This is a monthly publication that can only be found locally in Walmart or you can get a subscription. Duke Energy customers in North Carolina can get free compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs). Register your address and account number with Duke Energy and they will send you free light bulbs.
Free CFLs must be installed at the service location of the Duke Energy account, and you are limited in the amount of bulbs you can request per year.
