I tackle everything by preparing whatever I can the day before. Get salad ingredients washed and sliced, chopped, or cut. Also, by making lists, I am more organized and tend to not forget that one critical ingredient. It is amazing how having one simple task completed the day before can make “guest day” a lot more enjoyable.

We have company scheduled for every weekend in April. I tackle everything by planning ahead. Setting menus is a must. That’s why I’m on southernsavers.com tonight checking out Publix ads for tomorrows grocery shopping. When its my girls and their families visiting before they leave they strip beds and remake. Then wash all sheets and towels, vacuum and put everything in order for the next guests. I’m very fortunate!
