How does Cellfire work??
They are e coupons that are loaded onto your Kroger shopping card and come off when you buy the right item. The plan is that you register using your cellphone, but you can actually register using a land line phone. You are only going to need to enter a phone number to register and after that everything is saved to your Kroger card and does not need or require a phone.

Do I have to use my cell phone number? Will they send text messages?
You do have to give a phone number to register, however it can be your home phone number. They do send one text message when you register but you do not have to receive it to use the service (give you home number and it will still work great).

Can I stack a Cellfire e coupon with a manufacturer’s paper coupon?
Yes! I have given my two cents on this here in detail. The short of it is there are too many factors to e coupons to ever make them not let you stack coupons.  Some use two store cards to keep these separate, but in the end remember they want you to use their program without losing your hair.

Does the coupon apply to multiple items?
No. Each coupon will only come off one item, so if you buy 5 cottonelle packs you will get .25 cents off of one pack. If you have 2 of the same coupon loaded to your card with different expiration dates, you will still only have one come off per transaction. (If you have a matching coupon from a different e coupon source it will come off with the second item in the same transaction).

I bought the right item but the coupon did not come off?
Contact Cellfire customer service off thrie website. They will ask for information off your receipt and will place a coupon on your card for the value of the coupons that should have come off.

    • I know cellfire works with Kroger cards, as does the P&G eSaver coupons. Will these stack together — if you have a cellfire coupon for charmin and P&G esaver coupon for charmin and then a paper mfr coupon for charmin…will all of these come off the one purchase? I just signed up today for the first time for the cellfire.

      • Cathy

Yes, you can stack P&G esaver with a cellfire. You can also add a manufacturer’s coupon for additional savings! I use P&G esaver, cellfire, & shortcuts at Kroger.

      • Tina

Only one e coupon gets deducted. That has been my experience anyway.

      • Nicole

I have had the same item on C-fire and shortcuts. The only one that gets used is c-fire.

    • Rachel

I know Kroger generally doubles couples (up to .55) but will they double e-coupons? It didn’t appear to the last time I check out. Just wondering…

      • Cathy

The e-coupons do NOT double. When you scan your Kroger card (I usually go through the self-checkout), it will deduct the coupon price automatically. And on your receipt it will say something like “Cellfire…. $.50”

      • Tina

        E coupons do not double.

    • penny saver

can you stack an e-coupon with a manufacturer coupon at publix??

      • Tina

        Yes

      • Freedom

Publix doesn’t take the e-coupons. Do they?

        • Wendy

          No–I wish, though!

        • Jackie

They do accept upromise e-coupons though : )

    • penny saver

can you stack an e-coupon with a manufaturer coupon at cvs??

    • Rachel

I didn’t see the Cottonelle, Huggies, or Kotex available on Cellfire. Did anyone else see them up?

      • Jennifer

Yes, all 3 are available for me. It could be regional or vary by store. My store is Kroger in zip code 37803.

    • Apryl

Food lion is now on the list I tried registering my card, and it won’t work. Does anybody else have this problem?

      • Kim

I had the same problem – I hope Food Lion is participating….I don’t have a Kroger close to me.

    • Alex

On a recent trip to Kroger only 2 e coupons came off when there should have been 5 and each was for a different item. I got reimbursed, but are some Krogers only taking 2 e coupons per transaction? I never had this problem before.

    • rebecca

My home phone number didn’t work! :( Maybe I can find the phone number for our old cell phone? Or use my parents’ number??? ;)

      • rebecca

found my old cell phone’s number, and it worked! Yay!

    • Angela

I am having problems with my cellfire coupons not being deducted from my bill at Kroger. I have now tried twice and neither time did it work. I have since put in a request to Cellfire’s “contact us” on their website, but as I have read, they are not too quick to respond or respond at all!!

    • Ellen

My Betty Crocker e-coupona are always doubled. However, the links posted for the box potatoes, do not work, they are either not found, or no longer offered. I clicked every way I could..

    • Becky

maybe I am doing this wrong but when I sign up for the ecoupons I only have 4 coupons to download and it is like Fiber one muffins, diapers, pillsbury biscuits and macaroni grill dinner. am I doing something wrong?
