Here are the deals at Whole Foods for the week 2/15-2/21. Many of the deals from last week are still going on using the Whole Deal Jan/Feb edition coupons.
A few tips:
Not all stores allow stacking store and manufacturer coupons. Check with your store before shopping.
Reminder, you save 10% off when you purchase a case of the product. Make sure to tell you cashier since they have to type the discount in manually. To find out what a case equals for a specific item, check the shelf tag and look for the little number above the UPC.
Each time you are in the store, grab The Whole Deal coupon booklet and save it so you have enough to use a coupon on each product if you buy a case. The booklets will only remain in the stores until they come out with a new booklet, but the coupons in them don’t expire for a while after that. So make sure to pick them up before they are no longer available. And remember that the weekly ads also have coupons in them, so grab those as well.
Also bring your reusable bags to receive 10¢ credit.

Here are all the deals and coupons at Rite Aid starting on 2/19. It’s a fairly decent week with a few free + profit items for the first time in a while.
I did get more info about the 24 hour delayed +UP rumor. There is a test market in Seattle, Richmond and Salt Lake City where +UPs are being loaded to the Wellness card automatically (nice), and then can’t be redeemed until 6 am the next day (not so nice). See more info on the Rite Aid Facebook Page. Outside of these areas you should find business as usual, but I wonder if this is the direction that Rite Aid is headed.
