pico de gallo

This Mexican dish is so simple to put together and brightens up any food you top it with. Though it’s traditionally used on foods like carnitas and tostadas, it’s also really good on grilled chicken, hamburgers, broiled fish, and lots more.

Tip: If you want to make your pico de gallo spicy, add in a diced jalapeno pepper.
