I live in Summerville and our penny item was a roll of papertowels.

Past two weeks the penny item has been different. Last week it was pizza at my store. Even the cashier thought it was supposed to be the sliced cheese. I didn’t take my coupon because I have soooo much sliced cheese from the Kraft promotion that I didn’t want any more. Haha.

The penny item coupon for metro Atlanta (the Atlanta Journal-Constitution) ran in Thursday’s paper on page F2. The date it is good for is Friday, November 23. Don’t know what the item is.

The penny item really seems to vary by store lately, at least in the Atlanta metro area. Week before last it was the sliced cheese at one store near me and frozen pizza at another…then they ran out of frozen pizza and it was a 4pk of Greenwise toilet paper. I like all of these items so it doesn’t really matter to me, just found it interesting!
