  • Kmartin1085

Went today and the kiosk printed $4 off Huggies Little Movers Denim.  With the sale price of $8.99 plus a coupon for $2.50 off any Little Movers diapers made the deal $2.49!!

    • MomofKLA

Can you tell me where you got the $2.50 0ff coupon?  Thanks!

      • Guest

Probably a home-mailed coupon.  The recent coupons from the paper were only $1.50 off jumbo packs.

    • Tori_rn

      is that at CVS?

  • EJ

I live in the DC area and my coupon for Ivory soap in the PG 7/3 is for $1 off 2 ivory bars or body wash. Can I use 1 of these coupons on a 3 pack of Ivory bars? Or do i have to buy two 3 packs?

    • Kcreviews

You have to buy 2 3-packs.

  • Tamara

For all you ladies, I got two tubes of L'oreal Paris mascara for really cheap at Rite Aid.  They are B1G1 50% off.  I got the double extend beauty tubes.  I used two store coupons, the July and August video value coupon for $2 off L'oreal eye products and two manufacturer coupons for $3 off L'oreal double extend mascara.  So, you can get two tubes for about $7.  I also had $3/$15 purchase, so I payed about $4.  Just in case you want to do your own math, the Double extend tubes are $10.95 and the Million Lashes are $8.95.  The coupon for those are $2/1.  All of those manufacturer coupons were in RP 7/24.

  • Marlene

    Walgreens:  L'Oreal Everpure Treatment is on sale $5.99 – there's a $3RR on 1, less $2 coupon from RP 7/24 = 99cents

    • At my local Walgreens the L'Oreal Everpure and Eversleek products were marked $6.99.

      • Trisha

Mine were marked $6.99, but I had the cashier check for me and they rang up $5.99.

      • Carrie

Mine were marked $6.99 to $8.99 also, but all rang up at $5.99.  Only one RR per receipt, so I rang mine up on diff. orders.

  • I've been to three different CVS this week and the Schick/Skintimate shelves are completely bare. I'm going to try again Saturday night when they restock for the new sales.

    • Smurdock04

get a raincheck if they don't have it then! i've talked with a few of my family/friends and nobody knew that you could get the ECB's with a raincheck!

  • Couponmom

Couldn't find the neutrogena wave product anywhere in the store. Did anyone else have luck??

    • Chuckjenn

My store didn't have it either.

  • Addiescouponingmom

FYI: The $2 UP printing with the Rite Aid brand first aid items, it printing for ALL first aid items. And there is no limit. Between yesterday and today, I have gotten over 45 of them!!!. I am donating half of the stuff I have gotten! :-)

  • Tried to pick up some of the Perfection Tampons at Walgreens and the register didn't print any RR.  The only product on the shelves was “regular” and the product in the ad photo was “super”.  The manager said the RR should've printed as they go by the text in the ad.  Anyone else have this trouble?

At CVS, (I checked two stores) the only Neutrogena for $2.99 is the single bar and it is not tagged as included in the ECB deal.  Also, the Bengay Cold Therapy is not included in the ECB deal in my local stores so that coupon probably won't work.  The Skintimate cream shave $1.50 off coupons wouldn't go through either, I had to use the .75 off coupons.  Is this consistent with what others found in stores or am I just looking  for deals in all the wrong places this week?

    (Still a fabulous week, btw!)

    • angie

My Skintimate coupon wouldn't scan either, so the cashier put it in manually after confirming that I did have the correct product.  I needed .34 to get my $5 ECB for Garnier Fructis, found styling gel on clearance from 4.79 to 1.19,  then used $1 off.  Not a bad day @ CVS.

      • Melissa

I found those on sale at my CVS too!!!

    • Lori P. :)

The only ones with the RR sticker at my Walgreens were the Super sized ones.

    • Shelli Richard

My $1.50 off coupons worked at CVS on Sunday.

    • Mysterious_Mentalist

I can only answer the $1.50 Q. It is on only one type of variety that says something “cream shave”. The way to match is to compare the first cluster of upc numbers on coupons and to that of the product on shelf. Once they are matched, Q will not beep and you will have the excat right product.

There are other shave cream varieties bt you will notice their upc codes are entirely different from Q upc code and Q will beep if you try to use for those products because the Q is not intended for those ones.

  • Sherri

I went to cvs today to buy the Lumene products I chose 4 products one priced @$3.99 and 3 priced at $2.74. I had 4/$4 coupons and they told me I could only use the coupon on the$3.99. Not the $2.74 products. I know they don't want to pay the overage but usually in that situation they would ad $1.26 to each product making them free instead of -$1.26. Then the sales lady said well I'll do one of them for you but you can't buy the other two with your coupons and she took off $4 on one of the $2.74 products?!?!?!what in the world ? She said corporate was cracking down on them. I emailed corporate but haven't heard back yet

    • Mary

How was the Lumene that cheap.  I bought some yesterday and was excited that it was on sale for $14.99.  We didn't even get coupons in our area.  That is an awesome price.

      • Sher4492000

It was for 10 face wipes.the $3.99 was a tiny cup of face cream.

    • Sher4492000

Well I got. Reply to my email. They no longer service customers through email I have to call. I was trying to avoid that hoping that maybe someone would actually put some thought into their answer or research. Oh well…

      • Mysterious_Mentalist

They do not for a while. I think what was happening is that their email response was going viral on these blogs and they figured their stores lost their grip.

    • Mysterious_Mentalist

I just answered similar post in technical terms on CVS ad/coupon board Also, please post the response you get from CVS on here

    • Mcleodsc

Did the cashier scan your coupons? What should have happened is that the last coupon should have beeped and the cashier adjusted it down! I did this deal 4 different times before my limit was reached (On different days/weeks)I only had a hassle with one cashier over the size of the 3.99 eye creams. The manager straightened her out and the deal went thru just fine. FYI-the total before coupons counts toward the Beauty Club Reward!!

  • Guest

I got 2 packages of Carefree pantiliners free at Walgreens. Their in-store Summer Savings booklet for July has a $3 off 2 Carefree pantiliners (16 to 60 pack). I got two packages of 22 for $1.49 each at my store in Wetumpka, Alabama. The q expires 7/30, so better hurry!

    • Katie

You could also have used the 50 cents off coupon bringing it down even more.

  • cyama

I know it's probably been asked before, but is it within the CVS policy to use the B1G1 coupon along with the $off coupon? I've never tried it before, and I think I remember seeing somewhere that the BOGO policy had changed recently. I want to take advantage of the schick deal, but want to make sure it's going to work first. Thanks!

    • You can use both coupons.  The $ off coupon is for the first package and the BOGO is for the second.  I did this already this week :)

      • cyama

Thanks @Catherine for the quick reply!

    • Jennamariescoupons

My CVS would not let me use both coupons. The register would not let her do both :-(

      • You have to give the cashier the $ off coupon first. I ran into this problem on my first try when using a b1g1 and a $ off. But if you give them the $ off coupon first, the register doesn't beep..

    • Mysterious_Mentalist

You might be referring to RA policy change. But there is a misunderstanding. RA still accepts $ off Q and manuf bogo Q together (if I am not mistakedn?). The only thing they have changed is on store sale of bogo in which case you can only use 1 $ off Q and not two of them like it used to be; neither can you use manuf bogo on store sales of bogo

With CVS, you can use $off and bogo together for most manufacturers/Qs

    • Mcleodsc

I just read last night on another site that CVS changed their policies effective 7/1/11-they won't accept a $off cpn with a BOGO.
I did see all the regional store managers (dressed up) having a meeting at a CVS yesterday. So if the other site is correct, CVS will be making changes.
I DID use a $off with a BOGO yesterday morning and it went thru just fine.

  • Lindarella

I couldn't find any Neutrogena cleansers for less than $7.99, which didn't make this a very good deal.  Also, my coupons for Softsoap is for a type that they didn't have and they didn't even have an empty place on the shelf for it.  I don't seem to be very good at this and the coupons in our area paper are very slim.  Does anyone live in the Brevard, NC area and get a better paper than The Ashville Citizen?

    • Sher4492000

My store had all the neutrogena @ $7.99 as well.

    • Sheilakilby

I live in Asheville and only get the Asheville citizen.  CVS sells out of the sale items quickly, I have started going on Sunday morning to get the specific items for my coupons.  I too only found the neutrogena cleansers for $ 7.99 and passed on the deal.  Hope this helps.

  • Francesgoode

How do I print the coupons on here?

  • Saving in Savannah

I found a 30 count box of Emergen-C on clearance last night at my local CVS marked down from $15.29 to $3.82 and used a $1.00 coupon I received in the mail making this great deal $2.82!  I have never seen this stuff on sale and I thought I would never use the $1 coupon because I see it running from $13-$15 regular price.  This item was probably on clearance for the flavor, Ruby Lemon Honey, but I thought at that price I could try it.

  • Help me Save!

Ok, so please tell me how do you get multiples of the coupons?  On the “Deal Ideas” she has listed on the shave cream for example, she is using four of each kind of coupon.  When I try to print more than one, it tells me I've already printed it and can't get another……  So………. I'm trying to understand!  Help!

    • Godsgifts12

The $1.50 Q will only print 1 time on 1 computer so you would have to use 4 computers. Most often you can print 2 from each computer by hitting your back button on your browser I have to click it 3 times for mine to work. Or like coupons.com just select the same ones again and it limits you to only 2. At times you will find where you may print more. But if a company says limit of 1 Q per household I only use 1. Hope this helps :D

    • Abbielou02

She uses different computers, I think she has 4 computers, and most people can print 2, Ever since I updated my browser I haven't been able to :( HTH!

    • Instead of trying to print the same coupon a second time, you have to hit the “back” button on your browser. That's how you get the second coupon on MOST of them..

    • Mysterious_Mentalist

smart source coupon printer only allows one print and the infamous back button does not work/help

  • Candyland Properties

i cant print coupons dont know what im doing wrong any advise really want to take advantage of some of the deals before there gone ty

  • Candyland Properties

okay got it to work i went in and messed with settings couldnt tell you how but got it done lol. now i want to know how do you do several coupons on one page instead of one per page? ty!

  • Mel3947

So has anyone tried looking for the Trident Gum coupon. I see that she has it on here for sale at Walgreens for $0.79 and that there is a coupon but I don't see the gum in the sales ad or the coupon in ss 7/24. Hi received the Trident Q this past Sunday and it also came in the mini insert I received in the mail this week..

I have found that the price on the gum is different at each of my 3 WAGS.
I bought the TicTac's yesterday. They were 1.19 at one store and only .80 at another. The best advice I have is to just take your coupons with you to the store and check out the price. You might want to check at least 2 different WAGS.

I went looking today and was dissapointed too.  Walgreens had the gum listed for $1.29 and it was definitely not in the sales ad.  I'm wondering if I should have let them scan it to see what the price rang up as.  There have been many times that Walgreens has not had the correct price on the item.  I bought the scounci's that are on sale too.  The price tag said 2/$5 but they scanned $1.50 each.

Question about the Schick deal at CVS. I went today and found two of the Schick Hydro 5 razors for $7.99 each in which I had two $3/1 q's for. However, they were all out of the Skintimate shave cream on sale for $2.19 for which I had two $1.50/1 q's with me. (Left all other Q's at home) I grabbed two of the CVS equivilant brand shave creams and asked if they would be able to use those in place of the Skintimate and be able to use my coupons on them. He said yeah I should be able to do that. Well, they rang up $2.49 a piece..which was okay. But then he told me that he couldn't use my Skintimate Q's. I let the pressure get to me and I just said okay, and was grateful he printed my $10 ECB's. Later I thought that I should go to another CVS and see if I can return the CVS brand shave creams and get the Skintimate ones and use my coupons. That should be fine since I already got my ECB's…right?? I'm not doing anything wrong by doing that…am I? Would they even let me do it? Thanks for your help!!

I can only respond in technical terms and there may be few here who will start pulling trigger on you for supposedly moral reasons. Find the balance on your receipt that would tell you how much more you need to get $10. You will probably just need to buy two skintimate and ecb will print automatically.

Just wanted to thank you so much for your awesome blog.  Since I recently moved down south, it's been a timesaver and moneysaver to create my shopping lists right here.  The coupon matchups make it so easy for me to get great deals and provide lots of opportunities to bless others with the donations we make to our church's food bank.  :)

You are correct CVS has change there policy as of July 2011. A writer on another coupon site called customer service twice to see if she got the same answer and they both inform her that it was correct that they will not practice this anymore emails went out to all CVS stores that they are no longer to allow a cents off coupon with a BOGO coupon. And this is true because my CVS store would not allow me to do it they told me they can take the BOGO coupon but not the cents off. There's major talk about this over the past 2 days you can go to other coupon sites or google it but its true because it actually happen to me recently.

    • Palmetto

I went to CVS earlier this week and used a BOGO on razors, plus a $1 off coupon for the second pack of razors. So maybe some of the CVS stores are still letting you use both coupons together.

I just got home from Wal greens. I think I did very well this week, the best so far since I started using coupons about a month ago!!!!

When can I use my coupons to by trial size items?

    • Fireyred

Anytime the coupon does not have “excludes trial size” on it you can use it for a trial size .  Hope that helps.

  • Sarah27828

Just a quick heads up-I went to my local CVS in Greenville, SC and scanned my CVS card at the red box thing and it gave me a coupon for $4 off a pack of the jean huggies. They are on sale for 8.99. So with the $4 cvs coupon and the $1.50 manuf coupon, I got a pack of diapers for $3.49!!

  • newbie:-)

questions…why did the cvs i went to not print out the treemme or v05 coupons at the center also the neutrogena facial cleansers started at $7.99 which is the $2.99 ?

    • Tishness1509

they are regional some places will get the coupons and some wont i know we didnt even get tags for the vo5 or tress to put on the shelf for the costumers to see those items were on sale so just cause some ppl get the coupon doesnt mean all people and/or regions will get the coupon!!

  • tina

went to cvs they said i couldnt use coupons on clearance items is the right?

    • Sistagirl61

My CVS will allow me to use coupons on clearance items. I guess it depends on the manager.

    • Dsci2003

you can use coupons, but clearance items normally don't count for ECB

    • Tishness1509

you are not supposed to use coupons for clearance items cause it is not ran through our system as a bag of m&m's or revlon hair dye it is ran through as a taxable item and we usually dont get our money back on stuff like that cause we are not scanning the barcode we are having to punch the price in to our system manually

      • Deezee96

But this is NOT your corporate policy.  I have been through this issue with district managers and it appears that some stores do not follow what corporate tells them to do.  I even had corporate on the phone with a manager, and the manager told them they were not going to follow what they told them.  Hmm…last I checked CVS is a nationwide company and corporate runs things.

    • JO

I contacted corporate office on this and they said YES you can use coupons on clearance. Some clearance items are still on shelves with barcodes. It would be  unequitable to accept them on those items and not on others. If you are unsure , call corporate and ask. They will still get reimbursed by the manufacturer,

Just got back from a trip to CVS in Ringgold, GA. First time shopping there, but it won't be my last. The 20-minute drive was worth it. They had everything I wanted on my list still in stock with only 2 days left until the end of the sale. First transaction was $30.33 before sale prices, card savings, store and manufactuers' coupons and ExtraBucks. Ended up costing me $17.52 with tax, but I got $10.99 in EB's out of it so it was only $6.53 out of pocket.Second transaction was $30.76 before savings. Was able to use my coupons and my EB's and it knocked the total down to $12.06. Plus, I got an additional $10 in EB's to use later so total out of pocket was only $2.06.All total, I got $61.09 worth of merchandise, and with all the savings and all the EB's I got, my total out of pocket was just $8.59…and I still have $10 in EB's for next time.
