Keep an eye out for the new holiday catalog at CVS. There is a coupon in it for $4 Extra Care Bucks when you spend $20 (exp 11/28). These have been mailed out to some people and they have also been spotted at the register.

(thanks to everyone who emailed!)

    • Mirandalpowell

How do people get these mailed to them?

      • Mom2teenagers

To be honest, I'm not sure. Me and my husband both have CVS cards and he gets better coupons at the kiosk and emailed to him weekly-like $5/15 etc. However, I received one of the holiday books in the mail but he didn't. Go figure! I do know that most stores have them now but keep them behind the register. Just ask- good luck!

      • Cheryl

I assumed mine was mailed to me because of my CVS card?

    • Mom2teenagers

Walgreens has a holiday book out as well with store coupons inside.

    • Amy J.

awesome….hope i get one of these coupons soon……want to get one of those animated Alvin with Guitar musical stuffed animals since they'll be $9.99 NEXT week!!!

      • Amy J.

        …..and some other items, too, of course! ;-}

    • John

Can this be combined with a $5/$25 coupon and still get the $4 ECB?

      • Mom2teenagers

    • Sunshine

These catalogs where at the register of my CVS :) Does anyone know if they can be used with other coupons?

      • Sunshine

        sorry . . . were :)

    • Aleemundy

How can we get one mailed to us?

      • ChrissyPunkin

Have you entered your address for your ECB card online? Try that. I haven't received one either–I just got it at the register.

    • Katkoupon

Sorry to reiterate, but I wanted to mention that this “coupon” is not an instant deduction, rather it prints out $4 in EB for your next trip. So you purchase $20 (before coupons and taxes), and it will print out the EB for next time. I had it scanned first, before my other coupons, not sure whether it matters or not, but it worked!

      • kjmiller

Thanks for the tip. I had a question about how that worked, but yes, seems you would definitely want to use before other coupons once you reach a $20 subtotal..

    • Tammy

We camped for one of the two netbooks yesterday morning and at the register she pulled out these catalog books and we used the coupon for 5/25 and this one for 4 off next order. My date is good thur 12/19. She did say only 2 per store where sent and they these will come in and be less in a few weeks to watch and she gave us a rain check for 1 more.

      • di

the netbooks will be 94.00 on black friday

        • Jas

will these b on sale @ cvs for 94.00? or a different store?

          • di

    • Sholcombe

Today at CVS the Red Box gave me a $10.00 off $50.00 coupon!! Yah me!!

    • Banker281

Where have these booklets been found? I went to the CVS @ 138 and Mount Zion and the cashier didn't know what I was talking about.

      • Kitten102602

Would that be in Jonesboro, GA?? If so… SO NOT SURPRISED! They never do know what's going on. Neither does Griffin, GA. Those stores make me hate CVS!!!

      • ChrissyPunkin

They are gift catalogs, basically. There is a picture of fancy wrapped gifts with a big green bow and it says “Save over $50 with Extra Care Bucks” and “Over 100 items for $10 or less” The coupon is an insert toward the front of the catalog. HTH!

    • Tambam

Used my $4 COUPON ALREADY and I got an ECB to print for $4 at the register. Nice surprise, although I had a very unpleasant CVS employee waiting on me.

    • Cheryl

I got mine in the mail, but my local CVS also had them in the bins where the sale ad usually is. HTH!

    • Superjen

I got mine mailed last week, and even though the deal on cold and flu stuff wasn't the greatest, the awful chest cold that has torn through my family used up all of our medicine so spending money on cold stuff wasn't QUITE as painful since I got 4 ECB back after :)

    • Mary10114

The last 3 – 4 times I have been to CVS the box has printed out at least one 4/ 20 coupon sometimes with other things too. Today I got one at the end of my reciept.

    • Maryebulllock

I went to CVS today for my grandmother who is 85 yrs old and and I used her CVS card for her. She wanted the Kellogs cereal deal and she had me pay with her EBT card (foodstamps / Snap Benefits) and it printed out the extra bucks. Hope this helps someone… please no hate replies about foodstamps.

      • Fsavage24

I think that you will get a good response to the use of the food stamps since alot of people are on it now a days due to the economy.

      • Aevers

I think that is wonderful you get the opportunity to help your grandmother! Service through shopping – it can't get better than that! I just started couponing 2 months ago and I have been amazed how fun and how much money I've saved. Thanks for the info. I'm “eating up” all couponing tips I can get. Thanks!

      • Shannon

I use EBT also. We have 3 CVS's here in town and only 1 accepts EBT (so odd that the others don't) & there have been times where I have gotten my total down so low (with my coupons & ECB's) that I sometimes will pay a couple dollars on EBT & walk out paying zero on everything thing else.

      • applejuicecook

i actually appreciate someone on foodstamps using coupons & trying to get the best deals possible at stores. no hating here!

      • Mcleodsc

I think that is great. I have tried to no end to teach my Mom how to use her EBT at CVS and Walgreens to earn ECBs and RR. She lives in a retirement type high rise apartment. I have tried to explain that if she could learn how to do this then she could teach some of the other residents that also get EBT the ropes. She is 70.

    • SusanStauffer

This coupon states that it cannot be combined with any CVS/pharmacy coupon. I would assume then that I cannot use it with a $4/$20, or any other coupon from the coupon machine or register receipt. But what about EB's?

      • Sunshine

I used my coupon yesterday with a $5 off $15 and ECBs :) And coupons, etc.! And it printed $4 ECBs on my receipt. The only thing to note is there is a limit to one per card (just like with other ECB deals).

    • Merg49

Why don't I get these good coupons from the Big Red Box?

      • ChrissyPunkin

You don't get this one from the box. Just pick up their gift catalog at the register and the coupon is inside. :-)

    • Joanna

You are only able to use one per card per season!!!

    • MandyinFL

I got this catolog but have searched it high and low and no coupon in mine? Anyone else without a Q?

      • jean

Mine did not have a coupon either. My sister's did. I asked her what page it was on…she told me…I went to that page in mine, and found the preforated area where it had been torn out. I asked for my catalog, it was in a box behind the desk, which tells me that someone working there would have had to have taken out…since it wasn't out for public access.

    • BeckyFM

HAs anyone tried to use it at Publix? Will it work?

    • Rachel

any one know if the ones in tuscaloosa have them?

    • Hootiesoftball

Dumb question but the netbooks, what exactly do they do versus a laptop, my 8 year old is wanting a laptop but can't bring myself to purchase a $300 laptop for her to play with a couple days and throw down, please help? Thanks!

      • Abaileystudent

The only difference is that it does not have a CD Rom on the side

      • Pat

BUYER BEWARE – do your homework – most consider the CVS netbook a bad buy

      • Pat

Be careful with the CVS netbook – you get what you pay for –

do your homework – google “black friday cvs netbook” to see what others are saying

      • Nackle78

wow! my son is 11 and I won't even buy him an Ipod, he is very rough on electronics. Maybe a netbook is better for such a young age than a laptop.

      • Karry033

Targets is having a sale this week on the Acer one notebook w/ free sleeve this week $179 1GB Great deal!

    • Coupondeals2010

John Freda on clearance at Walgreens. Regular price 6.59 clearance price 3.59 add a $2.00 off coupon makes it 1.59 for Root Awakening Shampoo, conditioner, & Hair Spray.

    • Tina

I picked up the book beside the weekly store ad. When I checked out, the lady who waited on me asked me if I had my book. She took the coupon out of it and scanned it. When my receipt printed out, it had $4 ECB at the end of it. I did not have to spend $20. As a matter of fact, I only purchased 2 bottles of Mentos and only had to pay tax since I had coupons for them and I still got the $4 ECB on my register receipt. We have a wonderful lady who works at our CVS and she is always super helpful. I live in KY.

    • Sunshine

I used mine yesterday along with a $5/$15, coupons, and ECBs and it prints $4 ECBs on your receipt! Woo hoo! The only thing to note is that it also prints that it is a limit of ONE of these per Extra Care Card. (Just like on other ECB deals) Just wanted to give y'all a heads up!

      • Nackle78

you're lucky you were able to use the $5/15 with it because it states that it may not be used with any other CVS coupons.

    • lizzie pierce

how do i get on the coupon book mailing list
