          This was our first week getting our CSA produce pickup. We were blessed with a wealth of spinach, strawberries, turnips and turnip & mustard greens.

          I’ll admit, we haven’t really used turnips or their greens much, so consider us adventurous this week… I had to hunt a little for ideas, but I’ve calculated the points on everything.  While I know most of you didn’t get my box, these are all in season produce items so you should find tham at a pretty good price point in your store.

                  A Big Healthy Challenge!

                  Before kids I used to make routine exercise part of my day.  Now I’m lucky if I can get shower!  I know I’m not alone, but I also know that it’s important for me to carve out time to do things I need for me.

                  That’s my challenge for April, take back my time and make new and better habits.
