Our stocking are hung but we still need to work on what will go in them on Christmas morning. For me stocking are perfect for little things. We load them with stickers, costume jewelry, candy, chapstick and anything else I can shove in there!
Dollar General recently gave me a challenge of getting our stocking stuffers for $25 or less. They sent me a Dollar General gift card and I hit the store. Check out the video above for all the great things we found. I did luck out and found a TON of clearance items, but even without the clearance deals, there is still so much in the store that is $1 or less.
I actually spent $30 (don’t tell) but also I grabbed two Christmas presents while we were. Who can pass up a porcelain tea set on clearance for $2.50!!
We got most everything needed for the girls stockings, I’ll just need to run out and grab a bag of whole nuts (a random thing my husband insists should be in stockings).
