Kroger Logo

Here are all the deals that start Sunday 6/19 at Kroger. It’s week 2 of the tiny Cars Mega Event, so most of the ad is pretty similar to last week.

If you make it to the store this week and find any other please share! I’m not near a Kroger this week so I won’t be able to make a normal unadvertised deals list, it would be awesome though for you guys to keep your eyes open and help others out.

    • Bryce1

I just caught the last day of this weeks sale, 8 boxes kelloggs cereal, 3 boxes kelloggs fiber bars, 8 bags Iams dog food, 2 gillette mens deodorant, 2 v8 fusion, 1 bag sugar -$28.  Then filled my car up for $3.03 a gallon!  I LOVE COUPONS!!!!!

      • Lea

        What was the Iams deal?

    • Bee

I'll be going in to groom my ongoing relationship with Kroger tomorrow. I will keep my eyes open for unad deals, although I will likely miss some.

Hate not to shop Kroger this week–they have sent me tons of coupon mailers lately and even extra coupons that usually only arrive quarterly!

      • Wingedtamila

how do you get krogers coupon mailers?

        • Bee

I have shopped Kroger for a long time and have had my card registered on their site. I haven't called them to sign up or anything like that.

They analyze your buying habits and amounts and issue coupon mailers accordingly. Apparently I hit diverse categories so I get lots of their mailer magazines.

As for the extra quarterly coupons, I have no idea, other than I must have crossed some threshold. My daughter used my card yesterday for a gift card purchase and their Catalina machine spit out a ton of high value coupons–the header on all of them was “Best Customer”-if that means anything.

    • Janelleblozy

Just got confermation from my store manager they are taking walgreens register rewards.

      • Lucyh70

What do you mean?  Kroger will take Walgreens RRs as a manufactered Q?

        • They are catalinas, and not Walgreens specific. Any time a coupon starts with a 5, it can be used anywhere despite  the “Use at Walgreens/Publix” etc. Thats a marketing ploy.

    • Mel

To those of you still waiting for your SavingStar stuff to show up, hang in there.  I was stuck at $4.75 for EVER.  There was one purchase that I made at over 30 days ago.  Then yesterday I logged into my account and I had $11.39!  I cashed in the entire amount for an Amazon e-gift card.  I could choose the whole amount, rather than some things where you can only do it in multiples of $5 or whatever.  Sweet!  I am hooked!

      • Tina

I too just got my $$ from savings star. I had two transactions at Kroger 1 week apart. At almost the 30 day mark for the first transaction I got not only the first one but the second transaction loaded on as well!!!

      • Efranks41

I, also, just received $4.03 into my SavingStar acct after almost a month. That's ok because that is exactly what they promised! I am hooked, too!

      • vtthomas

You're right!  It takes some patience, but I don't mind waiting for items to credit.  I have found that stuff I buy at CVS credits within one week, while Kroger takes the longest.  So…I try to use CVS for most of my Savingstar items.

    • Jan

I am wondering why no one is talking about the Kelloggs $10 Gas Rewards Card deal in conjunction with the cereal sale?  It is good through 12/31/11.

      • Mel

There's also the Cars promotion going on.  You need 4 codes to get a $5 gas card (from Kelloggs as well).  I found Kelloggs fruit bars on sale for $1.99 (Mega Event price) and $1 tear pads on the display bringing them down to $.99.  So for $3.96, I get 4 boxes of cereal bars and a $5 gift card!

    • Rachel

Question: If I have a coupon for say, $0.50 off something when you buy two (man. coupon) and the store has them on sale B1G1, can I still use that coupon? I didn't know if you could since you're not technically “buying” the 2nd one (or I guess it matters if the store lets you buy 1 at sale price vs regular)…thanks!

      • Stephanie

yes, you should be able to do this!  :)

      • swaltz

as long as you are not in FL – everywhere its not really buy one get on free – they each ring up at 1/2 price so you can use the man Qs

    • Sarah

Ok, so what's the Kelloggs $10 gas reward??

      • Mel

Might want to google it to find the rebate to print out.  You send in 10 UPC labels (no receipts necessary) from certain Kelloggs products (not the sugary ones–Crispix, Rice Krispies, etc.) and they send you a $10 “gas card” (which is really just a prepaid credit card–you can use it anywhere).  It's while supplies last, but I've already done the deal once.

    • Ashleyann0726

$1.00/1 boulder canyon chips is back on coupons.com! under zip code 94027 page 1

    • smarie

Does anyone have any idea why certain printables/ecoupons could not be found?  Like above for the frozen vegetables.  I can't find the ecoupon at shortcuts.  I also can't find the printable on the green giant website.  I am clicking on the links and then just can't find them anywhere… any ideas?  TIA

      • smarie

Another example… when I try to print out a Marie Callender or Healthy Choice coupon the link takes me to a site where I need to enter a code to end childhood hunger….. I must just be doing something wrong….

        • gardengirl

I know the site needing the code is the correct site.  I got peanut butter q's from that site last week.  I don't remember the code but someone listed it in the comments for either Kroger or Publix last week.

          • Dks

            7457328 should work

    • Katie Fountain

There is also a deal on kroger vitamins. B1G1 and last week's flyer had $1 off coupons. Not sure what original prices range in, but B1G1 with use of 2 $1 off Q's should bring price down significantly.

    • Adshoemake

the powerade sale is $.69 not $.59!

      • Georgiacindi

Athens are sale says $.59, might depend on where you live

      • Dsquared

If you have a food city near you, they are $.59 when you buy 15.

    • kristen

yay for $1 goldfish!!! it seems like forever since they've been on sale

    • I only see a $.55 off 2 Goldfish coupon…

      • Efranks41

        That .55 Q should double. :)

        • Freestuff4cb

My Kroger just doubles up to .50.

    • Sigh…Guess im taking another week off from Kroger. Nothing worth driving 30 minutes for.

    • Elainecbold

where do you get the “Get More From Your Pharmacy booklet”

      • Efranks41

I Google'd that and looks like you might get that at your local Kroger, if they still have it on hand. Several of the coupon blogs were posting about it around Feb. 23rd. It  seems like I remember something about that several months ago, also. Just ask at Customer Service or maybe at the Pharmacy, if they have one. Also, I picked up a booklet at Walgreens titled “Answers at Walgreens – Vitamins and Supplements” about a month ago. It was on the wall just outside the pharmacy. It contains over $75 of coupons valid through 5/31/12.

        Here we go again…..

    • Christipie

Is this the same sale as last week??

      • Olemissmoss

Uhm, read the short intro under the heading. Jenny lets you know this ad is mostly a repeat from last week.

    • Shanadyan

What's the best coupon clipping service?

      • ChristiR

I have had great customer service with “The Coupon Clippers”.

      • vtthomas

Coupon Carryout is my absolute favorite!  Remember to check the location of the coupon clippping service to make sure it is close to you, that way you get your coupons quicker if you need them for an upcoming, or ongoing sale!

Has anyone had any problems with the internet printable Q's at Kroger? I had been using them with no problem until today when I tried to use 2 internet printed cottonelle coupons for 50 cents off and the cashier told me I could only use 1 internet coupon per like item. I'm in the Louisville Kroger region. She showed me a policy dated 5/2011. This is the first time I've seen this and the first time I have ever had any trouble at Kroger. I've used 2 like coupons as recent as yesterday with no problem. She said I could split my transaction so I could use the other coupon but I was doing the $5 cars savings and since I was only purchasing 5 items I wouldn't get the cars savings.  So they just lost a sale as I was in a hurry and just making a quick trip.  I really didn't think buying 5 items and only using 2 coupons would be that much trouble.  (The coupons were printed from two different computers btw)

Anyone know if the Kroger coupon policy is posted anywhere?

      • athomas1469

i went in to my atlanta kroger on 6/18 ready 2 use printable and q’s from the paper when lo & behold the cashier told me i couldn’t use them on markdown items.i’ve been using them since i started couponing a few months ago.kroger’s policy was u could use them as long as the q wasn’t more than price of the item.(i read this with my own eyes from kroger.com) however, when i came home to print this policy, it was no where to be found on kroger’s website.all u get now is info on the digital q policy.omg!! idk where is kroger going with this one. i am going to return the items and maybe rethink my strategy from now on.btw, the website did have  policy bout printed q’s from internet.does not appear 2 be new.no q’s over 75%  of product value.no free items q’s w/out purchase.

      • Ashleyann0726

You can email them for their policy

      • Mlm82lmm04

good luck getting a reply from corporate that isn't “it I up to store managers discretion”. The service desk should have a policy for u. If not they need one. Never seen just one per like item have 2 though. Although I never quite get a straight answer sometimes. Just went the other day an had more than 3 like coupons for several items. After checkout i went to get a raincheck on huggies wipes. She said r u using coupons? I said yes and then she ask how many I said prob 50. Then she told me only 3 alike coupons. Wow that funny wha happened to that rule 5 minutes ago. Expecially when I called the day before an got a “no limit ” answer. I just wanna say get it straight people come On!

        • Richkaryn

I tried to use a b1g1 and a $2 off (one q per item) and the same cash that did it week before would not do it. Also gave me back some paper qs and said my ecoupons already came off- the week b4 my papers came off first and if I had ecoupons they just didn't come off. But then I realized when I left she had taken 2 other papers that already took off an e and another b1g1/$2 off combo for another item. I also tried to hand card at end but she refused to scan my coupons until she had scanned my card. I understand policies changing but how about a little consistency! It is getting near impossible to use coupons now, and I have never been one of those to go in and buy 50 of everything just to get a deal. I just want to save a little money and buy what I need.

          • Me

Apparently if they scan your card after the coupons your coupons won't double. I had this problem them other day (I was trying to give my card before coupons but the cashier didn't take it. CS fixed it but that's why they take your card first.

        • Richkaryn

My Kroger will let you use 2 printed coupons, Kroger changes policy often so you need to check your store as you enter, the policy is usually posted at the paper sale rack when you enter then store.

        • Rogue_bante

Thanks! I'll be sure to check for the policy when going in. All I really want is consistency so I know how to plan :)

      • Joolz_43344

I've stopped using a lot of my Ecoupons because employees are not very cooperative!  I find a lot of catalina coupons are way better.  I got a $2.50 off cottonelle TP on Memorial day which is perfect for this mega sale.  Just look out for better coupons than the unreliable Ecoupons.  Good luck

      • couponuser

My Kroger in LaVergne, TN has their coupon policy near customer service. It states that they will only accept one internet printed couponer per item. It continues to get harder to use coupons thanks to those who think they need 100 of an item.

        • Honeysmith

My store in TN used to say 4. Then a cashier told me 3-I don't think anyone knows what is going on. I think some people make the rules up as they go along…

          • Honeysmith

Another thing, once they would not let me use coupons on manager's specials saying they would no longer work. Then the next two times I went, they worked!  If at first you don't succeed, try, try again…

      • Lisa Lou Lou

I'm in Arkansas and my Kroger hasn't said anything (yet).  I think that really stinks.  They should go the same route as P&G and keep it to 4 like coupons per transaction, that would be reasonable.

    • Karen

check your Kroger E-coupons – I had a coupon for the Kellog’s Fiber,Special K. or Nutri Grain bars buy 3 save $3.00. The nutri grain bars I bought had the Cars 2 codes on them. Also, if you don,t buy a lot of kid,s cereal go to www2.kelloggs.com/AARP/rewards/FIMSingle.pdf and you can print a rebate form to get $10.00. Raisin bran & rice crispies can be used for this rebate & both also have Cars 2 cods on them.I bought 8 boxes of cereal – I make rice crispie treats alot in the summer- I will get two $5.00 Cars 2 debit cards & I already had 2 UCP so I mailed in for my $10.00 gas card. Getting $20.00 for buying stuff I normally buy – great deal!

UPDATE ON KROGERS CIGARETTE ADVERTISEMENT CAMPAIGN …after 3 months of emails i finally got a phone call from the corporate office.  The man was very nice said that he called as soon as my email landed on his desk.. yea.. and said that in no way did krogers intend to violate the law by advertising cigs again.  notice what he didnt say…he assured me that he would relay my concerns to the marketing department… that being that i would not shop at krogers on the weeks that they advertised cigs… that i felt it was a matter of greed at the expense of public health and bad business practices…

have you noticed that no other grocery store or drug store chooses to advertise cigs..

duh dum.. todays ad has cigs advertised again… soooooooo … i guess i will step it up and not shop at krogers for 1 month since they last advertisement cigs. . and will also step up the social internet pressures and even considering sitting in front of my krogers with their sunday advertisement held up high… khjbcoupons@gmail.com

      • Confused

So what is the big deal with Kroger advertising cigarettes?  Either you buy them or you don't.  I don't get offended when Depends or feminine products are advertised when they are not something that I intend to purchase.  I guess I just don't understand the logic here.

        • OMGOSH

I agree there is no big deal on advertising cigarettes. If you don't smoke don't buy them.

          • Cassie

I think she said it was illegal and that is why it is a big deal.  I don't know if that is the case or not.  Seems reasonable that it would be against the law to advertise them though.

            • Mgdavis

I think she is wrong! Not illegal that I am aware of. No big deal if they want to advertise. BTW Food Lion advertises cigarettes as well.

            • It is not illegal in ads. It's banned from television, except for certain events like the Super Bowl.

        • shops2much

maybe we should boycott any store that advertises things that are bad for our heath.. candy, soda, hotdogs, high sodium foods, high fructose corn syrup,

      • Olemissmoss

Walgreens occasionally advertises alcohol.  Would you stop shopping there?  There is no way for us to know the morals of all the ceo's that run the big stores and drug stores.  I'm sure all of them are questionable at times.  While I do understand your stand, I do not feel it is effective. However, if there was something I believed in strongly I would probably do something about it.  If this is what you want to do, more power to you…Just don't be disappointed when you don't get a bunch of jumpers on your bandwagon.

      • Lisa Lou Lou

Inappropriate forum to post this in.  We come here looking for match-ups not someones person opinion about the items a store advertises.   I could really care less!

      • I hope you also boycott Kroger when they advertise soy products, things with certain food dyes in it, anything with high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils. Otherwise, I can't quite see your point.

      • Bee

I will still shop Kroger but the picture of the cigarettes next to food is just trashy. Most people don't smoke, so I'm not sure why they think the majority of their clientele want to be reminded of the disgusting and addictive nature of it on the front page.

    • Couponreina

This is probably a well-known fact, but worth repeating… I noticed in the small print in my Kroger add that you get a $25.00 gift card for a transferred prescription.  I only have 2 to transfer, but I paid $18.00 for my meds and got $50.00 added on to my card.

      • Stacyheffington

I tranferred 4 a month or so ago and was SHOCKED to get 4 $25.00 gift cards.  I figured it would be just one gift card no matter how many you transferred but no.  YAY!!

        • Christie

Did you transfer them all at the same time or different times?  Just curious I have several to do and wondering if I can do it all at once to get several 25$ or should I do it at different times.

          • Dsquared

you get $25 per Rx at a time.. I transferred one last week and with coupons got a $97.58 order down to $2.

    • aljones82

Does anyone know if the SavingStar eCoupons are supposed to show up when you log into Kroger's website and vew the coupons on your card? I can see Cell Fire coupons on the Kroger website, but not SavingStar coupons. Sorry, I know this isn't realated to the sales, but thought maybe someone here would know. Thanks!

      • Honeysmith

I emailed their customer service and they said it is taking Kroger about 10 days to get it processed so that it posts. The person reolied quickly and was helpful.

        • ozzishep

It is taking my Savingstar about 30 days to post after I purchase items at Kroger.  It seems like forever before they show up!!  :)

          • Jenifer1999

Mine also posts after about 30 days from Kroger. I thought at first that it wouldn't work for me, but after about a month the $ showed up in my savingstar account.

    • Teecee

Somehow I lost my last Kroger card from my keys yesterday (I had already lost the other two that came with it). Does anyone know if they will make me a card with the same number or if I have to get a new card and start over again???

      • Sherry

I lost my card years ago. Just type your phone number associated with the card into the keypad and it will work.

        • Mstarfish

Kroger in Northern CA (called Ralphs) went out of business so I tossed the card. Then I moved to TX. There is a Kroger here and I simply enter my old phone # from CA- no problem. Ditto for Safeway (Northern CA based). In TX it is called Randalls. The only hang up I've had is if you don't go to website and update your address (but keep old phone #), you may find that e-coupons you load on your card do not work where you now live on the other side of the country. That happened the other day.

      • Jen Clark

Get a new card, then log into your Kroger online account and enter the new card number to link it with your existing account.

      • Latina71us

that happened to me and if you go to the customer service desk they'll give you your number. The other option is type your alternate ID on the keypad at check out time.

      • shops2much

you can get a new card, call 1-800-krogers….have them merge the old info onto the new number…put if you have the phone number associated with your original card you can just use that. Simply hit ALT ID on the key pad and type in your phone number.

    • Neair21

Anyone else having trouble printing the pepperfridge farm coupon for the goldfish

      • Julieswallie

        Yea

      • Dana

I clicked on the “offers and news” tab and was able to print a coupon for $.55 off the purchase of 2. Couldn't find the coupon mentioned in the ad.

        • Shintalmo

I got this coupon, too.  I tried the 'printable' link a second time and got the .35 cent coupon listed then.  Strange!

          • WynetteC

Very cool!!!  It worked for me too! So I guess for all of us who were not registered with Pepperidge Farm, it forces the 55¢ off two coupon first. And I printed that coupon twice. I then went back like you suggested and clicked the link and then I immediately saw the 35¢ off one Pepperidge Farm Goldfish. It let me print the 35¢ off one coupon twice as well!  :)

            • Wendy Moore

What exactly did you go back through on? I clicked the “Offers” tab, got the .55c coupon, twice, then clicked “offers” again and it's still showing the same q's…can't see what ya'll are doing? help!

            • WynetteC

After you get the 55¢ off two coupon, go back and click Jenny's original link in this post to the 35¢ off one Goldfish Coupon and it should automatically bring up the coupon now that you've registered and gotten the other one. It sounds as if you are trying to click a link on Pepperidge Farm's website which is not the same link we were referring to above. Hope this helps.  :)

            • I clicked the link on the original post several times and can’t find any coupons. Signed up as well and still can’t find anything :(

    • I do not think Saving star posts to Kroger's website but they do have an option to print the list of coupons you have activated.

      • aljones82

was hoping i didn't have to print 2 separate lists, but oh well! thanks for the help!

      • GAGirl1963

I put in my sister's zip code because she has a Kroger closer to her.  I have a Kroger card and it allowed me to register it using her zip code.  Be sure to log in under your own account first!

    • vtthomas

I went to Kroger this AM for a few items and all the Huggies wipes were wiped out!!  However, I have a toddler who is potty training, so I was pleased to see the Huggies Pull-ups flushable wipes as part of the Cars2 Mega Event for 1.49.  I used my dollar coupon and got it for, yes, 49 cents!

Also, be on the lookout for coupons attached to the Vanilla Cupcake Goldfish grahams.  I bought one, and realized someone had taken a coupon off of it, but no matter, I already had some I was using.

    • Cassie

I am in Mississippi and out ad runs from Wed-Tuesday.  Does anyone know if this matchup is a week ahead or a week behind.  I don't get the ad because the Kroger is 30 miles away.  Thinking of making a trip and I don't want to miss the sale if it ends Tuesday.  Hoping it starts Tuesday!

      • Stacyheffington

I am also in MS and my sale starts Wed.  This sale will start for me this coming up Wed.  Hope that helps you.

      • Lisa Lou Lou

Same here, I am in AR and this weekly ad always matches up to our sales that run Wed – Tues. :)

      • sasgas

This ad is 3 days ahead of you…sunday, monday, tuesday and your sales starts on Wednesday so you get a 3 day heads up.

    • Bucknutt25

For the Juicy Juice deal how can you use $1 off Juicy Juice when you buy the All You Magazine coupon when the magazine is only sold at Walmart?

      • Nevermind. I see your point now.

      • Dee

Hi, because it's a manufacturer's coupon that can be used anywhere.

    • K D011face

Can anyone tell me if a catalina is a STORE SPECIFIC coupon, or if it can be treated as a regular MFG COUPON (that can be used anywhere – even if it was printed at Kroger)?

      • K D011face

The reason I ask is b/c CVS has a deal on Fancy Feast cans at 10/$4 and I have a $2 wyb 20 Fancy Feast cans catalina that was printed from Kroger – but it is labeled as mgf Q but it also says “Redeemable at Kroger”… so it's confusing and I just want to know before I got o CVS and get shot down, LOL!

        • Cevans3075

Usually if its a catalina and starts with a 5 its a manufacturers, and it usually can be used elsewhere…the coupon does not say redeemable ONLY at Kroger so you can use it anywhere…well you SHOULD be able to bc it is a manu coupon

          • Lisa Lou Lou

Thanks for clearing that up.  I saw a “manufacturers coupon” in the weekly coupons but had Dollar General logo on it and wondered the same thing!

          • K D011face

Thanks, it worked!  At first she balked but then I told her it does not say “redeemable ONLY at Kroger at that it is a standard mfg Q, and she looked at it again, and replied, “oh yeah, it does say “mfg Q” right there” so she took it, scanned it, and it went through fine… yay to my 40 cans of Fancy Feast cat food for $6 (at CVS using the $2 wyb 20 catalina printed from Kroger)!

            • K D011face

              oops…correction.. 20 cans for $6, not 40! LoL!

      • Suzanne

The CVS where I shop in Columbia, SC will not take any coupon that has another store name on it, even if it is a mfg coupon.  I'd ask at your store first.

    • Kroger in Irmo, SC had Suave deod for $1.06. With the $.50/1 coupons from a couple weeks ago and double coupons, they are $.06 each!!!!

      • just went and picked up a few thanks to you!!!!  ;0)

      • WynetteC

This is their everyday low price for the more plain or older scents. So that low price should stay that way.  :)  Too bad the newer scents weren't priced that low.

      • Teresa

Where did you get the Suave coupon?  I looked through the coupon database and I can't find one.  Thanks for any help!  :)

    • Bstagemeyer

Why do the printable do not work from this page. I am new and can not find the pritable coupouns for the juice or the chez its.

      • Efranks41

Maybe they've reached their print limit.

    • Honeysmith

Saw 6 packs of raisins for $1. I think that's a good deal:)

    • Khjbcoupns

i get it …candy and beer are addictive and can lead to health probs…  and no i would not stop shopping at walgreens because they advertise alcohol and sell candy…can you show me where individual states have sued the alcohol industry or the candy manufacturers for reimbursement of the expenses they payed for the health disasters cause by years of eating m & m's or for drinking all that beer… hummm…3 years ago retailers would not consider including cigs in their ads ..the lingering question is .. why start back advertising something when 3 years ago it was so taboo.. if its so ok. .why dont the other retailers advertise cigs… in this economy it looks like krogers is desperate and needs all the sales they can get.. greed at the expense of public health… in my opinion.. krogers is testing the public to see how much they will tolerate..

      • Lisa Lou Lou

HUH?  How does that relate to the weekly ad?  I'm confused.

        • Khjbcoupns

read older posts regarding krogers advertising cigs…

      • sasgas

Enough already!!! Lady, you need to chill out …..you're beginning to sound like my sister!!!

      • Zoe021601

Really?! Do you think that people are going to start smoking because Kroger has cigs advertised in their ad? What is the big deal? Smokers shouldn't be allowed to know who has the cheapest cigs? Get off your high horse.

      • Barbe

I'm all for people having their opinions and being able to express them. Our soldiers have fought and died for that right. But I don't know that this is the best audience for you to get your opinion across. I've read your posts regarding this, and I think I remember you stating that you have contacted Kroger corporate regarding this. I don't think there's anyone here on southernsavers that can change what they put in their circulars. I personally despise alcohol, but I'm not going to go posting on here (or anywhere else) rants about beer and wine being advertised. I IGNORE those ads, because they don't apply to me and I'm not about to start telling people that they shouldn't drink because I don't like it.

    • Shanadyan

Are there any really good coupon clipping services out there?  All of the ones I've found aren't all that great.

      • Lisa Lou Lou

I like www . couponsthingsbydede . com or ebay for coupons. :)

      • Tracey H

I like couponbeat.  My order ships the same day if I do it early enough, next day at latest.  They are located in TN, so you would have to calculate your own mail time.  I think the fantastic, used them several times now.

    • DuannaD

      What is SavingStar Coupon?

      • Cheryl

Go to http://www.savingstar.com and sign up…. the doesn’t come off of your bill, it deposits into an account that you can use to buy gift cards, etc.  I just started myself, so I am not hugely familiar, but have signed up to give it a try.

      • Efranks41

        Duanna,
SavingStar is a national, fully digital, grocery ecoupon service. Register at savingstar.com to get extra savings put into your account in addition to any ecoupons, store, and mfg coupons that you already use. After you have accumulated $5.00 into your acct, you can get that money deposited into your checking acct, or get it several different ways. Jenny explains it on this website or you can google SavingStar and read about it. Several stores are participating like Kroger, CVS, etc. Sometimes it can take up to 30 days for the $ to appear in your SavingStar acct, but it will eventually get there! It took my first transactions about 3 wks to appear. This is a good way to save!!

      • Kristen

http://www.savingstar.com It’s kind of like a digital rebate/coupon. Basically you attach all your different store cards to it and load Saving Star coupons to your account Then you can go to the store and purchase items you have a Saving Star coupon for using a store card that you have linked to your Saving Star account. At the store you can still use both a store and manufacturer coupon on your Saving Star items. The Saving Star coupon does not come off during your in store transaction. Eventually (it takes a long time) you get the value of the Saving Star coupon deposited to your account. Once you accumulate $5 it can be deposited to your bank account or you can request an Amazon gift card. I hope that helps.

    • Dashuandaie

      FYI….Powerade is $.69 each not $.59

      • Teresa

.69 in my area as well…

    • Depizda

The colgate site dosent work after the signup stage :-(
i.e. you can't get the coupon

    • heatherblah

how would $.35 off softsoap make it free if it is a $1???

      • sasgas

        coupon will triple …35×3 = 1.05

        • Vkostyal

          Triple?  Where are you at?

    • Aria

Nesquik chocolate and strawberry milks are $1.49 and there is a .50 cent coupon search from coupon database (not printable) it makes them .49 cent. I bought about 15 of them since my daughter loves it.

      • Rev King2

        is this a double coupon??

        • Efranks41

Yes, lots of Kroger stores double .50 and below, so that's how she is coming up with the .49.  My local Kroger doubles .60 and below.

      • Amanda Maines

        Hey,
I am new to this website. My kids love this too. Where do I find the coupon?

        • Janell

          Check RP 6/5….

    • Andrew

Kroger in Roanoke has Land O’Frost deli meat 2/$5… if you goto redplum.com you get a $1 off one package making the inal price 2/$3.

Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh are 3/$10… however you get a coupon for Buy3/$2, Buy4/$3 or Buy5/$4 off your next shopping trip… if you are buying more than 5 split your order up.

And here is best one so far!!! Rice Crispy are on the Buy 5 Get $5 off at checkout deal, so here is what you need to make this work:
Buy 20 boxes of Rice Crispy (you need to get the boxes that have the Cars 2 logo, because they have the code inside)
You need 10 2/$1 coupons available at Kelloggs.com (may need some friends to print them out for you)
Then goto, http://cars2.kelloggs.com/ , to redeem your codes inside the boxes, this will net you $25 in free gas cards.
Then goto, http://www2.kelloggs.com/AARP/rewards/ , a print out 2 rebate forms, this you get you another $20 in free gas cards.
It takes up to 90 days to get the cards but you should actually make $8-9 per boxes you buy.

      • MKK

This is ridiculous. What are you going to do with ***20*** boxes of rice krispy treats??? Seriously? Pathetic.

        • Bee

          Eat them?

          • Despina0103

Wish we had 20 box of rice krispy treats. Its really not pathetic if you have a household of 6 and everyone is home for the summer.  It wouldn't last 2 mos.

          • Savjake

You are the same one bashing the other girl for the mascara she bought for the women she knew at a good deal!  LOL.  Now you agree with stockpiling. Funny

            • Bee

I think there is a difference in that this product can be consumed by a family in a very short length of time.

Everyone posting here that the cereal will go fast in a family is spot on.

            • Bee

LOL It's funny that you can't discern the difference.

        • SLB

          make rice krispie treats?

        • Letty391

There is nothing wrong with that. You obviously don't have children.

        • MrsMeganB

Theres so many replies to share but in all honesty, why do you care. This is SOUTHERN savers have some southern hospitality and think before you speak/type. Rude.

        • Mom of 4

There are really only 2 – 3 items that I crazy stock up on…. and cereal is one of them…. I have four children and a husband that LOVES cereal… Last time there was a good sale, I didn't get enough and ran out before the next big sale… where I see 75 toothbrushes as excessive and a bid ridiculous…. 20 boxes of cereal in my house is just a good start =)

        • Crystal

Wow! Judge Much??? Obviously, you don't have kids. I just bought 6 boxes of cheerios and they are almost gone! If we have less then 10 boxes of any kind of cereal the kids get antsy! Plus it won't go to waste. Cereal is usually good for at least 6 months if unopened. And I've been told you can freeze it for up to a year ( I never have any leftover to try this).

        • Aly B

Maybe she can give some to her church for Vacation Bible School since they are always in need of prepackaged snacks.  Please try not to judge.

      • Jarrodandtiffany

        I don't see a $2/1 coupon on kelloggs.com, just $1/2.  What am I doing wrong?

        • Andrew

          Your right…2 box/$1 off

      • ozzishep

In my Kroger ad it states that there is a limit of 3 items for the Cars promotion.  Unless I misunderstood, that would limit me to 3 “like” products when purchasing items for the promotion.  I'm not sure how buying 20 boxes of the same product would qualify but maybe it works different where you live.  I am in Hot Springs, AR.

        • Monicanicolehall

I think the limit means you can only do the buy 5 get $% off three times, not a limit for any particular number of items.  I was in there yesterday and had five sets of five items, so I broke them up into two transactions.

      • Missy

Land ‘ o frost meat is the same price @ Ingles this week…

    • WynetteC

The printable for Pepperidge Farm Goldfish is actually 55¢ of two (not offering 35¢ off one anymore I guess), which would make them 73¢ each.

      • Nicki32

do they not double the  55 cents off?

        • smirby

They do at  our Kroger. They double up to 60 cents here in Memphis.

        • Stephanie C.

My Kroger (St. Mary's, OH)  takes any coupon that's over .50 and automatically makes it $1.  So the .55/2 Q allowed me to get the Goldfish for .50/bag!

          • Lea

            No way, I'm from Sidney!

      • Efranks41

If you read the earlier posts about this Q, after you have printed the .55 one twice, go back to the link above and it will then take you to the .35/1 Q and you can print it twice! Weird, but it works…

      • Efranks41

If you read the earlier posts about this Q, after you have printed the .55 one twice, go back to the link above and it will then take you to the .35/1 Q and you can print it twice! Weird, but it works…

    • WynetteC

Shintalmo posted earlier to go back to the link and try it second time. And yes, this also worked for me after printing the 55¢ off two coupon two times!! I got the 35¢ off one coupon and was able to print it twice as well. All from the exact same link!  :)

    • Shavon

Is there a national catalina for Oscar Meyer meats going on right now? Has anyone had it print at Kroger?

      • Thar

If you go to Coupon Network.com and register, you can then select “Your bucks” link at the top, which will display all catalinas in your area.  “Add to cart” the ones you’re interested in, then print them.  The printout looks just like a catalina, but is actually just info about that particular deal.  At the bottom, in fine print, it will tell you which stores in your area are particpating in that catalina deal.  You MUST register though or you’ll see ALL Catalina offers instead of just the ones in your area.

    • Jarrodandtiffany

You can get a $2 off coupon for the Birds Eye Voila meal from their facebook page.  Just keep at it until you get the coupon, the $3 one is gone.  Its a 1 print limit.
      http://www.facebook.com/BirdsEyeVegetables?sk=app_208239019207993

      • Cassie

The coupon is for the Family Size and I think the sale is on the smaller bags.  Maybe the Family Size will be on sale too?!

      • Joan

I went there, followed directions, no download–no coupon.

        • Derrick6

I had that problem too them realized my pop up blocker was blocking the coupon as it is a download that pops up. go and try again as if you didnt download and print the coupon you will still be able to print :)  …… HTH

What is a saving star account? I shop at Kroger but have not been introduced to this?

      • Kira

If you register your loyalty cards with savingstar.com, you get money when you buy certain items…You have too add each coupon and when you use your loyalty card to purchase the specific items, you get a credit on savingstar. Once you have accumulated $5, you can redeem it in the form of an amazon gift card, paypal credit or a few others…It’s great to get free money!

      • Cheryl

Go to http://www.savingstar.com and sign up.  These coupons do not come off your bill, they go into a seperate “SavingStar” account and as you build up money you can trade it in for gift cards. I recently signed up and haven't gotten any cards yet, but it is good to use if you are buying the product anyway.  Also, SavingStar lets you link all your store loyalty cards, so anywhere you buy that item, you get that much into your account, not just at Kroger.

    • Ashhp0613

Went to Kroger today and the Covergirl mascara was on closeout for $1.60. I had a coupon for $5 off any 2 Covergirl products. Same with Loreal and had a $2 coupon. Needless to say I bought them all! Kroger paid me $11.20 to take home 13 mascaras and 2 eyeliners. Love those kinds of deals!!

      • Michelle

I'm glad YOU love those deals but since you bought them out and cleared the shelf, no one else can “love those kinds of deals”!!  SO sick of shelf clearers who only think of themselves and take everything on the shelf just because they can with absolutely NO regard for other shoppers!

        • Thar

I'm sorry, but it seems your anger is greatly displaced.  She said she had “a” coupon for $5/2 and “a” coupon for $2 off Loreal.  So she made just TWO purchases of three items.  When she said she “bought them all”, I believe she simply meant all three in a 2-purchase move.  That is hardly shelf clearing.  Please, let's be careful not to devour our own.  “The show” has made it bad enough.  Her words appear to be misunderstood and thus yours were unnecessarily harsh.

          • Thar

And now *I* must apologize.  I am the one who misread.  So sorry.  :(

            • Michelle

Yes, it was 15 items she bought, not 4.  And, mascara goes bad very quickly, so buying 13 seems pointless.  And, no, I personally wouldn't clear the shelves.  I come across deals like that all the time, thanks to this website, and I refrain because it's wrong to be greedy.  I don't mean to come across angry…I'm not angry.  I just think it's wrong to clear a shelf simply because you can or because it benefits YOU.  There are others who would like to partake in a deal, not just you.  What I'm annoyed with is the way people seem to only think of themselves these days.  And it's being greatly magnified in the couponing world with people allowing their greed to take over, at the expense of everyone else.

            • Savjake

And you are drama.  Get over it.

            • Annaelizabeth8287

              Amen ! Get over it!

            • erin

she didn't say she cleared the shelf, she said she asked the manager, and he said he would put more stock out.
              so chill.
there really is no reason to be sooo angsty about this.

            • devgwen

Here is my thing, I don't appreciate shelf clearers either BUT the goal of

the store is to get rid of the stuff they marked down as quickly as possible

so I am not sure why everyone is all up in arms about this?? Sometimes at

my Kroger they put the mark downs in a cart in the middle of the store TO

              GET RID OF IT.

            • Annaelizabeth8287

Exactly! That’s what we are saying. Everybody was calling the girl a “Shelf Clearer” well it’s on close out… Somebody is going to buy it ..why not her!
She didn’t buy the whole shelf she bought what was on close out. simple as that:)

        • Ashhp0613

Those items are on “closeout” and I have been told by management at my store that he would rather I buy them ( because I asked) so he could put new products out. I pre ordered my huggies wipes knowing that I didn't want to be a “shelf clearer”! If you came across a deal that would make you money please don't act like you would walk away.

        • Bee

It does seem like too much mascara. These products don't last forever. That's about 6.5 years worth. Even if shared with friends–I don't pretend to know which mascara my friends prefer.

          • Ashhp0613

Actually I picked a few up for me, my sister, my mom and best friend. In their specified color. Mascara lasts a few years as long as it is not opened.

            • Bee

              Good Housekeeping states:

“Unopened, well-formulated cosmetics can remain stable for a couple of
years at room temperature,” says Ni’Kita Wilson, a cosmetic chemist at
Cosmetech Laboratories in Fairfield, NJ. Read more: Beauty Product Expiration – Makeup – Mascara – Good Housekeeping

So, the assumptions are that it hasn't been in the store that long, that it is high quality.

      • Annaelizabeth8287

Ashhp0613 Don't worry at what others think about you! Buy whatever the heck you want to buy. The others can grow up! .. oh you didn't leave none for me..boo hooo. Get their earlier.. good job  on a great deal! I will have to check my store:) That's if you haven't cleared mine too…lol :) Just kiddin

        • Lea

No, this attitude it what is ruining couponing. People with know common courtesy and coupon etiquette is what is causing this “extreme couponing” nonsense. There is a reason the stores are changing their coupon policies and those high value coupons are coming fewer and farther between. Gluttony is a sin and that doesn't just go for overeating.

          • Annaelizabeth8287

            lol

What's wrong with someone buying products for their family? Didn't know that was a sin? wow
Maybe if  you read all the remarks she isn't hoarding them all in her purse… she bought some for friends and family!  You are right coupon policies are changing so is the price of gas… So what does it matter to you what the lady buys or not.   Extreme couping… just cause she buys 13 mascaras.. It didn't say she bought every mascara they had on the whole isle! Did it?
            Gluttony ….. lol….
            Good laugh for the day!

            • Ashhp0613

              @annaelizabeth-
I guess I should approve all of my purchases from now on with these guys…I don't think so!! If everyone must know I already delivered the mascara to their rightful owners. Geezzzz didn't realize anyone would get so irate over my post.

            • Annaelizabeth8287

I guess so. It is quite funny though to see them soo bent out of shape about a good deal! I mean seriously… FUNNY!!!

      • kind to others

They will probably expire before you use all 13. STOP clearing shelves & leave some for everyone else

      • Ibdqt34

Does Kroger actually give you money back if your coupons are more than what you purchased? I've wondered about this. I only know of Walmart doing that. TIA!

        • Annaelizabeth8287

          Yes they do!

        • DaisyDiva

My Kroger here in Mississippi will not give you cash back. You have to use it on other items.

        • Missy

          Most won't anymore…

      • itismedia

Wow! You are so lucky! My Krogers adjust the coupons. They would have only taken 3.20 off for me. Still free, but erks me, because I know they are getting 5.08 for the coupon. Awesome deal though! Great catch.

      • DaisyDiva

SCORE!!!! that is awesome. Where do you live?

        • Ashhp0613

Can y'all Northerners who have been to the store tell me if the Gatorade is unadvertised but still on sale in the store Buy 10 Get 5 Free?   I won't make it to Kroger before our new ad starts Wed…

    • K D011face

I have a question about this coupon “doubling”… my Kroger and Publix both claim to double coupons “up to .50” but when I look at my receipts I'm not finding this to be true… if I am understanding it correctly, so someone please clarify this:

If I have a coupon for $1 off, does this mean it will be “doubled” to $1.50 every time (unless coupon prohibits it)?

If I have a coupon for $2 off, does this mean it will be “doubled” to $2.50 every time (unless coupon prohibits it)?

Or is it that ONLY coupons that are base value of .50 or less are doubled?  Does this mean that if I have a .35 coupon it will become .85 (.50 more) or will it simply become .70?

Please help me understand this!  Thanks!

      • Cassie

If its like my store, its the FACE VALUE that counts.  So only coupons $0.50 in FACE VALUE or less will double.  A $0.50/1 becomes $1/1 but a $0.55/1 stays $0.55/1.  HTH!  Oh this is at Kroger.  I don't know about Publix.

        • K D011face

Thx for the reply, I was thinking that must be the reason why my calculations have been so off when shopping at Kroger and Publix!  They should be more specific about that “double coupons” and explain it better!

          • Ibdqt34

There are some coupons that do not double that are 0.50 and less. If you see in the coupon 'do not double', then you'll want to look at the code. If the first number is a 9 it will not double. If the first number is a 5, it will still double at the register.

            Hope that helps!

      • Medigrl1

only coupons that are .50 or less will be doubled its the same with the kroger in KPT Tn.

      • LouisvilleShopper

If you have a coupon for $.35 it will be $.70 off, it's not adding $.50 off to double. It's just simply doubling the actual amount of the coupon, so long as the actual coupon is $.50 or less.

      • Karebear

Keep in mind that any digital coupons will NOT double.  Kroger will only double paper coupons up to $0.50.

    • Cheryl

Found some 3 lb. rolls of ground beef on sale for $2.99 at Kroger in Cool Springs/Franklin, TN. $1 per pound of ground beef…not bad! Just have to freeze it since it is close to sale date.

    • Pbugsnana

we nee a coupon database app for our phones!! I no longer have time to clip every coupon but it would be awesome to click on an app and search for coupons right from the store, then I would know if I have the coupon in my accordion file  and could just clip it right then and there and not wait to go home and check online and then go back to the store to find out the product is sold out. Please help me get this suggestion to Jenny as  I dont know where she looks at posts…thanks all

    • Deniser1616

on the pure protien bars, i have a coupon for $1/2 and a coupon for B1G1. so can i get 2 bars and use 1 of each coupons and get them both free??

      • K D011face

you cannot use both coupons because each coupon is tied to two items, you can only stack them if the B1G1 is a store sale

        • K D011face

or if the $1/2 is a store sale… basically, you can only use 1 mfg coupon per item, if the coupon states 2 items are required then that means both items are attached to that coupon… gotta stack it w/ store sales to get the best deal in either case

          • Deniser1616

that's not what i was hoping…. thanks for the info

    • Bama_gator

My Kroger here in South Huntsville no longer stcks coupons. Is anyone else running into this?

    • Amay0810

I have seen coupon books from Kroger that have great manufacturers coupons in it! How do i get that coupon book… anyone know?

      • Kratie00

I think you can call customer service and request it. Mine just started showing up once my address was linked to my Kroger card…

      • Ibdqt34

When you shop there and use your Kroger card, it sends you two types of
coupons. The home mailer that have the Kroger insignia at the bottom of
the coupon. This is usually seasonally matched – summertime = grill,
charcoal, recipes for grilling with coupons on produce, etc. The other
is a quarterly home mailer. This is based on how much money you spent
and what types of food you buy. I usually get a $16.00 coupon (off
anything except alcohol, cigs, etc.) and about 15 or so other coupons
that they have recognized I buy frequently. Both are nice but the
        quarterly ones are VERY nice!

        I hope this helps!

    • Angel

When I printed off the coupons for cottonelle and viva paper towels it said do not double on the coupon~ so in turn the paper towels and cottonelle will only be $4.49 instead of $3.99. Did this happen to anyone else?

      • stacey

Cottenelle is on sale at Publix starting tomorrow for 3.99, or it is at my Publix.

      • achmomma

Well the sale price at my Kroger was $4.99 and what I saw was the 5 items that had the “cars movie” logo on them on the back, like the toilet paper I got a dollar off and plus my .50 coupon.  I scanned my Kroger card and it also has to do with if you buy 5 items within the store that have the logo on the item.  Like the pull ups and the little swimmers and some of the huggies wipes had “cars” stuff on them and the logo on the package itself.  It looks like a red square or triangle with lightning mqueen on it.  You buy five hidden items..you get $$ off at the register + your coupons…you can't go wrong!

        • Angel

Thanks for the tip! I am new to all of this and trying my best to save every little penny I can!

      • PlagueWitchy

Mine printed this way as well, but it still doubled! I think that is just the manufacturers way of reminding the store they will only be reimbursed for the face value. I think it works this way for coupons that begin with a 5, so if the coupon bar code starts with a 5 it should still automatically double at the register whether it says do not double or not. The cashier would literally have to go back and take the bonus coupon off, and I've never seen them do that at Kroger :).

    • Jeany37

how do u get kroger home mailer

      • Ibdqt34

        • Bee

Mine must be set up completely differently. I get something from them every week and have gotten the ones that supposedly come quarterly at least twice in a quarter.

          • Ibdqt34

            Lucky dog! :-)

        • Blacknblonde19

I have a Kroger card and have been shopping there for years and have never received any mailers. :(

    • Nurhersh

Walgreens has a coupon in their heart health and you magazine for 50 cents off simply orange juice.  It doubles at kroger making the 13.5 fluid oz free.

    • Dtcox

thank you jenny you help me daily with your web site im planning a shower for my only neice in two weeks . the coupons sure helps out .today was 63.67 for 33.74

    • Terriwatkins72

Thank you for all your hard work!

    • Lena

I have started driving about 35 miles to the Kroger in Dublin Ga. I have done pretty good with my coupons . Not like the extreme couponers but have saved up to about 53%. Tonight I made a trip with my daughter and nieces with me. I had printed several coupons provided by southern savers links, Coupons.com and shop at home. The lady at the register told me they looked like they were copied . I told her they were not.She took them but acted like I was a criminal. They had a s printed in some of them I think I printed them from smart source .  If they start acting like that I will find somewhere else to shop. I spent almost 100 dollars after coupons. I think I may have had about 50dollars in savings including sales and coupons. I could see them acting like that if I walked out of the store with 100 + for just a few dollars.

      • Sjeystad5

I just posted a very similar experience. I wrote to their corporate office, I am not a thief!   They act like they are doing you such a huge favor, its very wrong.

    • Mstarfish

KELLOGG'S RAISIN BRAN: I just bought a bunch at a Safeway (Randalls-TX). There are $1 off two boxes coupons printed onto the cardboard itself of some of the 20 oz size cartons but not others. The ones with a picture/promotion for a Ford Mustang contest have it. The coupons don't expire until June 2012.
You may want to check there on boxes at home (or at the store) to maximize savings potential.

    • Audrarauton

The Nabisco snack crackers at my store(crackerfuls) are 2.99,not 1.99,  and the Powerade is .69, not .59. North Georgia must have different sales.

    • Niki82angel

Does anyone know how many “like” coupons will be doubled in one trip at Kroger? Trying to figure out the ars mega event, I know I have read this somewhere but cant seem to find it….Louisville area.

      • LouisvilleShopper

I THINK it's up to your cashier…I like to go to the New Albany store late at night. They only have 4 of the self checkout registers open, so you do it all yourself. If it's for free items or items that are cheaper than the coupon amount it will flag the cashier to come over, which could cause a problem. But I've gotten the pasta there where the coupons double, and I think I got 5 of each type with no problems. I would have gotten more, but I just don't need that much pasta. You should give it a try, see if you have any luck there at night, after 11pm I think.

Every store is different – I would call first!

    • Got $120 worth of things today for $33 OOP, AND that included a $40 pack of Ribeyes.

In addition to coupons, I had $50 in gift cards when I transferred 2 prescriptions today.
I did NOT deduct the prescription cost ($13 co-pay) from my savings because I needed to fill them, anyway and would have done it regardless.

Does anybody know about the Bayer aspirin mail in rebate that I read about on this site?  I have 2 $2 off coupons which would make them a money maker for me, but hesititated buying them because I didn't see anything about a rebate on the box.  Thanks for the help!

      • itismedia

For me the rebate was on the same page as the coupon. If you still have your booklet go back and check. I am in Sav. Ga so it is possible that it was different in yours, but I hope that helps.

      • Pepsi1williams

they are money maker at publix before the rebate

      • Rfarmer

My sunday paper had the rebate next to the coupon.

      • at publix they are 3.49 with the publix 2.00Q and the 2.00MQ its a GReat MONey MakeR !!!!!

      • Bee

The rebate form states it is less the $2 coupon.

went to kroger today here in va and was severely disappointed–got up to check out and the cashier informed me that they would only accept 2 like coupons, printed or clipped from a paper…. threw off my ENTIRE shopping trip. had never been a problem in the past, but she told me it'd been passed down from higher up since people were coming in with 10 or 20 like coupons for 1 thing…  not sure why it makes a difference to the store if you use 2 or 2,000 coupons–the companies pay them plus shipping, so what should it matter to them?!?

      • Kelly Valentine

Hmm, wonder if it is that particular store.  I went to mine outside Houston and had 7 like coupons and my cashier didn't even flinch!  They were for the Pepperidge Farm Chocolate Graham Fish Crackers on sale 5/$5 withe .75 peelies on them.

      • Melissa

It makes a difference to the store when one or two people clear the shelves because they have 20 coupons. Then there is nothing left for the rest of the customers and they get mad at the store for being out on the first day of the sale and have the hassle of having to get rain checks. The limit is to prevent hoarding!

      • Dee

Stores mail coupons off to a coupon redemption center. If coupons appear to be bulk cut, (like when bought from ebay for example) then the coupon redemption center will see to it that the stores are NOT reimbursed for that batch of coupons.   Most stores have limits of like coupons.  Manufacturers have websites set up to where people can only print off two. Maybe thats why your store chose two as the limit?

    • debf3

There is not a $2 Silk coupon available. The current coupon is for $.75.

    • Finlinam

Do Kroger, Walgreen's, and Food Lion accept each other's coupons?  Have seen that on the lists with coupons.

      • Missy

e is different…you have to call each to be sure!

    • Medigrl1

so excited just got home from kroger in kingsport Tn. Saved big they were having a close out on one flavor of goodlife recipe cat treats which dropped the price and with the coupon from red plum for .50 that doubles they were free.

      • Dee

        Im in Kingsport too!

    • Lrae17

Can anyone help me with figuring out what the Kroger first-time insert from 6/12 is?  Was that a regional insert in the Sunday paper?  I'm in SC and wondering if I missed it and chucked the paper too soon.  I was also out of town for a couple of weeks so trying to get back into the Couponing groove!  Thanks for any help!

      • E.Werner

I'm in Cincinnati and this was in our “Door Store” that gets delivered with the weekly ads in it.

    • Snbrown08

Frustrated!!!  I went to Kroger (Cordova,TN) to pick up 2 items.   Went by the clearance section and saw Dove's Men deodorant on clearance for 1.47.  had a coupon for 2.00 and the store would not let me use it! I asked about not getting overages just the product but was told I could not use the coupon at all.  Called corp. and they said that was the policy for most stores but it was up to mang. discretion.

      • Dee

$1.47  was still a great deal!

      • Ibdqt34

That happened to me. They had the danimals on clearance for $0.99 and I had a $0.50 coupon that would have doubled and been free and the manager told me they don't accept coupons on clearance items. I was like who does that…the whole point of clearance is you want to get rid of it (and for a refrigerated product that is coming to expire soon) why not? They just looked at me like, “I can't believe you didn't know that”. I was very bummed too!

    • Val

I went to Kroger tonight and purchased (5) the huggies wipes soft pack.  They were free.  Use your .50 coupon and it doubles.  Normally 1.99 each, but it you get five they are .99 each. So they would be free with your coupons.  Good Luck

    • Sarah

Printable coupon for speedstick has expired

    • alison friend

Not sure if anyone posted this but I found goldfish coupons on their site for 55 cents off 2. http://www.pepperidgefarm.com/News.aspx

      • Michaelsmom

Yeah, they have them too, but the .35 are better because they will only double up to .55……..still a great deal at .45

        • Michaelsmom

Sorry, I meant double up to .50

      • Efranks41

Print that .55 Q twice, then go back to the link above and there should be a .35/1 Q that will double…and you can print it twice! I know it sounds weird, but it works!! Several of us have done this! :)

      • Had2know

When I try to get my coupon, says there are no coupons for this

      • no coupons there when i click the link :o(  maybe they're all gone….

    • Idocfl

Kroger disappointed me yesterday. I tried to use the Publix manufacturers coupon for my Juicy Juice and they would not accept it. They claimed it was a store coupon although it had a five bar code on the coupon. When I tried to explain to the cashier she was like “I don't know anything about the numbers but it says Publix on the coupon. My manager won't take it”. Very bummed.

      • Ibdqt34

I haven't read this part of their policy. Does Kroger take competitor q's?

        • Shelleyschu

          no

    • Meggie256

Anyone having trouble printing the juicy juice coupons? I have tried for 3 days now and every time it says there is an error and it won't even bring up the special offers. :(

      • savin4morefamily

went to their Facebook page and it's the same response over and over “our coupons were popular, we don't have any right now.”  They're not offering them now, which stinks 'cause I'd like to stock up.

      • Angel

yes! It did the same thing to me.

    • Went to our local Carrollton Kroger and found Suave deodorant on clearance for $1.06 each….I had some coupons for .75 off ANY Suave deodorant..so I stocked up! Just thought I'd share that. ALSO they have Mahatma rice (broccoli and cheese) for .77 ea. I have some .50 off coupons and they DID double, so my rice was free….

    • mlsmith

Don't bother signing up for the speedstick, their coupon campaign is over

    • gina

I just got back from a trip to my krogers in West Virginia.  I dont know if they will be at your store but I found some “peelies” for Doritos chips and Keebler soft batch cookies.  Just thought I'd share.

    • Mjbeeson26

In the past, Kroger has asked for my Kroger card at the beginning of my transaction.  Now, the cashier waits until my whole order is rung up, then scans my coupons, and then scans my Kroger card.  Does anyone know the reason for this change?

      • Efranks41

Not sure, but I have heard that if they don't scan the Kroger card first, the coupons don't double.  Better check that!

        • Jalesmith1

I asked the Kroger I shop at if the ecoupons double and they told me no. Only Manufacture coupons. :-(

          • Ibdqt34

My Kroger 'makes me' scan my Kroger card first! I've just about stopped adding q's to my card because like jalessmith1 said: those don't double. I didn't realize this at first but after I checked my receipt I noticed it. The CSM didn't even want to reimburse me (I had a mfr q in case the ecoupon didn't register). I was sooo aggravated.

They watch everyone with q's at my store…like I'm gonna try and get over on them or use an expired q or use a q that I didn't purchase. There are trustworthy ppl who shop consciously that are on a budget. Not all of us are crazed trying to cheat the system…sorry for the vent.

      • Momofthree

It's because this way allows you to use a ecoupon AND a mfr coupon on the same item.  If they scan your Kroger card first your ecoupon would prohibit them from scanning a mfr coupon (for the same item).  But I agree with the other comment…I believe they only double coupons if you've scanned in your card, so just make sure yours are doubling.

    • Lad68

Can someone help me? Whenever I click on the link for “printable” it doesn't take me to the coupon, just the website. I can rarely find the coupon that is connected to the link.

    • I have a quick question:

I've been trying to get on the Huggies Wipes deal. I've went twice and they didn't have any. (Both this week and last week.) Well this last time I went to customer service and the woman agreed to give me a raincheck. She wrote out what the sale price was when  ($1.49), but she didn't right an amount/limit on there with it. It was supposed to be 'Buy 5 and get them for $1.49 each', but I'm afraid that when I go to redeem my raincheck, then they'll only let me get one. Can I get more than one (like FIVE) on a single raincheck if it doesn't have a specific number listed? She did write “Mega” at the top of it. Will that be enough to let them know that I'm supposed to be able to get 5 of them?

      • Shaka01girl

last time Krogers did the mega event they didnt have what i wanted so i got plenty of rainchecks. Then when they did restock i got 6 Nieva bodywash for the price of my rainchecks, with NO PROBLEM:)

        • Did you have 6 separate rainchecks? Or did you get them all on one? I only have one raincheck, but the deal was supposed to be if you buy 5 of the product. So that's why I'm confused.

    • Olemissmoss

I know this is late in the week, but maybe it will be helpful for those whose ads don't end until Tuesday.  Through Vocal Point, I received 4 coupons for Frosted Mini Wheats Fruit in the Middle cereal (B1G1, 3 $1/1). This cereal was on the mega event sale. I did buy another item, since I had to to receive the mega event pricing, but speaking strictly cereal…I bought 4 boxes $1.99 (after mega event sale) and used 3 $1/1 coupons and 1 B1G1 (the took off original $2.99 price).  Soooo I paid $1.97 for 4 boxes, or $0.49 each.  Yay!

    • Becky Mueck

How many times will savingstar let you use a coupon? For the Huggies diapers and wipes for example, if you buy two each will savingstar bank $6?

    • Hatty26

Does anyone know where i can get gartorade coupons? please

    • Khjbcoupns

almost missed it… looked over the krogers ad for the cigarettes ad and didnt find it… went back later to start my shopping list and low and behold there it is… 4th week in a row….

    • Sjeystad5

I am a new couponer.. and have so far been appalled at how my Kroger treats me as a couponer.  It is as if they are doing me a huge favor.. and I leave there feeling like a thief.

I just sent a note to their corporate customer service to complain. I had a coupon printed from the internet, that they refused to take. The cashier took it over to customer service, they both stared at it, and then walked back to tell me they could not take it.

I guess I need to print their policies and carry them with me to whip out when they give me trouble!  The Publix across the street is so easy to deal with!! Kroger better beware… its very frustrating.

    • Evelynandchris

Am I just impatient, or are we really late for tomorrow's Kroger ad? I have a catalina that expires tomorrow, so I have to make a trip there tomorrow.

    • I went to Kroger today and racked up!  I found on product coupons that were on the Kraft BBQ sauce.  The coupon was $2 off when you purchase 2 Kraft BBQ sauce and either the Lemonade mix or Koolaid mix, and I had already uploaded ecoupon for $1 off of the CountryMade lemonade, score!  The older gentleman behind me asked where I got all my coupons from, savings of 41%.  Thanks SouthernSavers!
