Here are the Kroger deals that start today 5/24 for the South East Region. These deals might differ slightly if you are in a different region for Kroger, but the main deals tend to be the same in most areas.  Most of the sales are repeats from last week, so I went to the store to find some new deals for us!!

Can the VitaminWater 10 coupon be used at Kroger even though it says Ralph’s?

    • Rachel

      Jaimi,

My friend called Kroger and they said she could use that coupon. Plus, I think it says its a mfc not a store coupon. I haven’t seen it. I’m just going off what she told me.

    • Sabrina

Is it just me, or are these deals the same as last week??? I went shopping at Kroger on May 20, and got all these deals then. Do the same deals run for more than one week?

    • Katherine

I agree with Sabrina…this appears to almost be a duplicate Kroger ad as last week!!

      • Jenny

Kroger loves to run sale ads back to back. They aren’t much fun for those of us that like fresh deals :(

    • There’s a $1.50/1 Hellmans mq in the “Family Is It’s Own Reward” booklet found at some Publix stores. Use that with the cellfire q to make Hellmans mayo $.39!

    • Angela

Yes, the $1 items are mostly identical to last week.
About the Ralph’s Vitamin Water – it depends on the location. I asked when I entered the store last night, and the cashier watching the self checkout said it would be fine, one coupon per item. I used 5 – some color, some grayscale.
A coworker tried to use them last week and was told that the Q was on their fraud list and it wasn’t a real coupon. She really had a hard time – at the SAME Kroger location I went to a week later. She used them at Bi-Lo. I couldn’t use them at Bi-Lo last week.

      What a mess.

    • Julie

The Arm and Hammer website usually has a printable for $1 off any A&H laundry detergeant. There are 2 varieties at Kroger that were on sale $3.70 each; makes it $2.70 which is cheaper than the Wisk deal they’re re-doing.

    • jennifer

Degree deodorant is on for $2.17 and there are a couple $1 off coupons that have been in the paper lately.

    • Honey

Oikos Greek Yougurt is on sale (in Knoxville TN) b1g1f at $1.99. There were organic coupon booklets at Kroger a couple weeks ago with $1 coupons so if you get 2 and use 2 coupons they will be free. And mambo sprouts might have some coupons for the oikos as well. I’ve also gotten catalina coupons back from buying these yogurts, too ($1/3 and $1/5-not great, but I use this kind to make my own yogurt).

    • Kacie

My Kroger finally posted the new ad that is effective tomorrow. I think last week’s ad ran through today.

    • MiniMidgMom

My Kroger sometimes has Driscoll’s strawberries in the bin with a lesser quality strawberry. I was able to use the Target coupon and got a pint for 67 cents. I bought the last pint of Driscoll’s but I’ll check in at the end of the week and see if they got more in the next delivery.

I checked the Kroger ad online yesterday and it ran from the 24th through the 30th and is continuing the $3 off $15 of Huggies sale. I think they carried over a lot of last week’s sales through the 30th.

    • DeAnn

I am new and still learning a lot about couponing, so please do not take my question as a complaint. I can not find the Chef Boyardee coupon in 5-03 SS or the Scotch Brite in 5-10 RP. I just started keeping the inserts on 5-03. I also checked the couponmom database and it doesn’t show these 2 coupons either. Is there a reason that I can’t find them (regional? I’m in Atlanta). Thank you! I’m loving saving so much with your help! It’s almost addictive!

      • Jenny

I know it’s frustrating to not find them. They are released to regional areas sometimes and your area might not have gotten them. Do you get the AJC?

    • Allison

Sorry if this was mentioned already, but I just wanted to point out that the Huggies deal works multiple times in one transaction. So, if you buy $30 worth of Huggies, you can get $6 off your order, and you don’t have to do two separate transactions.

    • Kristen

At the Kroger in Columbia, SC bags of Tyson frozen chicken (fingers, nuggests, anytizers, etc) are $6.77. I bought 4 yesterday on St. Andrews and it printed a coupon for $2 off 2 bags. Great deal on these. Have only seen them lower one other time.

    • Allison S

One of the Kraft coupons that’s out is $1.50/2 Country Time Canisters. They are part of the 10 for $10 sale so after coupon I got two for a total of 50cents!

    • ASHLEY

my kroger (mt juliet) is still running buy $25 in huggies products get $3 off your order

    • DeAnn,
there is a scotch brite coupon in the 5/17 redplum insert for $.75/1. i’ve been keeping my own coupon data base and noticed some coupons come in the inserts before or after, i’m not sure which i just started my record last week. i used the chef boyardee coupon so i am not sure which insert i found it in. i normally go through my inserts on a regular basis because we may have different coupons. HTH

    • Ashley

Hey everyone. I need a little help. I’m a brand new mom – baby girl is 2 weeks today! I also need to buy diapers TODAY – haha! I can’t figure out if the Kroger Huggies deal is better than the Food Lion Huggies deal because I don’t know the difference between a “Big box” and a “Jumbo pack”. I have 4 huggies Qs so I would be able to buy 4 packs/boxes and use a Q for each. Can anyone help me out?

      Thanks!!

    • Julie

Another deal found yesterday as I was scooping up the few cheap/free items:

California Pizza Kitchen Flatbread Melts 4/$10
      – $1 any CPK product, printable and SS (makes it $1.50 ea)

    • Kristen

      Ashley,

Congrats on your little one! I have a five-day-old girl! My Kroger only carries the big boxes of Huggies diapers in the larger sizes (I think sizes 3-6). I would go with the Food Lion deal if I were you. A jumbo pack of Huggies Gentle Care size 1 has 44 diapers. If you buy more packs, the food lion deal is pretty good, especially if you have any coupons to use! Good luck

    • Ashley

Thanks Kristen! Congrats to you too!

    • ET

The Marie Callender AL Dents meals are ringing up full price at my Kroger’s. Only the regular Marie Callender meals are on sale here.

    • Missy

I didn’t know if you knew that the vitamin water coupons are only good at Ralphs..i did use them last week and then tried to use them today and they told me that it was a store specific coupon…?? Is that correct or not????

    • Jo Blomquist

Well, some people took the Vitamin water coupon to the extreme by buying 40 bottles each trip and now our local Kroger won’t accept the coupon or will not double it. It’s a shame that the rest of us have to pay the price because a few got greedy. I’m on the side of the store, sometimes these same few will wipe out the shelves with a sale item. Hope the stores start to limit it to one or two sale items(of each) so we all can save something on our grocery trip.

    • Heather

I visited my local Kroger in Brentwood TN tonight and they were tripling coupons to compete with Harris Teeter!

    • Alicia

FYI the Kroger in Brentwood, TN is having triple coupon until Saturday. They will triple manf. coupons up to $.99

    • Teresa

The vitamin water coupon is a manafactures coupon. I made it to Kroger three times last week and picked up 5 each time so it made for some wonderful and healthy drinks for my family. The Kroger in Madison AL said there are no limits on how many you can buy or how many coupons you can use. I do agree that people shouldn’t get greedy and make others miss out on great deals. Sometimes that is the way it works.

Happy shopping! I hope ya’ll get some great deals!

    • Teresa

Ashley and Kristen….congrats on being recent Mothers. I’m praying for ya’ll!

    • Susie

My local Kroger is tripling coupons to compete with Harris Teeter!

    • Yep many Kroger’s near HT’s are tripling in Nashville!

      http://daisysdeals.blogspot.com/2009/05/kroger-triple-coupons.html

    • Tammie

Question on the Kingsford coupon you reference as printable above . . . I can’t seem to find Kroger anywhere in the listing of stores to choose from . . . ????? Please help!

Love the site and all the great savings ideas. I’ve only been doing this about a month and seem to be running out of room to store all my great buys. I have enough toothpaste to last awhile . . . just supplied my college nephew with deordant, toothpaste, shaving cream, shampoo, etc. etc. I just had no idea of all the great deals!

      Thanks again!

    • AngelathecouponNERD

Susie – what state are you in that Kroger is tripling!!?

Anyone still getting that $5 catalina wyb 5 Digiorno pizzas?
I am going to “need” more frozen pizzas soon. Kids got into my stash that I was saving for a playdate next week.
I used the $5 catalina at Publix last week. Very nice!

    • Lori

Nashville Kroger’s are doing Triple coupons this week while HT is!!!!

    • Shannon in ATL

Picked up beautiful roses at Kroger yesterday..1/2 dozen for 1.50…got some for all of my sons teachers!

    • Amy

I was in Kroger Lake Murray this morning – Dixie Sugar 4lb bag $1.50! If you have the .35 q – would make it $1.15!!

    • Leah

Just got home from Kroger and I got the Country Time deal. In one transaction I bought 2 CT and use a $1.50 coupon, paid $.56 and got a $1 catalina. Then in next transaction I bought 2 CT and 1 crab classic (that are still bogo). I used $1.50(CT) and $1(CC) and $1 catalina and paid $.36 and got another catalina. woohoo

    • Jenny

Most of my printable coupons say do not double or triple. How can I get the great deals listed above??? For instance…the Green Giant Vegs. $1.00 each/.50 coupon = Free, but only if the coupon can be doubled. Help! Thank you.

      • Jenny

        Jenny,

The computers all look at the barcode not at the words. The doubling is a store effort and paid by the store so their computers will double any coupon that is the right amount and the bar code starts with a 5. Even if it said do not double in 40 pt font, it will if it starts with a 5.

    • Heather

I did not get the Country Time $1 catalina in Marietta, GA

      • Jenny

        Heather,

The country time deal is not running in our region. I tested it on our trip just to see. I also did not get it :( I had a feeling that was the case and so I never posted it as a deal for us… We tend to be a week behind other areas with Catalina’s in this Kroger Region so if you can get a rain check for the price do that and get them later.

    • Stacey O

Do all Kroger stores double coupons on a daily basis? My Kroger store in Murfreesboro, TN has never doubled any of my $0.50 and under coupons, and I think that stinks! Publix always doubles my coupons in that range. Just curious. I can’t get anyone at the store to give me a definitive answer.

      Thanks!
(Jenny, I love the website! I have only “couponed” for a little over a month, but my savings have dropped by more than 50% each week!)

    • Vilara

Stacey- the Kroger on Old Fort Parkway doubles no problem. It rings up as a bonus coupon.

Jenny- Have you ever heard that the vitamin water coupon was fake? They wouldn’t let me use any tonight because supposedly the manufacturer never autorized it? What?

    • No deal on Gerber Graduates here in Nashville.
They were $2.35 each at my Kroger! I about threw up when I saw that!!! Luckily, Publix sells them for $1.99, still not a dollar, but much better!

    • MiniMidgMom

Had my first really negative couponing trip in the SpringHill TN Kroger – the cashier didn’t know what to do w/a FL coupon. First she tried to refuse it saying she could only take 2 coupons per item. Then she kept trying to scan it.Then she called over the line supervisor who also didn’t know what to do.Line was building up,cashier had an attitude. At one point when I told her she couldn’t scan the coupon because Kroger accepted it as a courtesy to customers and it wasn’t in their system she said “that’s not right.” She asked what code the other cashiers used and when I told her (b/c they all use the same code) she said they weren’t right either! She didn’t seem to care that the line was backing up and kind of acted like it was my fault.I had to ask for the manager, who never responded to his page b/c he was outside at a family fun day the store was sponsoring. I couldn’t believe it.I’m trying to decide if I want to call the store or corporate.

    • Vilara

I didn’t know that Kroger takes competitor coupons. Hmmm…

    • Lynn

They don’t, which is why she had such a hard time. :) It’s Publix that accepts competitor coupons.

    • MiniMidgMom

I have never had a problem with Kroger taking competitor’s coupons until I met this cashier. She was the first and only.

    • Stacey O

Vilara-Thanks a whole bunch! I will start shopping there! I have been going to the Church St. store for ages but recently started using coupons!

    • Lynn

As a rule, Krogers do not accept competitor *store* coupons. They should accept manufacturer coupons even if they have some other store’s logo on them. But a true store coupon from a competitor that doesn’t scan? If you’ve been able to get that Kroger to take those in the past, MiniMidgMom, you’ve been doing better than the rest of us. :) Unfortunately, that means calling corporate probably won’t get you anywhere, since corporate policy is that they don’t. As to whether calling the store will help, it depends on whether the cashiers have pushed them through in the past with or without the manager’s blessing.

    • Jen

Found another freebie at my Kroger today- Lysol Neutra Air on sale for $1.40. They had a ton of special packages with free bonus bottles. Combined this with my $1.50/1 coupon AND my BOGO coupon- 4 free bottles! Citrus scented Oust was also on closeout for $1.99 and I had a few $2 Qs. Guess who won’t need air freshener until 2011? Have a great day ladies!

    • Amy

THREE DAY SALE includes Blue Bell Half Gallon for $2.98 and several other specials ..

    • Jen

I used to live in Spring Hill, TN and that Kroger does accept competitor coupons. They have it posted and everything. I miss Spring Hill so much! They talk Walgreen RRs there and everything.

    • Sonya

      Jenny.
Is there another coupon for the Quaker Quakes? The ones I had exp on May 31,2009. Hope there is. Love these things.

    • Sharon

Kroger 3 day sale (Th, F, Sa) Amy mentions above also includes Kroger brand 100% apple juice for .99 each.

    • Lana

Does anyone know if the “spend $15 on Huggies get $3 off” is still going on? Thanks!
And, do you know if Mahatma Rice is still on sale?

      • Jenny

        Lana,

The Huggies deal ended 5/31 sorry. The Mahatama rice is a regular everyday price of .99 cents so you should be able to grab that!
