Want a quick and easy recipe for Banana Bread?  This is a huge favorite at our house and one that we enjoy making to give away to neighbors.

This week I’m showing off some of our favorite recipes and how we use Country Crock Baking Sticks to not only make baking faster but also to save money.

If you’ve never tried the new Country Crock Baking Sticks, they can be used in any baking recipe that calls for butter on a 1 to 1 substitution. Made with sunflower oil, they are soft right out of the fridge so you never have to wait for butter to soften or even worry about melting it for other recipes.

A big reason for me to try them was the price.  Right now there are high value coupons you can use at Publix!  Save $1 off a package of Country Crock Baking Sticks or $2 off Country Crock Spread, 45 oz.  Find your nearest Publix here.

With the coupon, I can get a box of 4 Country Crock Baking Sticks for $1.59.  Compare that to Butter that is never cheaper than $3, even with a great sale…  At the rate my girls bake, switching saved a chunk of money!!

The first recipe I want to share is our favorite Banana Bread.  One of my twins has entered this recipe in the fair this year and got a blue ribbon!  If you want a sweeter variation try this Glazed Banana Bread from the Country Crock baked goods recipes.

Tip: In our house we always double the recipe since one loaf will gone in a matter of minutes.
