Just when I thought Rite Aid might be slacking on the deals, they have given us a crazy ad to start the year off. According to this ad, they now have the ability to track +UP purchases over multiple transactions.

There is a new $20 +UP WYB $100 in “Buy & Save” products listed in the ad, this is limit one per card and runs 12/26/10-1/22/11, so you don’t have to buy it all this week (but keep your receipts just in case there are issues). I’ve worked up a big scenario that gets you $50 towards the reward for $4.44 or less.

If you see any other deals or coupons leave a comment below and help others find them too!

    • Fritabandita59

I was also excited about the new award from Rite Aid, but after looking at the bottom of my receipt yesterday (I purchased $38 worth of products and paid $1.54 oop) I received $1 toward my eventual $20 UP reward. So it appears it is not going to account for the total purchased, just the total out of pocket. I hope it that changes.

      • Fritabandita59

Nevermind, I didn't realize it was for specific items.

    • Great scenario, Jenny! You're the best!

    • Amyreese2010

I am looking for a new 5.00 off 25.00 for Rite Aid…is there one available?

      • They are not going to be offering any new ones according to their PR department. If they do they will be very specific for your card only.

      • Danaamandanichole

I was just looking at my wellness+ account and I had a $5 off $25 coupons!! So You could check and see if you got one too!!!

        • melissa

          How do I find that???

          • akellyinva

Go to the Rite Aid website and look for the link to Wellness. If you've linked your card to an online account (sorta like with the SCR), you'll have a Wellness account with offers. The first message you'll see there should include a $5/$25. (I registered my card last March and only recently found my message. My $5/$25 had expired in October! lol)

            • melissa

thank you x 1000! I was able to find it with your advice. YOU ROCK!

      • wolverinehokie

It seems as though Rite Aid has stopped offering them. There was a pretty big fraud thing going on with them, so they have appeared to stop issuing them. Some people were saying if you already had one and it hasn't expired, it still works, but there are no new ones.

    • Crystal

The manager at my store told me that ALL the Valentine's Candy is included. There are literally hundreds, possible thousands, of items included in this. She showed me the stack of tags she has to put up. Look for the red and yellow tags to know if that item qualifies toward the $100 total.

    • Danaamandanichole

I can't seem to find any Huggies coupons,

      • Wcushelley

Look in the Coupon database in the upper right hand corner of Southern Savers.

        • Leighann Howell

The Huggies $3/1 printables are no longer available. I've looked everywhere for them and they just simply are not there any more. I knew I should have printed that one when I had a chance last week.

    • Johne

In your scenario transaction #2, are you counting (2) $2 SCR’s for Gas-X Prevention? I checked on riteaid.com and it shows limit 1 rebate,

    • Bamabobbie

I can't see to log onto my rite aid ad perks account from some of the above coupons listed. Is anyone else having problems??

    • sunset

Where is the coast soap/bodywash $1 coupon? I can't find it anywhere. Tried different zip codes & nowhere to be found.

      • Fallaya

        I can't find it either…

      • Ashley

Same here. Saw it last night but didn't print it. Must be gone.

      • katie

        It expired yesterday.

    • sunset

Question about gift of savings. This is the first time I've done this and I have a $20 certificate. On the fine print it says valid for one in store purchase. So can you only buy 1 item or can you buy several items that add up to $20?

      • Klynn

you can buy several items that add up to $20.

        • sunset

          Thanks!!!!

    • Mjclark1977

This site is awesome and has helped me save so much money! I seem to periodically wait until the last few days of a sale to do my shopping (which I know is ALWAYS a bad idea). I just wish that some fellow couponers would leave some items for those of us who sometimes lag behind in the week. Granted, we do not live in a utopian society, and we all like to stock up :) I have seen this comment posted before, but I seem to learn me lesson from week to week: go shopping earlier!!!!

      • Courtney

I have been there 10 mins after they opened and they have been cleaned out

      • Ashley

Rite Aid carries VERY limited amounts of their items as it tis. That is the problem(mostly). They will have only 2 of a sale item on the shelf Sunday morning or even when a new truck comes.

        • Chillto

Right…and sometimes when the deal requires that you buy several items to get the +UPS, they just don't have enough to do the deal. Frustrating.

      • coupongirl

I call it coupon karma – I never like to clear shelves. I think I found a solution, though: last week w/ the Nivea deal, I called the manager and ordered 10 lip balms. He said they won't be in for two weeks, but he rainchecked the sale price and UPR. Sounds like a fair deal to me.

    • Fallaya

I'm planning to do this transaction:

      Maalox $4.99
      Ex-lax $4.99
      Gas-X $4.99
      Joint Juice $4.99

      -$4 Gas-X coupon
      -$1 Joint Juice coupon
      -$1 Video Values coupon
      -$4 Beauty Bonus Coupon
      -$9 +ups

      Total Due: $0.96

Will submit for $8 in SCR's

Will also add $19.96 towards Buy and Save $20 +ups promo

      • Gabriela

what is this beauty bonus coupon? How to get it?

        • Sweety Pie32

It's the Video Values coupon you get for watching a set amount of beauty products videos.

          • Dianne

I just watched 13 beauty videos, got 13 credits and under my rewards it shows $0.01 for each one. Is it going to print a one cent coupon??

            • 3monkeysmom

Nope. It will print, but it will say “this is not a coupon” or something like that. I clicked to print them just to see. I cancelled the print so as not to waste ink though ;)

    • Lovescoupons

I can't find the gas x coupons. Do you have a specific zip code?

    • Chris

Video Values Coupon for All Sensodyne Products. Stack with Manufac. :)

    • Spetitt

Could somone remind me how sets of Video Values coupons you can print legitimately?

      • Morgan

        One of each.

      • Chris

Like Morgan said, one of each. Once you print it, you cannot reprint or refresh. BUT Rite Aid is not card specific with coupons/+UPs like CVS. You can use another person's Video Value Coupon (EX: Use 2 Beano Coupons from 2 different Video Value people, and 2 manufactures). The system will take it, but would also depend on the cashier. I have done this several times with no problems. Personally, I feel this is a “grey area” loop-hole. (Possibly against the rules?? Don't know) Then again, If the coupon is not for the SPECIFIC item, I don't use it. For some coupon-ers, if it is “close enough” they will try it. Ethically, I think that is wrong. Once again, “grey area”.

        • Surveymom155

ROFLMAO…..”ethically, I think that is wrong”….This is quite funny coming from someone who has several identities for VV to get multiple coupons.

      • Gabriela

I already tried to use 2 video value store coupons (before knowing I wasn't supposed to) and they didn't let me use both.
Another thing I noticed today was that they are looking at the names printed on the video coupons as well. maybe to see if it matches the card. Don';t know..

        • Chris

Like I said, depends on the cashier. I had one last week on the Gain Dishwashing Liquid overide my $1 off from P&G $110 booklet, and marked it to .88 because that was the sale price. She wrote .88 on the coupon, but like P&G is going to overide the .12!! BUT, the system will accept Video Values from other accts.Make sure you are buying 2 items and not trying to triple-stack on one item.

    • Ktillot

Quick question…for the Aquafresh deal…when you say buy 8 and use 8 manuf. coups and only 1 store coup, does that store coupon count for all 8 toothpastes you buy?

      • heather

No, I believe it is a VV coupon and you can only print one so it will only take off $1.50 for 1. hth

    • jewel

ugh, we didn't get the wet ones deal in our ad!! I sooo hate when that happens

      • Jessheartscoupons

Were you looking at the ad online? If so, it's still probably the ad that ends at midnight, Saturday, Jan 1. Try again when they put the Sunday ad up.

    • Triplettk

So what does it mean that they're going to be able to track our +UP transactions?

      • Gabriela

You will get 20 Ups reward buying a 100 dollars of participating items. They will be able to track all your puchases from those items in different transactions and days so at the end you will receive 20 Ups reward. Does it make sence? I went to the store today and at the end of my receit is says I already have 28,00 towards my 100.

    • Adrien

Help! I am confused here. On a few of the products it lists Redplum 01/02 as the flier for the coupon…. what is 01/02??????

      • Courtney

the insert that comes out tommorow (sunday)

      • Gabriela

it means you have to look on the flier Redplum from 01/02.

      • couponmama

It means the Redplum coupon insert in this Sunday's newspaper (1/02/11). Insert name & date. :)

      • Hesperides

January 2nd. As in Sunday's newspaper.

    • Adrien

Thanks guys :-). So glad you are here to help.

    • heather

Is anyone else having trouble printing the $3off Centrum coupon?

      • Jessheartscoupons

yep, and I can't find the $4 off one from the paper. Ended up with a $2 off

    • Johne

I have a question regardin the resolution reward. I made 2 trips to one store and purchase $6 in one trip and $4.50 in the other. The resolution reward printout at the end of the receipt correctly showed at the end of the second trip that I had purchase $10.50 worth of products good toward the $100 total needed to get the $20 reward. When I made another purchase at a different store afterwards, it only showed the $6.79 that I had bought on that trip alone. Does this mean that the resolution reward is only tracked at the store level and does not carryover from one store to another?

      • Chillto

I have had the same thing happen…only at the same store, but different registers (on the same day!). I don't see any link on the Rite Aid site to check to see the totals when I submit my receipts. Wonder how to get to the bottom of it…?

      • ChrissyPunkin

I would just wait a couple of days and it should be right. I met the 20% level in 2010, and my receipt today said I was at the 10% level. However, I've done the math and I know I'm getting 20%. My cashier was saying something weird was going on with the receipts, but if I was worried I could call the corporate number.

        • Lori

Thanks for saying that, Chrissy! I thought maybe it was just me. I bought a few gallons of milk New Year's Eve just to make certain that I was over the 20% mark, and it showed that I was at 10%, and showed no points accumulation for that day at all….

          • ChrissyPunkin

Just last night I was looking at the receipt where it said “Congratulations, You've made gold status,” or whatever. At the bottom of that same receipt, it said my 10% will remain effective through 2011. What? There must be a glitch.

Isn't it great to have the 20% discount? I just realized that milk will only cost me $2.63/gallon, which is almost as cheap as Sam's Club. Yay!

    • C.B.

Is the coupon for gas-x still available.I tried to find it but I could not?

      • Re

I cannot find a printable coupon for gas-x either. Can anyone help?

        • Rhiannon353

Go to the Gas X website and there's one there. Get the $4 for the Prevention product.

          • wolverinehokie

            Thanks!

    • michigangirl

Will they deduct the store coupons from the total applied toward the resolution reward?

      • Rhiannon353

No, at least the store coupons weren't deducted before my total applied.

    • shaz

I am sorry but I have to say this. As much as I love and appreciate Jenny because she has saved me a ton of money, the scenarios posted just breed hoarders. I got so caught up in this couponing business for a while and did exactly what she posted, just caught up in the thrill of getting $100 worth of merchanise for $4. Nevermind that half was strange stuff that I would never use and couldn't even give away! (and believe my I tried, homeless shelters food banks, etc) So many of my friends did too and still are…our houses look like an episode of hoarders! I told myself that I was doing it for altruistic reasons when in reality I was satisfying my own shopping addiction. My point is now I only buy what I need or can reasonably use but if I need toothpaste I have to fight the person who is insistent on getting 8 of them because it gets them to some certain level and qualifies them for x y and z. And when I was one of those people and fighting for MY 8 tubes and going from store to store and getting rainchecks and going back I can't believe how much time I spent and gas I burned trying to save a few dollars. Just for the thrill of it. TIME is money too, and I just got burned out. Now if we could get everyone to that point of moderation…

In my area too, those same people that I would be fighting to get my one or two tubes of toothpaste to their 8, would be up at the flea market that next weekend selling that toothpaste..

      • susandtim

Well said and I agree!! I have been a hoarder and am starting to overcome my desire to get everything I possibly can that is free. I still like to be well stocked in the basics though (toothpastes and brushes, shampoos etc). Thanks for saying what I have started thinking. My husband said jet the other day he doesn't want us to end up on an episode of “boarders”!

        • savvy

Looks to me like if it's such an issue for you then perhaps you shouldn't be on the website. I purchase things or get things for free that I don't NEED, but I have never in my time of couponing had trouble donating to shelters or to food banks or to nursing homes. If your house looks like an episode of hoarders, you have to ask yourself “Am I clean and organized” and “Is my house big enough for me to coupon to this extent”. My house isn't huge but I have everything organized and placed so that it doesn't look like slobs live here. Also if time is an issue then you for sure spent too much time on here typing out that whole explanation of how it's time consuming.

          • Tigergrl08

Not too sure why things have to get hateful between each other. The point is to help one another, not criticize.

          • Loverly642

I betcha that first person's husband wasn't out of a job for 18 months and lost everything including 401k and savings, then forced to separated in the middle of it all ,and had no money at all to feed her kids or having them slicing open toothpaste tubes cause there wasn't even $3 to pay for a tube so she has time to sit here and complain about it……. so to me… free stuff, this site and my new “hoard” of toothpaste since August is an amazing gift from God! All how you look at it! It's “pressed down shaken together and running over!” and that's a good thing around here! ;D

            • Katmandeal

I can't speak for the first person, but I can tell you that my husband makes a 6 figure salary and we have no debt, and I am able to spend freely as I wish (all by the grace of God). I read your post and I know there are times I got to the store before someone like you and cleared the shelf at Rite Aid to complete my coupon matchups (I use Rite Aid because they keep hardly anything on the shelf). I wonder how people for whom this is about survival feel about that..I remember schooling a cashier that I was doing something good because I was donating when I overheard her talking about all of us housewives running in with our stilettos and huge diamond rings fighting over dulcolax!! It is truly an addiction for me, my house is over 5000 square feet and even with giving to shelters and my housekeeper, etc I still wanted to go and get more more more. How many people out there will admit to having multiple CVS cards? I have three. But you will notice with all of the chastizing and criticizing responses I will get about that, the most glaring silence will be of those who are like me with 3 cards. Those are the people who DONT respond, not readly to admit that it is a true addiction.

            • Cyndi

              I have 2 :P

I too have a good job and thankfully so does my hubby. I can't see me paying full price for anything anymore.

            • Reformedaddict

I have 2 as well (made my husband get one) and my mother gave me her keytag to use~

I too am very fortunate in that I have a great job (my husband stays home, actually, because my job is very lucrative and we want to have one parent at home). I have fortunately never had to live under a budget, but attended a couponing class because it was held at my church which was an opportunity to speak and promote our church. It peaked my interest because of the challenge of it, I wanted to see if I could buy a cartfull of groceries for 1/4 the price. I did everything suggested. It is very time-consuming but I was hooked on the high of coming out of a store with a bag full of stuff (it didn't matter what the stuff was, just STUFF) for free or pennies. It was like legal stealing! The day I stopped was the day that I was waiting outside of Rite Aid for 8am when they opened, and there was another car already in the parking lot waiting. I felt threatened because I had shopped freely every Sunday at 8am for months and never had competition. That week we needed like 6 or so boxes of Alka Seltzer for this great moneymaking deal. She walked in before me but went to the wrong aisle- I went straight to the right aisle and started to pick up my 6 alka seltzer when she realized her error and ran over to where I was and started grabbing them too. There were like 8 on the shelf and all of a sudden I had 4 and she had 4 and we were just looking at each other. It was that moment that I felt like a total piece of sh*t that I would even think of having a confrontation with this lady over alka seltzer which I knew I would never use, I just wanted to make the $$. So that is what it had come down to, over a few bucks and useless alka seltzer. I put those 4 alka seltzer down and walked right out of RA and got in my car. I did not get all of the other free items on my list, truth is, I did not need any of them, they were not things that I used or would ever concievably use. They were just free.

Yes, my name is Sarah, and I am addicted to FREE. I never even looked at the rest of the things that were on sale in Jenny's list, I only looked for the word FREE.

I have not been back into RA since then, I even let my UP rewards expire. I did claim my $100 SCR check but haven't cashed it yet. I probably should and donate that $$. Like an alcoholic, I just have to stay away!

            • Amber D

Its sad that we even have to have such discussions. Sure there are people out there who are addicted to this but there are many of us out there who do this because we have to. I only buy what I need to. Sometimes I get a little extra and when I do they last just long enough to get us through the next rough patch (sometimes I stretch my body wash to last longer by only using it once a week, sometimes I use my deoderant and other things the same way…things are that tight).

My husband is the one that works, I stay home with our two little girls (1 and 2 1/2 and daycare costs more than I would make working so I stay home) and he is a full time student. Things are incredibly tight in our house and I depend up these deals to help keep the basics going in my family and put food on our table. I hate making it to a CVS, Walgreens, or rite aid, in search for a great bargain that will help us out greatly, only to find that the stores have been wiped clean by others.

For instance….this past October when RA had the JJ baby shampoo on sale…I couldn't get it because they were sold out (and trust me…with two little active girls I really needed it!) and you can only get a rain check for 2 of them not the full amount.

I wish that those who don't have to do this be a little more courtious of those who do need these deals to just survive.

            • Mike

Come on Brooke…..I have seen your 500 square foot apartment. You need this stuff so it's fine for you to get what you need. Does it really make you feel better about yourself to pretend to own a home (5000 sq ft no less…lol) and pretend your drunk boyfriend makes big bucks. We all have our place in society. Just be happy with yours and quit with the make believe. Getting stuff for free is fun when you don't have much money. Enjoy it!!!!!

          • BrookeP.

I happen to agree with the first person, although I too was like you when people criticized my “habit”, and I pacified myself by saying I was doing good by donating. Sure, I never had a problem finding a place that would take my homeopathic cayenne pepper nose spray and odd assortment of odds and ends, but I really think what these places need are the basics like shampoo, soap and toothpaste, the stuff that I tended to keep, not a universal remote or some of the other crazy stuff that I see people going crazy for because it is free.. If you kept shopping shopping shopping and donating even after you built up a small stockpile then more power to you, I just choose to use my time to volunteer at these places now instead of feeding my sick habit. I just drove myself crazy although I wouldn't admit it for anything, but when I would see my friends living simple and in the moment I just didn't get it. Am I cured? No, obviously I am on here checking to see what deals there are. But I am not leaving my family and running out for a bunch of crap I dont need just because it is free. JMO :)

          • Paigemarieb1979

I work at a Rite-Aid in upstate SC, if you are having a hard time finding a store to HAPPILY take your coupons and you are in my area, you are welcome to visit. My BEST customers are the ones that “hoard” as some of you put it, because they are making purchases of items that barely move from our shelves. That being said. I also coupon and use this site. As an employee who creates the store orders, using this site has helped me plan for my current and future customers. There are some who abuse the policy and my associates and those are the ones that ruin it for others. But for those of you that are patient with the store and employees and are able to remember that we are only human too, WE appreciate your business, AND your coupons!

      • JK

It's funny you said this. I know exactly what you are talking about. I did the same thing, and you are right, it was for the thrill of getting so much for so little. I would get all anxious about getting to the drug stores first thing in the morning to make sure I was one of the ones to get all that toothpaste!! I too got burned out fast, and Jenny talks about that too. She will even tell you to go buy something without coupons every once in a while. I have been so slack on my couponing unless i am getting low on things (diapers, tampons, toothpaste, TP) essentials. I can only hold so many bottles of Tylenol.
Last year I did the Rite Aid gift of savings deal in October, got like $175 worth of stuff for free plus $20!! However, I STILL have medicines in my cabinet from then that never got used.

      • Lori

Is shopping an addiction? It can be. But so is overeating. You don't chastise the grocery stores for enabling that addiction. You should not chastise Jenny for providing coupon matchups.

There is a difference between stockpiling and hoarding. The basis is the same – you are collecting items for when times are less plentiful. However, pathological hoarders don't know when to stop.

There is a learning curve while figuring out the principles of couponing, and there is spending curve while building a stockpile. It is normal to develop some moderation when you have been doing this awhile.

Personally – I have enough of a stockpile where I can wait to purchase certain items (like toothpaste) until I see a moneymaker. When I have a roughly six-month supply of something, I back off. Heck, I have enough of a stockpile, even the super doubles at Harris Teeter don't seem appetizing this time round!

With regards to the guys at the flea market – they are running a business. Do I like competing against them for toothpaste? No. But are the flea market guys doing anything wrong? No. They are purchasing low, and selling at what is hopefully a profit for them, given the time and gas to collect the items, and the cost of entering the flea market. You would not complain if it was something you DON'T have to compete against….

        • Ashley

Well said, Lori. Very balanced statements you made.

      • Courtney

I have just started couponing in oct and I have to say this. I don't spend extra time or gas going from store to store to see if they have it. If the ones I go to have it then great if not most of the time I don't even bother with a raincheck. I did get the 8 things of toothpaste (building a stockpile) but I only got 2 of 4 different types so it is not like I wiped out one whole thing of toothpaste getting it. It has been so helpful in couponing for me since I can't work due to health issues and we are living off of my husband's 8.50 an hour job that is part time at that.

      • mominsc

Everything in life is about moderation. You buy what YOU need. I don't buy the stuff that I know I will never use simply because it is free. I attended one of Jenny's workshops, and she actually encourages you to buy everything — even if you will never use it (Depends is a good example she used in the training).

        • Mandi

I attended one of Jenny's workshops as well. Yes, she encouraged us to use coupons and deals which made us money. BUT…she also reminded us REPEATEDLY that our individual scenarios would be different, depending on our needs. She strongly supported giving away items you'll never use…Can't find anyone who wants those Depends? Advertise it free on Craigslist! You won't hold on to them for half an hour! Jenny has been a BLESSING to our family!

          • mominsc

Yes, Jenny has been a blessing to us as well. I am happy to have found this website!

      • Toni

        Where's the Dislike button?

      • Hotflash76

Thanks for your post reformedaddict. You really are a “Debbie Downer.” Your correct, who needs 8 tubes of toothpaste? I have the answer for you. My local church didn't seem to turn up their nose today when I showed up with 2 big bags of HBA items for them. They were really applicative of if. I also took 3 big moving boxes of food to MUST today. They didn't seem to turn up their noses either. One of my best friend’s sons is serving time in Iraq, fighting for our freedom and believe it or not some of the soldiers over there never get mail or care packages. Isn't that sad???? :( You would be surprised how a soldier who doesn't get care packages on a regular basis really appreciates a box full of toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, toilet paper, gum, ect…………all of the things you say we are hording. Rite Aid makes up the rules as far as buy x amount of dollars and receive y amount of rewards. Then most of us “HOARDERS” turn right around and spend those rewards on yet more things that Rite Aid wants us to buy. Crazy little circle of savings we have going, isn't it? If you don't agree with what Jenny is posting why bother visiting her site???

    • Ladybugpam

Does anyone know a good zip code to use for the $3 off Huggies q? It is not showing up for me:( Thanks:)

      • Chris

They were there Friday, but my printer was out of ink. Saturday, they were gone. Go to http://www.huggies.com and go to promotions/coupons and you can get a $2.50 off 1 there.

Can the coupons printed from Rite Aid be stacked with manufacturer's coupons? I think that is what Jenny is saying above, but when I look at the coupons I printed from watching the videos they say Manufacturer's Coupon on the top, but the bar code does look different from coupons I get in the mail. Hopefully this question makes sense, if anyone knows the answer. :-) Thanks so much!

      • Lisa

You can stack manufacturer's with the rite aid VV coupons, although they say manufacturer's on them they are actually store coupons. Hope that helps you!

    • susandtim

      Sorry this comment was misplaced!

    • Womblesams

I can't get the coupon for huggies. Someone please help!

    • Rhiannon353

Just wanted to mention that there's a great deal with the humidifiers. There's a Pediatric Warm Mist humidifier for $15.99 and there are 2 $5 VV coupons for humidifiers (I think one was from last month), so if you buy 2, use the 2 coupons, you get $10 +up, so it's only $5.99 each. You also get the $31.98 toward your Resolution Rewards.

      • Tina

you can also use 2 $1 off any Vicks product manu Qs! There is an extra $2 saved! :)

    • GA~mommy

off the whole hoarding subject, is anyone else having problems getting the video values to pull up?

    • mominsc

      My Rite Aid trip today:

      (1) Wet Ones @ 1.99 – Used $1.00 coupon
      (4) Cereals @ 2.50 each – Used (1) $1.00 coupon and (2) $0.70 coupons
      (1) Lysol Wipes @ $2.00 – Used $1.00 coupon
      (2) Always Pantilines @ $0.99 each – Used (2) $1.00 coupons
      (1) Breathe Right @ $9.99 – Used $2.00 coupon
      (8) Aquafresh @ 2.50 each – Used (6) $1.00 coupons and (2) $1.50 coupons

I broke this into two transactions so I was able to use the $10 Up Reward from the Aquafresh towards the second transaction. I also used $15 in previous Up Rewards.

My OOP was $5.91 and I received an additional $4.00 in Up Rewards.

    • savysaver

If you purchase 8 Aquafresh Toothpaste – doesn't this go against the rule of purchasing enough for 6 weeks???? Unless you have a really large family, I think 8 is definitely more than most families will use in 6 weeks. This also leaves none on the shelves for other couponers.

      • Courtney

its not 8 of one kind, its 2 of 4 different types of aquafresh.

      • Dharvn

people use coupons and buy multiples of items for varying reasons. some homeless and women's shelters depend on donations from couponers.

    • MommaTonk

Huggies $3 off coupons aren't available!

      • Guest

I couldn't get it either, but if you go to the huggies website, you can print a $2.50 off coupon :)

    • Jessheartscoupons

FYI: The Iso-actice aquafresh isn't on sale for $2.50 at my store. Reg price: $4.99.

The Crest cpn from $100P&G excludes the baking soda type that is on sale for $0.99.

      *****************

On the hoarding subject…..RITE AID is responsible for encouraging people to buy $20 worth of Aquafresh products. It's their ad and their compaign. If they didn't want people to buy 8 tubes of toothpaste, they wouldn't have set the $20 threshold. RA wants you to come in and spend money. Jenny just helps you make your dollar go farther. Jenny isn't encouraging hoarders, the stores are.

    • quickq

**I'm donating this toothpaste to the children's home in my town, so please don't post an ugly response.

I bought 8 tubes of aquafresh this afternoon, but one tube was on clearance for $1.75 instead of on sale for $2.50. (The tags weren't up yet, so I didn't realize it until I got home.) A $2 UP printed instead of the $10 UP b/c I was $0.75 short of the $20. Can I just go and buy one more tube or do I have to take all of the others back, add one more, and then purchase them again.

      TIA.

      • kaseyshadow

They have to do a “refund” and resell it to you. I've had to do it with the hairbows. If you go when they are not busy and tell them upfront they are usually super about it. At least the ones at my Rite aid are.

      • Ashley

Don't worry about. Anyone in their right mind knows the only way RA would give you the $10 advertised UP was if you bought 8 different Aquafresh toothpastes at $20!

      • Smitheg

Just buy 1 more tube & you'll be all set. :)

    • Lgunter78

Rite Aid in Hampton Cove (S.Huntsville), AL had a ton of Maybelline and Cover Girl cosmetics in clearance bins. I got two bottles of CoverGirl Clean Foundation for $1!

    • FYI: There is a $2.00 coupon in the Parade Magazine insert in this weeks newspaper for the Zicam, plus the B1G1 deal!

    • wendyc

FYI- The 10 dollar ups for Polident did not print at my store when I bought $20 dollars worth! The manager there tried to tell me that it was because I used coupons but I insisted that I have used coupons before and still got the ups. Anyone else have this problem? She said that I would have to call the 1-800 number to resolved. Thanks.

      • lbaggs

I had the same problem! The guy ended up giving me a $5 gift card and said that it was because I used coupons. I think I might call too!

        • wendyc

Thank you for letting me know!! I will repost after I call and let you know. :)

        • wendyc

I just got off the phone with Rite aid Customer Service and they will be mailing me a 10 dollar ups in the mail. I should receive it in 2 weeks. I really appreciate that RA made this right for me. Just wanted to let everyone know. :)

    • TheChapleigh

To all those who argue below, regarding hoarding & shopping tactics with purchasing “set numbers” of items to meet +UP requirements:

Southern Savers is a tool; follow the rules, pray about the grey area, and use your conscience about such large amount purchases to guide you. Trust everyone else to do the same, and if you feel they are excessive but are yet still within store policy, then pray for them!

Legalism & judgement of others makes me feel ill, and some comments on this site are beginning to fit that category. Come on people, be nice, you cannot know another's situation, even if outward appearances may seem obvious. We all want others to think the best of us, so let's hold the judgements & extend respect & courtesy to others, and leave them to God to deal with otherwise. Let the stores handle those who buy in excess… and if those stores policies are not acceptable to you or they choose not to handle those who buy in excess/if they promote excessive purchases with +UP rewards, then make a choice to not support that store with your business. The same goes for the store who will promote these great sales & not stock the shelves appropriately… your beef is really with the stores, not the shoppers.

Please think of kindness with your comments, and be grateful that Jenny chooses to share her administrative mathematical/organizational gifts with the rest of us who are not so blessed in these areas!!

Play nice on the playground, fellow couponers!

      • michigangirl

Well said!!! I've been sitting here with a heavy heart about how couponing is taking good people to such a frustrated state with each other. It's just not worth it.

I have an added concern about arguing…clearly, Jenny is a woman who loves the Lord, and her blog is glorifying to Him. I feel like if we keep using HER blog to argue OUR points, she may need to remove our priviledge of asking questions and commenting on things. That would hurt us all.

Jenny is doing us a service, out of the goodness of her heart. Remember, we don't even pay for this.

Thank you Jenny, for helping me help my husband to not be so stressed out about how to provide for the six of us during such difficult economic times. Your wisdom has made a HUGE impact on our home and our family.

    • wolverinehokie

(I keep trying to post this and it doesn't seem to be working so sorry if this appears multiple times.)

Air Wick is a money maker this week. My transaction:
      (4) Air Wick Freshmatic Compact i-motion starter kit ($9.99 B1G1)
      (2) Air Wick Freshmatic Ultra starter kit ($12.99 B1G1)
      (4) -$3 Air Wick Freshmatic Compact i-motion starter kit
      (2) -$4 Air Wick Freshmatic Ultra starter kit

Total $12.97 before tax (my tax was $2.24)
      Got back:
      (3) $3 +UP (this week's deal)
      (1) $10 +UP (January deal I think, $10 wyb $30 Air Wick)
      $32.97 towards resolution rewards

      • Kacie

what Qs did you use? sorry- new to this I don't match things very well yet!

        • Kacie

sorry! I see where you put it now! A little tired!

      • michelle r

i didnt get the extra 10 is that deal advertised somewhere?

        • Guest

It is the monthly sale (RiteBuy signs) that they do every month. Spend $30 get a $10 +up Reward. So lucky for us we get both deals, but be sure to buy at least $30 and not 29.97. There is the same deal with certain lysol products.

          • wolverinehokie

Yeah, that's the reason I got 2 of the more expensive Air Wick and not 6 of the $9.99 option.

    • lbaggs

Did anyone else notice that your Resolution Rewards are not accumulating with each purchase? I made two different transactions and on my first it said I purchased 24.95 towards my RR and then on the second it said 23.51.

      • KK

They should accumulate. Check and make sure you do not have more than one wellness plus account. (I work for Riteaid and we run into this alot where there are more than one acct) Hope this helps!!

      • I'm worndering if it only tells you what you spent that trip b/c I had it show me $3 and then $2 and then $23 and then $52? Which are about the totals of what I bought each trip

    • Ant0288

anyone have issues with their 20% off carrying over from last year. I bought a few items (pregnant wife run needing cereal) and the 20% off didnt come off the non sale item (even though right on the receipt it said my 20% off would carry forward thru all 2011)…
I know most of the cashiers at my rite aid and they are all very nice and understanding and great with coupons, but the lady tonight i did not know and she wasnt very helpful all she told me was she didnt know… no offer to call the manager or anything… it only made a dollar difference today, but i wanted to make sure it still applied because its very important to at least know if the discount applies.

      • KK

I work for Riteaid and the wellness plus cards reset on Jan 1 so you are back to 10% until you build up points again. Hope this helps.

        • Val

No, that is not the case. The points reset and now we are working on the 2012 discount. The points level you were at on 12/31 is what you will have for all of 2011, in my case 20% which is working and is showing correctly on my reciept. Perhaps you should review the company policy?

      • ChrissyPunkin

Your points reset, but your 20% is good until the end of 2011. I haven't had a problem getting the discount, but my receipts all say my 10% discount will remain through 2011 when I really have a 20% discount. It seems like something weird is going on with the receipts, but you should still be getting your 20% discount. What exactly did you buy? Maybe it was already on sale and so it looked like a smaller discount? That happened to me when I bought milk because the milk was already on sale even though there were no signs. If you want, you could call the corporate number and talk to them about it.

        • Ant0288

bough honey nut cheerios not on sale and no discount was taken

      • Lori

I just spoke with customer service, and she says that the resetting process is going to take until January 1. (Found out because I was looking to get two cards merged, and it can't be done until the points are reset…)

On my receipt, it said that I will have 10% through next year. However, I have actually earned 20%, and it took 20% off on my receipt yesterday. Plus, CS verified that I have earned 20%.

      • SavSmiles

I talked to the Mgr today and he showed me a letter sent to all the stores explaining there is a “blackout period” where the 10%/20% silver/gold will not apply. It said the blackout period is from Jan 1 – Jan 10th. After that the discount will apply. I have read the other posts and it seems some people ARE getting the discount though.
I still got 75% all the great Christmas and toy markdowns, so I'm happy. I LOVE Riteaid and the Mgr at our store. He even helped me carry everything out to my car today.

      • Cynthia

I got the 20% discount on mine yesterday.

    • crunchymama

Has anyone is upstate SC figured out how Savealot-Riteaid works. They have a very small ad which usually includes only a couple of the +UPS deals. Also, I had a $3.50 +UP coupon that expired 1/1 so I ran in to use it yesterday on some bananas and milk and they said I had to use it on “riteaid” stuff that groceries didnt count. I ended up grabbing some gum at the checkout counter. =(

      • Amy Lockaby

The ads are smaller for savealot+riteaid — they only include some of the deals since the 'pharmacy' side is smaller. On the website you can use the location-finder to find different rite aids, and click the ad circulars to see which are savealot+riteaid and which aren't.

I had the same issue with using the +UP — I tried to use it on a gallon of milk. It sounds like the groceries / savealot items aren't integrated fully into riteaid's system, so it actually kicks out anything from that side of the store. I was excited when we first got our savealot+riteaid, since the grocery prices are nice, but I am increasingly frustrated since I've lost all of the good deals. Good luck!

    • MK

Gas X 4$ off printable link takes me to the Pillsbury coupons site. Where can I get this coupon? Thanks!

    • Sammy1769

I'm so upset. I dont know how many times I have printed my video perks coupons and they come up blank! I just put brand new ink in my printer as well so I'm not understanding why this keeps happening!!!!

      • Mtidwell

Contact customer service and they will reset your coupons.

    • Just an FYI for everyone, the Aquafresh sale is only on the boxed toothpaste varieties, NOT the ISO ACTIVE, so do not count on getting those on sale, or as part of the $10 UP+ reward.

    • wendyc33

i saw where there is a halls in ad coupon for b1g1. If I use some of my b1g1 halls refresh coupons will these be free? I dont usually shop at rite aid. I know at cvs they will be.

      • Nita Royal

        Yes!

      • Morgan

Yes, I did it this afternoon.

    • Carrieknewell

(-$5 off SCR #40) WYB L’Oreal Youth Code skin care kit, serum, eye, night or day product

What does the parenthesis numbers mean?

      • Nita Royal

That refers to the Single Check Rebate, in the amount of $5. Each SCR has a number, such as the 40 in your example.

    • Suzyqmiles

Can someone please tell me the deal for the coupon network. Every time I go to print a coupon, it sends me there, and it doesn't have any of the coupons I am looking for?!

    • Jtorr14

If you use a FREE coupon for an item listed as “Buy and Save”, will this amount before the coupon still count towards the Resolution Rewards? I purchased other items as well, but the total on the bottom of my receipt does not appear to be adding the FREE item.

    • Lori

Remember, you get the better of the wellness discount or the sale price. I received 20% off the regular price of $9.29 on the Loreal Hair Color. Minus the $5/2 in-ad coupon, the $5 UPs, and the 2x$2/1 coupons, I paid a grand total of $0.47 each…

      • Joni

Did you buy more than 2? With the 20% discount that only comes up to $14.86 not quite reaching the $15 mark to get the UPs.

    • Twinkielou1968

At my RA you can only use 1 vv coupon and 1 man. Also, I bought 4 of the school supply things and only got back $2 should have been 8 from what the tags said, cashiers said maybe it is you can only buy one per household, next day went in the pegs were empty.

      • Guest

The correct way to earn the up rewards on those deals is a $2 +up reward for each 2 not for each one. The stores were instructed to remove all those signs in the school aisle (until replacements signs were sent) on Sunday because they were misprinted; however it is still a good deal, especially if you buy the 99 cent items and you are at the 20% level. Also, the pilot pens that are 2.39 each is a good deal with that discount as well because you get a $4 +up Reward on those items. Needless to say, your store is not reading their bulletins to keep things like that from happening.

      • Ashley

The school supplies deal has now been pulled. So many called in to complain about not getting $2 UP's wyb 1 when it was actually $2 UP wyb 2, so they just pulled it.

    • Twinkielou1968

Also, tried to use 2 ups one for 3 and one for 2 they scanned them and said I already used them. I keep my ups attached until they tell me the cost. I did not use these what should I do?

      • Val

Call customer service and they will issue you knew ups. 1800riteaid.

        • Twinkielou1968

          Thank You!!!
I just called them and they are goin to send me my ups!!! So excited, 5 ups is 5 bucks!!! Thank you Val!! No such luck on the stationary though have to return and get money back.

    • guest

There is a $1.00 off coupon at beanogas.com. (register)

    • Ashley

My Rite-Aid Trip today was pretty great!

      Transaction #1
2 Wet Ones Wipes 40 ct
      8 Aquafresh Tubes
      2 Leggs Tights
      2 NeutraAir Freshmatic Kits

      OOP 2.30 (97% Savings)

      Transaction #2
      2 AirWick Freshmatic Ultra Kits

      OOP 2.19 (92% Savings)

I now have $17 +UPS for my next trip!

    • Stacy

When i am trying to reach a total dollar amount in order to get UPs (ex: the $10.00 in ups wyb $20.00) do i still qualify for the UPs if my total falls below the ($20.00) after coupons? (manufacturer AND rite aid?)

      • Stacy

        Here is my scenario
i want to get the sensodyne toothpaste $5.00 each
I will buy 5 to total 25.00 to get the $10.00 UPs
i have a spend $25.00 coupon get $5.00 off to make the total $20.00
I have 5 $1.00 off manufacturer coupons as well as a rite aid $1.50 off to then make the total $13.50.

I want to make sure the $10.00 Ups will print on my receipt

        • This scenario should work.

        • lbaggs

It didn't work for me. the guy told me I had too many coupons and that is why my UP rewards didn't print

          • Ashley

call 1 800 rite aid and they'll send you the up's

      • Votelisa

yes it is total before coupons. The cost of the items must meet the amount regardless of coupons

    • Morgan

Can someone explain the 10%/ 20% level discount to me? Coupons print at the bottom of my reciept and I don't understand how it works. I gave a 10% to my cashier the last trip and she handed it back to me and said it wouldn't do any good since I was using manu. coupons.

      • wolverinehokie

They *usually* don't work on sale items. As in, you can get the sale price, or use your 10% off, but not both. The register will take whichever price is cheaper which is usually the sale price. The cashier might have been saying it wouldn't work since everything you were buying was already on sale.

      • Mandi

That is your Wellness status on your Wellness card. When you reach 500 points you will automatically have 10% off of all your purchases and when you reach 1000 points you will be at the 20% off level. They accumulate over the year and you stay at that status for the next year. It just ended on Dec 31st so whatever level you were at will be good this next year.
It's only good on non-sale items or if it makes your item cheaper than the sale price. I just barely made it to the 20% status and on this first week I noticed my 20% was better than the sale price on several of my items so that was a bonus. Look at her getting started guide to Rite Aid and see if that helps you out as well.

    • Dawn

Does anyone know if the $20 Up when you spend $100 is limit one per card? I checked the ad today and it doesn't say limit one, so I was not sure?

      • Fvtest01

I think it's limited to 1 because when you got the $20…the receipt will show “your 20+ upward is reached “….something like that

    • Vwbug215

Does anyone know if the UP+ rewards are linked to that particular card? I'd like to use my UPs+ on my grandmothers card to help her out, but I wasn't sure if it would work (like how CVS is… ECBs linked to specific card)…

      • Morgan

They are not linked (yet). My mom gave me a bunch of hers since she refuses to coupon and I used them without a problem.

        • Vwbug215

Thanks Morgan! Just got back from Rite Aid and worked like a charm =)

    • Fvtest01

today I tried to get L'oreal Excellence hair color 2/$17 with the RiteAid in-store couple $5 & 2 manufacture coupons ($2+$3) plus earn +reward $5
…planned to get $1 for each. However the store manager only accepted 1 manu. couple and apparently didn't understand their coupon policy ..while i presented him the policy guideline he seemed won't believe. End up i left the store without purchasing and called 1-800. The guy picking up my phone was just able to read the policy when i told him so and he insisted the deal of 2/$17 was bundled so it is supposed to be counted as “an item”…End up he said he will have the store manager called me….(my phone didn't ring since then :(((

    • Jane

Has anyone bought 4 of the Air Wick/Lysol units? I know 2 would be free, but I'm wondering what UPS you would get. Would you get $10 for spending $30, $3 for spending $10, or both?

      • Jane

Just to clarify…the units are 12.99 and 9.99. If you bought 4, the total would be around $22.98. Would I reach the $30 at that point since the total before BOGO is $45.96 or would it only count the $22.98 towards it?

        • MK

I bought 2 units on Sunday, purchase price 13.99 (the other was free). It printed out a $3 up. Today, I went and bought 4 units- 2@ 12.99 and 2@ 9.99. Two up rewards for $3 each printed. BUT I was trying to go for the purchase $30 worth and get $10 up?!?! Over the two purchases, my total would have been over $30- $36.79 actually. I thought it was able to be tracked between purchases?? (Like CVS)

          • Jane

I hope someone knows the answer to this. I don't want to go in and buy 6 and still not get the $10.

            • Vwbug215

OK so I just ot back from rite aid and purchased 4 airwick freshmatic ultras and 2 airwick compacts and had no problem getting the three 3 UPS+ and 10UPS+

            • Jane

Thanks! I think I'll try it myself and see how it goes. Should come out close to free.

            • wolverinehokie

If you do it right, it should actually be a money maker. (Cost $12.97 and get back $19 +UP)

          • Sis2

You have to do them all in one transaction. They aren't tracking things like that yet. Just take them all back and repurchase.

    • Reba

The B1G1 Stayfree says Available at Family Dollar and Dollar General. Is it limited to being used only at those locations or can I use it at Rite Aid next week? Thanks

      • Sis2

It's a manufacturere coupon and says good at any retailer that accepts coupons. They should take it, but some RA are funny and won't take a coupon with a logo or certain retailer listed.

    • With the $20+UP rewards can you only get one
I have gotten mine already I was just wondering.

      • Ant0288

rite aid.com lists the limit as one per account, so no you can not earn another.

did you purchase it all in one transaction? the totals on the bottom of the receipts seem to be from that trip only, so i was wondering if it was really tallying it from multiple transactions and will work over the course of the few weeks?

        • Sis2

Yes, they are tallying correctly. Sometimes it just takes the computer a day or 2 to catch up just like the SCR.

      • Ant0288

rite aid.com lists the limit as one per account, so no you can not earn another.

      • Ant0288

rite aids website shows a limit of one in the FAQ for the promotion (also says stay tuned because Feb. will be the winter gift of savings for another chance at 20 dollars).
Did you do this all in one transaction? i've made 3 transactions (totaling about 65 dollars) and it seemed to list just that trips amount. So i want to make sure they are actually tracking the purchases.

    • Tnrver

Are any of you having trouble with AdPerks? I'm watching videos and the coupons show up but I do not get credits. When I do get credits, the coupon value is $.01. Odd, the coupons for which I do not get credit print just fine!?!? I've emailed AdPerks…it'll be interesting to see what they say.

      • Toni

All the beauty coupons don't generate a $off coupon this month (maybe in the future also?). You just have to watch them to earn the $4 off $20 beauty bonus coupon. So it is correct that they show in your account for 1 cent, because they aren't a true coupon, just a credit.

        • Tnrver

But, yes, they did generate $ off also…and I printed them…just don't show as a credit for watching.

          • Sis2

That is correct. You only get credits for watching the beauty item videos. When you watch all of those videos, you get a $4 off 20 coupon. The beauty “coupons'” do not generate a $ off coupon. The other videos don't give you a credit, but do generate a $ off coupon.

            • Pf_evans

I have a question – not sure if was posted previously, but have not seen it in the posts I have reviewed so far. Can the “Beauty Bonus” $4 off $20 purchase coupon be used on any $20 purchase or does it have to be on a cosmetic purchase? Wasn't sure if the “Beauty Bonus” meant cosmetic purchase only or if it was called “Beauty Bonus” because you received it for watching all of the cosmetic videos. Thanks for any input!

            • Christy

I used my $4.oo off coupon for regular merchandise. and they took it. I used it for the airwick and aquafresh deals.

            • Pf_evans

Thank you for the input Christy. Getting ready to go try the aquafresh deal now!

    • Jane

Were all of yours Air Wick or were some Lysol?

    • Amandarene25

I am new to this. So someone please correct me if I am wrong. But, I noticed that the Loreal cosmetics are on sale for buy one get one 50 percent off this week. And you will get $5.00 back when you spend $15.00. I have some coupons for Loreal face products that came in the paper this Sunday. One is for $5.00 off of two products and the other is for $2.00 off of one product. So…if I buy three products then I should be able to buy one and get the other half off AND use my $5.00 off coupon and then use my $2.00 off coupon for the other product. Is this correct?

      • Guest

        That is correct!

      • Sis2

If you are only buying 3, make sure you ring up the most expensive 2 first. The second item rung up will be your 50% off item (as long as it is not more expensive than the first item).

    • SuperSavingMommy

The Tums ad in the circular this week – is it a man coupon or a store coupon? The coupon says man. but in the rite aid info on this site it states that the circular coupons are actually store coupons. also, the info states to refer to the circular that suggests using both the circular coupon with a man coupon, but I can not find that in this weeks ad. This is my first time at a rite aid…anyone out there know how this works?? Thansk!!

      • Dianne L

The ad coupons are always store coupons, even though they say manufacturer coupon. RA has some confusing elements to their system. The Tums MQ Jenny listed is from the Red Plum insert for 11/14, so if you don't have that insert, you'll need to print a coupon at the link she provided.

Question: Can you use more than one $1.50 off Aquafresh Rite Aid Video Values coupon in one transaction? Or do they have to be separate? THANK-YOU!

      • Dianne L

The value videos, while still allowing you to print more than one, are actually supposed to only be used one time only. I know, it's confusing! I am not sure if the registers are set to beep once you have used your one “legitimate” coupon, but I do know that the store does not get reimbursed for multiple uses. HTH.

        • Aimee

The register will beep and the screen will say, “Coupon has been used before”. It happened to me, I was able to print 2 of a coupon, and the register would not accept it.

          • Kasey Elisabeth

Thanks for the tip! I had 2 also for the Aquafresh, and the mad cashier told me, you can only use one, or else that would be COUPON FRAUD! I figured if you could print 2, then you could use both!

    • Cheryl

There is a $1 off 3 Trident gums in the 1/2 inserts. Use it with the Rite Aid coupon and get 3 packs for $.50.

    • Melissa T

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Rite Aid website? I have tried for 2 days to get on to register my reciepts and it “loads” forever then I get a message from IE saying that is cannot connect?

    • DTROLEN

I CANT FIND THE $2 OFF LOREAL TO GO COUPOON IN THE RED PLUM AD IT SHOWS LISTED IN FOR THIS PAST SUNDAY OR THE PRINTABLE …..??? DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY

      • Val

Coupons are regional. Your area probably didn't get it.

      • Guest

I didn’t get it either, but I found if you go to http://www.lorealparisusa.com and create an account you can print a coupon for $3 off purchase of 2 products. Not quite as good as having 2 coupons for $2 off, but better than nothing.

    • KK

I do not usually go to Rite Aid but I stopped by today to look around and I found Secret flawless deodrant twinpacks on sale 2/$5. I used a 0.50 cent coupon and ended with 4 deodrants for under 5 bucks!

      • Ashley

My cousin called me that works at Rite Aid just to tell me this!

    • Christie

Loving Rite Aid today! I got a box of Huggies, a little “book” of Lifesavers (75% off Christmas clearance), and two bottles of infant vitamin drops for just under $3. I got the diapers for $17.99 (10% discount at Silver level), plus used the $2 VV coupon. The vitamins were B1G1 and were supposed to print a $2 +up wyb 2. The computer didn't print it, but the awesome cashier wrote me out a little ticket for the money. : ) The Lifesavers were an impulse buy at .75. I just can't resist those little books. They remind me of my childhood. I used my Gift of Savings certificate and $3 +ups from a previous week. I left with $4 +ups. Considering the Gift of Savings $20 was pretty much free money, this was a fantastic trip!

      • Cheryl

I don't quite understand the silver level. I got a letter stating I was silver, but nothing came off of my shopping trip from the day before. Is the 10% only off certain items?

        • ChrissyPunkin

You won't see the discount if the item is already on sale for more than 10% off. Great job making it to silver level. :-) I've noticed that if something is B1G1, you will get 10% off of the first item. I hope that's true for you.

          • Cheryl

Thanks for the info!!!! Very exciting! :)

    • Crystal

just an FYI the Special K deal buy 4 use the 2/1 coupon and 2 BIGI, recieve 9 +UP is counting toward the $100 New Years purchase : ) Just under $20 added for about .50 : )

      • Joy

What cereals did you buy? Wow! The 4 boxes gave you 9 +UP?

    • RE

are the airwick items ONLY what is listed or are additional airwick products part of the bogo? I'm wondering if I can use the bogo airwick freshmatic refill q from Sunday's paper…. thanks

      • Angelareid821

Went today to get some and there was NOT a BOGO sticker on the refills.

      • 3monkeysmom

The only thing listed in the ad were the kits.

      • 3monkeysmom

The BOGO coupons for the freshmatic refills are for the big freshmatic, right, not the compact??
If so, save them for CVS (if you shop there). Starting 1/09, they will be on sale for $5 and part of an ECB deal. Buy $20, get $10 ECB. If you have 2 coupons, that's 4 for FREE!!

        • RE

Thank you!!! I hdan't seen that and I bought the big ones so will LOVE the free refills!

      • wolverinehokie

It depends on what you mean. For the B1G1 and the $3 +UP, it is only the ones listed. For the resolution rewards and the $10 +UP, it's all Air Wick.

      • RE

i bought 4 i-motion compact at 9.99 (bogo so 4 cost 19.98) then 2 freshmatic ultra (12.99). Total was 32.97. I used 4 – $3 off imotion Qs and 2 $4 off ultra Q's (total of $20 in Q) so paid 12.97 (with ups) and then got back 10, 3, 3, and 3 for a total of $19 +ups! There was no sign for 10 up wyb 30 but i got it! My house smells great! The product is run by battery (included) so they can be placed anywhere!

    • melissa

on tuesday i was $7 away from earning the new $20 reward, but yesterday i was $12 away. what happened??? anybody have this problem?

      • Chillto

That happened to me last week, but this week it seemed to work itself out…I already got my $20!

        • Lily

Chillto, could you tell the expiration date on your $20 reward? Is it expired within two weeks like other up rewards? Thanks.

          • Rose

            Lily,

I earned mine last night and it expires on 2/21.

    • Cynthia

I walked into my favorite Rite Aid yesterday and found all new faces. I asked the cashier about it and she said the entire (front end) staff is gone! It makes me sad and I wonder what could have happened. On a different note, I did the Airwicks deal and it worked like a charm!

    • Kristi

Crystal — What kind of other coupons did you use for the Kelloggs, I have the B1G1 for the Special K Cereals? Thanks

    • guest

Are the Video Values coupons gone?

    • Bowtifan

Where's the Lance coupon? Website says it's under construction.

    • Foolzcoupons

I noticed the Special K coupon is a Target coupon. Rite Aid takes Target coupons now?

      • Foolzcoupons

oh my goodness I have too many screens open! Ignore the above =)

    • MissM

I have noticed that several Pharmacy's have B1G1 on Osteo Bi Flex. I have several coupons. Does anyone know which Pharmacy's you can use both instead on just the one?

      • Kmattern

You definitely can at Rite Aid and Walgreens. I'm not sure about CVS.

    • sally

I had a bad experience at Rite Aid today. First they were out of the “specials” that I went for. I picked up some things that I could use in order to use my UP rewards before they expired and when I checked out several of them were not good. Now, I know that was my fault for not checking each reward for experation date but I just assumed (and I know what happens when you assume something) that since I got all of them at the same time they would all expire on the same date. WRONG! So this is a head's up to check the date on all of the rewards even though you get them in the same transaction.

    • Billutnick

Does anybody know where to get a $5 of 35 coupon since the others expired?

      • Billutnick

        I meant 5 off 25

        • Guest

I think I read somewhere a while back that they aren't doing those anymore. Some stores weren't even accepting them before they expired. I guess they thought we were getting too much free stuff since they have even cut back on the ones offered through the Video Values program. It was nice while it lasted. :(

    • GAmommyof3

Help…how do you know that if you buy $30 of Airwick you get $10 in rewards? I did it and only got the $3 rewards and then when I asked the cashier about the $10 she was like where did you hear that it is not in the sales paper.

      • 3monkeysmom

There was a shelf tag hanging in front of the Airwick in both of the stores I went to.

      • Guest

It's not an advertised sale…it's part of the monthly right buy sale that each store does every month. The signs should be hanging but majority of the time they get covered up by the weekly sale sign…so it's kind of like a hidden plus up

    • Dsci2003

does anyone have a receipt from that i can use on the gift of savings. I'm $3.29 short:(

      • Ashley

Sure do. Email me at ashbrk77 at yahoo and I'll get it to you right away.

    • sarahinNC

Where is the $3 off Huggies coupon? I clicked the link, but there were no q's for this. Thanks for any help!

BUM-MER. I just drove up to the Rite Aid, which is about 15 min from my home, all excited b/c plain old, regular crest toothpaste was on sale for 99 cents. For some reason, the ony kinds of crest I can find on sale most of the time is, the super whitening whatever, or with Scope added, but I'm just, and i can't stand those flavors. I'm just a regular old, plain crest past kinda gal, so when I see it on sale, I get all escited, LOL. Well, anyway, turns out these new Save-a-Lot/Rite Aids don't run the same sales. Stinko!! I'm also not really impressed with the grocery selections they have. I can go to any Bi-Lo, Publix, Ingles a whole lot closer to my home and get great deals there. Oh well, guess Rite Aid/Save-a-Lot corporate knows best. Regular old Rite-Aid PLLEEEEEAAAAASSSSSEEE come back.
