I have been running with my daughters school and helping a nonprofit with a big upcoming event. I have none-haven’t stored by store yet.
I don’t remember exactly how many I have done, but I know for sure that I have done at least four. I did two of them last week. It really is neat. When they first started it, I didn’t think I would be able to do it, but once I got some ecb’s rolling and got some good coupons, I made it work. It was really a lot of fun. I always choose the cvs cards to I can use them to get better deals at CVS.

This is perfect! I wanted to paste my exciting trip to CVS today and this is the perfect place.
This is the first gift card I have earned. I purchased things my family loves. I got three Simply Asia and one Bowl Appetit for my daughter to have a quick lunch between work sessions. I bought one bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee with a coupon (also checking if this had a Savings Star cpn that will also apply). Two chex mix with a coupon. Four bags of Jerk BOGO. My husband and granddaughter love Jerk and surprise! surprise! There were .75 cpns on each one so that was $3 savings right there.
With the $10 CVS gift card I purchased a $19.99 Celine Dion fragrance gift set using $5 Redbox cpn, $5 mft. cpn. I paid .56 for tax. So basically free.

I’m a one here. I just haven’t really gotten the hang of CVS & Walgreen’s. I truly hate leaving the store with ECB’s, RR, or Gift Cards unspent ’cause I know that I will forget to use them & they will expire.

We did the Tide deal and got a GAP card! I used it along with a credit I had from Banana Republic from quite some time ago to buy a new handbag the day Banana Republic had 30% off everything. By buying a pair of socks as well I was able to score free shipping and I used no cash out of pocket! The funniest thing was the day after the bag arrived, my strap broke on my old handbag as I was checking out at Publix. What great timing!

I have never used the CVS promotion deal but I am going to try and use it this week. The budget has been tight for us so this would great. I will only be able to buy food however, so I am a little worried that I will not find enough healthy food that adds up to thirty dollars. I would really love to win the $100 cvs gift card that would come in so handy right now you just have no idea. Then again, I am sure many people have it rough right now. Does anyone know if this promotion gift card thing words if you are using food stamps as well? They get about a third of my grocery budget every month. I rarely buy food from them but I get everything else there. CVS is awesome and so affordable when you wait for their deals.

They have never pulled a policy switcheroo and seem to understand that it’s not worth losing a customer over a couple of bucks. (I’m looking at you, Walgreens and Rite Aid!)

My question is what coupons does CVS take i have seen where some coupons that are listed from target and other stores can be used still learning what stores will accept what. Had to learn the hard way at walgreens in Princton West Virginia they only allow you one sale item per day because the truck only comes once a week even though the ad doesn’t state that. Plus will only take one manufacter and one store coupon no matter if the coupons are different quantity but for the same product???

Did you have to pay a fee for the Amex, I want to get them but I thought sometimes you have to pay some kind of fee to get one. So if you get a $10 gift card it would end up being like $7 and change instead, is this right?

addendum–have earned either AMEX or CVS. Note on the AMEX cards, sometimes it takes up to a day to become active, so the employees suggested I choose a CVS card if I want to use it right then and flip it.

Well i made 4 this time; everytime i get to the gift card level i take the CVS gift card that way the next $30 transaction costs me $30 -$10 (earned gift card) + $12 (average coupon saving) so i end up paying like $8 bucks and after the transaction i get back $10 gift card. Last week was the first week I tried the gift card promotion. It turned out good and I was happy with it. I’ve been exhausting my brain this week on what to get that is best for this household. However I’ve come up with nothing so far because I haven’t been able to print any coupons due to lack of ink and funds. Wow! what a $100 gift card could do for this family!!!!

CVS is my favorite drug store. The people are friendly and helpful. I like getting free deals. This year was my first year using coupons and I like it. It is a lot of fun and it saves money. I give lot of my free stuff to students that I teach who are in need of personal items.

I didnt earn a gift card this week, but I got a couple of great deals. My store had the revlon – nail file and toenail clippers — $6.34. Used $6.00 in EB from thanksgiving weekend, paid .34 and got $6.00 back. Gotta love CVS. I also took advantage of the B1G1 on Gum picks (I’m a fanatic about my teeth), and since the store only had one pack they gave it to me for 1/2 off. Then I had a $1.00 coupon, so it made it even cheaper. BTW, the manager also gave me a rain check.. Again, Gotta love CVS.

Plus 3 Free Greeting Cards up to $2.99 each! So I got 12 Free Bags of Huggies only paid tax .70cents each, and 3 Free Greeting Cards paid tax .26 cents each, Total $19.98, Greeting Cards are not in the picture… The greeting cards are a great way to get ECB…
