Sorry guys, I’ve had this done since Sunday and kept forgetting to post it. I think it’s because for me these aren’t really deals you would do much better on most items in a drugstore. I know some of you just aren’t drugstore shoppers though so here ya go.

What is the correct way to use the kotex coupons
one b1g1 store coupon with one 2off2??

      • BEVGILCHRIST

You pick up 2 kotex, use the b1g1 coupon to pay half price for each, and use the $2 off 2 to get another $1 off each.

      • If you want to use both coupons, use will need to buy 4. You could use the B1G1 with a normal $2/1 but since the other is a $2/2 you will need the free one plus two more to be able to use it.

So get 4, use 2 B1G1 coupons and then you have 2 left that you are paying for so use the $2/2 on those.

        • But, since the BOGO coupon is a store coupon can't it be stacked with the manufacturer coupon, thus only buying 2 and using both coupons???? If they were both manufacturer coupons, then I could understand the need to buy3 or 4.

Not sure why it has now given me a # rather than my name and sign in info… Anyway, this is Dee Dee.

          • LD

That is the way I see it Dede aka # lol. since the B1G1 is a store coupon you can use a coupon that is off 2 one manuf coupon . and the free one on those 2 since it is 1 store one manuf per item you are using it in that way, since you are buying 2 and each coupon is on 2 that equals one store and one manf per item. I am going to see but it is what makes sense to me

          • Mitchell

Hey – it completely depends on the store, but in most cases I've encountered, no. This situation has come up several times in the past few months on various items like the Infusium23 shampoo and the B1 oatmeal G1 FREE Naked Juice. When you have a Publix store coupon for saying if you buy 'this' you get 'that' free, then that item is actually free, not just ringing up 50% off like items do during the B1G1 sale there during the week. What I've been told over and over plus at different stores is that since the item is already completely, 100% free via the store coupon, you are not allowed to use a manufacturer coupon on it.

            • Leah in SC

I did this deal purchasing only 2 items on Wednesday and again Sunday. My store can get a little picky over coupons, so if it was not acceptable, I'm quite sure all the cashiers would have been made aware of it asap and especially by Sunday and would have said something when I checked out. I had no issues. It just makes sense to me that if they allow you to stack a store q and a manu q, and in this case both q's require you to get 2 items for their q to work, then you should be able to do it with only 2 items. It's no different (in my opinion of course) than the Johnson's First Aid deal a while back – the store q made a single item free but there was also a manu q listed to use for a single item. If the logic is that you can't use a manu q on an item that is already made free by a store q, then how was it acceptable on the first aid kits? (For what it's worth, I didn't have any manu q for those so I'm only going by what was included on Jenny's list). Maybe I'm completely wrong in the way I see it, but so far my store has not had any issues with it. I still have to go back for some pads (they were out), but I plan to do this deal again at least one more time.

      • Leah

I thought since one is a store q and one is a man q and both require 2 items you could stack them together and only have to buy 2 items. I bought 2 (at $2.93 each) and used 1 store bogo q and 1 man $2/2 q. I paid $.93 for two ($.47 each). Not sure why you have to buy 4 to make it work? And with the buying 4 scenario Jenny used, you actually pay more per item. Am I misunderstanding something?

        • tina0381

Hi Leah! I was thinking (and hoping) the same thing. From your comment, I gather that you actually were able to only purchase 2 and it worked with one bogo q and one man q? I'm just trying to make out my list and wanted to be clear before I go into a grocery store with two small toddlers! =) Thanks!

    • wbailey113

      Jenny,

You mean the Green Advantage Buy Flyer, oops!

    • kellyekookoo

I went to Publix yesterday armed with a 2.00 off motrin I was going to use with the 4.00 off, but for the life of me, I could not find the 4.00 in the flyer. Any help? I live in the Nashville, are they different?

    • rhoadesaa

I was wondering….there was a Kotex Publix coupon in the Little Book of Big Savings. Is it possible to combine the Yellow Adv. Q, LBOBS Q, + a manufacturer's Q? Are my glasses a bit too rosy today (lol)?

      • Melissa

I think both of those would count as Publix coupons. My Publix, and my understanding of all Publix stores, is that you can use any (1) Publix coupon, any (1) competitor coupon, and any (1) manufacturer coupon on the same (1) item. If you’re short one of the three coupon categories, you can’t substitute by doubling up on two of another.

        • Melissa

          Rhoadessa,

Oh wait. Just ignore my comment. I see what you’re trying to do. It is too early in the morning for me. I need some coffee :))

      • Emily

I am going to do the BOGO coupon. One of the $.75 Publix coupon for the Little Book of Big Savings and one manf $1.502. They are $3.39 in my store so that is $1.14 for tho boxes. Also in the booklet there is a a rebate
$10 gift card for publix unilever products
        * Offer good only on purchases made between 1/11/10 and 2/13/10.
        * Products must be purchased in one shopping visit.
        * Circle your purchases of any of the participating Kimberly-Clark and Unilever brands listed that total a minimum of $30.00 on your original Publix receipt.
        * Place the original receipt and entry form in an envelope and mail with the correct amount of postage to the address indicated. Please retain a copy
        for your records.
        * Envelopes must be postmarked by 2/19/10 and received by 2/26/10. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks from 2/19/10.
        * One offer per household, while supplies last, total not to exceed 5,000 (five-thousand) gift cards.

        • Julie

I did this yesterday and it works because you are using 2 Publix coupons (one BOGO, and one $75/1- which is one per item) and 1 Manufacture coupon ($1.50/2). The tampons were $3.39 at my store (which this store is generally higher in price than the ones others post), which made them $1.14 for both or 57 cents a box. I checked with the manager to make sure I was using the coupons correctly before I did this. Great way to score some super cheap essentials! Especially if you use the $2/2 instead of the $1.50.

          • erindixon520

That's what I was thinking! Oh good, I'm so glad you posted this. I'm planning on trying it tonight and picking up a box of diapers for a diaper shower and then submitting for the rebate, yay!

      • rydergal

Nope, you can only use one Publix q and one Manufacturer q per item. Just a bit too rosy :)

    • cathie

The tylenol is a great deal, combine with a coupon from the tylenol calendar (http://www.tylenolcalendar.com) and get 11 dollars off 2 bottles.

      • jarrodbryson

Confused on which coupon you're talking about….

        • cathie

If you sign up for the tylenol calendar, one of the days in Feb offers a 3 dollar coupon on two bottles of tylenol. :)

          • jarrodbryson

            Thanks I see it now!

    • Nicole

I tried the printable coupon link for $4 off any Zyrtec product (to stack with the Publix coupon) and it takes me to Red Plum. Once at Red Plum, I see no Zyrtec coupons. Help?

      • nicole

i figured it out… you can search within red plum for coupons and it came back that way. thanks!

    • Nicole

      http://www.tylenolcalendar.com for a 3 dollar off 2 bottles. Also, I think the 4 dollar coupon is a 2 off tylenol. :)

    • shannonrdh

This may be a dumb question but when do the green and yellow flyers come out? Every time I go to Publix, they are out of them. Thanks!!

      • Julie

At the store I shop at, you have to go and ask them at customer service for them because when they put them on the circular 1 or 2 people come in and take them all and leave none for the rest. They do restock the circular first thing before they open up, so I have had my hubby swing by on his way to work in the morning and pick me one up when they first come out. (he is a good hubby like that).

        • Jill

How do you know when they first come out?

          • kj

Jill, i picked up a green and a yellow a few hours ago, the green one is good until Feb 26, the yellow March 5. happy publixing!

    • mleight1

I know this is a crazy question….but I am new to Publix and would love some guidance as to where to find the Publix store coupons…like the Green Advantage Buyer….or isn't there one called Yellow too?

      • mmgold7

The green and yellow flyers are usually on a display near the front of the store…at my store its right by the door. The weekly sale ads are there as well. Hope this helps.

There is a $5 off any weightwatchers scale on coupons.com using area code 29210

    • khaefliger

It looks like you are missing the in ad coupon for 1.50/1 Dove MEN+CARE body/face wash or body/face bar.
There are also 2 coupons in RP 1/31 for 1.75/1 MEN+CARE body/face bars and 1.25/1 MEN+CARE body/face wash or scrubber to stack with it!

      • Mitchell

There are also $1 off any (1) Dove Men+ Personal Care Wash coupons from Target. I have two that I printed – they're the older Target coupons that print much more tiny than they do from the new site. They expire 3/31 I believe and make for a great stack with the $1.75/1 manuf, the $1.50/1 store, then the $1/1 competitor ;-)

        • Ashley

Our Publix won't do a store coupon AND a competitor for the same product… they told me it is either the Publix Q OR the competitor Q, but not both. You can still stack a Manu Q on top of either of these, but you just can't use all three for one product.

    • ziggy34434

$1 off Soy Inspirations Product manufacturers coupon from Publix Green Advantage Buy Flyer 11/28-12/24 still isn't expired if you have it.

      • Mitchell

You're the first person I've seen point this out! Luckily I had two left, to go with my two LUcoupons for $3/1. Do you know what the candles typically run? Will $4 make them next to free?

        • ziggy34434

          I don't know, but I'm interested.

    • Roz

The Chapstick Medicated is free with overage if you use the .50/2 with 2 store coupons for $1 off. They are $1.49 each! I was so happy! I love that stuff!

    • kj

I just got two boxes of tampons for .65 cents each. I love this.

    • Heather Robinson

on the kotex bogo if you have the coupon for $1.50 for 2 and 2 of the in store coupon for .75 cent off 1 you actually pay .28 cent total including tax for 2.

      • Heather

I just did that yesterday and purchased 2. Igave them the bogo coupon, and then the 1.50 off 2,and then the 2 .75 cent coupons in store coupons that printed in the paper, and the cashier ask the manager for approval because it was .07 cent overage,so i also paid .28 cent. cool deal!!!

    • Janie

There are printable coupons at chunky.com

    • ChristyR

I love your site, i am new to this coupon stuff and this is a great tool!

Where do you get the Little Book of Big Savings?

      • RJcoupons

The coupons in this booklet expired 2/13/10. The coupon booklets are normally found at the door entrances near the grocery ad or at your Customer Service desk.

    • kj

in the walgreens coupon book for feb. there is another 2.00 off 2 coupon for kotex, can you use that with the publix bogo coupon? has anyone done that? I've been stocking up and have ran out of my 2.00 and 1.50 off coupons.

    • RJcoupons

If I were to buy 4 Pedialyte at $5.29ea, can I do this deal?

(2)$3.00 Publix store coupons in the green advantage flyer
(2)BOGO mfg-internet printable (for the free one)
(2)$1.50 mfg-internet printable (for the one I'm buying)

Making all 4 bottles for $1.58

    • I'm going to frame these and hang them when my husband's at work and see how long it takes him to notice when he gets home!

    • I'm done trying to get Green Advantage buy items in the Spring Hill Tenn store. The health and beauty sections can never keep the good deals in stock. I went twice a week for the entire advantage buy date for Thermacare and never saw a single one on the shelf, even on the days the truck had arrived. Sometimes they will give a raincheck & extend the dates of the store coupon, sometimes not, and some will only extend it for a short time. I'm tired of chasing down products and my manufacturer's coupons expiring. I don't even look down those aisles anymore, I'm sticking to the drugstores.
