Do you think that the $30 upgrade rebate means that you have to have a previous version of these products to get the full rebate?

      • skylandteacher

usually it does…the upgrade is not the entire software package so the upgrade won't help you if you don't have a previous version.

        • Ltd29dunn

not sure if its been mentioned, but you can get 9 cases of deer park water for $17 if you use that 10 off 25 coupon that's floating around the web. thats about $1.97 per case.

    • Chrstyamyrs

This might seem like a stupid question, but is it a limit of one per item, or can you only choose one item?? The whole 1 rebate thing is confusing me.

      • Sorry it's a limit of one per item.

        • Chrstyamyrs

Thanks Jenny! That's what I thought, but just wanted clarification.

    • Does anybody know if these deals are going to be valid online too?

      • jennifer_b3

        I'm wondering that too.

        • Chrstyamyrs

I would like to know too. I really want to take advantage of these deals, but I just found out my closest store is an hour away. Not worth the drive.

      • Sandra

They run these rebate deals like twice a month I think, and if it the same as the past ones, then they should be available online too. There arn't any Office depots around me either so I always have to order out too and I always order over just over $50 to get free shipping. Thing is they are out of stock of like 1/2 the items I want each time!!! Get bummed about that but oh well ;)

        • Sandra

Change that to once a month, sorry.

      • Sandra

Alright, I called cust serv and they SAID if it doesn't specify 'in store only' then it is valid online….that is what they SAID ;)

    • Cgilda527

In regard to the rebate offer I would like to know if the rebate is a check you cash or is it “Office Depot”credit to use only at their store?

      • Chrstyamyrs

I was looking at their add, and it sounds like they send you a prepaid Visa card to use…and I know from getting those through ATT for cell phones you can use them any where.

        • Sandra

SO this is different from all their past 'Free' deals where it is money you have to spend at their stores that you get like 6 months later? That is cool.

    • Chrstyamyrs

They also have sheet protectors for $1 after rebate which is really good if your military and have a military binder with all your certs. My husband needs more so we're definatly stocking up on those!

      • MaryT

Can you tell me what brand of sheet protectors is on the rebate so I'll know what to look for when I shop? I really need them too — totally out!

    • Jrsbus

All right heres my deal!!!!! really need to get that 70 bucks in work life rewards that say they are processing. plus 10 buck coupon and turn it all back into cash and gift cards. lol Then wait for another 100 percent work life week.

    • Rrbarr

I'm wondering what the phrase “Free Software with Upgrade Rebate” means?

      • skylandteacher

The way I understand it…if you own the software you can get the upgrade free. Example, if you own an older version of McAfee you can get the upgrade free. I hope this makes sense.

    • Quilterwoman1974

when i printed the $10.00 off of $30.00 the $10.00 did not print, what could be the problem

      • Ginaod2000

The coupon's are $10 off $25 at Office Depot & $5 off $30 at Staples. I just printed them & they printed ok. So you might want to try again. Hope this helps!

    • acpack

Do the coupons work like they would at any other store? So that if I buy a stapler and software for a total of $43.99, used the office depot $10 q and the Staples $5 q, I would owe the store $28.99 + tax. And then would get back $43.99 in rebates?

      • Ginaod2000

I don't think you can use the $5.00 off coupon & the $10.00 off coupon in one transaction. Technically the staples coupon states [Minimum purchase requirement of $30 must be met with purchases to which no other instant savings offer applies.] So this implies only one coupon like this could be used. I guess they could take both coupons, but really they are not suppose to be used together. You should receive the $43.99 in rebates back but, you should read the small print in the ad to make sure. Hope this helps!

    • Hooya

Is there a place I can view the ad? Do I send in a rebate for each item, or just send in the whole receipt? (How does the rebate work?) Thanks.

    • susieQ

dumb question… can I print this q and use it? I did not receive the email from OD or Staples. thanks.

      • Ginaod2000

Yes you can. I received the email as well & the coupons have the same barcode as the one on this site. I will say they might not let you use the OD & the Staples coupon in the same transaction because they both say that the coupons can't be combined with other offers. So you might want to ask or just try it. That would be up to you :0)

    • flower_mom

Showing my office depot stupidity here but…Most rebates you must send in your receipt…Does that mean I need to purchase each thing individually so I can send off for the rebates; Or, is it possible to buy them all in one transaction and have it work…somehow??

      • Ceccacci

I did 3 rebates and all of them said I could send a copy of the receipt, so you can do one transaction, which worked well with my $10 off of$25 coupon!

    • Becky

Also showing my Office Depot stupidity…where do you get the Rebate forms???

      • Couponcrazy88

they should have been printed with your receipts. they are all mail-ins not online rebates

    • Couponcrazy88

did anyone do these rebates yet?
i am doing them now and am concerned because it says one rebate per household. one rebate is from the store and the other is from the manufacturer but they both have the same po box, just different offer numbers.
does that mean that i WILL get the rebate from both?

    • kjmiller

I'm having trouble finding the software deals online. Also not in my Sunday OD circular. Anyone else having difficulty?

    • Amy B.

The Art Explosion software rebate is actually $20, instead of $30. Still free after the $10/$25 coupon though.
