Does require you to input credit card info even though promo code does work.

      • Di

          No it does not.

      • It asked me to enter it, and I saw no easy way to circumvent it.

    • Couponashli

it’s making me pay $0.16 in taxes. anyone else?

    • Jen

I didn’t have to enter any card info at all… thanks, Jenny!

    • Kasloan

ordered mine easily… put in the code and it was absolutely free. No credit card required. YEA!

    • luluinblu

wanted me to pay tax and enter CC information =/

    • Janis

Tax may be dependent on what state you are in. I did a Mother’s Day card (I am in GA) and had them mail it for me (I ALWAYS forget to mail my cards so the option to schedule the mailing was AWESOME). My total charges were .48 (.45 stamp & .03 tax) – For a photo personalized card that Grandma will love – an AWESOME deal!

    • Dixielee323

I entered my credit card info and the card was totally free.  However, I’m worried that I’m signed up for some membership now.  Under my account it says pay as you go, so as long as I don’t buy anything I should be good, right?

I went back into it and deleted my credit card info after I ordered. I didn’t get charged anything, but just to be on the safe side. It said something on their about no annual fee so hopefully no charges will take place in the furture.

        • Mj7202007

****Make sure you cancel your account because I read on there that they do charge an annual fee. I also deleted my credit card however I want to delete my account so no charges occur. Below is what it says on the website. I copied and pasted it so you could see. I hope this helps.

Please Note: Your Treat Greetings membership will begin when you click “Submit”. You will receive a free card with your membership service. You will be charged an annual membership fee each year. If you love the service, you don’t have to do anything and your membership will automatically continue at the plan rate (currently $0.00 plus any applicable taxes), which will be charged to your credit card linked to your account each year using the payment method provided when you signed up. You can make changes any time to your membership (including cancelling your membership) through the My Account link at the top of every Treat webpage. Read the Terms of Use.

    • Nadineyathali

thankyou very much made a really nice card choose option to send it to “Myself….directly to my mom” and got it all for free! Its not shipping for Free to Mom so you have to (mail it to yourself first).

    • Jrconnel

you still have to pay for postage (0.47)

      • Ms Capps

Which is the same as using a stamp…. I had a zero balance when sent to my address, if going to the recipients address it adds the extra postage. Same diffference either way really

    • Julie

I just ordered a card to be mailed directly to the recipient and it didn’t charge me for anything. No tax or postage and did not have to enter my credit card info. Thank you!  That’s one more card off my list ( :

    • Lowes91

      • Jennifer

        I was too…

    • Rebecca

This is only if you are a new customer to Treat….

    • Nursewaldrop

I went through the process of making a card and at the very end with the promo code it said “Free card does not apply to the card in your basket”…Nice cards but NOT FREE

    • Donna

It absolutely does require all credit card information. I e-mailed the company and they said this is to ensure you don’t get more than one free card. I declined this offer. I’m not going to give them credit card information for something FREE.
