    • Cate

Can't seem to find the Ronzoni coupon on their site.

      • mommyof1

neither can i.. i remember printing a few different ones out last month and using them with a sale a few weeks back.. must be an old campaign she is referring to.

    • Amanda Leach

Wow for once my list is pretty big. LOL.

    • Andrea Stoker

No more prints for the Palmolive.

    • Latonya

Does anyone know if the coupon booklet is the one that was to be mailed out when you signed up, or is it a coupon booklet at the customer service desk?

      • Sandy565

Which coupon booklet are you talking about? What is the name?

        • Latonya

The one that Jenny refer to.

          • Sandy565

Most of the coupon booklets are at the store. You just have to ask for the books at the customer service desk. Some of the books are mailed such as the “Savings are Stocking Up” book. Usually Jenny will post if a booklet is mailed.

            • Latonya

Thanks. I just wondering because I knew that this booklet was supposed to mailed, but I have not received it. when i signed up for it, the reply was that it woulde be here in 2 to 4 weeks, before that week's sale. I will check my store to see if they have any.

    • Missy

Where do you get the Oooh and Ahh Over Big Baby Bargains booklet?

      • Chris

I think you have to get it in the store between 7/21 and 7/27.  I just got a post card that said I was in for some big savings between those dates and mentions “oooh and ahh” on it.  Wasn't sure what that was about but now I see it must be take the post card in and get a booklet or something.

        • Missy

          Thank you!

      • Erkelly

I got a postcard in the mail from Publix saying the booklet will be in stores July 21-27.

        • Missy

Thank you guys!  I will def. be there looking for it!

    • sheryl

The Scotch coupon now states it is 'not valid on kid's scissors'.  I got my deal last week before this appeared on the coupons.  I was printing out the tape coupon and noticed that.

      • Abbielou02

Last week i got a coupon that was valid for any scissor, and another coupon for Adult only scissors (I used that coupon and got a nice pair of adult scissors for .79!) So maybe they are just out of the other coupon?

        • Dawn

I to noticed that.  I had printed a bunch off when I got the email from Scotch on June 30.  So, got all my kids scissors free.  But, the news prints should work for the upcoming scissors at Publix.

      • Gilpritchett44

        Always save those pdf Q's.

    • Tyedyemomma

I cannot get the super pretzel to work, anyone else?

unfortunately, the print limit has already been reached…i didn't get mine either :'(

      • Jmholley

        i can't either:(

    • Sonya

Not much of a sale for things I REALLY need…but I might need to go this wkn for the cereal. :)  Also the Publix ice cream yellow advantage sale is not longer going on. In my store the ice cream was $3 for only one week. Please check your stores before you purchase.

    • Chris

BTW – no Angel Soft Q at that link or on their site.  If someone finds one please post it here – I looked everywhere and nothing.

    • newtoPublix

where to you get the green advantage buy flyers?

      • Chris

In stores where they have the other flyers usually

        • newtoPublix

I have always looked there at my Publix and they are never there. I guess that is why I find Publix frustrating.  Just not used to them.  Thank you so much for your help.

          • Chris

Try asking at Customer Service then.  They may be holding them there because someone was taking too many OR you have someone coming in and taking a big giant stack so there are none left.  HTH

            • mommyof1

at the publix in pooler ga.. they have them behind the desk i guess.. i have never seen them with the other flyers.. next trip i am going to ask.. =) i always forget

            • Lisacoupons

They have them at the customer service desk in Pooler.

            • Jbluikart

And I would like to add how awesome the publix is in Pooler!  I have never had a bad experience there.

      • gardengirl

they are either at the carosel at the door or customer service.

        • newtoPublix

Thanks you, I called my store and they keep them at customer service desk.  Just wish mine would take Target Qs.

    • Chris

If your store also accepts Target – Target has a Q for $5 gc wyb 5 Glade.  Stack that with the manuf Q and it's an mm!

      • Mandyrae728

Publix only accepst money off cupons not coupons that offer a gift card or free product in return for the purchase of a product

        • Chris

Really?  Cause the one store near me took the free wyb XX Qs from Target on the Oscar Mayer lunchmeat.  Guess I'll have to ask that store.

      • Ewynn61689

now how would a publix give you a free $5 gift card…duh!
i think you have this very wrong!

        • Ewynn61689

i mean a free $5 target gift card if you are shopping at publix!

          • Chris

They would issue a Publix gc instead or $5off.  Target did it with their own gc Qs on the Bounty PT previously and if Publix accepts $$off$$ comp Qs then it basically works the same way.  I thought I would point it out so if someone’s store accepts Target then they can ask if they would honor that Q – it’s all about clarification at the store.  I certainly plan on asking my closest store that accepts Target or asking Target if they will price match – never hurts to ask!!

    • Matt

The Recycle Bank coupon deal for Kashi does not quite work because Recycle Bank has a Limit of you can only print 1 Coupon every 30 days so even if you print and collect them they have expiration dates on them. I know I don't leave them laying around that long.

      • Bryarsmom

Ah, but Matt-we have multiple accounts in our fam….AND multiple pc's.

        • Matt

ah great idea :-) thanks might be time for me to get another account to :-)

    • scarieusc

I was so excited to find Tastykakes in my store (Columbia, SC) today!!  I am from Phila and have been asking for these for years and apparently, so have many others!  If you have never tried them, they are worth the splurge!!

      • WesternPA

I'm right there with you!  I'm from Western PA and there's nothing like a Tastykake!  I'll have to check my store.  Which one did you go to?

      • Anonymous

LOVE!! Peanut butter candy cakes are to DIE for and I have missed them SO since moving from NJ.
I’ve never seen them at PX but Ingles has sold them for awhile now.

    • Babymama528220

I went to the solo website looking for the coupon but couldn't find it.  Does anyone know what to click on for the q?

      • mommyof1

couldnt find it either.. must be gone already

    • emj

Can someone tell me if this Kashi deal is do-able?
BUY:(1) Kashi Cereal(2) Kashi TLC Bars(1) Kashi TLC Cookies

      USE:
      (1) Free Kashi TLC Cracker or Cookie WYB Kashi cereal and TLC Bars (Publix Coupon)
      (1) $2/4 Kashi items (Target Coupon)
      (4) $2 off Kashi item (Manufacturer Coupon)

      • Pcarmi

I think you can only use the manufacturer's Q's and EITHER the Target or the Publix Q as they are both store.  And that's IF your store accepts Target Q's…mine doesn't :(

      • Coupon Gal

I would think that the manufacturer coupons would be okay, but the problem would be the publix & target qs.  The target q takes up all 4 items, so the the publix q could not be used b/c there are no more items to use it on.  If the target q was $2/3 items you'd be okay, but since target and publix q's are considered store q's then you'd have to have 5 items to use both.  If you had 5-$2 off manufacturer q, and were buying 5 items total, you'd be okay.  Does this make since…because now that I'm reading it, it confuses me……..HTH!

        • emj

Thanks for your help! I think I'm going to buy 5 items and use (5) MF coupons, (1) Publix coupon, and (1) Target coupon. Hopefully that will work and I will get everything for free. Otherwise I'll just buy 4 items and not use the Publix coupon.

          • Couponeagle11

i would go to target to use those coupons i just did today and got 5 boxes of granola bars at 2.99(you could do cereal or cookies its all included) total 14.95-2.00 target wyb 4 and 1 2.00 off (thats all i had) paid 7.96 but the more 2.00 off you had in manu the better you could get

      • Bryarsmom

Why not throw in a recyclebank $2. Q to sweeten the deal? I'm headed over there now to redeem some of my points :)

      • Matt

Since the Kashi Cookies would be Free with the Publix Coupon you can only use coupons on items you pay for so at my Publix for example I would try to use:

        (1) Free Kashi TLC Cracker or Cookie WYB Kashi cereal and TLC Bars (Publix Coupon)
        (1) $2/4 Kashi items (Target Coupon)
        (3) $2 off Kashi item (Manufacturer Coupon)

But not sure about the $2/4 Target coupon because you are only paying for 3 items.

      • Couponeagle11

in west alabama you could use the publix coupon with the 4 $2.00 off coupons or you could use the 2/4 target with the 4 2.00 off coupons

    • Adstorey

On the neosporin lip items you can use the $1 off 1 couopns that expire on 07/31/2011. I am not sure when they were in the paper. So it makes them 0.99 each. They will have to call the manager over b/c you are using two manu and one store.

    • Cori C.

For the Glade candle coupons–does she mean September All You and October Good Housekeeping from last year? If they are from this year's how are we supposed to use a coupon in July from a magazine that won't come out for several more months? Maybe I'm missing something….

      • Danyeln

They are from 2010.  The coupons have not expired yet although most have been used by now.

    • Forevercarolina

Really sad that the Snapple coupon is gone… and the Starkist… :(

      • sonya

What Starkist coupon do you need I have 4 $.75/1 Seasations, email me if you want these. sonya12380@yahoo.com

    • Deborah

Just need to share that I have been shopping at Publix for the last 7 months using coupons and B1G1 and I have always had wonderful experiences here in Florida.  But the last two weeks I have NOT had good experiences.  The cashiers have taken very long to enter my coupons and have not accepted ones they have accepted before.  I am wondering what is going on or have they changed their policy or something????   I had one cashier tell me he could only take one coupon on the B1G1 along with there being some question with the local competitors coupons.  I am very aware of my local Publix coupon policy and its competitors and follow the guidelines laid out……but wondering what has changed or why all the negtive treament from cashiers.  I spoke with my local stores manager last night and he was very sorry for my experience.  Any thoughts on what is going on????

      • Lana

I had a similar experience here in SC last week.  I am not finding it a pleasure to shop at Publix lately.

        • Deborah

I will not let it stop me because I am saving money for my family and being a good steward.  As long as there are coupons….I will be using it as money and I will keep being nice and smile at the cashiers, then take it to the managers. Coupons are dollor bills, they just have other stuff on them instead of famous men.  In some ways the coupons have more value then the paper play money the US gov. is printing.  At least the stores get $1.08 for every $1.00.  Pretty good deal!

          • NFaucher

I wish the employees were as educated on the policies as we are.  It would save a lot of time.  I used to be a Publix employee, and I really tried to help my customers get the most for their money.

      • Sarahh569

its b/c of the extreme coupon show ruining it for everyone.

        • Deborah

Yessss…. I have been wondering if it has had a impact????   My sister that lives in VA said that they have had write ups in the local paper about couponers and reports on the news and saying that there is abuse, etc.

        • autie

I've been struggling lately to find sales items….the shelves in my area are being CLEARED.  The mgr. at Wags told me the other day that there are couponers who literally wait for the 4 a.m. delivery truck to arrive so they can pick up the sales items asap….REALLY?!?!

          • Savyredhead

I avoid WAGs now because of that.  It makes me very angry that they allow people to “clear” the shelves.  It is ridiculous and very unfair.  That's okay though we will see these people on Hoarders in a few months because they are trapped in their houses because they couldn't get out of the doors from all of the eye makeup and crap they bought and aren't using.

      • mommyof1

We visit florida often and shop at the jacksonville publix on 103rd.. i tried to use 2 coupons for the bogo dog treats one time.. and the cashier kept telling me i couldnt.. i KNEW i was right, but she called the manager who set her straight, i was very friendly with her and the mngr the entire time, but she treated me as though i was trying to steal the products..   i dont know why some cashiers and even mngrs are so hateful to coupon users.. if it wasnt for certain coupons and their matching sales, i woudlnt even shop at certain stores.. coupons bring in business.. and they act like we are thieves..  im sorry for your shopping trip.. its a shame that we have to feel “scared” almost to go through the checkout!

        • Deborah

I agree with you…..I would not be shopping at Publix or buying some of the items I do if it was not for couponing…..as I told the manager last night they create the policy and all the Publix coupons…..so why create the policy if they have a problem with people following the policy.  Even using coupons and shoppings sales I drop a good amount of money into Pubix every week.

        • Deniseapplewood

The reason some cashiers are “hateful” when we use a competitor's coupon and a manufactors is that they do not get reimbursed for the competitor's coupon.  As Publix is a company that is owned in part by it's employees, they loose that money.  It effects their bounses, their retirement (stock) and pay raises.  Not that I am excuesing them.  I have worked for them in the past and my husband has been with them for 30 years and yes I too use competitors, maufactors and store coupons.  I need the savings now!!!!   Next time compain to the manager or call the corporate office.

          • PublixEmployee

Denise, you are both right and wrong.  Yes, Publix is an “employee-owned” company —but unless you are a manager, most are working at minimum wage and the shameful trend in the last 5 yrs. or so is to NOT even hire Full Time employees. And they DO NOT LOSE $$ on Any coupon transaction!  Take it from me, I worked in Marketing & Advertising and also Grocery distribution for over 10 yrs.  Even if it has a L.U. # on it, the Mfr. has 1)  made a special price for Publix on the sale item and 2) has built in a percentage rebate (i.e. coupon) for ea. palette ordered by the stores.  THEY MAKE MONEY HAND OVER FIST with EVERY coupon, incl. their “Competitors” store coupons.  How?  You’re shopping THERE instead of across the street at the competitors!

            • Deniseapplewood

Thanks for the correction.  I travel over 20 miles to get to my Publix.  But it’s the only place you can get certain items.  Our local store, Food Lion, is real small so I only go once a week.  Coming from a long term Publix Family ( Mom. Dad. both Brothers and Nephew as well as my husband) They have been good to us.  Plus its nice to put my money back into the company that pays my bills.

      • michelle

I am not sure what is “officially” going on, but I definitely notice the same thing.  I have 2 different Publix stores around me. I will not be going back to one of them because I have problems every single time that I go.  When I was leaving the checkout last week, I told the cashier thank you and she replied “um hmm”.  I knew that would be my last visit.  I have never had any problems at the other location.

        • Chris

Tell the store manager or let Corporate know.  Publix's big thing is their customer service and they really come down hard on stores when they get reports of bad customer service (as told to me by a Asst Store Mgr and a Customer Svc Mgr).

      • Vanessalee03

I had a similar experience at Kroger in Smyrna Tn last night….I had a BOGO coupon for Axe deo and a 1.50 coupon from Kroger…I have always been able to use 2 coupons if I bought 2 items…when I went last night I was told that they no longer accept 2 coupons on BOGO free!!! So I went next door to Publix and they gladly accepted my coupon!!! What is wrong with Kroger??

        • Chris

Which Kroger?  The one on S Cobb Dr at Concord is pretty good.  The one on Atlanta Rd is AWFUL.  I drive to Acworth to the one on Cobb Pkwy just because it is a big store and has really nice people.  So sad to have to go that far.

        • Serattcoupons

Figures!  I stopped shopping a lot at Kroger when the one on S. Lowry closed.  The one on Sam Ridley is always dirty and crowded.  With those changesin the coupon policy, I'm not seeing a whole lot of reasons to go in there.

          • Ddorris

I agree. The store seems unclean. The last time my husband went in there, he became so frustrated, he said he didn’t care to go back. They are not as friendly as Publix either.

      • NFaucher

I too had a similar experience last Friday night.  I was buying one single toothbrush, and wanted to use a publix Q with a manuf. Q.  The cashier said I had to only use one Q… manager came over and let me have the two Qs.  Weird.

      • Trisha

I really think it has everything to do with the “Extreme Couponing” show and the overwhelming response to it.  Many people are now going out with multiple coupons and trying to get “deals” without researching the coupon policies at various stores.  I'm sure they are also trying to use more than 1 man. q per item, finding out they can't, and getting huffy about it.  Some people really give couponers a bad name!

      • raulerson

I have been getting the run around about q’s as well… Its almost like the cashiers are terrified they will do something wrong and get into trouble. The last 3 trips to Publix they have acted so nervous and called over a manager to get clarity. I certainly hope people would not be in trouble for willingly taking the coupons– especially since they are legitimate… Publix makes money on these mnf q’s for crying out loud…. Just really a weird vibe lately…

    • Esouth7259

I got 19 eye enhancer eyeshadow from CG at publix for $2.99 and I used the store coupon for $1.50 off and I had 15 $1.00 off q and 4 $2.50/2 q and the total with out tax was 56.81 and after coupons I paid with tax $3.59!!!! I think I robbed them! LOL! :)

      • beth

I think you robbed all of the other coupon shoppers too!  Taking 19 green flyers is the reason that many people can't even find 1 left…and the reason that the shelves are empty.  I don't know if you've noticed, but this exact product goes on sale for this same price w/ Q's at least every other month.  I also think Publix is wrong for letting you use that many q's.  I just hope that maybe you are doing something good w/ your extreme couponing, like donating them to a women's shelter.

        • Chris

OK – so she bought 19.  Maybe she goes through a lot of make-up?  Why does she have to donate it, or even some of it, just because she bought 19?  I ordered 18 bottles, 3 cases, of Method dish soap (because with the manuf Q and Whole Foods comp Q it makes them 0.50/ea) – and I'm keeping EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE.  It's a good deal so I'm stocking up so I won't have to buy it again for a loooong time – so what?

My point was about items vs coupons used as that doesn't sound right at all. But if she wants 19 of them then more power to her.

          • Tammy Y

Chris- Dish soap is a hech of a lot different than makeup! She's only get 2 EYES for crying out loud!!

            • Chris

I agree however if you think about it it's not that much – if you put on makeup twice a day those little pads so don't last very long (and you're not supposed to keep makeup for very long anyways if it touches your face).  I'm thinking it would probably last a year or so but who knows – maybe she's sharing or using them for party gift bags or stocking stuffers or her daughter's sleep-over makeup party.  A little harsh to judge without all of the details.

            • Andrea

Seriously?????  There's really no need to be so harsh.  It's makeup and a really good deal and not many people buy makeup from grocery stores.  Lay off of her, if you don't agree then fine, no need to be so harsh.  Publix obviously didn't have a problem with it or they wouldn't have let her purchase that much and they are the ones to say what's right and wrong in their stores….not you!!

          • Cori C.

The difference is you didnt wipe out the shelf of dish soap. You knew you wanted 18 bottles, so you pre-ordered. I certainly hope the person who made out with 19 eyeshadows doesn’t shop at my Publix because it sounds like they’ll be out of eyeshadows now.

        • Justineandtodd

How do you know that she got them from Publix? Where I live they are inserted into the free papers. A little dumpster diving and I can have a handful in no time.

          • Chris

Right!  Or even ask and sometimes they'll give you a stack from the back (which is what I do if I need more than one or two).  I think the number is actually beside the point and ppl need to so get over that.

            • Tatersmomma101

If you buy multiple newspapers on Sunday, they have the green and yellow ads for Publix in them when they are published. So not everyone is “stealing” them. (not directed at Chris)

          • Polkadotsnponytails

DUMPSTER DIVING IS ILLEGAL IN MOST STATES….so let's don't go promoting that either.  People let's be clear, we all want to save money and get things for a little money OOP as possible.  It's just not in “coupon etiquette” to buy that many of something, and again i say SHAME ON PUBLIX for allowing shoppers to do that.  It is my understanding that Publix changed their policy to one store coupon per person so obviously the store is not following their own coupon policy.  And yes, i agree with Chris about the number of coupons used.  You used more coupons that you had items and that is also nothing to brag about because that is just flat out wrong!  Coupon cheating is coupon fraud!

            • Cqueen3

The church that I go to has a HUGE paper recycling dumpster. They do not mind if we get coupons out of it at all. The pastor was actually impressed that I would go that far to help out our families budget.

And you are allowed to use more than one coupon per item at Publix if one is a store coupon and the other is a manufacturers. I have some used twice as many coupons as I have items purchased if it is a run for just a few sale items specifally to use coupons.

            • Aztecblondie

Yes, Polka, you may use one Store and one Manu coupon per item, even when the Publix store coupon reads “one coupon per item”.  Publix still allows you to stack.  I believe that wordage prevents the customer from using multiple store coupons on one single item.

            • Tatersmomma101

The Publix coupons now read “one coupon per item”  or at least the ones I used the other week for carefree liners that were 10 for $10 and the store q was $1.25.

            • Tatersmomma101

The Publix coupons now read “one coupon per item”  or at least the ones I used the other week for carefree liners that were 10 for $10 and the store q was $1.25.

          • Debbiesc

I don't want to add to it, but I have bought multiple ones on e-bay.  I am by no means a hoarder or buy more that 2 of and item, but I do get a coupon book each visit.  Even if I don't use it, I cut them and leave them for others, coupon fairy I call it.

            • Smamf1922

I don't buy any q's but I do leave the really good ones for products I don't buy…especaillly the baby section.

          • raulerson

They come in the Sunday inserts too…

        • Ewynn61689

So, ive always been under the impression you can only use one of the green flyer coupons for the same item in one transaction.
so im now figuring out you can use multiples of the same green flyer coupon for the same item in the same transaction????

          • Cori C.

The coupons state “limit one deal per coupon per customer.”  However, if they are anything like my Publix, they don’t seem to care very much about adhering to policy. I called corporate on them recently because there have been numerous occasions where I have witnessed the store not following the “limit 10” on BOGO’s. I’m not trying to be difficult but it is very frustrating to visit a store 5-6 times a week and they are always out of stock b/c they do not follow policy.

            • Chris

Instead of going to the store 5 or 6 times in the week to try and catch something in stock why not just get a rain check?  Then even after the sale you can just get the item at the BOGO price!  I do it all the time and it saves a lot of hassle and headache.  Give it a try and you can cut down on trips hopefully.

      • autie

Congrats on the great deal, however, since you bought a ton of them…I'm hoping that you left plenty for other shoppers???

      • Chris

Sounds like you really did rob them as there was some double-dipping there to me – if you used the store Qs for $1.50 plus 15 manuf Qs for $1 plus 4 manuf Qs for $2.50/2 then you should have actually bought 23 units not 19.  But please correct me if I have the Qs wrong.

Don't get me wrong – I'm so not against buying in quantity (I myself just special ordered 3 cases, 18 units, of the Method dish soap) but when you double-dip and use Qs for more items than items actually purchased that hurts us all because then not only are couponers looked at closer than they already are it takes forever to checkout because they read and scrutinize every word on the Qs.

        • Jeremy2911

Chris, before you go all opinionated, learn the facts first.  To correct you, she did buy 19 products, and had 19 Mfr. Q's.  ADDITIONALLY, Store coupons can be stacked (including competitor's store Q's like Target, etc.) so she actually could have used up to 19 add'.l Publix STORE coupons/Competitor coupons in this transaction.  Yep, up to 38 coupons for 19 items!!!

          • Jtdjagos

My store in SC only allows you to use 1 of a competitor cpn for an item. If you buy 3 of the same product you can use 3 man plus 3 pubix but you can only use 3 man and 1 competitor cpn

          • Chris

Right – I’m not stupid.  According to her post she used 19 store Qs 15 manuf Qs and 4 more manuf Qs.  BUT if you READ the post it says the manuf Qs were $1/1 then she used 4 manuf Qs $2.50/2.  SO if she used 15 $1/1 manuf plus 4 $2.50/2 manuf then she should have bought 23 units and not 19 – regardless of whether she stacked with store Qs or not.

How about if YOU do the MATH before jumping down my throat.

          • Chris

Since my post was deleted I apparently have to repost and be nicer.

Yes you can stack – I am aware of that.  But do the math – she used 15 $1/1 manuf Qs and 4 $2.50/2 manuf Qs.  Regardless if she stacked store Qs or not the manuf Qs add up to 23 items that are covered by the Qs – not 19.  So what she did was use the 2.50/2 Qs on just one item each – which is in violation of the terms of the Q.

Stack away – but be sure to purchase the right number of items for the terms of the Qs being used.  I’ve made the mistake myself but usually catch it at the register when I review my Qs pulled against the items on the belt (or the cashier catches it for me and I just have them ring up the missing items and go get them when finished).  Could have been an honest mistake she made but it looks like it was not – that’s why I asked her to clarify the Qs if I had it wrong.  But since the post was deleted I guess it’s all moot anyways.

      • Tammy

Shame on you Esouth7259!!  You will soon find that this is not the place that you want to “brag” about hoarding coupons and cheating others out of deals. We all try to be fair here and reasonable with out coupon use.  It is because of people like you that stores are cracking down on those of us that are fair when we use coupons.  My local Publix has put the flyers behind the customer service desk and only allows 2 per customer now…mostly because of transactions like yours.  Shame on your Publix store for allowing you to do this also.

        • Amanda

Tammy, while I agree that using more than one store q per trip is obviously against their corporate coupon policy and therefore should not be done, it does not give you the right to rant like a crazy person because someone has more coupons than you….it just makes you look bad.  What do you care if someone buys 19 eyeshadows?  In 6 months is your life going to be dramatically different because you missed an eyeshadow deal?   Also, what seems like alot of something to you isn't necessarily excessive in someone else's situation.  I bought 15 mascaras when they were practically free at cvs a couple months ago.  They had a ton of them and by the time I put one in each of my nieces and daughters stocking at christmas I'll have one left over.  All situations are different.

      • Bryarsmom

I did this a yr or so ago…there was also a deal going on during the same time featuring Revlon tools-I kept going in the nearby stores and I eventually had a bag of them! (the tools were free with overage!)
I still hav some left to this day LOL! Great for gift bags :)

      • Tammy

REALLY Esouth? You actually think that is something to brag about? No wonder Publix has changed their coupon policy, Idiot.

      • AshATL

I don't see how one person can use 19 eyeshadows before they go bad and/or they get bored with the color.  Please keep in mind that those enough who are purchasing a reasonable amount of these items for personal use miss out when you do something like this.  As Chris mentioned, you can ask the stores to order extra for you if you are planning to buy extra, but there is no indication this shopper was that considerate.  As someone else stated, this stuff goes on sale ALL. THE. TIME.  Buying more than you need is never a bargain – storing all this stuff has its own costs.  If you are donating the items, good for you, but your motives do not change the fact that your behavior is the reason why there has recently been so much couponing backlash that has begun to erode the fun for the rest of us.  Just look at the posts below.  If you are congratulating someone for buying more eyeshadow than they can use in a decade, then wonder why the stores are suddenly being so restrictive and the cashiers are treating you like a criminal, put two and two together.  It's easy to get carried away, especially at first, but we should all behave responsibly, even if it's done just so that we can continue to enjoy the savings.

    • Found a “Do Right with Every Bite” display at Publix last night.  The display had product info for Kashi and Bear Naked products, green living, and a seperate coupon packet.  Available coupons were:

$1 off any 2 Kashi Cereals
$1 off any Bear Naked Granola or Snack
$1 off any 2 Kashi TLC Snacks
$1 off any Kashi All Natural Frozen Entree of Pizza
(This last coupon is especially great right now since Kashi frozen entrees are currently 4 fo $10)

      • Chris

They might also be with the regular flyers and such at the front of the store.  My closest store had them there so I grabbed 2 for a friend since I don't buy Kashi.

    • Kawi1234

As you, I am always excited about a great deal; however, we do need to keep it within moderation.  People like you are the reason why stores are creating such strict couponing policy's.  Not to mention you aren't saving the booklets or the product for your fellow couponers.

    • Cicitrail

Speed Stick Anti-Perspirant, 2.7-3.25 oz, or Lady Speed Stick 2.25-2.3 oz, at $2.59 ($1.29) -.50/1 Speed Stick Men’s deodorant, (sign up) printable(makes it 29¢)

Just a question, how is this possible if the item is $1.29 each and you have a coupon for .50/1 how can it only be 29 cents should it not be .79 cents?  Please explain for me

      • Chris

If your store doubles then the 0.50 Q doubles to $1 so it would be 0.29.  If you have no doubling then you are correct it would be 0.79.

        • Cicitrail

I am in Florida, so I forget about the doubles that some other areas get thank you… LOL

      • Krissie_todorova

I believe that this is assuming your store will let you stack (2) .50 or less coupons. If you live in Florida, like me, that doesn't happen.

      • Rgcr2217

that is only if you store doubles

    • Cpnldy11

Way to go Esouth…! I went to my Publix and got 12.  I was actually suprised cus I thought they would be all gone. They weren't cus the average person does not buy makeup from Publix so the product just sits there.  For those who are trying to shame Esouth… I say shame on you.  Who are you to judge!  I forsee couponers having problems with being approached in stores by people like you who feel you have to dip your noses in other people's shopping carts.

      • Scsharpe

I feel bad for Esouth also. If the store allows that person to buy that many, that is fine by me. However, can we just explain to people that maybe they used too many manufacturer coupons (1 store and 1 manuf per item) so they know for next time and maybe we shouldn't say that we robbed anyone either because that does make new people to the site think we are doing something wrong. Just the way you word things makes a big difference. I know I have said a fair share of negative things and made mistakes without realizing it. Maybe when we respond we could go think about our response before we type it. Thanks, I enjoy reading about everyone's deals and it makes me sad to see someone else just trying to share get smacked down because maybe they made a mistake.

        • AshATL

I would like to point out that people are only using the word “robbed” because Esouth specifically remarked that she felt like she “robbed the store.”

      • Ewynn61689

        you got 12…of one item!
thats just ridiculous! dont u ever think someone else might want some too!!!!!

    • Ashes

Has anyone tried using any of the coupons from the “stocking up” booklet that was just mailed? I just noticed all the coupons says MANUFACTURERS but state redeem only at publix and have an LU# with no barcode. They should still allow you to stack since its a store q. Just wondering if anyone has had a hard time or anything.

      • Matt

as long as they have a LU # they ring up at my Publix just like a Publix coupon that you can stack with a Man. Coupon.

      • Smamf1922

I've used these at BILO too since I do most of my shopping there to get the FUELPERKS>

      • Anniescott114

I just used some for bbq sauce and ritz crackers and was allowed to stack. 2 bottles of bbq 2 ritz crackers and a john frieda shampoo…oop $0.35

      • Shannon0503

how do you get the stocking up booklet??

    • Mommy2monkeyboy

So now there are no coupons that can be used on scotch scissors? anyone saved the previous pdf file?

      • Btfortner5

I printed the coupon today, however scotch has added a little small print to the coupons that states cannot be used for child scissors.

        • Mommy2monkeyboy

Yeah and so this coupon cannot be used on scotch 5' scissors. I was hoping someone saved the previous pdf.

          • Anniescott114

i have a copy of the pdf, send me your email and I'll send it to you.

            • Mommy2monkeyboy

Hey, thanks! I digged and found the pdf saved on my computer :)

        • Bamagrits84

I printed mine yesterday and it didn't say that.  Last week Publix was out in my area so I got a rain check and had a printable from last week.  It didn't say that either.

      • Frugalgoddess

Did you get someone to email it to you? I can tomorrow from my desktop, where the file is saved.

    • MarySC

Just FYI… I haven't found any poly 2 pocket folders for less than at Publix… the ten cent ones are paper.

      • Trisha

I found some at Office Depot for 49 cents.

      • Wooburne1

Is that the ones @ Walgreens for .09 cents?

    • savin4morefamily

All the Stayfree/Carefree prints are gone. :(

    • LaBreeze

The link for 1.50/3 Glade takes me to Pillsbury and I do not find a Glad coupon on their site.  Any tips?

    • Jenney

There's no coupon for red baron or super pretzel. Does anyone have luck finding them?

      • tiredmom

Couldn't find it either.  Any Help?

        • LadyGizmo

I believe they are out of prints already.

    • Bamagrits84

Upromise question – home many times can you use the upromise coupons?  For example if I buy 2 of the 3pks of glue sticks will I get $1.50 in my upromise account?

      • Wooburne1

        only once

    • Bamagrits84

Also for the Nabisco there is still a $1/2 coupon good.  Not sure what insert it came from.

    • Pat

I just noticed the Publix coupon from theSmart Savings booklet for Method brand dish soap expired yesterday. : (   Do you think they'll honor it if I run out this afternoon and try to use it with the manufactureres coupon?

      • Chris

Most stores would take it.  My closest stores told me they run coupons Sun thru Sat so if a Q expires that week on say Weds they will still take it up until Sat when they close their Qs for the week.  Ask your store to get the specifics for that location.

      • Smamf1922

yes, I do!  I've gotten the BOGO specials even a day or so later.  doesn't hurt to try.

      • Lori

They should take it as long as the coupon expires in the same week that we are in. They turn their coupons in on Saturday, so they would still be able to get credit for the coupon.

        • Ryn

They won't get paid for it.  The print out that they submit with the coupons will show when the item was purchased with the coupon

      • Publix Chick

We were told at my store to never accept a coupon past the expiration date. Some stores still might, it's up to your manager.

    • Carissa

Don’t forget your Target coupons!  Check out the coupons on Target.com

$1 off 2 Bic writing utensil
$1 off Sharpie Permanent Marker Item$1 off Papermate Item
      $1 off Scotch Tape
      $1 off Post it Tabs

    • Gwelch56

Why on earth does the Betty Crocker coupon link for Hamburger Helper come up in Spanish?  that aint RIGHT!!!

      Gary

    • Queuepawn

I think the “Poly 2 Folder” is a plastic folder (50cents at Target for 1 this week), not the paper ones that are 10-15 cents at other stores.  You might want to check if you're in the market for plastic folders–2 for 79 cents is a great deal IF they are plastic (not paper).

      • Tatersmomma101

Yes the poly are the plastic ones… Great if they are the ones with pockets and the tabs!

    • Katiej

Can you stack the $5.00 pampers coupon in the “stocking up” booklet with the $3.00 in-ad pampers coupone.  The one in the “stocking up” booklet says manufacturer, but only has an LU# and no barcode.  I am really hoping you can use them together…$8.00 off would be great!!

      • Just came on here to ask the same thing…anyone know? :-)

        • Couponeagle11

the in ad coupon is a store coupon and the stocking spree is a store so you would have to choose one or the other

      • Brooke1261

You can only use 1 store coupon and 1 manu. coupon…..the in-ad coupon is probably a store coupon.

      • Carissa

That's a good question!  Hmmm.  I just checked and all the coupons in that booklet say they are mfr.  That's a “misprint” that I've never seen Publix make!  I'm pretty sure it's a misprint as it deliberately has the LU number.  But it doesn't hurt to ask your manager how he feels about you using both coupons!

Personally, I'm a Huggies kind of girl, but aren't there real mfr Qs in the PG saver?

      • Ewynn61689

where is the stocking up booklet? i cant figure it out!

      • Aztecblondie

No matter what it says, if there is only an LU# and no bar code, it has to be a Publix (Store) coupon.

    • NewToThis

Where do you get the Oooh and Ahh Big Baby booklet?  Is mailed or in-store?

      • In store starting 7/21.

        • Joyfulmom

          THANK YOU!!!!!!

        • OhBookletsWhereDoIGetU

          Thank you!!!!

    • Wooburne1

      only once

    • Wooburne1

Is that the ones @ Walgreens for .09 cents?

    • Serattcoupons

Figures!  I stopped shopping a lot at Kroger when the one on S. Lowry closed.  The one on Sam Ridley is always dirty and crowded.  With those changesin the coupon policy, I'm not seeing a whole lot of reasons to go in there.

    • Taffyclarkcda

Can you use a manf. + store + formula chk together? That would be awesome because I have several that are about to expire!

      • Jennifer G.

I think you should be able to since the check is rung up as a check, not a coupon.

      • Yuliyaporter

you sure can. i do it all the time

      • Sarah B

        YES you can, I have!

      • Publix Chick

Most stores will allow it. The coupons are accepted as long as they fit the policy and the check is accepted as a form of payment. We were told at my store to accept all 3. Hope this helps.

      • Taffyclarkcda

        Woohoo! LOL… Thanks everybody!

    • bootsiegirl

The link to the Angel Soft coupon takes me to their website but I don't see where to register.  What do I click on?

    • Cierravictoria

I just noticed a $1/ANY cheese coupon on coupons.com listed under area code 34223. Great to use with Cabot cheese (which rarely has coupons!)

      • Jessica

I believe it says valid only in FL so it's not good if you live in another state.

        • Cierravictoria

right, but i live in florida, so it works for me! :) was hoping that there would be some people that could use it…

    • Jacketfan24

The ad says Snackwell's cookies are on sale but the .75 coupon she has listed specifies Snackwell's bars, not cookies.  Bummer…  Also, I've never tried the Smart Balance milk before, but I've heard it lasts a long time.  Anyone know if it's good?  I'd like to try it at that price.
      Happy shopping!

      • Rrbarr

        WE like it!

      • Acdeb5

i bought 14 of the milk the last ad and we used it all. it is good.

      • Ansley

I bought it last time it was on sale at Bi-Lo. I think it is good! Great for cereal.

      • Berniemac

We thought it was great, I really couldnt tell the difference

      • Julesavesbig

I use the Smart Balance and LOVE it!!  Great taste and it lasts a long time!!

      • The bars that the coupon specifies are currently on sale (advantage buy I think) for 2/$5.  I bought a box last night with my .75 off coupon.  Also-the Smart Balance milk is great, and it does last quite a long time!

      • cg

When I bought the Smart Balance milk my husband and I noticed the difference and could not drink the Smart Balance milk. We are both lifelong milk drinkers– me, skim and him, 1% or 2%. The SB milk tasted nasty to us. Thank goodness we only got 3 at 50 cents each. Just putting that out there that not everyone LOVES it, and you might want to get one and try it before comminting to a big stockpile.

        • cg

          *committing

        • Tatersmomma101

You can use it to cook with–  mashed potatoes or pudding ect… Works just as well as regular milk… Then it isnt wasted.

      • SmartShopper

We really like the Smart Balance milk and so do all of my friends and their families.

      • Judy

I like it.  The skim really does taste like 2%.  I don't usually care for skim so this makes eating healthier tastier and cheaper.

      • Jtdjagos

my 15 year old son says it is the best, creamiest tasting milk he has ever had.

      • Aztecblondie

My 7 year old loves it!  It is great tasting AND lasts so much longer!

      • Mommaof1

My daughter has no problem drinking milk, but she would not drink this milk. And the overall expiration date is longer, but I think it says on the carton that once it is opened you have to use it within 7 or 14 days. I can't remember.

    • OhBookletsWhereDoIGetU

Can someone please tell me how to get some of these booklets I keep seeing?  Here are a couple of the booklets I'm wondering about Oooh and Ahh big baby, Kraft food and family booklet, Smuckers booklet.

      • Publix Chick

Your best bet is to ask at your customer service desk for them if you don't see them on the sales floor. Sometimes stores keep them behind the counter if they are in an area where they have people taking a case at a time.

        • OhBookletsWhereDoIGetU

          Thanks!!!!

    • Switchfan

FYI, the Kashi recyclebank coupon is limited to one print at a time.  As
in, you can only “buy” one coupon (no hitting the “reload” button on
your browser), and it expires before they will let your account buy and
print another one.  So, in the “use 4 recyclebank and the $2/4 Target
coupon” scenario, you would have to get them from other people to have
that many recyclebank coupons to use.

    • couponuser

The cashier at my Publix in Smyrna, TN told me that you can use one q from each competitor and a manufacture q per item. For example, my Publix takes Target, Kroger, Food Lion, and Sav-A-Lot coupons. She explained that if I had a Kroger q, Publix q, and a Manu q I can use all of them. I thought it was one store q and one manu q. Is this true that we can use a q from each competitor?

      • Carissa

I'm on the Hermitage side of Nashville, and we can only use 1 Publix coupon OR Competitor coupon and then a Mfr.  That was even before the new policy roll out…  My manager explained it this way….  Publix adopts the competitor coupons as their own, so it's just like using a Publix coupon.  Can you use 2 Publix coupons for a single item?

The only exception to that is the $ off $$ coupons.  The policy states that you can use a Publix Q AND Competitor Q on those, but the total order must come to the sum of the qualifying amounts.

      • Candiceburnham

Which store, the Sam Ridley or Lee Victory? Do you know which cashier? I need to start going for that person! :)

      • Ddorris

I tried to use a Publix, Target and manufactures in the one on Sam Ridley and was told I could use the Publix or the Target but not both.

        • Olgav23

you can't use both a competitor and publix coupon for one item

      • Deborah

My understanding is that at Publix you can use a MFact Q and one store Q for each item…….store Q for Publix or which ever competitor is better…our choice.  When I spoke with the manager last night after my not so plesant experience this is what he confirmed.

      • Publix Chick

The uniform company policy states (as per their website):
Publix accepts manufacturers’ coupons (limit one per item), Publix
coupons (originals only—no copies), valid Internet coupons, and coupons
from nearby competitors identified by each Publix store. (Competitor
names are posted at each Publix store.) We will accept coupons from
competing pharmacies for prescriptions only. We will not accept
percent-off-items or percent-off-total-order coupons. We will only
accept coupons for identical merchandise we sell. Acceptance is subject
to any restrictions on the coupon, and we reserve the right to limit
quantities. Manager approval is needed for individual coupons above
$5.00. For a buy-one-get-one free (BOGO) offer, each item is considered a
separate sale. We will accept a manufacturer’s coupon and either a
Publix or a competitor coupon on the same item. Dollars-off-total-order
coupons will be limited to one Publix and one competitor coupon per
order. The order total must be equal to or greater than the total
purchase requirements indicated on the coupon(s) presented.

Maybe your store is making their own rules, but that is the company policy. Hope this helps.

      • couponuser

i agree with all of you. It didn't sound right to me, so I thought I would ask. I will ask at Customer Service today when I go in. I alwasy thought you could only use one store and one manu q per item. Candice, it's the store on Sam Ridley. I'm not sure of the cashier's name. I have seen her several times though.

    • Berniemac

I agree that extreme couponing hurt regular couponers. We are now all being scrutinized. I also agree that we will see them on hoarders in the future. Its upsetting that extreme couponers have to ruin it or the rest of us……….Seriuosly how will you ever go thru 77 bottles of mustard……….it was on the news the other night about stores cracking down and putting limits, but I beleive that was for fraudulent use of coupons.. I wish “EC” never aired

    • Edforbis5115

where can u get the Oooh and Ahh Big Baby booklet?

    • Savings4sharon

The scissors that were listed at 99 cents with the 1 coupon which was BOGO was accepted by one store, bad me, I did not grab the two and nothing was said but when I did my regular shopping today the gestopo pointed out it was not good for the 5inch. Lesson learned. Buy what you are going to buy when you have it. I was sick and needed to get home. Im getting a little tired of being policed at this Publix when I try to check before hand before I go to the counter.

      • Gotpaypal

Um, it's not gestapo if you were using a coupon incorrectly. you just got lucky the first time.

      • Jessica

So, you're upset at the cashier for making you abide by the terms on the coupon?

      • FL Girl

First off, you spelled Gestapo wrong. If you are going to insult someone, at least know how to spell what you are calling them. And second off all, he or she was just doing their job. You are the one using coupons incorrectly [a.k.a. coupon fraud] :)

    • ChozinByGod

Ladies, you might want to check your local Publix, the ones in my area had the John Frieda infusing shampoo for $2. 75. Use the Publix q and the manu q and there you have FREE Shampoo + money maker. I used the roll over to pay for another product and walked away only paying 4 cents total, for 4 shampoos + a 3.99 product w/ a q.

      • Ewynn61689

hey! will they let you use 4 of the same kinda of green flyer coupon in the same transaction?
i have always been under the impression that it's 1 green flyer coupon for the same item per transaction.
like I would not be able to use 4 of the john frieda $2.00 off green flyer coupons at the same time.
did ur store let you do this?

        • Joanne

It varies at each store, probably determined by the store manager. There are 2 Publix stores that are less than 2 miles away from me. One store holds the limit on store coupons the other store does not.

          • Aztecblondie

Yes, and mine has never batted an eye at any of my transactions and I've used 4 of these before in same transaction.  Totally depends upon the store.

            • Debbiesc

Also depends on the cashier, I had that happen and was going to do two separate transaction and she said no problem with doing both,  Just depends on the day, the cashier, the manager.  I love Publix and Bi-Lo, but nothing is ever consistent with any of the stores.

            • Kristin

I really wish Publix would clarify this.

      • Hanny

The coupons are for the John Frieda Root Awakening not infusing was that the one you saw its in a light green bottle ?

        • Aztecblondie

There is a  MQ $2 off Any John Frieda Product (expires 7/31) out there so that may be what she used.

My Publix is not ringing the Similac as $4.11 and they are refusing to honor what every website is listing.

      • Guest

Your prices may vary.  Jenny's listing just gives you a ballpark idea of the cost for the item.

      • April

I checked the ad this morning on their site and was super bummed that the Similac wasn't listed.  I was really excited about using my $5 off checks with the sale!

    • Anyone ever get the speed stick deodorant to print? Every time I try it doesn't work.

      • Jsteph78

E-mail it to yourself and then print it.  That's the only way I could get it to print.

        • Thanks…I'll try that.

The Scotch scissors are free with this printable:
      http://www.3m.com/brands/scotc

      • Carrieluvsgreg

Thanks for the link, but unless you have a raincheck for the scissors from last week's sale, I think they will definitely cost .99 with the coupon.  (Unless I am missing something…)

        • angel

I have searched all the Publix in my area and it seems as if they are not restocking them. I tried to print another coupon yesterday for them and I noticed that it now says that it excludes the kid scissors.

      • NewToThis

This coupons isn't good for the 5 inch (Kids) scissors

      • Sis2

Glad I saved that pdf coupon to my computer while the coupon was still available because it isn't showing up anymore.

    • Nessinha01

Pasta Q is no longer available and the glue I cannot use at publix bc my store doesn't have a loyalty card. =(

      • Jillsjunk135

Publix has a Upromise card…you have to ask for it and then register it online.

    • Lcohn

I have a favor to ask, any chance a email shopping list could be added to the functionality? Sometimes I need to email the list and print from another computer but I am unable to do this.

      • buffy3026

i sometimes print to pdf and email to myself.  mostly works!

    • Hannah

where can i get the yellow advantage booklet?

      • Carrieluvsgreg

Your store should have them placed near the entrance.  If you don't see them, ask customer service as many stores are keeping them there now to keep people from getting several instead of just one.

    • mllawson641

On the back of the “Savings are stocking up at Publix” it states Manufacturer Coupon. Can you still use this Publix coupon with a Manufactuer Coupon? Or can you only use one or the other?? Thanks for the help!!!

      • ddshockley

I am asking the same question.  The coupons state manufacturers coupon but there are no bar codes on the coupons only the Publix LU codes for the cashier to use.  So can we use these as a Publix coupon and stack a Man. Q with them?

        • Mchspk

          you can only use one

          • Sandy

My store disagrees with you. They are store coupons because they have an LU number and they let me stack them with a manufacturer coupon.

            • ddshockley

that is what I thought as well.  I think they are really store coupons.  I am going to try to use them that way.  Thanks to all that responded.

      • Mchspk

you can only use one or the other

      • Jillsjunk135

Where did you get that coupon book?

        • mllawson641

I received it through the mail…

      • FL Girl

I work there, and we got an e-mail from Corporate today saying to treat them as MFR Coupons because we will be getting reimbursed. So you can stack them with a store coupon.

    • GAmommyof3

Just got back from Publix…the Red Baron pizza on B1G1 EXCLUDES the pan pizza – that is the coupon listed.  Bummer…pan pizza is my family's favorite!

      • laura

If you live near a Bi-Lo, it's 3 for 10 dollars and includes the pan pizza.

    • Mchspk

What ever happened to the coupon booklet we signed up for from Publix???

The Publix Smart Savings book that I have expired 7-18-2011. The Publix Method $1 cpn couldn't be used since it is expired. Or, is there another current smart savings booklet that I am not aware of?

      • sisi

Back in June there was a link for this booklet, you had to sign up for it.

        • Momnwife

          ahhh man! how'd i miss that!!?? :(

      • Ltrotter8518

At my Publix you can use it expired until Saturday.  They explained it to me that they start a new “batch” each Sunday, so as long as you use it by Saturday of the week, they will take it.

      • Jacketfan24

Mine said it was okay to use, but there was no product on the shelves, so it didn't matter…

Why is it that when I go to the printable coupons that when after I sign up the coupon says it is unavailable?

      • FreedomSpradley1

All the prints are gone.  Often these links have been up for weeks if not months and the print link has expired by the time the item goes on sale.  Jenny keeps the links listed to remind you to check your binder to see if you've printed it already.

    • Brandycoupons

I want to share a great deal only at Publix and only today.
Save $8.38 on cheese :-) $2.00 for 2 President Cheeses. Like Feta and others. which are usually $5.19 each.So if you go to http://www.greatchesse.com/partyplann?erand print the $3.00 any two cheesesand Publix is having a buy one get one free deal. So that leaves you paying $2.19 plus tax when you should pay $10.38 for both.

i can use expired mnf coupons at publix, but now they will not allow expired publix store coupons.

      Jenny,

At the Publix here in the West Georgia area the Gerber Good Start is listed currently for $18.99 for the large can. Coupled with the new $5 coupon this is a GREAT buy for $13.99!

I'm alittle confused I recieved the stocking up at publix booklet today.  the coupons state manufacture's coupon but it does not have a bar code on them just a publix LU number.  Are these man q's or store?

      • carrie

Since they have the LU#, then they are store coupons and you may use (“stack”) them along with manufacturer coupons (barcode starts with the #5).

        • Susanmaharaj2949

          Thank you so much

        • ddshockley

I am sorry just never asked before.  Do all man. coupons begin with the number 5?  Is there a reason?

          • Susanmaharaj2949

            I think the man q begins with a 5 or 9

      • FL Girl

Per our Corporate Office, these are to be treated as MFR Coupons.

      Question?

I had a Manufactor Cover Girl Coupon for $1.50 off 2.  I tried to buy 2 eyeshadows using the Manufactor Coupon and 2 Publix store coupons (1 for each item)  They would not let me use both store coupons only 1.  Is this right?  I thought you could use 1 store for each item?  Please let me know, THXS

        • Jessica

Most Publix Q's have wording on them that says 1 per transaction, so they were probably right.

        • Joanne

It depends on which Publix you go to.  Some stores will hold the limit of the store coupons.  The cover girl coupon states  ” limit one deal per coupon per customer ”  Bring another family member or friend or maybe ask the next person in the checkout line to help since the coupon does not state 1 per transaction. ( If the person next in line helps, give him/her some coupons and tell them about this blog )  Another store may not hold the limit and let you use a few in the same transaction.

      • Hnaboone

My store does not limit the use of their Q's, but it does say on the botton limit 1 Q per customer or transaction…. (don't remember which)

    • Diana

Hi Jenny! I just want to let u knok that it's a coupons for a Palmolive Dish Liquid SS 6/26 for .25/1  Bogo at publix this week.. I hope it helps!

    • Rachel

You can get a $1/1 coupon from the Morningstar Farms website as well.

    • Tlowe

In the AJC version of SS 6/19 insert, there is a Q for $1/2 nabisco cookies/crackers. There is a picture of the “100 calorie” that is on sale this week. And my snackwell Q in the 6/26 is for the snackwell's bars not cookies. So one way or another I get to snack!!

Can anyone tell me if the coupons in the New Publix Savings Booklet I received today are manufacturers q's or store q's.  They are no bar code and have a LU number for the cashier.  Thanks

      • Lu numbers are on Publix STORE COUPONS, so you can stack them with MQ

    • Lauren

Hi! I just wanted to point out something to keep an eye on. I used about 8 coupons tonight at Publix, and after I left the store I thought the total seemed a little high. I checked the receipt, and the cashier manually rung in 5 of my 50 cent coupons as 1 coupon total… so the receipt read  “manufacturer coupon $2.50” instead of 5 separate coupons at 50 cents each (which would have been $5 after they doubled). I think she was new and just trying to save time, so I don't believe she was trying to give me trouble. Not really a big deal for me on that trip, but that could add up if you're not paying attention. Hope this helps!

      • Shirley DeVore

Lauren, if you will take your receipt to the service desk and let them know what happen they  should make it right. I have never had any trouble with Publix doing what is right. Don,t wait because it is your lose if you do.

        • Lauren

Thanks for the tip, Shirley! I thought about doing that, but I'm not sure how to prove which coupons were which. I didn't have a coupon for $2.50, so I'm positive that she rung in the five .50 cent coupons as $2.50. I was thinking about it last night–I wonder if they said 'do not double'. She was really slow about ringing them in, so maybe she read something that I didn't see. It was for the Almond Milk, and I've used those before and I'm pretty sure they don't say 'do not double'. Either way, I appreciate the advice! Next time I will speak up (and pay attention:)

          • Calpurnia78

all coupons say Do NOt Double and publix does anyway so dont worry about that,,

            • Zoe

I had a coupon that said do not double it didn't automatically double at the register and I asked about it.  The cashier took it out of  her bag and read it, and told me it said Do Not Double.  I had another one for the same thing at home and looked it and sure enough, it said Do Not Double..in small print of course.  So just be careful if you're adding up how much you're going to spend based on your coupons..some of them may not double if they say that.

            • Zoe

And I forgot to say this was at Publix! :)

            • Anonymous

It really depends on your cashier.  They have to push a button that supresses the doubling in order for it to not double.  The register does it automatically otherwise.

            • MarySC

Unless the coupon code starts with a 9.  Then the register will NOT double the coupon!

            • MarySC

Unless the coupon code starts with a 9.  Then the register will NOT double the coupon!

The RP 7/10 -$2.25/3 Rice Krispies coupon says it's for Rice Krispies-Gluten Free. Can I still use it to buy the original?

      • Sis2

No.  You have to follow the wording on a coupon and buy what the coupon specifies.   Sorry.

      • I am so happy to find out about this coupon, I have to eat gluten free and I just discovered the gf Rice Krispies last week, paid four something for one box! YAY!

        • darbe

wow i didn't know that they made gluten free rice krispies, good to know! thanks for sharing

    • Hnaboone

I have a few $2 off manf Q's… I used one today with the $1 off sore Q for Visine. There was also a manf Q for Pepto. Can't remember if it was .50 or $1 off, (same difference at my store)

    • Kaittie

The “Savings are stocking up at Publix” home mailer coupons are all manufacturer's coupons, not store coupons! :(

      • Kaittie

ahhh, nevermind. just read through other comments about this!

    • cocobeanz

The Seed stick in marietta ga Publix  are BOGO 1.97 instead of the 2.57 which made all 8 of mine free!! So that was even better thought I was going to spend .30 conts on each!!!

    • Roehrigk

HELP! I got an Imac and am finding that I can't print a lot of coupons from this now. Does anyone else have a Mac that knows what to do? Thanks.

      • Krissyhampton

What web browser are you using? I can't print coupons from Internet explorer on my Mac. I usually have to use safari. Hope this helps.

      • Frugal4life

You can’t print Smart Source Q’s using Firefox, but you can using Safari. Coupons.com you can print using Firefox.

      • AlysiaD

I can print on my iMac using Firefox.

    • Tristansmommy120910

I have called 2 different Publix spike to 6 different people and Noones knows what the oooh and ahhh baby coupons I'm asking about. Anyone know if its a new booklet available at the store?

      • ColaMom

You can get the coupons online at publix.com.  On the left side there should be a link.  It opens your weekly ad and to the left are the baby coupons.  Not sure if they are different than the booklet in store though. HTH

      • Gatorginger

It is suppose to come out today so that might be why no one knows about it yet

      • NewToThis

I went to Publix this morning looking for this Booklet and the lady at the front didn’t know what I was talking about at first so I told her I would checkback later in the week well thank goodness I had to do some shopping because about 15 minutes later she seen me picking up stuff and told me that they found the booklets down on one of te bottom shelves at customer service.  As far as I know you can only get this booklet in-store.

Also if you go to Publix.com and sign up for the baby club they will send you other coupons. Got mine in the other day and was got a 16oz. Cocoa Butter Lotion, 2 oz. Hand Sanatizer, and 16 oz. bottle of Rubbing Alcohol for FREE.

      • Christipie

I got mine from the cashier.  It could also be something thin comes from being signed up for baby club.  I have had two different baby books from two different months recently.

        • Shannon0503

What kind of coupons are in it?

      • Joanne

The stores are supposed to display them today.

      • Missy

My store didn't have them either….they had no idea what I was talking about :(  I really could use those formula coupons!

      • Shannon0503

I also asked my store, and they said that it would be coming in the mail if I am already signed up for the Baby Club…so who knows…

    • Erin B

There's a $1 printable coupon for Fresh Express Blends…. combine that with the BOGO sale and it's $1 for salad!

      • Lalawhat

        where did you find it

    • Frugal4life

    • Sofia

I'm kind of new to this… but I'm going to Publix later, and I have 2 Manu Q's for Morningstar patties, which are on sale B1G1. In addition I have a Target store coupon for $1 off 2. Can I use them all?

$3.95 for 2 sale at Publix
      -1.00 Manu on one
      -1.00 Manu on the other
-1.00 Target Q on the two
      Final price: $0.99 for two!

I know at Publix if an item is on sale 2 for $4, you can buy 1 for $2. Does the same apply when its B1G1? What about when it's 3 for $X?

      • Calpurnia78

Im am going to say yes you can. YOu are buying 2, so the target one is fine and then one mfg Q for each one..if you read the publix policy posted here they say they accept 2 coupons on BoGos. Just be sure your publix takes target tho.

      • Nikki Bruno

Sofia, as long as your ManQs are off of 'one' of the item, then yes, your scenario will work. You can attach one store Q and one manQ to each item sold at Publix (assuming your Publix accepts Target as a competitor, also!).

Publix BOGO sales you do need to buy 2, you can not buy one at half price. I believe any other sale (2 for X, 3 for X) you can just buy one. Hope this helps!

        • Kristi

It depends on where you live. In Fl for BOGOS you do need to buy 2. In Al you can buy one at half price.

        • Loweryjr

I live north of Atlanta and my Publix allows me to purchase one item on their B1G1 sales.  It rings up at half price.  Sometimes I buy three and each has it's own price. If it's off by a penny –  the first “one” will have the extra penny and so forth. HTH's

      • Zoe

Publix BOGO's do ring up half price, at least at my Publix in TN.  So each item is a separate sale and you can use a man. q and a competitor q on each one.

      • Sofia

I'm in GA. Thanks for the replies! Looks like I'll be buying some veggie patties for once.

      • Mckinnonwendy

In florida you have to buy both:)

    • Calpurnia78

all coupons say Do NOt Double and publix does anyway so dont worry about that,,

    • Missy

My store didn't have them either….they had no idea what I was talking about :(  I really could use those formula coupons!

    • Yowilkerson

Please if anyone have any of the $1 off Method cleaning products SS 6/19 insert I need two of these.  I can trade.. Thanks…

      • Chris

I bought mine off ebay – I think I paid less than $3 for 20

        • Yowilkerson

I did not know i could buy them i have only been couponing for about a month now but thanks do you have a link and is there other websites to purchase coupons.

          • Carrie

I use only one coupon clipping service.  It’s the best one.

            thecouponclippers.com

          • Chris

There are clipping services out there and I'm sure some folks on here can recommend some – I've not personally used them.  If you go to ebay and search for the product with coupons (ie. Softsoap coupons) you'll get some hits.  I just got my Kleenex Qs for the Kroger sale and bought a whole bunch of the Gillette $4/1 Qs for the deal on gift packs at Walmart and Target.

            • Pat

Chris, do you have any idea how the people that sell coupons get them? Do they buy them from the newspaper company are what? You seem to know alot about couponing, thought you might have an answer.

            • Chris

Well the ones I've been getting are straight from the inserts so they're most likely buying inserts in bulk and selling the individual Qs in packs.  I asked someone selling the newspaper one time and they told me they sold all their extra inserts to someone who did both – sold whole inserts and sold individual Qs on ebay.  I'm always wary and watch to make sure it isn't tearpad Qs or peelies or blinkies or something and so far it has not been.  Caveat emptor – buyer beware.  Be careful – don't want to see anyone get burned (and ebay is full of folks just trying to get someone's money).  Also watch what you bid and don't get caught up – I've noticed a LOT of people on ebay getting carried away with winning the auction and paying WAY more than they should for Qs (no point in paying for the Qs half or more than half of what you would save using them – the point is to save as much as possible).  I use 10 to 20% of the value when used as a good rule of thumb but feel free to set a limit based on what you're comfortable with – then STICK WITH IT and never go above that (remember there's always somewhere or someone else to get them from).

I will say if you just want to buy whole inserts I use AJCInserts dot com – they have the lowest prices out there and they include shipping.  Whole Coupon Inserts dot com has a good selection too but they're higher priced because they charge shipping.  Like I said above I've seen some clipping services out there that I've looked at but have not yet ordered from (they didn't have what I was looking for at the time – which was softsoap coupons since I had already ordered my Kleenex and Gillette Qs on ebay).

HTH!  Good luck and happy couponing!

            • Mec1804

I have a friend who has a clipping business.  She has a deal with someone who delivers papers & buys the extras he doesn't sell for a discounted price.  She then donates the papers to the schools.

      • Tina M.

go to couponcarryout.com, you can buy coupons from them but you have to have a minimum of $3.00 to place order

      • Mec1804

Try couponhero.co-its a clipping service!  The only thing is the minimum order is $5.00.  Fast to receive coupons though!

    • Why some comments need approval before being posted? If you don't say anything bad, just talk about a sale? Any ideas? Hopefully this comment will not need approval?

      • To my super surprise, early morning today at Publix while wondering which soda I was going to buy for my son’s birthday party ~ I found out a HUGE deal on the 7UP Retro 12pk cans (which I have previously mention that were a great deal with the B1G1 Peelie) Thank goodness the guy from “Pepsi” was there replenishing the shelfs and told me to grab the boxes I wanted without a problem because he was adding more ~ Long story short ~ -Publix is running a special on selected: Canada Dry, A&W cream soda, Sunkist, Sundrop, 7up, Including 7UP RETRO) ~~~~ Buy 3 Get 2 FREE @ 3pk for $13~~~ 12 pks cansDEAL: Buy:(10) 7Up Retro 12pk cans ~~~~~TOTAL: $26.00 Use:(5) Buy 1 Get 1 Coupon found on same product.          ~~~~~~~~~~Be on the watch out!!! I’m guessing is while supplies last? Or they are trying to get rid of them becase they have short expiration dates? I think this is my best SODA deal ever ~ Happy to have enough soda for 30+ adults and some kids (not all drink soda)

        • Laceysmith7

wow! thanks for sharing! i went out and got that deal this morning! had to search a little bit for the cans with the peelie stickers but finally found them and got a great deal!

        • Calpurnia78

I dont quite understand the math. I get that buying 10 of them with the Buy 3 get 2 free would be $26…then how do you get the Bb1G1 on the box to bring the $26 down to $4.34?

      • sb

If you post a website it needs approval– it's to prevent spam

    • The pacifier coupons are unavailable. There are no more. I just checked. Boo.

    • Dskiles3tmom

A “Stocking Up On Storm Essentials” booklet is attached to the 24pk Dasani water.  Hated buying Dasani at $4.99 to get the coupon booklet but felt like removing the booklet without the purchase would be like stealing.  (just my opinion and I hope others will do the same)
Some great coupons inside.  Also found “Happy New School Year” booklet in the front of the store in a display.  Good stuff!

    • H7lenzy

I was told at my trip to Publix today that I can only use 6 manufacturer coupons on like items. For example if I buy 7 boxes of morningstar farm products and have 7 manufacturer q's, I can only use 6 of them. This was at the Publix on Concord in Nashville, TN. Anyone else seeing this? Is this the new trend now too?

      • Chris

Never seen that here in Atlanta (Smyrna to be exact).  Maybe we need to all be on the lookout as some store may be starting to do this if they are having issues with quantity buyers.

        • Cecelia

I have been told in Smyrna Publix stores that I can only use 4 of the same coupon in one transaction.  Fortunately I live within 2 miles of 2 Publix stores so it is not that hard to go multiple days in a row if I need to.  It is very rare that I am ever purchasing that many of a particular item anyway so I do not have to do it that often.

          • Cecelia

I was also told at the East West South Cobb location that I can only purchase 4 of the same item so I do not go there often.

            • Chris

Talk to John – the Customer Service Manager at that location.  I've never had that problem at that store.

          • Chris

Which other store besides the one at EW Conn & S Cobb?  I usually go to the Cumberland and W Paces Ferry store and never have an issue using as many Qs as I want as long as I have the right number of items (although the only time I buy more than 4 of something is if I have a BOGO rain check or special ordered something).

    • new couponer

Quick question, if I have a 75/3 manf q for something, can I use 3 (one with each item) or am I only allowed to use 1 for every 3 items?? I've done it before at Publix, but last time they didn't let me on one item.. Just wondering…

      • Chris

$0.75/3 means one Q for 3 items – but you could stack that with 3 store Qs if they are $$/1.  But you should always adhere to the quantity as shown on the Q (# of items covered by the Q) and just stack accordingly.

        • new couponer

Okay, thanks so much… I'm new to the couponing world with 4 kids so I need as much help as possible..

          • Chris

Jenny has some good tutorials posted – you may want to try those to get some of the basics down.  Good Luck!

    • Dana

Has anyone tried using the Similac coupon at any Publix in SC?  Can you use the coupon on the 13 oz can or do you have to buy the large 22 oz can?  thank you

      • kelly

The coupon states “off the purchase of 2 or more similac infant powder formula” then specifies the 22 or 23.2 oz canister.

So, technically, this coupon shouldn't be listed as being used with the 13oz concentrate cans.

    • Chrissy G

Does anybody happen to know what the sale cycle is on the Earth's Best baby food?  I want to stock up next time it goes on sale!

    • Smbishop

Every coupon I clicked on today said no longer available:( This is the first time I came here and could not print 1 coupon. Wow! :(

      • Blessedw4

YOu have to get on early in the sale to get all the printables.  So make sure you  get on Tuesday night or Wednesday some time before  it goes on sale or shortly after.

    • NewToThis

Can someone please explain to me how this Upromise Ecoupon works.  I thought all you had to do was go on the website, click on the coupons you wanted, have them scan the card at check out and it would subtract.  I was trying to get the Elmer's Glue and it didn't take the .75 off when she scanned my card so I asked her about it and she or the manager didn't know what I was talking about.  I'm I suppose to print something up?

      • Chris

UPromise Qs are basically “rebates” that go into your UPromise account.  They don't actually come off your total at the register.  HTH

    • kristen

is the “savings are stocking up…” booklet the one we registered for on stocking spree dot com? if so, when did y'all receive it? I swear someone is stealing my coupons right out of the mail! when i received my free proglide razor sample a while back, the box had been opened and was empty. not cool

      • Chris

Just got mine yesterday.  You need to report that to the Post Office – mail theft is a federal crime.

        • kristen

ok thanks y'all… hopefully it will be in my mailbox soon!

      • CarrieG608

I just  received mine today. So maybe it is on the way to you.

      • Priya

Someone has been steeling my Sunday news Paper from my driveway then they start putting it on my door but the i only stary receiving one paper per week and my subscription is for 2. I felt bad complaining all the time i feel like one day they would not believe me.

        • Chris

I just had that happen to me this past weekend!  I get 2 too and the AJC was there but not my MDJ.  I called and it was too late to get one delivered so they extended my subscription by a week but it was unnerving – hoping it doesn't happen this weekend as I shouldn't have to be up at the butt crack of dawn just to make sure someone isn't stealing my papers!

        • Lisagrady22

see if they can deliver your paper to your door, i live 700 ft away from road & they will deliver to my door (it also helps if you tip them, money is always good but free product is even better)

      • Lwhetzel624

I just got mine today so they are still in the mail

    • Akmilly

My apologies of this has been covered already, but my Recyclebank coupon says, “Not be combined with other offers” – does this mean it shouldn't be used in conjunction with the Publix coupon/deal and the Target coupon??? =(

      • Chris

Which Q?  The ones I get from Recyclebank for Fresh Market ($5/25) say that but Publix allows them to be stacked with a Publix store $$off$$ Q as long as the transaction total covers both Q requirements (ie. if the Fresh Market one requires $25 and the Publix one requires $30 and my order total is $60 before Qs then I can stack them together).  YMMV so you may want to double-check with your store to be sure before getting to the checkout and being disappointed.

        • akmilly

It's the Recyclebank q for 2.00 off any one Kashi product. I'm just going to ask & hope they'll let me use it! Publix is usually pretty accommodating, especially if you ask first. Thanks for the reply!

          • Chris

Agreed – I preach that on here day after day.  Just ask!  Most of the time they are more than happy to help especially because you asked and didn't wait until checkout then threw a fit.  The worst they can say is no and then you're not out any time at all.  Good luck!

    • Xxmiragexx

ss 6/05 has a $3 off coupon for john frieda color foam, and target has a printable for $5.00. thats $8.00 off if target is a competitor!

    • Carrellm

i tried using the combat manufacturer coupon and they wouldn't take it – i don't blame them – has no bar code or exp date.

    • Chris

FYI – Alexia has a new Q on their site!!  Post a product review and get a $1.50/1 Q good on any Alexia frozen product!!  It's a bricks Q so it allows two prints if you use your back button.  WOOHOO!

      • AVen

Hey Chris! What's the link? I went on their website and could only get $1 off one product AND could only print once. Bummer! :)

        • Chris

You have to select a product and leave a rating/review.  As soon as you complete the review they let you print a $1.50/1 Q (which is a bricks Q so you can back-button it and get 2 prints).

    • Tammy

Does anyone know if the Publix in Easley, SC will take competitors coupons?

      • S Kurut

You can find out by going to the http://WWW.publix.com website. There will be the coupon policy posted for your store.

      • Deecheers4rv

They take Bilo, Ingles and Food lion

    • SavannahMom

Can someone tell me how recyclebank works??? Thanks!

      • Gatorginger

You answer very short questions about recycling and then you earn points and then you can turn around and use those points to purchase coupons.  I used points to puchase a $3 off publix coupon a few weeks ago.  It's great you don't have to pay anything you just use your points that you earned answering questions about recycling.  You get the points even if you get the answer wrong

    • Mynaneen1

Can someone please tell me how to get $5.00 of $30.00 coupons delivered to your house.  A lot of people I know gets them in their mail.  should I call the corporate office?

      • S Kurutz

Go to the store and sign up for the discount card. They will have your mailing address and will send you the coupons.

        • crystal t

What discount card? The upromise card?

    • darbe

      • Gofast67

      • Lwhetzel624

It says Happy New School Year, They had them on the side of large displays up by the front of my publix with all the products in them. Mine were just put up about 3 days ago.

    • Sunshineosborne

Does anyone know if I can use the Knorr coupon that is $.50 off 2 knorr recipe/sauce/gravy mix products coupon on the BOGO publix Knorr sides??

      • Womanshopper

In Georgia you can but not in Florida

        • Sunshineosborne

Thanks for the info…. wished I lived in Georgia and NOT in Florida right about now.

        • danielle

I live in FL and use $/2 coupons for BOGO items all the time, don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to.

      • Angie

I was wondering the same thing…lol

    • FL Girl

I'm a CSS at Publix and we got an e-mail down from corporate today that stated that the Stocking Spree coupons state Manufacturer Coupons and are to be redeemed as such, and cannot be stacked with a MFR Coupon. They can be stacked with store/competitor coupons. I'm not sure if all stores are following this but I thought I would share. :)

      • Chris

Thanks for the info.  Very confusing that they are labeled Manuf Qs but have a LU# on them.  Maybe someone needs to tell them that that is confusing for couponers.

        • FL Girl

Yeah, we were all confused. Apparently there is some sort of redemption system corporate has for them. IDK?

          • Priya

I am in South Fl how do I get the Stocking Spree coupons

      • Gofast67

Thats bull crap.So if we try to use them elsewhere as a mfg.coupon they wont work because it has no bar code.Just another reason to shop some where else.

        • Chris

Well think about that they are prob part of a special deal/negotiation Publix made with the manuf so they are exclusive Qs.  They prob don't want them used anywhere else which is why they didn't put a barcode on them.  Can't get mad at them – it is what it is.  I would watch for store Qs to stack with them OR double-check with your store to see how they are handling them (they may be handling them as store Qs and allow you to stack with a reg manuf Q).

          • Gofast67

true.In florida it is hard to stack anymore and we dont double anything.

            • Chris

Don't feel too bad.  If Publix keeps putting everyone out of business in Georgia we'll be in the same boat soon too.  At least in Atlanta – you can't hardly find anything but (not that I'm complaining all that much – I love Publix).

      • Yeah i had planned on using it at Kroger, bc i remember seeing that it said Manufactuer….When i got to pick up the cookies, i realized it said Publix. LOL. Glad i didnt get up in the line and embarass myself with it.

    • ChrissyPunkin

Am I going crazy?  I tried to get the 5″ scissors today that are supposed to be BOGO, and they were out.  When I tried to get a raincheck, I couldn't find it in the weekly saled ad.  Was it regional?

      • Nancy

I agree~ Did you ever figure it out??

        • ChrissyPunkin

No, still nothing.  It's a bummer, too, because they are free after coupon and that helps me get to my total.  I'll post again if I figure it out.

        • ChrissyPunkin

OK, I figured it out.  The 5″ scissors *are* the kids' scissors.  I thought it was different than last week but it's the same deal.  However, I still cannot find it in this week's flyer.

      • Squirrellyec

They weren't in the aisle when I found them.  They were located in a display at the front of the store for back to school supplies.

      • Blessedw4

My Publix told me because it was on sale for more than a week they would not give a rain check.  Same with Advantage Buy items.  I live 45 minutes from a Publix and don't get there every week so I really don't like this policy and haven't been told this in the past.

        • ChrissyPunkin

How is it on sale for more than a week?  The kids scissors were on sale last week.  Sorry you couldn't get a rain check.  I got a rain check last week for the kids ones.

      • ChrissyPunkin

OK, I figured it out.  The 5″ scissors *are* the kids' scissors.  I thought it was different than last week but it's the same deal.  However, I still cannot find it in this week's flyer.

    • charlotte :)

Hello! I have quite a few Publix 'Ooh and ahh over big baby bargains' coupon booklets available to trade if you cant get hold of any at your publix. I will trade for Whiskas cat food coupons, laundry detergent coupons, shampoo/conditioner coupons or toothpaste coupons, or postage stamps E-mail me at macdonaldcharlotte78@gmail.com if you are interested.

      • Chris

While I appreciate your offer to trade the fact that you have “quite a few” means you grabbed more than one or two – hence the reason I may not be able to get one at my Publix because of others doing the same thing.  :-/

      • Shannon0503

What coupons are in the booklet?

      • Blessedw4

Our store put all the coupon booklets behind the customer service desk because of this.  Now we can only get one of each booklet.  I was told this was because of people taking more than just 2.  I don't get why you need more than 2 of each.  I hope that you will think about this next time you decide to take Quite a few because the rest of us are being punished because of this very thing.

        • Sarah27828

My Publix in SC doesn't have to booklets.  Has anyone around Greenville been able to get the baby booklets?

          • Ann

Anderson, SC has the coupons, but it's just a page of coupons (not a booklet).  Also, the similac is $5 off 2 cans of powder.

          • Mandy

I've seen them several times at the Publix at Woodruff and Butler.

      • Shopper

Thanks for grabbing “quite a few” booklets.  Is that why there wasn't any left when I wanted one??

    • DJ3K

Everyone!! Watch out for last weeks deal on the free crest toothpastes…inside the box there are quite a few coupons,, one is $1 off on a cover girl item!!

    • Grnacrz

I am on vacation in Tulsa, OK this week.  There is only one store near my sister in law's house – Reasor's and of course Walmart.  I asked her if any stores around here did double coupons and she didn't know of any. We are really blessed where I live with Publix, Ingles and Bi-lo!  I really appreciate what I can save with Southern Savers and feel sorry for those who live in other parts of the country.

      • RockMommy

My Mom lives in Tulsa and they double coupons at Homeland on Harvard.

    • Sshayes72003

What competitor store coupons does Publix accept?  I know they accept Winn Dixie.. Are there more?

      • DJ3K

every publix is different. My neighborhood publix  accepts target, winn dixie and sweetbay. You have to call your local publix and ask.

      • Kawee02

My store has a big sign out front that lists which competitor coupons they accept.

      • Jbush27

They are all different.  Mine only accepts Kroger.

    • Kawee02

For those of you heading out this weekend, I was able to use the Red Baron pan pizza coupon but the Skintimate shave cream coupon wouldn't scan.  It helped to have the 75 cent gel coupon as a back-up!

    • Squirrellyec

They weren't in the aisle when I found them.  They were located in a display at the front of the store for back to school supplies.

    • Heather

I have not seen the Similac cans on sale. Is this in their normal ad? I didn't see it in mine.

      • Ann

Mine were not on sale either.  And the coupon is $5 off 2 cans of powder formula.

    • Mommy2monkeyboy

I have looked and looked but cannot find any tearpad for buy 3 listed items and get $5 publix gift card coupon. Any suggestions where I can find it? maybe I am looking at all the wrong places. lol!

      • Hostler

I was in publix and saw the lady taking the display down. I asked her if she could give me one of the coupons and she said two ladies had come in and swiped them all along with the .50 peelies that were on several of the products.

        • Chris

That is such total BS!  If they want the peelie then buy the product it's actually stuck to – I'm so tired of going in looking for something that's supposed to have a peelie, or tearpad even, and finding nothing because someone swiped them ALL.  How many do they really need?  And if they're selling them I seriously hope they go to jail for it.  Just rude!

          • Mary

As long as people continue buying coupons from ebay, the peelie and tearpad theft will continue.

            • Chris

See I have to disagree with that.  I buy Qs from ebay occasionally but I always check the picture and description – and so far they have all been clipped Qs (no peelies, blinkies, or tearpads).  God forbid someone ever sell me Qs and they turn out to be those – there will be hell to pay.

      • Kate

I've seen them at 2 publix. One was a tearpad next to the personal care products. THe others were loose leaf at the Customer Service desk . Good luck!

    • I hope to get to the store tomorrow (with three kids in tow…we'll see about that) but just in case I don't….Can someone post the prices of the cereals (after 50% off?)…Im a big Special K cereal eater; i only have one coup for them but if its cheap enough, i'll buy more. Have tons of other Kelloggs coups.
I'm in SC – would probably be easier if at least see some prices from this state – might be a little closer to what mine would be.

      • ChrissyPunkin

Try iheartpublix(dot)com.  She did a post on that.

    • Lwhetzel624

where is everyone getting the ooh and aaah baby coupons, I check my publix almost daily and have not seen it, I have 5 publix within 3 miles and can not find it?

      • Angie

I went to the Publix in Marietta (on Scufflegrit Rd and Sandy Plains) and they had them on a cardboard display right when you walk in.

      • Ann

Mine were at the counter.  But just know if you are going for the similac deal like I was it's not a deal.  The coupon is $5 off 2 can of powder.  And the 13 oz cans at my store were regular price.

    • jaxgirl78

how does the Hamburger Helper work? BOGO 1.95, .97each. coupon is for .75 off 3 – how does that come to .72??? help.

      • Chris

This scenario applies if you are located where they do 1/2 price BOGOs.  You'll pay $2.93 for 3 minus the $0.75/3 Q = $2.18/3 (or $0.73/ea).

If you live where they do true BOGO.  I would buy 6 (pay for 3 get 3 free) and use two Qs.  So that would be $5.85 minus $1.50 (2x$0.75/3) = $4.35/6 (or, again, $0.73/ea).  This particular scenario should be confirmed by someone who lives in an area with true BOGO because I'm not sure if the free item counts toward the manuf Q requirement.

I would buy some myself but I already have 6 boxes in my house so no need for more.

        • Olivia

I live in an area where we have true BOGO sales at our Publix and we are allowed to use one coupon per item :)

    • Sara

Morning everyone! I just got back from my Publix (in Easley, SC). Just to let you know, they are limiting the number of boxes of Kellogg's cereals to 10. Not 10 of one variety, but to a total of 10. Sure would have been nice to know before I got to the register with 21 boxes! It is not in the ad or posted on any of the signs! The manager even walked by several shoppers with carts full of cereal & did not say anything, but then when I got to the register she told the cashier to tell me there was a limit! Oh well! I am happy with my 10 boxes!

      • lidia

Did you use the coupon from back to school from kellog's 1.50 off on fruit when you buy two boxes of cereal????/ My Publix didn't took mine. They  took the kellog's booklet  one

        • Sara

No, I didn't have that coupon.

      • Karlylex1013

I bought 20 boxes at the Simpsonville, SC Publix. I wonder where they got the limit of 10 thing.  Is it just a manager's preference?

      • KBB

That must depend on the manager of each store. I bought 12 boxes for $13.07. So excited!

      • Niki

Easley Publix is limiting alot because of the shelf cleaners and Pickens Flea Market sellers. It is sometimes irritating but I am glad they are doing it. The management and stockers, got more than an earful from regular customers about not having stock of sale items. It is rude and a little shady that someone needs more than 20 of anything in one trip. If they feel they must, I wish they would special order or make more than one trip over the sales dates.

    • Frugal4life

Tampa, Fl Just bought 15 boxes of Kelloggs cereal,2 Solo cups,4 Ger Puff, 3 John Freida,2 Snkwell Caramel,1 Crakerul, 2 packs of pens, Jelly,Donuts and Dasani 24pk for Storm Q only paid $21.20 yay. Forgot Pop Tarts, are they 50% also?

      • Frugal4life

The John Freida is a money maker if you have the Target$3/2 and man $5 off. They are $5.49 at my store and the Root Awakening is on clearance for $2.75 minus $2 Green Flyer Q. :D

    • Mirandaallen215

The Target coupons are printing without the dollar amount and the quanity printing on the coupon.  Will they still take them at Publix?  The barcode printed.  Will they scan at Publix?  Thank you so much for your help.

    • Frugal4life

The Pop-tarts are not include in the sale they are $2.19, but there is a man. Q for $2/3 and a Target $1/3, so your paying $1.19 each. Also the Keebler cookies are 2/$5  and they have a peelie for $1 off each. Target has a Q for buy 3 get 4th free. If you by 4; I think they come out for for about 85 cents each and there is a Q in the Happy School year for $2 off milk when you buy two cookies. Good deal if your buying milk anyways.

      • Tala

I  went  to  2  stores and none of them has peelies.

        • LeAnn

At my store I notice that some people take all the peelies when they are on the products. That really stinks!

        • Guest

When customers find peelies do they take them off the product without buying it to save for a better deal? Also do customers tare off a hole coupon pad at the store also?

          • Chris

            ALL THE TIME

    • JC's girl 2536

Just a question and it may have already been answered but there are a lot of comments and that equaled too much reading :D So on the  Nabisco 100 Calorie Packs or SnackWell’s Cookies, 3.7-7.75 oz, at $3.19 ($1.59), It says that you can use the .75/1 snack wells any variety. My Q says .75/1 any snackwells bars. SO my question is has any one tried this and their coupon say what mine says or If not does anyone think that it will work? I would like to figure it out before I go so they don't give me a hard time at check out.
      Thanks :)

      • Jpaden25

It doesn't work – I tried it with the same coupon you have and it wouldn't go through.  Sucks because she said they don't even have the “bars” to sell.

        • Jennamariescoupons

Thanks for the info…was wondering the same thing

      • Sue

don't forget that you can use the CTRL-F keys to search the page for what you are looking for – I use it all the time to see what folks are saying about one particular thing and it saves me from having to read every single post. HTH

        • Jennamariescoupons

That's an AWESOME TIP! Never knew that! Thanks!

    • Jessica

Went to Publix this morning for the Kellogg's cereal deal.  The cereal was ringing up 50% off then a promotion of an add'l 50% off making the big boxes about $1/ea before coupons.  The manager was bagging my groceries & I told him that I didn't think that was correct, but he looked at my receipt & said it looked right to him.  So, I got 22 boxes of cereal & a pack of bananas for $6.38 after coupons!  I saved $83.77!  (He also didn't say anything about me buying so many boxes of cereal)

      • Alidalupari

Where is the promotion listed for an extra 50%? I only read of the special for onlt 50%off

        • Jessica

I still believe it was an error, but after pointing it out to a manager and him insisting that it was correct I paid for my cereal & left happy.

      • guest

awesome..thanks for leaving some behind for others.

      • Jettav

It is folks like this that ruin shopping for the rest of us.  Thanks for hogging all the cereal.

        • Pat

She did not said how many different cereals she bought. Maybe 22different kinds. The reason most of the time that shelfs become empty is that alot of people shop.! You would have to take alot mor than she did to become a hog.I guess your shopping exerience gets ruined alot by all the other people that shop.

        • Jessica

First, that really isn't a lot for us when we go through almost 3 boxes a week.  I bought 8 different kinds & no more than 3 of any 1 kind.  But, since you are so concerned, my friend went today & said they still had plenty of cereal.

          • Mlbam6

In reply to your earlier post on buying 22 boxes of cereal I say GOOD JOB!  Don't let JETTAV ruin it for you.  Comments like hers would make me want to go back and buy another 20 boxes!

            • Kristin

22 boxes of cereal will barely make a dent in the cereal aisle.  Not exactly shelf clearing.

          • Chris

Sounds like that manager wasn't concerned because they had ordered lots of product so had it in the back plus on the next truck.  Congrats on a good deal.

      • Cori C.

        50% =50%= 100%==Free?

        • Jessica

No, for example: Crunchy Nut cereal regular price is $4.09.  It showed on my receipt as:
          Crunchy Nut $2.05
          Promotion -$1.03
So, it rang up at 50% off then took another 50% off the sale price.  And, yes it really did subtract that promotion amt from the total.

      • My Publix was the same way! I stocked up big time. I got some boxes for as low as .27 cents!

    • Learnintosave

Hey the publix savings are stocking up are all man. coupons so no stacking???

      • Aztecblondie

Yes, that was a tricky little booklet.  They are considered Manu coupons even though there is are no barcodes and they have an LU#.

        • thequeenaunt

OOps; I thought they were Publix coupons and paired them with Man Q and they all were rang up.

          • Knl

I did the same, I didn't realize they were MQ

    • dbc

I have a question I can't find an answer for anywhere – please help!  My local Publix lists Kroger as a competitor, but Kroger store coupons are digital coupons.  Since Publix accepts competitor coupons as store coupons, how would I go about taking advantage of Kroger coupons on Publix sales?  Perfect example – the cedarlane omelettes are BOGO this week at publix, and i can't find any manufacturer coupons for these, but kroger had a digital coupon for $1 off two cedarlane omelettes…  is there any way to make this deal work?

      • Jessica

They won't let you use the digital ones since they dont take digital Q's.  Only the paper ones that Kroger mails out.

        • dbc

          thank you!

    • Erica Martin

I am going on my first publix shopping trip tomorrow, do they double coupons? If so does each store double a certain amount?

      • Chris

Depends – some areas double while others do not.  If you are in an area that doubles (like Atlanta) then they double Qs up to $0.50.  Florida stores do not double at all (and some costal/south GA as well as AL stores).

    • JDG

I walked into my publix and asked them for the booklet of coupns, but they didn't seem to know what i was talking about.  Does anyone know the name of the booklet?

      • Nurseamie

I think it is called “savings are stocking up at Publix”, but it was something that you had to register for. It was mailed out to people who got a chance to register for it. Hope this helps, but if there is another booklet, I'd love for someone else to post b/c I would like one too! :)

    • guest

there are so many more deals not listed, just beginning in the sales ad, not just walking around the store.

    • Angie

Anyone else having a hard time finding the Solo plates on the Target site?  My Publix accepts them as a competitor but I'm unable to find the coupon.

      • Chris

It may be gone.  Target has a habit of pulling Qs right when you find a deal for them.  I'm starting to wonder if they either have a system that sees increased volume and removes it or if they get wind of a competitor having a sale and so pull their Q from their site.  Happens all the time – I would suggest checking their site on a regular basis (not just waiting for Jenny to post it or for a deal to come around).  That way if you spot something you think you might use you can print a couple and hang on to them (which is what I do).

    • Ann

Mine were at the counter.  But just know if you are going for the similac deal like I was it's not a deal.  The coupon is $5 off 2 can of powder.  And the 13 oz cans at my store were regular price.

    • Ann

Mine were not on sale either.  And the coupon is $5 off 2 cans of powder formula.

    • Ann

Anderson, SC has the coupons, but it's just a page of coupons (not a booklet).  Also, the similac is $5 off 2 cans of powder.

    • Mama23babygirls

The Glades Plugins coupon in the mags…is thst supposed to be Oct 2010??

      • Cori C.

I asked that too and someone said yes those coupons were from 2010 magazines. Guess they aren't expired yet.

        • Shelley

There's a coupon is in the September 2010 issue.  It's a Glade insert.. $1.50 off glade candle exp 12/31/2011.

    • Clementine

The Publix in Mt Pleasant now has Stouffer's Family Size Entrees for $3.99

    • 2sweetgrits

HI! Someone in the Birmingham area dropped a bunch of coupons today. If you did, email me which store and about the time….My two sweet daughters found them and brought them home.

      • Amber

That's sweet of you to try to find the owner! I would probably turn them in to the store they were found at…It's a lot more likely that the person who lost them would check there than this website :)

        • 2sweetgrits

My girls found the coupons in the parking lot, and were in a hurry and brought them home. I have talked with the store manager and she has my name and phone number. I have posted this on many couponing sites and boards. Just want to try and find the person! Just doing what I feel is best and what I would want someone to do if I lost my coupons! :)

          • Jennygluck

I saw somewhere on SouthernSavers today that someone lost their binder in Target. Look around. There's a post with an email address.

            • Jennygluck

HERE IT THAT POST: I GUESS I WAS WRONG AND GOT BIRMINGHAM AND MONTGOMERY MIXED UP:Hi Everyone, I was just at target in Montgomery,AL.  I left a 5×8 binder well organized with all my coupons after I checked out at the register.  I drove out of the lot got to CVS(about 5 minutes away) and realized it was missing.  Went back to store and no one seen it or turn it in.  I praying that whoever found it would return it.  Couponing has been an great help to my family.  Pass world around, and contact me if someone finds it. There were “try me free” peelies on the Gerber graduates for a mail in rebate. I used $1/1 Printable and plan to submit for the rebate. Good thing….unfortunately my daughter did not like the “sauce” on the apple cinnamon oatmeal. :-) this was in Tampa.

      • Liz

Our Gerber Graduates weren't marked as on sale and I couldn't find them in the AL add either. :(

    • Chassy Luke

Hello all! I am looking for anyone wanting to trade for the .75/1 snackwell coupons.  I am planning a girls beach trip and they are the perfect low calorie snack and maybe a few extra for my dad, he likes them too.  My email is chassy.luke@gmail.com thanks !!!

      • faith

I have a lot of coupons to clip today. Where is the snackwell coupon found? You can have all of mine if you would like. I love beach trips. Have fun..I will check the site later today for a reply.

    • Rebecca

I couldn't tell from the ad if the Glade gel plug-ins were included in the B1G1 sale, but when I got to the store 4 signs were posted directly in front of all 4 scents.  They never go on sale, so I asked the clerk to check before she started ringing.  Sure enough they rang up at full price.  The clerk sent someone back there to check in out, and she came back with the great news that they were B1G1 (or either mismarked).  Either way, I got one of them free (didn't know about that policy since my Publix is NEVER wrong!) and the rest half off.  Got four 3-packs for $5.40!

    • Liz

Stacked a $4 off Man Q with the $3 off store Q on Pampers to get a box of 80 for $11.99!  I'm in no way an extreme couponer, but when it comes to diapers, every little bit helps!

      • Jessmender

Where did you get the $4 off man. Q?  That's a good deal!

        • Liz

I got it from a Pamper's flyer in the mail.  This was the best coupon yet from them!  Most are for $1.50 off.

    • Liz

Had a semi-annoying experience on my shopping trip yesterday.  Found multiple items that were BOGO in the ad not marked on the shelves.  When I asked, they told me it must not be BOGO if they don't have a sign up.   Some items rang up BOGO, some did not.  Thankfully, I had the ad in hand and was able to show them what was BOGO.  I'm really not a fan of the new management at my store.

      • Kristin

Email or call corporate. All the contact info is at publix.com

        • Liz

Thanks.  I did.  I haven't gotten a response yet, but will be interested to hear what they have to say.  If the bad attitudes at my store continue, I can just drive the extra few miles to a different Publix.

      • Rebecca

I went to a different Publix today than I normally go to.  I had a weird (but legitimate) coupon deal.  As soon as I presented 3 items, 2 manu Q's & one Publix Q the clerk's eyes glazed over.  She had no idea what to do.  I spent 15 minutes with her & the customer service agent (who was very nice) fixing the fiasco she made entering the coupons.  I think it really does pay to go to a store that you like, regardless of distance.  Let your money do the talking!

    • Jmjl1953

Disappointment .. we can no longer use Target coupons in the Macon Ga stores.

      • foximoxie

Maybe you could try getting together a signed petition to bring back Target coupons…just to let your feelings be heard, you never know. My stores in the Charleston SC area recently stopped accepting Target coupons but I've heard they're probably going to start accepting them again since it hasn't went over well AT ALL. I'm a loyal Publix shopper and I can't say enough great things about them but I was/am one of the locals that was really let down when they stopped accepting Target qs and I've noticed that my shopping trips have been cut down to about half of what they were when I was able to use Target qs so that may be what other coupon shoppers are doing either intentionally or unintentionally, either way it seems Publix is noticing the decline so hopefully that has prompted them to reconsider their policy on Target coupons..especially since most Bi-Lo stores are now accepting Target qs!

I stopped in Publix yesterday to take advantage of some of the deals posted above, and had a great experience!  Spent $75 yesterday, saved $44 – total savings of 62%!!  I never would have imagined doing this before Souther Savers.  I also left a few coupons in the store that I didn't need, hopefully they were helpful to another shopper.  Thanks so much Jenny!

This might be a little late but the Sprout brand baby food pouches are on sale 6 for $5 plus there is a coupon blinkie with buy 3 get 1 free coupons. Very Good Deal on organic baby food.

I saw this and took advanatage of it on Sunday!  I agree, this is a great deal on the Sprout brand baby food.  I was able to use 2 of the blinkie coupons in one transaction to get a total of 2 free pouches (bought a total of 8 pouches).

Made a trip back to Publix this week.  Sunday's paper (SS I think) had a 50cent coupon on Speed Stick deodorant.  It's B1G1 free 1.97 in the Atlanta area.  After coupon it made the Speed Stick free!

where do you find the kraft food and family booklet?

    • Kc_jennings

I prob. could save more money at Publix, but I don't get sales papers or the advantage flyers and really don't know there coupon policy that well. The closest one to me is about 35-40 miles away. If I could get the flyers then make my spreadsheet and see what savings I would get I would do it. I know Kroger's and Wal-Mart's policy that's all we have in the town I live in. Somebody please help how can I get these flyers.

      • Chris

Well not only can you look at the list here (which is usually close to a complete flyer) but you can go to Publix website and pull up the flyer for the store closest to your zip.  Then their website allows you to build a list from the ad and print it out even.  HTH

Thank you Chris. lol it's unusual for a man to know these things. My husband only goes with me then tries to scew my savings up by getting stuff not on sale and worse I don't have a coupon for, but I need him to go so I can watch to make sure everything is ringing up correctly.
