Simplify your diet with these healthy and easy clean eating recipes!

Clean eating can sound complicated. And it can sound expensive. Let me back up. Some of you may be asking, “What is clean eating?” It basically means that you choose not to eat processed foods and eat fresh and natural foods instead. And yes, it can be expensive, but it doesn’t have to be!

You can check out my post on how to save the most money on produce by starting or joining a co-op, but you can also grab whole ingredients easily at your local supermarket. You don’t have to head to a fancy-schmancy store or scout out exclusive products just to eat cleanly! The recipes I’ve found are easy, perfect for weeknight meals, and contain fresh ingredients that focus on the quality of the food.

The prices listed below are an average price based on what’s on sale this week so you’ll have something to compare to your shopping list for your local grocery store.
