I know people are weary of these sort of things so I wanted to share that I did it and it worked! I registered and immediately got a text that said “Text the word coffee back to get the gift card.” Then it responded with a code and a website to go to to type in the code. Now I am trying to be careful not to lose the website :) But I bookmarked it so hopefully it will be there when I go to Starbucks, lol.
