In today’s world you are going to be out and about and need to eat, so you might as well find healthy options rather than grabbing the unhealthy. Sometimes you just run out of time in the mornings to make an elaborate breakfast that’s healthy, too. Just stop in Dunkin’ Donuts and choose from a variety of DDSmart menu items that are 400 calories or less.
For the month of January, participating restaurants have introduced a Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich as part of the DDSMART line. This sandwich is less than 400 calories, features a pepper fried egg, turkey sausage patty and a slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese served on an oven-toasted English muffin.
