It’s hard to believe a new year is upon us! For the first month of 2024, I picked a bunch of frugal and simple meals. Sometimes we feel like we need to reinvent the wheel when a new year starts, but I think there’s enough going on and it’s best to stick to tried and true recipes that I know my family will like and that I can make without a lot of thought.
