    Whole Foods Market
Another new store in one week!!

Here are the deals at Whole Foods for the week 1/25-1/31.

Make sure to check with you local store to see if they allow stacking coupons, that is, using a manufacturer and store coupon on the same product. Each store creates their own coupon policy.

Reminder, you save 10% off when you purchase a case of the product. Make sure to tell you cashier since they have to type the discount in manually. To find out what a case equals for a specific item, check the shelf tag and look for the little number above the UPC.

Each time you are in the store, grab a couple of The Whole Deal coupon booklets and save them so you have enough to use a coupon on each product if you buy a case. The booklets will only remain in the stores until they come out with a new booklet, but the coupons in them don’t expire for a while after that. So make sure to pick them up before they are no longer available. And remember that the weekly ads also have coupons in them, so grab those as well.

Also bring your reusable bags to receive 10¢ credit.

                  weight watchers menu plans

I let the ads tell me what to cook this week.  For each recipe, I chose one feature ingredient – canned tomatoes, mustard, cashews, pineapple & bacon – each of which inspired a dish to cook.  Being creative with meal planning helps keep us out of a rut and we end up with some fun new dishes to try!

You could do the same thing if there is an item you want to use up in the pantry.  Check expiration dates and then get creative with what you have on hand.
