    • Calliereibold

This is fabulous!  When on the Shop at Home site, how do I get to Restaurant.com?

      • ghlk

Restaurant.com is broken right now at 8:15 EST August 15. Pages take about 2 minutes to load if they don’t return a server error first.

      • JessR08

You hit the “Buy Now” button under the deal and it will redirect you in another window.

    • Amysamsal

Isn't 20% of $25.00 –  $5.00?  Not sure how you get $2.00 maybe there is another code?

      • Arringtonb

        I think it is 20% or $15.

      • JessR08

You aren't paying (unless you find one and want to) $25 for a $25 certificate… most are listed as you would pay $10 for a $25 certificate, so it would be $2 after the promo code.

      • guest

the certificate I want is $25 off, but for the price of $20.  Less the 80% discount is $4, not $2.  I guess it depends on the price.

    • Arringtonb

Do they ever expire?  I am trying and it is coming up $3.00.

      • Trouta

on the bottom after you print it, it says does not expire

Has anyone ever had luck with restaurant.com?  I have heard of sooo many bad reviews that I am hesitant to use it, but Jenny never has steered me wrong!

      • Betsy

I used it a couple weeks ago and got my $25 certificate for $3. There was a $35 minimum order and it said that the 18% gratuity would be added automatically. I went with my boyfriend and the restaurant was strict about it being $35. We got appetizers and dessert and had to get a to go drink as well to get us there. While our waitress was running our credit card the hostess told us that the gratuity goes to the company, not the waitress, so we left a tip. I emailed restaurant.com about ths because it seemed like they were taking away tips from waitresses and i got an email back saying the gratuity was supposed to go to the waitress and that they would contact the restaurant. They gave me credit for 2 additional certificates, which i haven’t used yet. After all this my thought is if you would normally spend $35 in the restaurant its a good deal. If not its not really worth the hassle.

    • Mleepaschall

I'm on there now and I bought 4 and it is saying 12 dollars….not 8.

      • Mleepaschall

Plus I didn't get to put in my code, it just gave me an 80% discount automatically.

        • Guest

You have probably selected certificates that are priced at $15 instead of the usual $10.  Some restaraunts have raised their price since the program first began years ago.

    • Sableladybug

It appears like I've been charged $15 for my $25 voucher, will I see it reflected with the $2 charge on my credit card statement. Also how does it work if you buy more than one voucher?

      • Sableladybug

It didn't let me apply the code either. I bought 5, and was charged $75, I either did something wrong or this deal isn't working. Did anyone else have this problem?

        • Trouta

I entered in the code bought 6 for $12.  Great deal.  You should call and get it fixed.

        • My_butterfly

You need to enter the code HOT on top of the page before you checkout.

      • My_butterfly

You can always call the phone number on the website to cancel it. I had to do that before.

        • Sableladybug

I just called to have it cancelled and was told that they don’t give full refunds. the rep stated that per his supervisor all he could offer is a $25 cetificate for the inconvenience. This was not satisfactory so I’m having to go thru my credit card company to stop payment once the charge is posted. Not very pleased with Restaurant.com right now

      • Mike in Savannah

some of the restaurants listed say discount code does not apply under the restaurant name. I was able to snatch up 4×25$ and 4×10$ for 12$ total.

    • My_butterfly

I just bought 7 certificates, for 5 different restaurants, with a total value of $160.00 and only paid $15.00!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

    • Donna

I just bought 7 certificates for $225.00 for $39.00.  Awesome!  Cha Ching!

    • Heathert

I tried purchasing, but it kept saying there was an error with my payment processing.  I tried twice on my credit card and once through paypal.  Anyone having any issues with payment processing?

      • Heathert

oops, just checked online with my bank and there is a problem with their credit cards processing since like 2:45 today.

    • CS1003

Awesome!! Ordered 6 certificates, total value $135.00 and paid only $20.00. Two of these are for our beach trip. Thanks sooo much for the code. Love Southern Savers!!!!

    • Seemed a little squirrely. I found only one restaurant that interested me and on the shopping page it said a $45 limit plus 18% gratuity. Okay, still a good deal and since that restaurant is not expensive, that would easily feed my family. Well, before I checked out, I checked the specific restrictions and it said $100! What? I didn't feel comfortable with the conflicting information, so I canceled my order. Be sure to read all the restrictions and requirements before you buy.

Minimum purchase of $35, so you end up having to pay at least $10 either way. Read the fine print carefully, folks!

    • Lindsey

This code doesn’t work for me.  Maybe it has expired?  Or the fine print under every restaurant in my area says “Not valid with other offers/promotions.”  Maybe that is why…  ??
