Pottery Barn Easter Tree Look Alike

Does anyone else make an Easter tree around this time of year?  You can decorate it with Spring decorations to celebrate the Lord’s sacrifice for us and that he has risen.  Pottery Barn has a tree for $79, but I found one at Oriental Trading for only $28.  Spray paint it white to make it look more fresh and light.

Expensive:

Pottery Barn Easter Ornament Tree- ($79 shipped)

Frugal:

Oriental Trading Easter Ornament Tree- ($28 shipped)

While I admire the cost savings of this idea, and Oriental Trading has been acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, (an American company) isn’t there a cheaper way to do this for less than five dollars?
      Cut a tree branch.
      Paint it white (or not)
Take plastic eggs left over from past years, coat them in craft glue, (Elmer’s) roll in glitter and suspend them from the branches with thread. Or Google “make cheap Easter egg tree.”
Who would pay $79 or even $28 for this easy craft?
