Selling or buying coupons is illegal. How is this even allowed here? Do it at your own risk!

It’s no different then buying a newspaper just for the coupons. I get 4 papers delivered every Sunday. I don’t even read the paper, much less 4 papers. I buy the newspapers just for the coupons. I pay $2 for the first paper and $1 for each additional paper up to 10 papers. The words on the coupon about it being illegal to sell coupons is just words. There’s no laws that says it’s illegal to buy or sell coupon inserts.

While it is illegal to buy, sell, trade coupons, most business sell the clipping they actually perform. They sell the service of clipping the coupon, not the paper itself.
