While Lean Cuisine meals can be convenient and help you keep your portions under control, the truth is that eating them can be somewhat pricey (they’re around $2.50 each) and the meals can be high in sodium (up to 690 mg per serving) and leave you feeling like you haven’t had enough to eat.
Here’s an idea: spend a night recreating some of your favorite Lean Cuisine meals at home! Then you can package them individually (with portions in mind), freeze them, and you’ll have lunches and dinners for days. Plus, it’ll help stretch your dollars further and you won’t be guessing as to what ingredients are in your meals.
