Here I was bragging last week how we did not need a coupon here in Smyrna, TN to get the penny item.  Well, I just found out they officially changed the policy as of a few months ago.  Guess it’s been a while since I got the penny item or maybe they weren’t being too strict about needing the coupon at first cause this is the first time I’ve heard this.  What a bummer!
