Cellfire released a whole new batch of eCoupons for anyone shopping at Kroger, Lowes Foods or Kroger affiliate stores. Remember you can’t use these with paper coupons, so for Kroger shoppers load coupons you know you want only.

These all expire Aug 22, and must be loaded by Aug 8.

Remember: eCoupons do not double and only apply to one item (in other words if you buy 10 it will only come off once).

Can you use a an ecoupon and a paper man q?

      • rkelley

yes you can i do it all the time

      • Laura

Not any more at Kroger (since around May). Now the cashiers hand you back all your paper coupons if you had a e deduct. It stinks because I've had many $1 off paper coupons but my e's were only .50 or worse .50 off 2. So don't ever load any if they are not as good as your paper ones.

Before the change I used to have 80 or so on my card at any given time. Now with low values & no doubling I'll only look at them if I have NO paper q's for the products so most of the time I'll only have 2-3 on my card now.

Kroger has changed their policy.  They only take ecoupons by themselves.  So, be careful what you load on your ecoupons–they don't double.  I always check the Kroger ecoupons to see what is good enough to know that I can't use a paper coupon with it. A good place to load coupons is @ SavingsStar.com where you can get credit for your purchases.  It doesn't show up on your register receipt, but goes into your SavingsStar account.

I just found this out today – The cashier at Kroger told me that as of July 1 they don't allow both. You've got to really watch because the ecoupon trumps any paper coupons and they can't remove them once it rings in. I had her void my whole order and went through the line again after making several changes in my cart. I didn't have a huge order so it wasn't that big a deal to do that. I'll be deleting a bunch of my ecoupons now that I know this. THe paper ones are generally worth more.

I think the best advice to avoid issues is to give your Kroger card at the end of check out, after you have given them all of your paper coupons. That way the ecoupons cannot be applied.

Yes but, your coupons will NOT double unless they are given AFTER card scanned….(assuming you go to a Kroger that doubles).

Now, if only they'd deduct the Savings Star coupons that are on one's card.  I bought three items last week that had SS coupons.  They didn't deduct ANY of them.  Getting really, really fed up with Kroger…

      • Laura

Saving Star do not deduct off your grocery bill. When you buy items the ss coupon amounts are credited to your ss account… then when you reach certain $ amount in your ss account you can request giftcards.

        • Laura

and allow up to 30 days after you purchase the items for some of them to show up in your ss account. Depends on how soon the store sends the info to SS.

there policy hasn't changed because it says you can you an e coupon and a manufactor as long as you are purchasing more then one item i used my e coupons and man coupons today it is best to give your card first them man coupons

      • Laura

Didn't realize you were talking about multiple products.

The policy change was they stopped combining paper & E coupons on a single product. Used to be if you had a e coupon 50 cents and a paper 1.00 you could buy one of that item & get 1.50 off. Made for great deals!

Now if you just buy one they would deduct the .50 e and refuse your paper. Not so great deals since ec's are low value & don't double.
