so of any one item on the shelf, fully stocked.  So, it's not really any one shelf clearer.  It only takes a few people to grab one or two and they're all gone.  Can't really clear a shelf at HT anyway, with the 3 like coupon / 20 per day limits and all.  So, might just wanna get there earlier next time or plan on getting rain checks.

      • Guest

I went yeaterday and the store was packed.  It's like you feel like if you don't get out there on game day you are gonna miss something.  I went back today and it was much more pleasant.  The items missing from most of the shelves had been restocked and were available.  Saturdays are usually good for me, too. The shelf clearers seem to rush out the first day.  So long as they restock, in my opinion it is better to wait a bit.

      • Lbagwell

I know, it was more just frustration.  I didnt get to go early in the morning yesterday, but I wanted to make a trip today.  I guess what really bothered me was the cashier trying to tell me when the trucks come and they cant get stuff restocked every day.  Which is fine, had I not gone through this the last super doubles, I probably would have believed her.

I'm in my local HT everyday to try and get the deals I missed, and much like the last super doubles, the shelves remain bare.  When not super doubles, I'm in the store 3-4 times per week.

I love going Saturdays, but this particular HT has a bad habit of not getting shelves restocked(part of it may be that this is a 24 hour store).  May have to look at another HT to go too, but the convenience factor of this one is so high.

/Apologies just frustrated, as this is the second super doubles week where half the store is bare and not being restocked.

        • charlottesaver

Don't quote me on this but according to my daughters idiotic boyfriend who is a stock boy at HT, the first day of the sale you want to get there early as possible. After that, the shelves are usually restocked between 9-11am. 24hr stores re-stock 11pm-1am.

      • Lilresa4u

        what are catalinas?

    • Shar

Just an FYI,  the .55/1 Blue Diamond Chilled Almond Breeze almondmilk, 64 oz + coupon, in store dispenser does NOT double!

      • dina

If you happen to find a blinkie at Food Lion, those will double. Look at the barcode, if it starts with a 5 it will. All the blinkies I find at HT start with 9, which apparently don't.

    • Tylersmommy1219

I have racked up 6 bags of the Kettle Chips in the last 2 days.  They are sooooo good for only $0.50 a bag!  MMMmmmmmm!!!

      • Karmah60

Mmm yep.  Loving my cheap bags of Hawaiian sweet onion.  Nom nom nom.

      • Cheryl

I got a total of 4 bags @ .50 a bag. I gave two bags to my son! Yes, that deal rocks… yum! :-)

    • Melissa

BIG SCORE!!!! Pepsi 2 liters for .25 That's right 25 CENTS EACH!!! yeah!!!

      • Beth Anne Saves

omg is that a sale price?

      • Ky's Mom 2

would you share how you made this score?

    • Ive been to 6 Harris Teeter's around Charlotte and none of them have the Hillshire Farms Sausage Links. They don't even have the label for them on the shelf anymore. Bummer :( Guess I'll drive around looking for more, thats an amazing deal.

      • Jello_2001

They are a discontinued item.  My meat man told me they will not be restocking the shelves with that item.  I was at the store on the first day 15 minutes after the store opened and only one was left then.  So perhaps it is the same for your store as well if the tag has been removed.

      • Karmah60

my HT let me substitute for the rope sausage.  Maybe ask if you can?

      • Brooke

my HT also let me do it on the rope!

      • Ky's Mom 2

When I asked the meat man in Raleigh told me the rope one was the one on sale. (it's not several links its the one long one shaped like a u). I was able to get two and plan on getting two more.

      • charlottesaver

Try the one two on park road. I think one is in the 5000 and the other is in the 8900 block of Park Rd. They had them yesterday and today.  I went yesterday morning and this evening.  Both times the shelves were stocked.  I love Hillshire.

    • Mrs Lewis05

I was wondering if anyone had any q's for silk products that they might not use. My kids are allergic to milk and thats the only stuff I can buy for them and as you all know it adds up. My husband lost his job so right now it would really help us out. please let me know. Thank You.
      Mrs.Lewis05@yahoo.com

      • Wendy

Yes I have 4 that you may have. Just give me your address and I will mail them to you.

        • Mrs Lewis05

can you email me and i will send you my address that way.

      • Lionel

Wendy if you can tell me where to find the silk products I can check my SS, RP or P& G folders and send you those q's. I am unemployed at the moment also. Please include dates.

    • TrixieNY

The Muellers Pasta site only gave me a .$55 off coupon when I registered not a $1 off.

      • Cheryl

I had 4 MQs @ .55 each and after they doubled, I paid .15 each for 4 boxes of the Muellers Pasta, a great deal! I love that pasta! That's enough to last me until the give out more coupons. If you don't want your coupons, I'll take them. :-)

    • MissLC81

Frustrating shopping trip at the Harris Teeter #0136 (9600
Falls of the Neuse Rd. Raleigh, NC) I usually shop at the HT in Chapel Hill or
the one of Leesville Rd, but I stopped at this one since it’s the closest to my
house and on my way home. Big mistake! For the second time in 10 days, one of
the managers harassed me because of my coupon use. (1st problem) When
I first got the register, he “warned” the cashier. (2nd problem) As
I am checking out, he feels the need to bring over the coupon policy poster. I
informed him that I know and understand the coupon policy well and I was doing
nothing wrong. (3rd problem) He accused me of using copied internet
coupons since I had 2. I informed him that was not the case; I showed him that
they had 2 different barcode numbers and that most of the time you can print up
to 2 coupons. (4th problem) I purchased 2 boxes of Mueller “regular”
macaroni elbow pasta since HT does not carry the Mueller whole grain macaroni
elbow pasta. They did not want to honor the “ like item” policy. (5th
      problem) I purchased 4 Tide Travel Pack (3/pk) for $1 and I have 4 $1 coupons.
They did not want to accept the 4th coupon, even though their policy
is to honor the coupon at face value after 3 coupons. A 25 minute shopping trip
ended up taking an hour because the HT managers do not know their own policies.
I had to show three managers what their coupon policy actually said. Their
response “I will have to look into this, since that is not what Corporate is
telling us to do.” HT is my favorite grocery store but it seems like this store
      is operating like a Walmart…

That's sad :(  I went to our HT today and spoke with the manager (who was helping restock shelves).  He embraced the coupons, and said they have had a stellar year in sales this past year!

Sorry that you had a bad trip.  I have found that that greater than 3 at face value trips them up almost every time.  Even at my favorite store that knows me, I have to point it out in the policy half the time that it is 3 will double but you can use more.  Another biggie at my not so favorite HT is that I have more than 20 coupons that I am trying to use  …. um …. it is 20 double coupons per day not a 20 coupons per day limit!?!

I know about the doubles and the super doubles, but does Harris Teeter still do the triples? How often?

I posted on Harris Teeter's facebook but I wanted to let you guys here know it, too.  I did go to the Morehead City NC Harris Teeter on the way to our vacation destination and had a really great experience there.  They didn't carry some of the items I really wanted to get (like the Hillshire links and the Sweet Moments brownies were sold out) and a few prices were maybe 10-20c higher than what Jenny had listed, but I'm assuming that's b/c it is a beach town, ya know.  Overall it was a really good shopping trip, between myself and my bff/cousin who was going down with us, we bought roughly $160 worth of groceries for the 4 days and only spent about $75.  The cashiers were super nice and I even had some coupons that didn't want to scan b/c I had run out of paper and in a panic printed them on stationary paper and they just called someone over to let them know they were keying them in manually said “just so ya know, make sure it's regular paper next time!” and smiled.  I love love love that Harris Teeter store.  It was super clean, well organized and every employee I encountered there was super helpful.  Next time they do super doubles I will make the hour or so trip to the one in Greenville NC!

Is HT doubling the coupon for Hillshire Farm  .75 off (2). There  is no 5 in front and it states do not double or triple? Help…

      • Damcgbb

I just got back from H.T and all of my coupons  that started with a '0' doubled. I gave those to the cashier first and asked about them and she said if not she would get the manager to double it for me, but she didn't need to.

Wow, am I both thrilled and exhausted after a week of Harris Teeter shopping. It was like my cadio workouts. I can actually skip the gym this week.  I missed a few deals, like the Gillette Body Wash, but purchased most others.  Thank you Southern Savers and Harris Teeter for your great sale and customer service!
