If anyone knows where I could print off the coupon for the -3 on Garnier Nutrisse that would rock..I didn't start couponing until Oct. 1st so I don't have those

      • Kcmarkham57

If it says “printable” beside coupon, you follow the link to print the coupon. If it says RP, SS, or P&G, those are coupons that were in the coupon inserts typically distributed in newspapers. Those coupons are not available to print. If you want the coupon, you might be able to order it from a coupon clipping service for a fee.

There is a coupon listed under the Scott br tissue deal -$1 off Scott Long Lasting or Mega Rolls paper towels, 4 + rolls, SS 10/17. Does anyone know if this coupon works for Scott BATHROOM tissue? There are always coupons for Scott extra soft, but i like regular Scott tissue.

    • Gabriela

Does anybody know if I can use 2 store coupons from rite aid in the same transaction to buy 2 of the same product? I want to buy 2 Garnier Herbashine and I have two 2off store coupons.

      • ChrissyPunkin

If you mean Video Values coupons, you can but only if they are from different months. The register will not accept two of the same exact Video Values coupons.

        • Gabriela

Thank you. They were the same video value coupon!

    • Thanks, Jenny! I love Rite Aid, the ladies in there make saving easy.

    • ChrissyPunkin

Yay! Lots of good deals. Last week was the first week I didn't get anything at Rite Aid since I started couponing in July. Thanks Jenny!

    • Ambookie1

Would you please tell me how the “up rewards” work. I am new to this and have no idea.

      Thank you so much.

      • Kmjeffares

        Hi,
Jenny covers pretty much all of this in her tutorials. Click on Rite Aid on the top bar that lists all the stores. Then when the Rite Aid page pulls up look on the right side of your screen near the top and you will see the “Rite Aid Getting Started Guide”. I hope this helps and good luck!

      • Amy B.

Welcome :) Rite Aid up rewards are like a store credit to use on your next purchase. You earn them for purchasing the qualifying item and then spend them on more qualifying items! Jenny has a detailed guide for rite aid here:
        http://www.southernsavers.com/getting-started-guides/rite-aid-guide/

        • Ambookie1

Thank you so much Amy. Just when I posted my question I saw the “geeting started” guide.

Again thank you for your time.

          Have a great weekend everybody!

      • Gabriela

You buy products that will give you up rewards back. It is like money that you can use to buy products at Rite aid. There are some limitations though. You cannot buy milk, tobacco, prescription medication and stamps if I'm not wrong.

When you see a product that costs 5.00 and you get 3 up rewards back, it is like paying 2.00. Does it make sense?

    • Jfetty

Where do you find the $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet? I looked in the store last week, but was unable to locate it. Thanks!

      • Amy B.

Its a book of coupons you get with the FLU shot. Some folks have gotten it at the Pharmacy counter just for asking.

    • Kmjeffares

    • kernessa

Can someone please explain where you get the clip and save booklet?

      Thanks

      • Michelle

They keep them behind the cashier desk and behind the pharmacy at my store.

    • Gabriela

does anybody know id Rite aid is like CVS that you can buy the deals starting Sunday on the Saturday before the deal actually starts?

      • laura

I believe some of them do. They usually put the new price tags out saturday night, so once those are up they have to honor the sale.

      • If this new signs are up, yes, but you won't receive any of the UP rewards on your receipts until the actual sale dates.

    • Amber

I have a silly question, but please look over me, I am new to couponing. I love the Garnier deal, but I don't color my hair. Instead, can I purchase $15 of shampoos and conditioners, as long as I use each of the $1 manufacturer coupons to cancel each product out? For example: For each Shampoo or Condition, use the following coupons:

-$1 off Garnier Fructis hair care, excl trial size, RP 11/7, RP 10/10 or printable

-$1 off Garnier Fructis stylant, RP 11/7

-$1 off Garnier Fructis style product, excl trial, RP 10/10

Will Rite Aid accept those coupons when combined on one product?

      Thanks for all your help!

      – Amber

      • Pink_10_princess

You can only use one manufactors and one store coupon per item.

        • Amber

That's what I was thinking, too, but I was confused because in Scenario Idea Transaction #1, it looks as if Jenny has paired several coupons with these 3 products, using 4 manufacturer coupons. That would mean that one of the 3 products she is using 2 manufacturer coupons on, correct? So that's why I was wonderinf if I could use the 3 manufacturer coupons on 1 item, as long as the coupons are different, and as long as they include the product. Can someone please clarify?

          • Amy

Jenny lists all possible coupons available for each item. You can choose one manufacturer's coupon and one store coupon per item. I see what you mean about Scenario 1. I think the extra M is giving a choice to use a Sunday paper coupon instead of one of the printables. Also, the sale is good for shampoo or stylers, so she lists coupons for both. HTH :)

      • Rhiannon353

Do you mean use those three coupons for each of your shampoos? First, the coupon has to match the item, so you can't use a style product coupon on shampoo, and you can only use 1 manufacturers coupon and 1 store coupon per item, so no you wouldn't be able to use 3 $1 coupons for each even if they were all for shampoo.

      • Erin

To answer your question, you can only use a coupon for the item it's intended for. So that's a no go on using styling q's on shampoo, and since you are new you may not know, but that would also be coupon fraud of which I try to avoid!

    • Bluangel

How many crest toothpaste or toothbrushes can you buy and get the UP at the end??

      • ChrissyPunkin

That's a good question. You are only supposed to be able to get one, but on some items you can get multiple +UPs. You might watch this board and see if people post whether or not they got multiple +UPs. The problem is that if you try it more than once and the +UP doesn't print, you have no recourse because the limit is one.

      • Guest

NORMALLY you can expect to get multiple +ups unless there is a limit stated in the ad. HOWEVER this week there is no limit stated in the ad BUT the register is limiting you to 1 +up reward for the 'free' items (you must pick 1 free item b/c it is the same offer). The ad starts on Fridays in many California stores, and people in CA have already been shopping for this ad and have noticed this glitch and shared it on other couponing sites.

    • Sharon

They do honor the ads on Saturday, BUT the UP Rewards are not “active” till Sunday. I bought an item that had a $1 UP Reward on it. The cashier said it would not give me the Reward at the end. She deducted $1 from the price of the item, then rang it up. Sooooo, if you dont mind NOT getting a reward, you still get a deduction..

    • sundayshopper12

Why would you shop on saturday for the following sundays sale?? isnt that cheating???

      • Ginger

Well, if a Rite Aid associate already put up a sign with the sale price on it, then they have to give it to you for that price, or it's false advertising. Which is cheating.

        • Rivera Kelli

Riteaid told me that if the sign is out – the sale is on. they know you can double up and they are ok with it.

    • riteaid associate182

RITE AID has teamed up with the “stop diabetes” please make sure you dont forget to donate a $1 towards that foundation. I lost my best friend to diabetes, she was only 19 years old and found out about it to late!!

      • Supporter

        Way to pimp it!!!

    • aht73

I'm in CA..I got mulitple $2.50 +up rewards for the crest pro health toothpaste as well as multiple $1 +up for nivea men's body wash. The oral b cross action did not produced multiple +ups just one for me :( I bought two so will have to return the other one.

      • Guest

Alternatively, you can call Rite-Aid and request the other $2.99 +up reward that you were expecting – there was no limit listed in the ad, so they should mail you the reward. Several people shopping in California (where the ad starts on Friday instead of Sunday like most of the country) have already encountered this problem and have already called and been promised the missing rewards. It's worth a try. Especially since returns can be a hassle when you've used +up rewards and coupons.

        • Mary S

Multiple Crest didn't work for me either today in AL–printed only one $2.999 UP. Manager couldn't fix it.

      • Ladybugpam

Hi:) I am in California also and I would like to do the Nivea men's bodywash multiple times as well! Do I need to do separate transactions for each one in order to get all the UP rewards? Can I use the UP from the first to pay for the OOP of the next one? This is all assuming that one can still get multiples of the Nivea deal in CA. I'm not sure if aht73 will be online today to answer my question, so if anyone else out there knows the answer, feel freee to help me out because I am just learning the rules and I would like to do my Rite Aid Shop today! Thanks:)

        • Julie

I just read on another forum that a person bought 4 of the Nivea body wash in one transaction and all UPs printed. I usually let someone else be the guinea pig first, before I try multiples, so I think I will get 4 in one transaction when I go shop. And yes, as far as I know, at Rite Aid you can always roll your UPs, meaning pay for the same thing with the UPs you earned on that item in a previous transaction.

    • Sharon

I dont see it as CHEATING if you go into a RA on Saturday and get a sales item. The manager told me they switch their ads on Saturday midday. If ANYONE goes in there and sees the signage for the new ads, they honor it. You just don't get the UP Rewards, because they have not technically started the sale till Sunday.

      • SenoraE

Just be careful because SCRs won't work early!

      • ritebuy1

no actually they are not supposto start their sales tags on saturday at all. They are supposto start first thing on sunday morning. why do you not get up rewards? because your not supposto even get that item at that sale price TIL THE NEXT DAY!

    • Erin

RA's gonna get their money's worth outta me! I've got to reach 1000 points for 20% off by December. Supposedly if you've made it to 10%, your discount will end at the end of the year, but if you reach 20% level by Dec. you get to keep it all of next year. I hope this info is correct b/c last check I'm at 632 points… shouldn't be too hard make it.

      • barbara

I recently asked about this because I thought I had to start all over in Jan for my 20%, but she said it is good all thru 2011. YEAH!

    • Cathy

Help! What makes my computer (or a website) tell me that I have already printed a coupon the maximum number of times allowed on a brand new coupon or on a site I've never visited before??

      • akellyinva

Sometimes it says that when the coupon's print limit has been reached. I've had it tell me that before, then shortly after that the message changes to campaign promotion over (or something like that). hth

      • Megan_A

That happens when a coupon's print limit has been reached. They only allow a certain number of prints for each coupon, so they often run out if the coupon has a high value or matches well with a sale.

    • I used your great coupon matchups to come with a scenario to get Pampers diapers $1.99 or even FREE! Check it out at my website. Click the link above.

      Thanks Jenny!

      • I think you just have to click on my name (Lynette) and then select “Rite Aid” from my menu. I hope this helps someone out!!

        • Quepon

Love your website! I'm looking forward to spending more time there to see what great ideas you have. Thanks for sharing! :)

        • Alyssa

I just checked out your website! And I saw on there that you used your 10% Coupon from the Wellness Program… I was planning on calling corporate tommorrow because my store would not let me use mine because the items I bought were already on sale (I did the Garnier deal). So I should have been able to use mine then right?

          • Sandy

You certainly could have used it but believe it or not they did you a favor. This coupon is only good for non-sale items so save it for when you are buying items NOT on sale! (Read the restrictions on it)

          • Hi. I had no problem using mine. I used it as the first coupon and got a ton off! I’m sorry you had problems. Mine scanned with no issue.

      • Trim132001

        I can't find the link. :(

      Calling all Wilmington NC couponers…
Going to visit Wilmington and was wondering which store is the friendliest?

      • Lwood311

The one on Oleander in the Harris Teeter shopping center across from the mall. It is between Stein Mart and K&W.

        • Nona

          it is also the dirtiest!!!

    • Guest

      IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEK:

The $2.99 crest/oral b sale (the one where it is free after +up reward) does not list a limit in the ad, HOWEVER you will ONLY receive 1 +up reward at the register. This ad has already started in some areas in California (some of the stores there run their ads starting on Friday instead of Sunday) and people are only getting ONE +up reward for the freebie deal. This is VERY IMPORTANT when you are planning your transactions for this week! Don't be caught off-guard!

      • Bluangel

Is this one for the toothpaste and one for the toothbrush or one for both?
        Thank you

        • Guest

The 2.99 toothbrush and toothpaste are the same offer, so the limit is 1 period – you must pick ONE. If you buy 1 of each, you will still only get 1 $2.99 +up reward. Very frustrating!

HELP! I am new to this and was all excited to go get the “free” items at RiteAid. I did get some other items as well…my receipt says $16.99 coupon savings and $24.32 in wellness+ savings and I now have $5 Up Rewards to spend by 11/20/2010 but I didn't accomplish the “$100 worth of items for $30” that I always read about. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do? Are you guys doing separate transactions? I am planning to go to Publix tomorrow and want to come home with a buy that I can be proud of. I am disappointed today…definitely buyer's remorse. HELP!

      • tarabj

You will have to be more specific about what you bought to get any specific help. I am sure that separate transactions, using video value coupons, and having a solid game plan would be helpful. Remember that couponing isn't necessarily about saving the most money (although it is for some, I guess), but it is about getting the things you need for your home at the best price possible. If you did that, you should be proud. It looks like you did save a lot of money.

      • RebeccaFer

The savings that you always read about are not done overnight. When I started last year, I made a lot of mistakes but you learn from them. If you give us more info, we can help a little better. And to answer your question, yes we do break it into separate transactions so we can roll the +Up rewards and use multiple $/$$ coupons. Also, did you buy SCR items? You will need to submit that information on RA's website in order to receive a check by mail. That check can only be ordered once a month so once the month's deals have finished, you can request your check. HTHs! :D

    • Irene

Could someone please tell me how to get a Rite Aid Clip and Save booklet?

      • RebeccaFer

Cham answered this question above. :)

      • Tweetabirdy

When you get your flu shot at Rite Aid, you get a free coupon book.

    • Faith

I have a question where do you find this $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet (Rite Aid coupon)? I have never seen it.

      • Cham

When you get your flue shots from RiteAid pharmacy the pharmacist will give you the flue-coupon booklet(in most stores). But some people say they had these booklets just by the cashier where anyone could claim as they wish.
Just to check your luck ask a cashier about the 'flue book' next time when you drop by ;)

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

Okay, I have a coupon question. A customer told me on Thursday that there was a BOGO free coupon for the Crest Pro Health rinse. I don't have it, or maybe I do but I haven't even opened my coupons the past 2 Sunday papers, but anyway, I was waiting to see if there was a match up on here. I don't see anything. Does anyone know if there has been a Pro-Health Rinse coupon recently that we should consider for the order tomorrow?

      • Wog703

the coupon is buy a 900+ size mouthwash, get the 500 ml size free. since you have to buy the larger size which is not on sale, i don't think it will be a big seller.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

Ahh, I see. Thank you. I didn't want to over order something that won't sale then we'll have to wait to go out of date. I appreciate the help.

    • Foodiemom

Does anyone know if Rite Aid that has combined with Save a lot is using the same add and taking coupons?

      • Debko

They are not using the same ad because they no longer carry the same stock as a stand alone Rite Aid, and I'm not 100% sure they are even doing the +Ups reward program. You should call them and ask before you head over there.

        • MatthewFox

they have some up rewards, just not always the same or as many…last week they had cough drop and lotion sale…two really good deals!

      • Skay76

No, they are not – they have their “own” ad that goes from Wednesday to Wednesday. They had about 3 things listed this week – went in to look for the Cokes they had on sale (didn't have the ones I need) and saw the ad..One page.

Still driving to Piedmont to get my RiteAid stuff.. It's a real shame as I heard that if these in Greenville don't do well, they may shut them down completely.

    • Mandi

Does anyone know if the Garnier UP is printing more than once yet? I'd like to do this scenerio twice and use a $5/$25 since I don't have 2 clip & save Q's left? Thanks!

      • Guest

Yes, the Garnier prints multiples. No limit.

        • Anna

If you want to do the Garnier deal twice, do you have to do it in separate transactions or can you do it all in one? I have a +10 up I need to roll…

          • wolverinehokie

I believe you can do it in one transaction, at least that is how it worked for the Bayer deal a couple weeks ago.

    • Elaine

      Jenny-

This site is awesome! Thanks for all your hard work.

    • Sarah

Anyone know if the Crest toothpaste and ORal B toothbrushes are printing multiples?? I dont want to have to return them if they aren't, so I'll save myself the hassle and buy just one!

      Thanks!

      • Saeweardsmith

Just buy 1!! They do not say a limit of 1 but they are!!! I bought the both and still only got one!!!

    • Jen

Hi. I'm hoping someone can answer this quickly, as I'm planning to go as soon as I can today: With the printable Garnier coupon, it says “Available at WalMart.” Does that mean Walgreens won't accept it?

      • RebeccaFer

As long as it states Manufacturer Coupon and it starts with either a 9 or a 5, it should be accepted. I say should only because some cashiers get weird about seeing such things. If this happens, ask if you can confirm with a manager. If you want to save time, I would ask the manager before you even shop just so you can be sure you won't be shopping then not be able use the coupon. You should be allowed but it's one of those frustrating things that can throw off any couponer. Good luck! :D

      • Shock

i used mine at my riteaid with no beeps or problems

      • meghan

walmart probably had a dealw ith garnier on that coupon ad run to push people their way, but NO you don't have to use it at Walmart…if it says “MANUFACTURER'S COUPON” at the top no matter what anyone tells you, you can use it anywhere the item is sold!

    • Saeweardsmith

The Oral B/Crest toothpaste deal…only prints 1!!!! Just FYI! It does not say in the ad….so I will call but no luck but for 1 at the store!!!

      • Loverly

Greensboro NC: Not one of three Crest 4.0 oz whitening scope toothpastes UP's printed out. So it's this “no limit” thing is still pretty iffy.

    • Ladybugpam

Hello, All:) I am planning my first trip to Rite Aid rolling my UP rewards and I would like to know how to handle multiple transactions gracefully without upsetting the cashier and without feeling self-concious. Of course, we should all be allowed to take part in the excellent savings without feeling odd about it, but some cashiers can be unfriendly and I am shy. Please help with any tips you may have picked up! Thanks:)

      • Have all your coupons ready BEFORE getting up the register (clipped and each transaction's coupons in their own stack). Let them know how many total transactions you are planning on first. If the line gets long behind you (more than one person, is what I go by) let the others through before continuing with more transactions. Hand over 1 coupon or UP reward at a time and make sure that each goes through (this cuts down on having to fix things later). And to cut down on possible mix ups, once each transaction is done, I tie off the bags and set them aside.

I've found that being polite, patient, and open about everything usually makes up for any screw-ups on my part, too. If I have extra coupons for something that catches the cashiers eye, and I know that I'm not likely to need it later, I go ahead and give it to them. A little friendly gift goes a LONG way, I've found! And it never hurts to laugh at yourself – one of my fave cashiers has a quote from me memorized – I was laughing at myself for not being being happy with getting everything for free, because I had hoped to make a little money via UPs, and I said “Well, I got it for free, just not as free as I was hoping to get it for!” *laughing at the memory*

It took several months of shopping their nearly every week, just so you know. It's almost like building a friendship. But now, it's really fun to shop at my Rite Aid. My Rite Aid cashiers are even openly asking me how to do deals, if a certain sale is the best they can do, etc. And I think they all use Video Values now, which I'm sure none of them previously did. I'm converting them! *laughing*

      • RebeccaFer

I always try to have my items grouped into each transaction I'm going to do plus have all those coupons ready with that group. If I'm doing more than one transaction and I see there are people behind me (especially if they have a few items) then I will go to the back of the line. I am lucky because I am now known at my RA as a good couponer and they are happy to help me. Always make sure to reward great service by commenting with the survey on your receipt. It helps them to know you appreciate them and believe me, they do find out about it! :D

    • Andrea_segal

Heads up Chattanooga/Hixson savers. Rite Aid on 153 is having a 50% clearance on TONS of stuff. I can't begin to name everything. They have everything marked in the store today, but it doesn't start until tomorrow. So be nice, don't get greedy today and aggravate the very nice cashiers there. I went and looked to see what would be on sale and made mental notes on what I hope will still be around tomorrow. Someone save me some body lotion pls. :)

    • Meguardo

Can anyone help? Not sure if I am wrong or my RA. I bought a Garnier FRUCTIS sleek and shine blow dry kit for 12.99 and a hair color for 5.99. I did not get my 5 UPs. The manager said the sleek and shine is not included. But the ad says FRUCTIS!!! I did not argue and figured I would just contact corporate. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone:)

      • Alyssa

Yea, Sorry but I think the RA was right. Was there a tag in front of the product saying it was a participating item? I think it is only on the shampoo, conditioner, stylers, and hair color.

        • I would still ask Corp because it is a type of styler right???

          • Meguardo

It is a type of styler and it says Fructis on the package….which is included in the ad! No where does it say excluding anything! I am planning to call tomorrow and I will post the result.
            Thanks for all the replys!

        • Meguardo

No I go right when they open because it is on my way to church and they rarely have any tags on anything at that time. I never go by the tags I always take the ad with me as I shop to verify my purchases!

      • Meguardo

FYI I called corporate and they are sending me my 5 UPs! They did not even hesitate just apologized and are mailing them to me. Maybe others had problems with this, not sue but I heart Rite Aid:)

        • Confused!

Read the ad and details next time….

    • ams

When you use a B1G1 cpn and a $1/2 cpn, does it matter which coupon you give the cashier 1st?

    • MRHA

can someone tell me what is and up reward???? Sorry–I'm new to this

      • Nita Royal

UP rewards are store-printed $ off coupons that can be used on the next store purchase. (Pretty much the same as Extra Care Bucks at CVS.) When you purchase an item that advertises an UP reward, it should print at the end of your receipt when you complete the transaction. One watch-out: there are often issues with them not printing, so you'll need to check and be sure that you got them all before you leave the store.

      • Ladybugpam

sorry to keep posting over and over but I am new here and learning all the rules. also, we are leaving for rite aid soon so I have to plan my strategy wisely;) Could anyone tell me–if I pay for an item w/UP and I don't use all the UP, what happens to the leftover UP?

        • Alyssa

If you have a 2.00 UP and the total is 1.50 usually they won't let you use it. So you have to be ready with a filler item like a candy bar or something to push the amount over the 2.00 mark before tax,

          • Snart!!

            Smartest Shopper I’ve Met Yet!!!!

    • Susan

Went to Rite Aid this morning, this is what I bought:

Pampers 8.99 (for my soon to be grandson)

      2) nivea body wash 7.98

      2) ester-c (bogo) 5.99

      3) candy bars 1.50

      newspaper 1.50

      2) garnier hair color 11.98

      garnier shampoo 3.99

      finish dish washer soap 3.25

      crest T.Paste 2.99

      oral-b T.Brush. 2.99

      2) renuzit 1.76

      sales tax 3.74

Grand Total $56.57 Paid with $46.85 coupons and video values, $8.97 Up Rewards and $.75 Cash. Earned $10.99 Up Rewards. My crest Up reward did not print, so they gave me 2.99 cash (this paid most of my sales tax). Rite Aid keeps getting better and better! Thanks again SS and RA!

      • Ladybugpam

        Dear Susan,

Could you please tell me if you did this all in one transaction? I want to buy 2 Nivea body washes for men today for my hubby and I am not certain if I will get both my UP rewards if I do it in a single transaction. Since you just bought 2, I thought you'd be a good person to ask:) Thanks!

        • Alyssa

You should get both UP's if you do it in one transaction.

          • Ladybugpam

Thank you EVERYONE for all your help!!! I am really starting to get it now:) it's funny cuz w/all my planning, I only purchased 2 items! First, my printer ran out of ink before I could print coupons, so all I had was 2 Niveas from the paper. Then the pharmacist was a stickler about not giving me the flu booklet w/the colgate coupon in it unless I got a flu shot…so there went THAT plan! Then there were no more Niveas on the shelf-OH NO!!! I asked a cashier if there were anymore in back and she found one, but it was the ONLY one and I had 2 Nivea coupons to use. I bought the one, paid $1.38 got $1UP, then used the UP towards a cute veggie peeler we needed, got it for $1.73. I am going to go to the other Rite Aid near me and see if I have better luck w/the flu booklet and another Nivea:) It was quite a learning experience!!! A nice bonus was my husband liking what I did for him and getting a good veggie peeler for cheap on top of it:)

My last question is: Why didn't I get any wellness card points for the second transaction for the peeler paid for partly w/an UP? Shouldn't I have gotten at least 1 point for paying $1.73?

****I also want to let everyone know that I found a $2off $10 of Rite Aid brand products in a pamphlet by the door that talked about the newly designed Rite Aid. Expiry 12/31/10. I hope they have them near you, too:D

            • Klynn

it takes about 2 days for your points to show up.

        • Jeff

I did one transaction with TWO (2) Crest Whitening Plus Scope Outlast this morning and it only printed ONE (1) $2.99 UP Reward. It should have printed TWO (2) shouldn't it have since I purchased TWO (2) of them? Or does it just limit you to one per transaction? Doesn't seem right though, because I got FOUR (4) Nivea Body washes and it printed that reward 4 times? So what gives? Should I go back and try to get those UP rewards now?

          • Heather

Same thing happened to me today with the Scope UPs. I purchased them in 2 separate transactions and they only gave me the $2.99 UP on the first transaction. It didn't print out the second time.

        • Susan

I did 3 transactions, but I did the 2) nivea together and I received a $1 Up reward for each.

    • Nonamckenzie

Had my least oop today at rite-aid. However, I had two transactions…each having an oral-b toothbrush. I got the 2.99+ups on the first, but not the second. I am going to call customer service tomorrow and hopefully get those +ups. Rite Aid is by far my favorite drug store for q's.

      • Hello!!!

No additional UP rewards for you…

    • Coupon4avic

ARGGGGG the Crest thing mesed me up but I walked away with

      2 hair colors

      2 batteries

      2 Nivea

      6 7ups

      4 tooth brushes

      3 tooth pastes

      1 mouth wash

      2 vitamins

      OOP = $30ish

      $15 = UP rewards

    • christine le

I just bought several toothpaste and only got one up reward, and if I do separate transaction, the reward is not printing either. They said one item per card. does anyone have the same problem?

      • Fallaya

Yes. I bought the toothpaste and the toothbrush and only got one up reward.

        • PDB

I bought 5 toothbrushes and only received one reward. Running separate transactions didn't help, but my store's assistant manager refunded me with cash for the 4 rewards that didn't print, since there was no limit in the ad.

          • What are you Thinking?

I wouldn't have done that…those up rewards are generated from the manufacturer, not Rite Aid. The stock price is less than $1 per share, just keep taking more money out of their pockets so you can score a FREE toothbrush.

        • Thank You!

Yes, probably one of each…nice shopper!

    • Quia

I see everyone having problems with the up rewards for CREST, how about the ORAL B toothbrush is it printing multiple up rewards? thanks

      • Nonamckenzie

I called rite aid. It should have printed one per household for the crest and oral b on the front page of the circular. The crest pro health clinical 2.50 up does not have a limit.

        • Karenandgreylynn

Thanks for the FYI. I got two of the toothbrushes and only one up. I only got one of the pro health. I'm glad there is no limit because I wanted the mouth wash too.

        • Quia

          Thank you very much :)

        • Stingy

Sorry, I'm sure your Rite Aid is out of stock because of customers like you…

    • April

When it says you get $5 UP Rewards when you spend $15, is that before or after coupons?

      • sunset

That is before coupons. Yesterday, I spent $17.48 before coupons on 1 Garnier skin care product and 1 Garnier shampoo. After coupons it was $10.48 and I received a $5 UP Reward from Garnier.

    • Nonamckenzie

Hey folks. I just called Rite Aid about the 2.99+ups not printing. Their is a limit on that toothpaste and toothbrush (one per household), but it did not print in the circular. She was very kind and thanked me for being nice to her. So I ask when you call please be considerate it was a simple mistake. I know we all planned on getting tons of these, but being angry and rude to the Rite Aid folks doesn't help anything. Have a great day.

      • ChrissyPunkin

Yes, I learned that lesson a few weeks ago. Even if it doesn't say “Limit 1,” you can't count on multiple +UPs. I guess just count your blessings if you get them. :-)

    • sunset

There is a coupon in PG 10/31 flyer if you buy one 946ml or larger Crest Rinse 0you get one 500ml or smaller Crest Rinse product free (up to $5). I bought 1 Crest Pro Health rinse 946ml for $6.49 and got the 500ml Crest Pro Health Rinse free and also got the $2 UP Rewards for the 500ml Crest Pro Health Rinse. So after the freebie mouthwash and UP rewards it's like getting two mouthwashes for $1.

      • Quia

I could be a little slow sometimes, I just found the crest rinse Q and was wondering how to use it. You bought the bigger rinse and got a smaller for free, paid $6.49 and got a $2 UP reward, so it's that $4.49 for the 2 bottles? what makes it $1 for the two bottles, I'm confused…

        • sunset

This is how I look at it. I bought the big one for 6.49-3.49 for the free one which is $3 and then earned $2 UP rewards. I looked at it as being $1. But your right, you pay 6.49 and get back $2 UP rewards which is 4.49. I was happy about it.

    • On the Purex 3-in-1, 20 ct that is 50% off, don't forget the following coupons:

-$1 off One Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets printable
-$1 off Purex 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets, $128 Inside Clip & Save booklet (Rite Aid coupon)
-$1 off Purex Complete 3-in-1, on product

Just type Purex into the coupon database, and it'll bring up the link for the $1 printable. It's good till 12/31/10! Use the Clip and Save coupon with the manu coupon, and that should make them as cheap as the grocery stores normally do. I've tried them now, and I like them, so I plan to pick them up if they are $2 or less with the coupons…

      • Mcmullen280

where are they on sale for 50% off. My Rite Aid seems to know nothing about it.

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

They aren't in the ad. I don't know why, but we got signs saying they're 50% off and they're on our “Hot Buys” end stand. Just have the cashier do a price check. It may not be in all stores, but we definitely got the signs in mine.

          • Dianne

They ARE in the ad, but it's hard to see. Look on page 10; it's in with the Finish products, middle of the bottom of the page, Paige! You working tomorrow? I'm gonna try to get in there!

            • Paige_Aminehdestin

Oops. I was having trouble finding half the things that were in the ad this week. I'm sorry I missed you Dianne. This week I had Tues. and Friday off but haven't been online much so I just saw that you were going to stop in. Did you end up coming in?

    • ChrissyPunkin

      Jet Dry for $.50!!!

At my store, Jet Dry was $2.50 on sale. I was able to use a $1 manu. coupon and a $1 Video Values coupon on Finish products. Yay!

I got two +UPs on Keebler cookies and Nivea men's body wash in separate transactions.

Hershey's Bliss was on sale for $2.99 and I used a $1 VV coupon.

It was a great day at Rite Aid!! I made up for last week. :-)

    • Loverly

I called them today for yesterday's 3 toothpastes I bought. The girl said she would take care of it and didn't tell me there was a limit on them. I told her I was sitting in front of another store and going to buy more. She told me to do it and call if they didn't print out! Of course they didn't so I called this afternoon. I told them that “Rosemary” didn't tell me there was limit and to buy more! So I'm sitting here out $17.94. They said I could complain to a different department so I did and they gave me a $10 gift certificate for my troubles but I still have to go return them 4! I was friendly and pleasant but firm that they need to get their shit together on this limit printing stuff! ;D He said that they send signs for the stores to post about this stuff. ….. Oh! brother! lol

    • Rosiechild

Free gum + a little extra…At my Rite Aid in West Virginia this last weekend, Mentos 15 ct. gum was ringing up BOGO. If you buy two at $1.50 and use two $1 off coupons from a while back, you make 50 cents. Not sure if this is ringing up this way this week, but figure it's worth a shot.

      • Guest

It was on sale bogo last week, but that sale ended on Saturday. RA sales run weekly (in most cases). Also, 'making' $0.50 on that scenario is YMMV b/c according to their official policy they are supposed to adjust the value of that second coupon down so that you just get it for free. Some cashiers don't notice or find it easier to just let the extra amount go through, but that's not what they are supposed to do.

    • Jennifer

      Wow, I love Rite Aid!!

    • michelle R

      COUPON BOOKLET

There is a video value for the coupon book!

      • Ladybugpam

awesome! thanks for letting us know:) do you have to get the flu shot to get the book? I thought they were just giving them to you w/the shot and there was no need to watch a video, so is this a special offer for the booklet w/o the shot? I hope so, cuz I don't want the shot, but I want that booklet!!!

Also, after I watched the vid and earned the credit, I looked at my credits earned and it said it was printed already! I never printed it! did the same thing happen to anyone else? if so, how can we redeem the booklet?

        • Klynn

Mine printed fine. It says it is a coupon for the $100 Rite Aid Coupon Book, available at Rite Aid Immunizing Locations, ask the pharmacist for this book.

Nothing stating that you have to get the flu shot.

          • Ladybugpam

I never even pushed the print button on mine. I hope they are understanding about it instore and just give it to me w/o a coupon for it. Do you know if they can look up your earned Video Values w/your UP card?

I'm glad yours printed fine:) Thanks again for the tip! So glad I don't have to get stuck to get some more coupons:)

            • Klynn

You can email them and let them know it didn't print. There is a line at the top of the page (in the video values) were you print from that says something about sending them an email if you have printing problems. I had this problem with another one that said I printed but didn't. In a few days it showed not printed.

            • Mommysauls

mine says i already printed it but left the box for me to check to print so I checked the box and it printed fine :)

            • Cinderelligirl

same here can't wait for that booklet! they are hosting a clinic in the summerville, SC area tomorrow!! :]

        • jrun

mine did the same thing, but it still prints out. there's no bar code or anything on it.

    • traci

Best week at Rite Aid so far. I got 4 Garnier hair colors, 2 toothpastes, 2 Garnier Dandruff shapoo (donate), 1 Garnier shapoo, 1 Conditioner, 2 bags of Kisses, 2 Newspapers, Renuzit cones and 4 Cow Tale candies (filler) for lass the 4.00…I did it in 2 transactions so I got back 14 in UPS….

    • Amy

Vitamins are BOGO. Ad says $2 UP when you buy 2. Does the free one count? If I buy one and get one free, will i get the UP?

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

In this case, yes. A lot of times, when it's something like “Buy $15 worth of these products and get $5 back” and the items are BOGO, the free item doesn't count b/c it rings up free. When something is BOGO and it's just a reward for buying 2, it doesn't matter the cost of either item, as long as you're purchasing 2 qualifying items… even at no cost!

    • Paige_Aminehdestin

We've received *nothing* about the limit in store. I've been letting customers know because I found out before the ad started by… oh yeah, reading the comments on here from those in CA. Otherwise, my store would've been oblivious like everyone else. I wish corporate would stop putting all fault on us.

      • Guest

Not only that, but it's really bull for them to tell someone that the limit just accidentally didn't print in the ad. That's crazy. Someone designs those ads every week and you'd THINK that part of their job is to proof-read all these very involved deals to make sure all the info is correct. MY GUESS is that they decided after the ad was already printed that they were going to impose a limit, and then just BS their way out of the situation whenever a customer called to complain. That's bad business. If you're going to limit something, state it clearly for your customers. And if you've already printed an ad indicating no limits, get with the program and honor the advertisement that you printed. Makes things a lot easier on the customers AND the individual stores that have to deal with the customers. (not to mention less time wasted by people calling CS to complain)

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

We have now gotten a sign to put up. I understand where you're coming from, but mistakes do happen. Pretty much every week we have a disclaimer to print about something. We have one up this week b/c a wine is advertised at $12.99 but it's actually $11.99 and it apologizes for any inconvenience that causes. I don't think they back tracked though, on the limit, because the Oral B toothbrushes weren't staying in stock the first few weeks of the +UP deals b/c they were always free after +UP, so they were the first to get limits put on them. I can't imagine they even *thought* about not limiting them this week, in all honesty. I think it was just an oversight.

    • Rockcity_23_2000

how do you do this rite aid up thing? I hear it is great! I am totally brand new at couponing

      • sunset

Buy products listed to give you UP rewards. Ex: buy Oral B cross action tooth brush and get 2.99 UP. These UP rewards will be printed on the end of your receipt. You will have to have a Rite Aid card to do this. You can use them on anything you want on your next purchase. Just keep track of when they expire. Also, it will help if you read the Rite Aid getting started guide. That will help you more than my answer. Good luck!!!!

    • mike

no limit listed in ad, but there is a limit of two (2) on the Toothbrushes- after that they do not spit out the Up bucks

      • Trudieisbell1

is the two toothbrush limit per transaction or per rite aid wellness card?

    • There is a $1.00 off VV coupon for lady speed stick. along with the .75 cent off coupon makes for .25 cent deodorant!!!

      • sunset

Thanks! Picked one up after reading your comment.

    • Sjhn0532

where do i find the Rite Aid Clip and Save booklet? Pls help!!

      • Dianne

Read the post Jenny made earlier today about how you can now get it online.

      • Countryboyhays

Typically you have to get it in the pharmacy. Although our local store is just handing them out at the check-out.

    • sww

figured out a good neutrogena deal to get the UPs, hopefully it will help someone else (and is a little bit of a money maker if you have a $5/$25). all printables on neutrogena's website.
      buy:
      (2) neutrogena waves @ $9.99 (B1G150%) = $14.98
      (2) neutrogena men's shaving @ $4.99 (B!G!50%) = $7.48
      (1) neutrogena coverup stick @ $7.29
      (1) neutrogena lip soother @ (50% off) $3.64
      total = $33.39
      use:
      $5/$25
      (2) $3 off wave (printable)
      (2) $2 off men's product (printable)
      (1) $3 off makeup (nov all you)
      (1) $2 off face makeup (from the paper but not sure of date, i clip my q's and not in database)
      total: $13.39 (+tax if applicable)
      get: $15 UP
you could also do this buying two of the wave pad refills (my store didn't have them) instead of the makeup if you don't have those q's; there is a $2 printable for these as well.

      • Sandra

        Great deal!! Thanks!

    • Since the Ester-C vitamins are B1G1, can I use a store coupon and a manufacture coupon on EACH or can I only use it on one? There is a $2 Q from the Clip & Save booklet and a $1 VV coupon and I have 2 MQs. Does anyone know if I can use all of these? If so, both would be free if I'm calculating this right.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

You could use a store coupon and a man. coupon on each item as long as the total doesn't go negative. I don't know the prices, but I doubt they would, so I don't see a problem with the scenario.

        • Dsci2003

i used 2-Qs from clip & save, 2 MQs & the $1 VV the other day, no problem. went to a different rite aid last nite & the manager said i couldn't do that. is there anything in their policy about this or is it up to the manager

          • Paige_Aminehdestin

Technically, no you shouldn't have been able to do this. The 2 coupons from the clip and save book and the VV coupon are all store coupons that start with “RC49” and can't be combined with one another. You can only use one on each product, and one man. on each product. A lot of stores don't bother rejecting them in fear of someone complaining. The registers are being updated (apparently) to refuse store coupons if too many are being used or the wrong product is purchased for the coupon (yay!) but until then, it's going to vary store to store b/c of customer service fears. We've also been told to limit the C&S booklet coupons to one per customer b/c no one should have multiples.

      • SolventSister2

Yes, I did this one last night. I used the overage towards another item.

    • Ashley

Piedmont, SC horror story here. I went to use my $5/25 printable from redplum. The register was not “scanning” the coupon. Kindly stated you can punch in the bar code numbers. AM pulled out memo saying she cannot punch in numbers. Stated to her that no where on the memo does it say that(The memo was about not excepting the pdf q's).

This woman was out of control. I told her she'd be getting a call from corporate. She said “Gladly, and you can call the law if you have a problem.” At one point, I said I'm sick of dealing with this all the time and she said “Oh no, your husband already took me for a trip today”. My boyfriend had went to do a post coupon from purchase the other day and she was so wretched to him! He let it go, but calmy told her that she is in the business of customer service and should be more friendly. I stated to her “No, you took him for a trip.”

I asked her name and she walked back up to me and asked me 4 times “What is YOUR name, and what is YOUR name?”. I had my cell out the whole time b/c I kept wanting to call corporate, but I knew they were closed on Sunday.

I am shaking so bad at this point, when I get out to the car my cell is nowhere to be found. My bf and I search and search everywhere. He calls the phone company on his cell to track mine with GPS. At one point I make a phone call to a RA with great reputation and explain the story. She confirms what I already know, that I am correct when it comes to punching in the q numbers.

Finally, we find my phone and are putting the key in ignition when a cop pulls up. He walks in RA but we wait in dumbfound disbelief b/c we know what this woman has now done. Comes back out, explain the story, tell him this is something I'm going to have to deal with with corporate Monday morning. He talks with her again and then tells us that she won't do a trespass notice if we leave!!!!

Tried to sum up the story here, but this woman was so much more horrific than I can even describe here. I've shopped at RA for a year now and have been rudely and horribly treated on a constant basis. Since then I have developed absolute terror and panic attacks inside the store. At least 4 people were nearby when this happened and I was absolutely humiliated once again. I've seen people say “I don't know how CVS does it but they hire the most amazing people”. I now intend to see a resolution to this problem myself and am waiting on the DM to call tomorrow. I hope this happened to me so that it won't ever have to happen to any one of you ever again.

      • betty

Well that's just horrible!!! How could a cashier call for trespassing if she doesn't own the store? I'm sorry this happened to you :( Karma will catch up to her I'm sure. I wouldn't JUST talk to the district manager. I would certainly call corporate about that situation. When you DO talk to the DM make sure to point out that you were thinking of calling the local news station. Most important here from personal experience tell them you do not feel right about them “infringing on your right to shop as a consumer by calling the cops”. It's a legal term I have been told to use by a lawyer when I had a much worse experience. I was employed by a grocery store, shopped at another OFF the clock & used coupons. I was questioned ON the clock at my store about how I knew about the coupons would print. I was like Duh the website tells you silly, any consumer could do it & I did nothing wrong lady. They were trying to take advantage of me being 18 (jerks). I called the news :) I got TONS of public support. NOT one single call in favor of them :) I'm sure he/she will not want that bad PR just before the holiday season! I really hope that woman changes her attitude, or at least moves to a differnt job. Sounds to me she would be perfect as a bill collector. She seems mean & I think that job requires you to be a “special” person :) Please keep us posted on your update. Please don't be upset over coupons, it's just not worth it. Your blood pressure probably sky rocketed which hurt YOU. Just take a deep breath & let out a slight little chuckle. Make sure you are calm when you discuss with higher ups too. Best wishes to you.

      • Upset

Sounds terrible…I think you had a bootleg coupon, that's why the register would not accept! But I think the cashier got upset when you told her how to do her job which is no excuse. It sounds like you over reacted with pulling your cell phone out and threatening to call “Corporate”. Why don't you relax and not get upset for saving $5 from a fraudulent coupon.

        • Ashley

I am sick to my stomach with your comment. I have the sick feeling that you must be the woman herself or the cashier. Everyone in this coupon community knows that $5/25 q's from redplum dot com are legitimate and only come around every few months, therefore it is obvious you are not familiar with what you are talking about at all. Everyone knows to bring and point out the coupon policy in cases like this(which states to punch in the numbers when the scanner is being difficult in doing its job and SCANNING). Punch in the numbers and the register will accept the coupon if it's legitmate! Everyone here advises to contact corporate and handle any issues with unknowledgeable employees so that it can be fixed in the store. Corporate advises this as well. Everyone knows that the coupon community knows more about how to do the job than the employees do. It is obvious you are not a part of this honest couponing community that Jenny has so graciously afforded us. It is obvious you don't even know what a redplum dot com coupon is, otherwise how would anyone dare suggest it was fraudulent. I was kind to this woman and she proceeded to be the most nasty and hateful person. I'm sorry you have a hard time understanding that this woman is a liability to the company, but you should know that there will be a resolution to the matter. RA cannot afford to tolerate such outrageous antics.

        • seagull7

I think you completely missed the point and I have nothing but sympathy for the original poster. I know what it's like to have your transactions planned out to a T because you only have x amount of cash to spend, just to have some glitch mess everything up, and then be at a loss to what you're going to do. I've never been treated that badly, but I too would be shaking with frustration and anger. Also, no where did she say that she “threatened” to call corporate. I think you might need to take a sensitivity training class or something.

          • seagull7

Sry. That was supposed to go under the post by the person who said she overreacted. I'm on a mobile device and must have hit the wrong “reply” link.

      • S_J61

Sorry you were treated like that but calling Corporate won't do anything… They could care less I HATE RITE AID!

        • Paige_Aminehdestin

That's not true. Corporate is big on stores following policy for customer service. It's a rule now, that if a customer complains, the DM, SM and the employee the complaint was about all get to be on a conference call to “discuss” customer service. I don't know if all DMs are as heavy on customer service as mine is, but I can't imagine them not being since that is the business. I'm sorry it seems you've had such a hard time.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

I'm sorry you had such a bad trip, and have had equally bad trips in the past. I do think a lot of stores are getting frustrated with the $5/$25 coupons since we aren't really getting much from corporate about them, but that's absolutely no excuse for what you went through. I'm glad you called on this issue. There's no reason for something like this to happen. I hope the DM was able to fix the situation for future visits.

Are up bucks specific to wellness card- I have one and my wife have a card (two different cards) – can I use up bucks from one card purchase against a purchase made (in the future) connected to our other card?

      • Sandra

Do you mean the UP rewards? I believe anyone can use them so I don't think they are tied to the card. I know I have used my mom's UP's with my card with no problems! Hope this helps.

        • Mlg Cmg

thanks – I get confused between Up rewards, register rewards, and whatever- I call them all Disney Dollars- cause they are all just play money!!! LOVE IT

          • Guest

They are not *currently* tied to your wellness card, however it is entirely possible that they might start linking them in the future, so be prepared and be organized.

    • wolverinehokie

The last couple weeks have left me with loads of +UP dollars with all the money makers, I even purchased 3 packs of diapers for my niece and still have $22 +UP left. I hope next week has great SCR deals so I can get real cash! I love having a Rite Aid.

Btw, Ester-C leads to overage this week when you combine coupons!

    • Stupid

Stop holding up other customers with you're multiple transaction…You Suck! Why don't you spend $.25 for the damn cow tales….

    • Cheap

It's a coupon book…you act like it's gold!!! I feel sorry for you!

    • Idiot

You suck!!! There are limits to the crest deal!! Why would you even think you could but 10 tubes of toothpaste for FREE with the +UP rewards? Rite Aid is a retailer not a WHOLESALER!!! You're an ass, way to abuse the system and associates.

    • Hello, Anyone Out There?

It's the same, you CAN'T but 30 toothbrushes and expect everything for free#$%$#.

    • Luvcroppin

We can do without your comments,.

    • Fiona

Quick question.. is there a limit to how many times you can buy an item to get the up rewards?? Cause I purchased 2 of the 2.99 Oral-b crossaction toothbrushes and got two 2.99 +up rewards. I went tonight to get some more stuff and I need to reach my 20$ to use the $4 off of 20$ coupon so I decided to pick up 2 more…but when my receipt printed out I did not get the 2.99 per toothbrush. I asked the cashier and she said I should have got it.. but only one 2.99 +up reward. But the ad says nothing of a limit. Was she incorrect? Cause when I got 2 earlier in the week I did get 2. Does anyone know? When I showed her the ad all she said was that she could give me only a 2.99 gift card.. so I said okay.. I didn't want to argue..I hate making a big deal out of things especially when people are behind me. Can someone give me some clarification???

      • RASM

Corporate limited it to two per household, so it will only print 2 plus ups. The store you went to should have had a sign correcting the limit amount.

        • Fiona

Is this new? Cause the manager didn't even know. That's why she issued me the 2.99 gift card. I just looked at my RA ad and even that states nothing about limits. I'm fairly new to shopping at RA.. I'm pretty use to CVS which does a really good job at making their restrictions known.

          • Paige_Aminehdestin

It's not in the ad, apparently it was forgotten when it went to be printed. They sent a notice to stores yesterday via the store portal which included something to put on the shelves informing customers of the limit. It is two per household.

            • Klynn

When I bought (2) thoothbrushes on monday I only got one up reward. the lady was not sure if there was a limit. Can I take my reciept in to show i bought 2 and get the other +up?

            • Paige_Aminehdestin

You'll probably need to take the receipt in and just do a “return” to purchase the item again, and that way it will print out since you haven't reached the limit. That way the reward is printed so that when it's used, the store will be paid for it, rather than having the $2.99 as a loss for the store, which is what happens when we have to modify something to account for a missing reward or give you money/gift card for it instead. When it prints, it's a man. coupon that we will get paid back for (hopefully).

    • Jessheartscoupons

I have a wellness + points question. It seems like in the past I would see the points go up with each transaction I did even if they were during the same visit on the same day.

Today, I did three transactions. 1st 3.26 OOP ($14 cpn savings); 2nd 11.16 OOP ($15.75 cpn savings); 3rd $57 on 3 Rx's (1 Rx = 25 pts). My point value stayed the same on all of my receipts. Does it now take a few days or should I contact corporate about this?

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

It's been delayed a few days for a while now, I think at all stores. We got an email about it a couple of months ago, that there was about a 2 day delay and to let customers who had questions, know that. If you've registered your card online though, that should be updated within 24 hrs. it's just the store computers having a hard time keeping up with all the details and points and such. All wellness information is actually sent via the satellite, so I can only imagine how bogged down it could get.

    • Freeingu

anybody else having a problem connecting to VV. ive tried for 3 days and cant connect.

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

I just logged in and didn't have any trouble. I didn't do anything on the site, but I can connect to the site as of right now.

    • Happyhousewife

I am a newbie, so I was very confused and frustrated with my first trip to Rite Aid. My local store is a “Value Store”, so they did not have the “$5 +UP WYB $15 worth of L’Oreal Cosmetics, Skin Care, Hair Care…”. They did have the $5 +UP WYB $15 worth of Garnier…” though, so I did that one. I got $18 worth of products, after coupons it was $13 and some change, but I didn't get the $5 +UP, so I guess that store computes it after coupons? I don't think that's the Rite Aid norm, is it? Isn't it usually before coupons that your rewards are based on?

      • Paige_Aminehdestin

It shouldn't be b/c of coupons, no matter what store you shop at. Try calling 1-800-riteaid and give them your receipt information, they can pull the transaction up and either tell you that you didn't purchase the right items or enough of them, or tell you that you did qualify for the reward and they should send you the +UP reward as a coupon via USPS mail. No stores compute after coupons though. I know some people have found out, after the fact, that some items are not included in the deal, but customer service should be able to help you out.

    • Sunny

Question about Neutrogena's ups. I have done one deal and got the $15 up. I was wondering if I could do the deal again and use the $15 up that I received from the 1st deal. Does anyone know? Also, does anyone know how many times you can do the deal? (I have teenagers and the acne therapy system really works for them, so I need to stock up.) Thanks!
