    • Irene

I’m confused about coupons.com and publix. I have used coupons.com to print more than 1 of the coupons I want, if they are available. At publix yesterday the manager came over and told me that I could not use 2 coupons from that website because the serial numbers were the same. I had never noticed this before, nor have I had any problems before yesterday. Am I not supposed to print more than 1 of each coupon from coupons.com, or redplum, or any of the bricks coupons? Can someone clarify? I don’t want to do anything wrong, and don’t want the store to cut back on accepting more coupons. Thank you.

      • JaynaChristopher

I don't really understand what happened there. I print out two from this website all the time and it works fine. The bar code number is the same (as it should be), but the number just under the “Expires” box should show two totally different numbers. That's what proves you didn't copy the coupon and that you printed it twice. It shows that it's not a duplicate.

For example, I just printed out two coupons for Glad Odor Shield Trash Bags.

The bar code number on both is 0012587-071566 (which I guess is what the manager is calling the serial number???)

But the number under the OTHER bar code, just under the Expires box is different on each one (0709406007514901 and 0709204181902302).

      • Marina115

If you look at your coupons, there should be 2 barcodes. One of them will probably be the same, but the other should be different. One is for the scanner at the store and the other is for processing in order for the store to be reimbursed.

Harvest of Savings booklet. Can someone tell me what it looks like and how long it has been in the stores? Thanks!

      • I'll snap a picture of mine tonight and link to it the list.

      • MF

I found it in a Cummings GA store this past Monday. It was not there the previous Monday so within the last week is when they got them in. HTH!

        • Cami White

Where do you get these booklets? Should they be in the same area as the Yellow Advantage and weekly ads?

        • Francomom00

          which store in Cumming?

          • mommydub

I found it in the store off of exit 14 – across from Lakeland Plaza. I got it sometime over the weekend, I think. It was in a cardboard display really close to the front door. I was quite surprised, because I haven’t found coupon booklets in there in months!

      • shelleyschu

It is new. Think it is yellow. Found just one in my Publix at Dallas Hwy and Barrett Pkwy in West Cobb, GA.

      • gardengirl

The booklet has fall colors on the front (burgandy, warm gold and brown). It also has a little girl with a crochet hat and a flower. The booklet is about 7″x10″. One of my Publix's has it on the display right inside the door (the one that holds the yellow and green flyers and the weekly ad). My other Publix has it on a cardboard display inside the store right as you walk in…I almost missed it.

        • Tigress1321

my publix has them too. some the the coupons though are manufacture coupon to use at publix ONLY…interesting. there are some store coupons in there too though

      • Dianne

Thanks for all the help, y'all!

    • campgirl1205

Does anyone know where I can find the Smithfield Paula Deen booklet ?

    • Otsarah

I am pretty sure the penny item this week is publix peanut butter. I saw them stacking our penny area a few minutes ago.

    • Queuepawn

anybody know how long it took to get the ConAgra coupon booklet from the last rebate? I mailed in my stuff last May and have yet to get the coupon book.

      • Maria

I know I had to contact them because it seemed to be taking so long to receive my coupon book. I think it says 8-10 weeks and I was already at the 12th week. I never heard from them, but I did receive my coupon book in the mail shortly afterwards. Unfortunately the coupons in that book expired two weeks after I finally got it :(

      • I did not get that one either. BUT since then I mailed in another one and have already gotten that one.

      • meme

I mailed for one on 9/27/2010 and received it today! I think yours must have gotten lost in the mail. I looked at the rebate form to see if there is a telephone number to call but there isn't. Maybe contact them from their website and see if they will send you one.

      • ChrissyPunkin

It only took six weeks for me. I hope you get it soon!

      • Queuepawn

Thanks for all your help–looks like it got lost in the mail. I noticed this newest one says allow 6 weeks. I'll try this latest one and hopefully it will go through this time.

        • Heather

Can you do both of the mail-ins listed above? If so, how do you use an item for both?

    • Courtney

wish there was a publix near me *sigh*

    • macboy

They renovated the Target by Fashion Square (and some other ones), so look out for a coupon booklet in the mail. There is $1 off Tide in that book. Combine that with the coupons above and you have a great meal. There are also free dozen eggs coupon.

    • ddcrowley

I look forward to this post every week!! :) I'm such a coupon nerd! :)

      • couponNERD

        Me too! ;)

        • WynetteC

LOL, so timely and love the name. :D

      • Carrieblee

I am pretty sure I may be a coupon nerd also. I can't wait to wake up on Wednesday morning and see what Jenny has posted!!! My kids think I am crazy. (Until I come home with sacks and sacks of goodies for them and then I all of the sudden become Super Mom!!)

    • Maryanne5610

There is also a target coupon for breathe right. When you combine the manufacturer, store and competitor, the total is .79

      • amy

Can you use competitors and store coupons both in the same transaction on the same items?

        • tarabj

Depends on the store. At mine you can. Ask first.

        • Tigress1321

not at mine. but at my friends she can just ask.

    • WynetteC

My print list isn't showing all the groups I selected. The B1G1 fields came through as well as the Green Advantage fields, but all of the yellow advantage fields that I had checked did not show up on my print screen.

      • sorry about that! just fixed it :)

        • WynetteC

No need to be sorry, you do quite enough and it's very much enjoyed by all of us! :)

    • flowe_mom

Just wondering how Publix thinks $1.19 Mathama rice is a deal…Isn't it usually 99 cents most places? Regular price for this here is $1.19! (*confused*)

      • Chiefsangeleyes

The coupon makes is just 19 cents…who cares? :)

        • Lgeorge614

But it's free at Kroger. Often it's just .99 at kroger.

          • Guest

why waste gas to save 19 cents haha!! So use a 5 off and you now get it free plus over :)

      • ChrissyPunkin

I saw it at Walmart today for $1.22. The point is, it's a deal because Publix doubles coupons. HTH :-)

    • Meguardo

Jenny I just have to say Thank You so much for all you do! I can't believe how much work you put into this site! I have saved so much money and it is all because of you!
      THANK YOU!

    • Guest

Can you get both rebates from the same purchase? If so, how? Thank you.

      • Smilesforlisa

Ask for a duplicate receipt when you get ready to check out.

      • Tigress1321

I have heard of people asking fr 2 or even 3 receipts at check out or you can go back with your original and they should be able to print you up a second one.

    • renamac

looks like a good week at Publix. I need to print my coupons and make a list. Thanks for the coupon match ups Jenny.

    • Donnajo

$2.00 Purina Dog Food coupon in that Target mailer.Makes the dog food a great deal when combined with the printable one above.

    • airn04

i'm very new to your website and I'm trying to figure out what the price in the ( ) means. I see two prices listed so Im confused…

      • The () price is the price per item. For shoppers living in GA, SC, TN, or AL they do not need to purchase 2 on B1G1 deals, so this lets them know what the cost will be if they just grab one.

      • toni

First price is regular price, second price is price for each since the item is BOGO. It's essentially the regular price divided by 2. In most states you can buy one and pay half price. In FL, they have true BOGO where the first rings up full price and the second rings up at zero.

    • Kjohnston6

My add lists Kraft Shredded cheese 14-16oz package as 3.99 and I had printed the $1 store coupon a while back for Kraft 16oz shredded cheese.

    • Amber

I did my Publix shopping today and saved $107.03 and only spent $42.75. It was my best Publix experience to date. It wasn't my biggest savings or best percentage, but I found what I wanted and had a great cashier (and my toddler was behaving!). And the little ol lady behind me in line couldn't get over how much I saved. She said, “Your husband must be so pround of you!” It really made me feel like I was on top of the world. To make good things even better, my store had Godiva Gems on clearance for $1.49 a bag and I still had my $.50 coupons. Then, as my cahier was ringing them up and commenting on what a good price it was, they rang up wrong. So she voided the two she had rung up and gave me one free b/c of the policy about sale items. After that and coupons, I got my four bags for $.47 total! I couldn't do this at all w/o you, Jenny, so many thanks!! This really made my day. :)

    • Pamalabam

The Alberta Vo5 shampoo (on sale for 59 cents) makes great liquid hand soap. Terrible shampoo—a bit harsh for me–but good for hand soap. I know I can get free liquid hand soap from time to time, but not enough to keep up with demand at my house.

      • Livserge331

I've been using all the tons of men's bodywashes I got as money makers at Walgreens and CVS over the past year as hand soap. Yeah, I smell a little manly when I wash my hands, but I like that smell so it's okay! LOL!

        • ashley

haha what a great idea! i never thought of it….but i may do the same, we have TONS of mens bodywash!

      • Browneyes0124

Where do you get the free liquid hand soap? You guys get alot of great deals that i dont maybe i need to learn how to cvs/walgreen shop. its confusing!

        • Pamalabam

I don't know where I get it, lol. I just toss all my freebies in a box in my basement and get things out as I need them. Seems like Kroger will have a good deal at back-to-school times.

As far as using manly body wash, I have three men/young men in the house and I can barely keep them supplied with free or practically free body wash.

I did a lot of research online and it looks like there is very little difference in shampoo and body wash, that's apparently why some products are hyped as a combo of body wash and shampoo. The only difference is that shampoo will often have stronger oil cutting ingredients so it might not be so good for dry skin.

    • Jkbc2

Some of the printable coupons show that I've already printed them – even though I haven't. Any thoughts/ideas why or around this…Thanks

      • Snowski824

Sometimes you get that message when they're just out of coupons.

    • jennifer

I just got back and the Johnson and Johnson 15 oz products are 3.79 not 3.17…still a good deal just wanted to give a heads up:)

    • Kelly

Jenny, there is a $1/2 Kashi products coupon on the Earthfare website also, for those of us who do not live near Whole Foods! Thanks for everything!!

    • Cherylk61

There is a coupon for $1 off of 3 Rotel on rotelacrossamerica.com.

    • Tappitytaptap

My Publix will no longer accept Target as competitor coupons. I was told they’re not a ‘traditional’ grocery store, & this is corporate policy. Anybody else’s store with this? It just seems arbitrary: they take Wags & RiteAid, & neither is ‘traditional’, so what’s their beef against Target? Other than they put out good coupon values on lots of items.

    • Kristin N

Can I use more than one of the $3/2 Johnson products coupon in one transaction?

      • Aflmom

I've never had problems using more than one. Some stores want me to cut out a coupon for each and others will just write the number of transactions on the coupon.

      • Tigress1321

it says you are not supposed to but I really depends on the store and the cashier. I just went a couple times that week (while I was already out and about) and one time my husband and I both went in and each did a transaction. I did about 4 transactions total of johnson and johnson products.

      • Kristin N

    • Dixie ;o0)

what does it mean by IN Ad Coupon??

      • Snowski824

It's a coupon in the advertisement, the circular that they put out each week.

      • amy

The coupon is located in the current weekly publix ad, you can pick it up at the front of the store.

    • Amanda Smith

This past Sunday evening I grabbed a blinkie coupon for .55/1 New York Texas toast.

    • Hesperides

I’m getting so annoyed and discouraged that the coupons in my papers don’t match up with the ones here. I can’t ever find them anymore!

    • Sandra

I'm not a Publix shopper, because I don't live near one, but I'm going to be in the Columbia area this weekend. Am I correct that Publix will take a $4 off $20 CVS coupon that I got from the coupon center at CVS? I will be at the Two Notch Road location. Thanks for the help!

      • jen

Some Publix will take them but most will not. Best to call the store ahead of time

I haven't found one in the columbia area that takes that one yet…if you do please post the location

      • Kristen

The Two Notch publix only accepts the following as competitors:
        Food Lion,
        Piggly Wiggly,
They will not accept drug store coupons or target store coupons.

      can someone help?

where can I find a coupon for the Schick hydro razor and also the Schick shave gel.

It wasn't in my local paper. thanks

      • Robynne1971

If you click on the “coupon database” link at the top of most any Southern Savers page, you can type in the item you're looking for and it will tell you all the places a coupon for that item is available. It's very handy!

      • Marina115

You can order it online. But I find that you have to buy a lot of coupons in order to justify paying the shipping. But if you really need it, there are some coupon clipping sites out there.

      • Jody

My paper never has the good coupons so I use Coupon Traders..see link at the bottom right of this page.

    • Mom2teenagers

Penny item is Publix Peanut Butter.

      • Melissa

I have a 55 cent Q on publix peanut butter. Can I use this on the penny item?

        • Mom2teenagers

I would think not because you would be using 2 store q's on the same item. However, not all stores require that you use the penny coupon to get the item for a penny so if your store is like that then go ahead. My area stores require the penny coupon so I can see them not letting me use both.

          • Melissa

Thanks! Im gonna try to use it since my store in Murfreesboro, TN does require the coupon. For everyone who is wondering I got the publix peanut butter coupon from a booklet where the ladies cook food in the afternoons. It was a couple of weeks ago.

      • 3monkeysmom

Hmmm, at my store it was Publix coffee.

If you live near a Sav A Lot don’t forget the $5 off $25 printable. I was looking around the site last night ( well 3am lol) and found it. You have to sign up but hey!

Thanks Jenny that really helped this morning!

    • Jayna

Did anyone else have an issue with the Savorings not being on B1G1? Went to buy them and there was no price sticker advertizing the sale. Checked my store’s ad and it wasn’t in there. Anyone else have an issue?

    • JC

Just got back from the Ooltewah, Tn Publix. Some of the boxes of Cascadian Farms cereal had peelies for $1 off 2.

    • deborahelaine

the perdue chicken coupon posted is expired! and the printable link has no more prints!

      • Gina Queena

there are still more prints! it worked for me.

    • Kel

Yesterday, there was a tearpad for .50 off Dunkin Donuts coffee at my Publix. Look for a cardboard display stocked with seasonal flavors.

      • Kellypel

If you live near a Dunkin' you should just go and buy the 1lb bags there for $7.99 rather than paying 6.99 for 12 oz

        • Sheryb

Also look for Dunkin' coupons that enable you to buy the 1 lb. bags for even less! Last year before Christmas I was able to use their Dunkin' Donuts coupon to buy 3 1 lb. bags of coffee that ended up being about $5.00 a lb. I used several for gifts and they were a huge hit.

Recently I went to the Dunkin' Donuts sight and asked about coupons for their coffee. They sent me 2 for $1.00 off per coffee bag. They were not to use in their donut shop, but that's OK, because Target had the coffee on sale a week or so ago.

    • Freemn4

I shopped at Publix last week with several deals posted on here and did too well. I was embarrassed when the checker said, “I owe you money back”. I said “I am not sure how that could happen?!”. I added a $2 Sunday paper onto the order and she said, “I still owe you $0.73”. I told her I thought it was wrong of me to take money from them and all my free groceries, so I asked her to put it in a donation jar or something. I almost started laughing out loud in the parking lot. From now on I am going to watch my totals better so I don't end up being owed money. Thanks Jenny for helping me save money.

      • Kriss

        That is awesome!

      • aprilh0603

Seriously, how do you guys do this? I've been using coupons and sticking to the bogos and the other sales, and if it's not on sale and/or i don't have a coupon, i only buy the publix brand, but I never come out like this. by the time you add up the meats i need for the week, and the produce and all, i've never even saved 50%. I feel so good about how much I saved until I come onto this site. LOL.

        • I do the same, but there is no way I'd be ashamed of saving 50%! That is 50% more cash left over in my pocket. Wish I could figure out the magic secret as well, but as long as I'm saving on what I NEED to get by with my family then I'm a happy camper.

        • carrie

My opinion on how these people are saving like this is 1) they must be going in and only getting the deals, none of what they need for the week that hardly ever go on sale (ex: bread, milk, meat, perishables) and 2) they must not live in FL (like I do) and therefore get their coupons doubled.

          • I live in south FL and regularly save 75-95% on my Publix shopping. My current YTD savings is 82% for all household/grocery shopping.
            1) I try to use a competitor or store $/$$ Q each week if I can find one.
            2) I use competitor Q’s regularly, especially for any meat purchase. (I have Albertson’s)
            3) I take advantage on weeks when there is an item that creates overage.
            4) I definitely stock up each week on BOGOS that we use
            5) I also buy the weekly NEED items there, as well: bread, milk, eggs, some produce (every other week I go to a nearby produce market for a larger purchase. Better prices there.)
            6) If it is not on sale, I very very rarely buy it!! I plan our weekly menu around what I have on hand plus what is on sale.

            • carrie

Now I see where my problems are:
1&2) My store only allows competitor Qs from Winn Dixie, Save-A-Lot and Hitchcock’s – actually there are hardly ever Qs from these stores
              3) I also try to do the overages but most times the items mentioned are either more expensive at my store or out-of-stock and the scenerios don’t work out for me
              4) I do this one as well
              5) our weekly NEED items come to about $40-$50 dollars alone
              6) I would follow the rule of not buying if not on sale if I was the only one in my family because I’m the least picky of the bunch. Here’s my main problem, I’m not a good cook and definitely not creative enough to plan around sales.

I wish I could get the percentages your getting, but I usually get 45% – 50%. Still good, but after being on 1 salary for 13 1/2 years, it would be nice to be like others and only spend $30 – $50 per week instead of $75 – $120.

            • I have a family of 3 plus 2 cats. So , not as large as yours, but still not a single person. I spend $55 a wk usually.
Ask your mgr. (NOT CS) about accepting other competitor Q’s. I assumed my store only accepted other grocery stores that are in our actual town, but one day I printed off a Whole Foods Q and asked the mgr. and she said YES!!! WOO HOO!

I plan our menu ahead of time, based on what I have plus what is on sale. Some times they are simple and other times they are nicer meals. I like to cook and collect recipes that we like on my laptop. I also use allrecipes(dot)com, kraftfoods(dot)come, bettycrocker(dot)com, pillsbury(dot)com, etc… They allow you to enter up to 3 ingredients, choose a recipe type and then it pulls up recipe ideas that fit your criteria. VERY helpful!

As for the out of stock Moneymakers, ask for a raincheck! Have them staple your store Q, your regular Q to the raincheck, and initial it that your Q’s are allowed to be used even tho they may be expired. HTH!

            • carrie

              Great ideas, thanks!!

            • Sam

Carrie, it takes time too. I wasn’t getting nearly the deals I was seeing until recently. I have three boys and a husband who eats like a 400-lb fat guy and it took several months and some MAJOR stockpiling to get to where we consistently have the stuff we use on hand. Even now I find we run low on meats and produce unless I really work at it. When the regular Muellers pasta coupon came out, I stocked up with over 100 boxes. Now I consistently have a foundation (pasta!) for dinner at least, and can add in whatever I’ve got. When the Valley Fresh Steamers or Birdseye Steamfresh is BOGO, I super stock up. That way there’s always a veggie mix-in. Being brand-flexible helps a lot too. As far as out of stock, don’t forget about rainchecks! I know they’ve been limited (only 4 items per raincheck where they used to not limit at all) but you can still score the deal once it’s restocked that way.

    • Strayacat73

Jenny: there is a typo under Tide detergent. there is a q for $2.00 off (exp. 10/31) in the October issue of Parents magazine.

    • Nmckeown

Organic Valley cereal had a peelie for $1/2 at the Publix in North Augusta

Does anyone know the site for the Simply Apple juice coupon. I can't seem to find it with the link. says I already printed it

      • dks

Try liking it on Facebook, the link here says I printed it also but when I liked it on Facebook it allowed me to print it.

Am I the only person who can't find the coffee mate on sale? The store I went to in Columbia had the Coffee Mater Powder Creamer 16 oz for $3.09.

      • 3monkeysmom

If I'm not mistaken, I think it is only the 16 oz liquid that is on sale. I think it's in the Yellow Advantage flyer but the sale ends tomorrow.

      • SamsMommy

Check the refrigerated section next to where you find the milk, that is where it is located at our Publix.

    • BettyCrocked

The Pillsbury Savorings are not in the ad and they aren't bogo or on sale in my local store.

      • photogal

        same issue here…

      • Coupons090

look at the post above yours.

      • 3monkeysmom

In my ad and on the sticker hanging on the freezer door it is listed with the Totino's Pizza Rolls.

        It says:

        Totino's Pizza Rolls

40-ct 19.8 oz bag or Pillsbury Savorings

        6-8.5 oz. box

I bought a few today (I'm in B'ham AL) and they were BOGO.

        • Drseusnc

Thanks for the tip! I'm in Spartanburg and checked the add and sure enough! They are BOGO! Going today to pick some up!

        • G8rleslie

Thank you for telling me where to look in the ad for the Savorings BOGO. I was tired of looking at every single page. (Savannah GA)

        • Jayna

Thank you! I didn’t even see that! I’m going to go back and get some!

    • TuscaloosaMom

Went to Publix today in Tuscaloosa, AL – University Publix and the register automatically adjust coupons that double to be the exact price of the item so no more overage. I was buying the Ronzoni Garden Pasta that had 50 cent off coupons on the front and they rang up as 50 cents off and then 39 cents off. I was surprised but still happy since I got them for free. She said Publix is doing away with “overage” also my $1 off whole wheat pasta beeped and she had to manually enter in the price of the pasta.

    • Gettobobs

On the Gortons Shrimp product listed is the$1/2 in the yellow advantage ad..this is a store coupon, so could you not also use two $1 off coupons as well? This would make it $4.49 for 2 boxes. That is a better deal than what is listed.

      • macboy

The $1/2 is a store coupon, which means that you should be able to use one manufacturer's coupon on each item as well.

      • Snowski824

That scenario worked at my Pubilx today.

      • guest

I used the $1.00/2 yellow advantage coupon along with $1.00/1 manuf. coupon at my normal store and not had any problems.

    • O2bhis1

on the conagara deal, can you count the purchase price for the free item (BOGO)toward meeting the 25.00 amount?

      • In FL I can.. they both ring up and then one is removed as a sale. BUT it is $25 WORTH/VALUE that is required. Not what you paid.

    • macboy

Has anyone ever seen a “tearpad” in Orlando?

      • Nannette77

For those that live in the Birmingham area, today's Western ad has a MQ for $3 off 4 Nabisco products that you can combine with the Target Q's on Nabisco crackers.

    • Gettobobs

for all those who do not subscribe to ALL YOU- I went to their website and you can print coupons from there. There is $2.50 off Little Huggies along with another one for $2 off.. there are lots of other good ones as well

    • SDSHAW

In a publix in Birmingham, AL last night. I saw the Purex 3n1 sheets on clearance 2 for 6.99. If anyone still has the $3 off Q, that might be a good time/place to use them.

    • Rdreysen

Where on the facebook page is the got2b glued coupon???

      • Mcdoughboy

Page 29 of the Oct ALL YOU magazine has a $2.00 off coupon for any got2b hair style product.

    • Lisa

Happy with my trip to Publix today. I have an upcoming baby shower so I used the $2 Publix coupon for Huggies and $2.50 man. and got diapers for $6.49,used $3/2 Johnson and Johnson products plus 2 $1 man. and got baby wash and lotion for .59 each. My daughters school is having a fall festival and needed 2 liters for ring toss and candy. I bought 6 2 liters for .75 and 6 bags of candy for $2.95 per bag.

    • Krisanne

Food lion has a store Q for $1 off 2 nestle fun size candy! You can use this along with the manufacture coupon :)

    • Marina115

I don't buy a lot of meat so this might be a silly question, but is $3.50 too much for a package of bacon? Thanks! :)

      • Adriennegrayson

that price sounds lower, maybe it was a BOGO.

      • Coupons090

smithfield is good bacon but its high.if you want it for seasoning, ect.try a super center. thats all im gonna say .its about 2.00 12 oz.

      • Freemn4

It probably really depends on the brand and what you want. I don't know if you buy raw or pre-cooked bacon, but if you like it pre-cooked, you can buy it at Sams Club for about $9.42 which is for 72 slices (equivalant to 4 lbs of raw bacon), which is around $2.32 per lb.

      • macboy

I have usually tried not to pay more than $3.00 for a pound of bacon (the normal size package). However, it's hard to do that even at Super Target nowaways. I haven't been to Walmart in a while to see what their regular prices are. Bacon has gone up at Publix, Winn-Dixie and Target in Orlando. Publix has a “sale” on Oscar Meyer bacon for $4.99. Whatever. They've usually had BOGOs at $5.39 or 2/$6 but not anymore…

      • itismedia

I read an article not too long ago that was saying bacon and a few other grocery items were going up. I generally buy turkey bacon and pay about 2.00. I do buy regular bacon from time to time for recipes and I try to pay under 3.00. Generally I can find it onsale for 2/6.00 and use a 1.00/2 coupon. I don't shop super centers or warehouses though.

    • newbie

Just tried to get the Simply Apple juice coupon and yet another product that says I have printed the q the number of times allowed. The odd thing is that I have never printed the q or tried the product. Any thoughts on whether it says this if you have printed qs from the same company, then you're not allowed any on other products? Thanks for any thoughts!

      • Mfcoupons

I had the same problem with the Simply juice coupon. I know I didn't print it. I may try another computer.

      • guest

Either try a new computer or try getting to the coupon without going through the link from this site. I have had a couple that I have had to go to the coupon….organically. Either google the home page or type it in if you know the web address then locate the coupon yourself. Sometimes, when the links are posted it connects somehow to it already being printed. If that makes any sense. It may sound crazy or weird but I have had success going that route before.

    • Marina115

There is a $1 off Contessa coupon in All You (not sure which month because I already had it cut out) It expires on 10/31 so I'm guessing it was probably Aug, Sept, or Oct issue.

    • Andrea Cooper25

How do you use the upromise ecoupons at Publix?

      • Trixie829

When you are at publix request a publix college savings card. Go to the Upromise site and register your card.

      • Marina115

Upromise coupons don't come off automatically. Once you register your card, it will be deposited into your account. Once you've collected enough money in your account (i think it's $25), you can then request a check to be sent to you. It takes several weeks for your purchase to be posted under your account, so don't be surprised if you don't see it for a while.

    • p's & q's

Here’s my deal: Publix BOGO 7up +10 BOGO manufacturers coupons= FREE and I have 20 Buy One 2L 7up get Snapple free coupons. My question is: can I use 20 Snapple coupons or only 10? Thanks for your help!

      • I would say you can use 20. You are technically purchasing all of them.

      • Roehrigk

Where are the 7 up coupons? I didn't find any in paper. :(

        • p's & q's

They are newspaper q's- maybe from a different region?- I inherited them! LOL! Friends/ relatives send me stuff cross-country.

    • LoriKim

I've been couponing for several months now (average savings is about 75% per week), but there is one thing I haven't run across yet until this week and so I need some help! If there is a BOGO, can I use 2 MQ and 2 SQ? If not, what CAN I use?
      I am in Florida :)

      • Yes, you can use 2 of each for a BOGO!!

    • Danyeln

Down here in Central Alabama (Montgomery) our SS last week had a new Mahatma rice Q. Another 50 Cents off. Just a heads up for those who already used the one from August.

    • Michelle

I can't find the printable $1 off peanut butter coupon wyb 2 boxes Rice Krispies. Is that coupon still available?

      • Shintalmo

        I can't find it either!

      • Med29

I found it using 90210 as my zip code.

    • Freebies4mudge

Where do you find the Publix Harvest of Savings booklet?

      • Med29

either at customer service or at the spinning carousel at the front of the store where you find the weekly ad.

      • Bryarsmom

I found a BUNCH at the entrance to our store just last night. So excited! I thought I was going to miss out on this one.

Now I can get 15 boxes of FREE Cascadian Farms cereal with my stacked Q's!!!

        • Christie

15, really? Hmmmm. I would settle for 1…. especially since CF is the only brand of breakfast bar I've found that my son with severe peanut allergies can have. Oh well…. (our store is out of the flyers)

        • JGamble

Please tell me you DID NOT grab 15 booklets at one time!! That is bad coupon etiquette.

    • jenni

how does an In-Ad (for Publix) coupon work? I looked around at the abbreviations and I am not sure what this one means

      • Sb

It means the coupon is in the Publix ad. If you don't get one in the newspaper, pick up an ad when you get to the store.

      • Kristen

        Like a store coupon

      • at my south F store, I can use a manufacturer diaper Q, a baby Club Q AND an in-ad Q.

    • Meguardo

My Publix in Summerville, SC restocked on Sominex so I decided to use my deal today! I got a bunch of other stuff and a couple things that were not on sale. I was very surprised how small my total was. When I got to the car I looked at my reciept and the Sominex was BOGO not sure why but I was happy. I made $6 with it….I LOVE PUBLIX

    • Rebekah1g

are the green advantage buys just for this week or do they last longer? is this the only week to score the overage? thanks!

      • Meguardo

No they don't expire until 11/5!

        • Rebekah1g

what about the sale? when does the sale on the vitamins (i think thats what they are) end?

          • Meguardo

I don't know… I did not know they were on sale. They were not suppose to be.

    • Gabriela

Does anybody find the Pilsbury savorings on b1g1? It wasn't on the sale in my Publix. Does anybody know where it is advertised?

      • They were not marked or advertised in my store but I grabbed them anyway and asked the cashier to price check them before I started my checkout, and lo and behold, they were on sale! I ended up buying 10 boxes and we had some for dinner tonight. Yum! It never hurts to ask!

        • Hender328

I might try this. I went tonight with my coupons all set and went to the aisle. They were not marked or in the ad and I was thinking was that at Kroger. So I had to come back and check.

    • Jillian

Can you use both a printabel coupon and a Manufacturer Q from the newspaper on one item ? (i.e. the Mahatma Rice )? Not BOGO.

      • Kristen

I am trying to get that information as well Jillian……

        • itismedia

You can combine a store and manufacture coupon or a competitor and manufacture coupon. The printable and the paper coupons for the rice are both manufacture coupons so they cannot be combined. Its not so much how you got the coupon as the type of coupon it is. HTH

          • Jillian

Thank you!! That clears it up. I just found out from reading these comments that you can use two coupons for BOGO. I never knew that… I guess since you are buying two items they count them separately ?! thanks!!

      • No, both the printable coupon and the coupon from the paper are Manufacturer coupons. They can't both be used on the same item. Hope that clarifies!

eta – sometimes printable coupons are store coupons, but they should say that they are, and the barcode won't start with a 5 or 9. Usually the barcode looks a little different on store coupons.

      • Wells337

You can only stack competitor coupons or store coupons with manufacturer coupons for one item at best. However, you must find out from the store what they consider a competitor.

    • Jenny, I can't express how much your wealth of knowledge on this website has saved our family. Its not just a monitary amount that you are saving us, but probably our house and marriage as well. Although we both have jobs, my husband and I can barely make ends meet with all our bills and student loans. Some weeks we just have to eat what we can find in the house because we have absolutely nothing left after bills.

The bright ray of hope in our situation is the coupon advice you provide which has allowed us to bring in more food for less money. Our bickering over erroneous purchases has all but ceased because we're not as afraid of not “having” in our house. As we passed our third year yesterday you actually came up in conversation as being our saving grace in these trying times.

This wasn't a sympathy garnering post, I actually did have a purpose! We wanted to know if you had a “donation” option. Your time and effort should not go without some much deserved compensation! If you can post up some way to do it, we'd love to make a contribution to your website when we get back up on our feet.

      • Meguardo

Well said! I daily think you NEED to be compensated Jenny!

      • grayer

I love this site too! Jenny does earn compensation from the ad space on the site and referral's from links to the coupon websites. Unless I'm mistaken, I believe she earns a little each time someone clicks over to print coupons. I hope it adds up to a lot, because her service is very valuable to lots of us!

    • MBRUNO5

where do u get the oct all you booklet?

      • carrie

Wal-mart or a subscription from All You dot com.

        • MBRUNO5

Thanks, Ive wondered this for sometime now……

      • Hender328

All you is a Magizine that is sold in the front of Walmart. I forget the price. I believe around $2.50. Usually has about $200 in coupons.

      • itismedia

Before you order, Type it into Jenny's database. She sometimes has deals posted making the subscription cheaper. FYI, the store version has a few more coupons in it that the subscription version. I personally think that is a small price to pay as if you threatened to light me on fire if I didn't go to Wal-Mart I would have to think about it. =+)

    • Lori

Does anyone know what zip to use for the Mahatma rice coupon? I have tried several and still can't find it. Thanks for any info. :)

    • Elizabeth

At the Ocala Road Publix in Tallahassee, FL Fruit 2 Days are BOGO @ $2.99. There's a blinkie for $.55/1, so $2.99- 2X$.55= $1.90 for 2. YUM!

    • Jenni

Does anyone know how to get access to the Publix Share Something Delicious Booklet? I got the email from Jenny stating it was uploaded in the coupon database, but none of the coupons are printable???? Am I missing something?

      • It is a booklet that you have to find and pick up at a local grocery store.

    • Great shopping day today at Publix! My only issues were self-inflicted, which I resolved with a second quick trip to get a price adjustment and use my free avocado coupon. I had a couple of $1 off Velveeta Qs from the Kraft website that expired yesterday, but they still let me use them. I ended up spending $68 and saving $182! (click my name for picture & shopping result link-up)

Being in SW Florida I sometimes feel a little jealous that we don't have as many grocery stores to choose from, but I gotta say, Publix rocks!

    • diane

Do you have to have the “in-add” coupon to get those savings?

      • carrie

    • SHE1621

      I have a question – on a BOGO product at Publix —

I have a buy 2 get XXX off…..do I need to actually pay for 2 and get 4 in all, or just get the two?

OR, if I have a coupon that just says get XXX off, and I have 2 coupons, can I use them both on that BOGO?

      • If it's a BOGO sale and you have a Buy 2 get $ off, you just get the two – you're actually payinng 1/2 price for both items. Just like if it is BOGO and you have 1 coupon for an item, you can just get that 1 item, at half off, plus the coupon. If you have 2, you just get 2 and so on. That's how the BOGO sales work in TN anyway (buy 1 @ 1/2 off). I think some states require that you actually get 2 items to take advantage of the BOGO, but the couponing would still work the same as explained above.

      • itismedia

If it says buy two and get X off you have to buy two to use the coupon.

If it just says X off you only have to buy one per coupon and you can use two if you buy two.

I am not sure where you are, but remember Fl and some areas require you to buy 2 to get the BOGO deal (One is full price, the other one is free). Most areas the BOGO items just ring up 1/2 off. Take that under consideration when you are deciding how many to buy.

      • Mamaberry

Your 'free' item counts as your 'buy 2'… if I understand your question correctly. If you're using $ off 1 q's you can use one for each… even though technically one is free. (at least FL it's really 'free'. Other states give you each product at 1/2 off)

you are allowed one store and 1 mfg q PER ITEM, despite store promotions. So, just because the store has a promo for one being free, you are still entitled to use one store and one mfg q for that free item. hth?!?!

    • Last night & tonight were great Publix shopping trips! Last night we spent $26.33 and saved $124.13! Tonight we spent $0.54 (all tax) and saved $12.72! Our subtotal was actually -$0.01 before tax. Night before last we spent $27.77 and saved $64.75 – would have been spent $25.77 and saved $66.75, but I accidentally left off two $1 coupons :( Still, in 3 days we've spent $54.64 ($14.14 of it was tax) and saved $201.60! I wouldn't normally advise going to the store 3 days in a row, but it seems we never get everything in one trip, and Publix is only a couple of miles from our house. Bilo is just as close, so it's convenient to run out there for great savings, too :) Thanks for all your hard work posting these great deals!!!

      • Mssmooth21

        Good Job Amanda
I went today and my total was 94.69 and they ended up paying me .08
        I love Publix

      • Lisa

Those were awesome shopping trips, what did you buy?

      • Jessicaholcomb1983

what did you buy? I am new to couponing? Advice starting out?

    • Mssmooth21

I live in Palm bay Fl and I had the Pillsbury Savorings, 6-8.5 oz., at $3.99 ($1.99) Coupons with me and when I went to the freezer section they were not B1G1.It wasnt even in the sales add at the store. Does every publix run the same sales?

      • itismedia

        No they can vary.

    • Roehrigk

I got Friskies cat food, It was BOGO so with a $1 coupon, it was 1 dollar. This was not listed her.

    • Seanmart

My Publix in GA didn't have 3 lb. bags of the apples for the coupon, but let me get 3 lbs. of loose ones for the coupon that they had on sale for $1.99 lb. They also didn't have the Pillsbury Savorings in the BIGIF sale.

    • BTW – there is also a Target printable coupon for $1.00 off Breathe Right nasal strips 10-ct. or larger. So, combined with the Publix coupon and the manufacturer coupon, that would make them $1.29 ;)

      • Jody

I don't think you can combine a Publix & Target since they are both store coupons.

    • Another FYI: There is a CVS printable (I believe it was @ coupons.com) for $2 off Tylenol Precise. My husband just called our Publix to make sure they’d take CVS coupons and they said they would, so this will make the Tylenol Precise free! ($7.99 – $3 Green Advantage coupon – $3 manufacturer – $2 CVS printable).

    • Carterclan4

I normally have no issues at Publix, but yesterday I went in and the cashier was very rude. She scrutinized every coupon, and made me pull things out of my bag to make sure I had the correct item (which I did). She then proceeded to tell me that stores only get compensated for 37% of the coupon value. I am VERY careful to make sure I am using coupons correctly and I know that I am not cheating the store out of anything, but I just found it so frustrating and embarrasing that she acted that way. She acted as if the money were coming out of her own pocket! BUT, I will not let her get me down and sway me from using coupons, since I began I have saved so much money and it has been such a blessing to our family! Thanks Jenny for all that you do!

      • carrie

I thought stores got reimbursed for 100% plus $.08 handling fee from the manufacturer for each coupon.

        • Carterclan4

That's what I thought as well ~ but she felt the need to tell me it was only 37%!

          • guest

Yeah, they do get reimbursed 100% plus the handling fee. I have had to deal with the same issues with rude cashiers. One I actually had her cancel the order and give me my coupons back. I left, cooled off and came back and got a great cashier. After that one time, I have learned my lesson. I have found a few cashiers that I know won't give me a hard time and try my best to stick with using mainly those cashiers (one even calls me her coupon stalker! lol). I have also learned that I have every right to use coupons on my purchase. Just like they have every right to choose to pay full price for what they buy! I know that I'm not stealing and I'm doing it honestly. I make sure to forewarn the cashier and anyone behind me that I have a lot of coupons and I apologize a few times through out the transaction.

            • Jessie

I think it's good to be gracious, kind, and patient, but I don't think you should feel like you have to appologize – you are doing nothing wrong :-) Plus, if the cashier is doing their job properly, scanning the coupons at the end of checkout should only take a few extra seconds. (I am speaking as a recovering over-appologizer).

      • itismedia

Call the store manager or if you are uncomfortable with that, e-mail corporate. They will forward the e-mail to the store manager. You should hear from someone in a few days. They get the face value of the coupon plus .08 on manufacture coupons. If she cannot remember what she rings up she should have asked you to hand her the coupons as she rang your order. I have a couple of cashiers that ask me to do that when I have larger orders and a lot of coupons. They don't deduct them then (that would mess up the $$ off a certain total ones) they just check them as they go and pile them up. Publix prides themselves in CS so you really do need to notify someone. Just remember to compliment them in the future if they go above and beyond!

      • Shelley

I find that it changes per cashier and I use the same Publix every week! I had one cashier tell me we were “cheating” the store!! I was so embarrassed! I am also very careful about making sure I use the correct coupons and that they have not expired! I still go every week and they act frustrated at my stack but they can get over it! I have 4 kids under 6 and my husbands pay was tremendously cut! I'm thankful for Jenny and all the hard work! :)

        • Coupons4kids

Do not let them do this ,If you are right please call the Mgr over and squash this . We value all our customers and appreciate all couponers . Signed your friendly Publix Associate ( and couponer ) I get it !!

          • Kalee

i agree i work at publix and could not imagine talking to a customer that way. That is crazy i would definanlty go talk to a manager about that!

      • Bkreinig

I had the same issue at the Publix I shop at. The cashier wasn't quite as rude and make me pull out my items, but he made sure to tell me that Target wasn't going to pay Publix for the coupon I used and that they only got a small % of the coupon value. I won't go through his line again.

      • HM

I think you should also get on their website and write a letter. Frankly this has happened to me at other stores too. I think this could be avoided if their employees were trained better. Coupons are put out for a reason. So we can use them. I firmly believe that stores will not change and niether will those cashiers unless we write letters when we experience this type of attitude bc I know most couponers have had this same scenerios happen to them at one time or another.

      • macboy

Don't the stores get reimbursed for the full amount of the coupon plus $0.07 or so for handling?

      • Mandaliz8704

*hit usually rolls downhill.. I wonder if a not-so-nice manager had recently ripped her a new one for something to do with coupons. That doesn't excuse it at all, though. I would definitely write a letter to the store manager with a CC to corporate.

    • PaigeL

Just for some fun, I wanted to let you all know that the Publix in Park West in Mt. Pleasant is having a Halloween Party for the kids this Saturday & Sunday from 4-7pm. They decorate the upstairs and give out “treats” to the kids! The manager I spoke with also said that other stores do the same thing, so call your local store and check it out! I love Publix!

    • Usatc

Does anybody know where I can get the Whole Foods coupons from August/September? I am trying to get the Cascadian Farms $1/1 to match with the manufacturer coupon but my husband deleted the .pdf I originally saved! Please help (email me at usatc@hotmail.com if you have it pretty pretty please)!!!

      • Garyandkristywms

just go to http://www.wholefoods.com and search for coupons….they will come up and you can print as many as you need.

    • Guest

Did somebody tried using using the $1.50 coupon for the popcorn? Will they take it if there is a food-lion logo on it?

Orville Redenbacher’s Gourmet Popping Corn, 12-19.8 oz., at $4.89 ($2.44)

-$1 off Orville Redenbacher product, 6 pk, Conagra Home Mailer

-$1.50 off Orville Redenbacher Popcorn Food Lion “Food You Love” booklet

$30 Coupon Booklet and $5 gift card WYB $25 in Conagra Products printable

      (makes it $1.44)

      • CouponNERD

Most Publix take competitor grocery store coupons, so it should work with the Food Lion logo on it.

    • macboy

$3 off $30 on the front of the Sports section of Friday's paper.

    • Melanie

      No treats, just a trick!

Heads up for Charleston SC and surrounding area Publix…

This morning, my favorite store (most Q friendly) let me know that starting the day after Thanksgiving they will no longer accept CVS/Wags/RA Qs, only traditional grocery stores (the Targets are still being worked out since we do not have Super Targets, only Targets with several aisles of groceries). Its been nice while it lasted, but I am not surprised to see it coming.

      • Kbonnerbest

        Which Publix told you that?

    • Which Charleston Publix?

    • Acorrigan86

I just shopped Publix in Greenville SC and they told me they are no longer taking Target coupons and hadn't done so in a year. I spoke with CSM there and told her I had her store take Target Coupons as recent as last week. She said they were not suppose to. Also no Pillsbury Savorings BOGO. Not complaining, I am very thankful for all you do!! I still saved lots of $$$!!

      • tori729

Greenville area stores were supposed to stop taking Target and Food Lion coupons several months ago. I don't even try anymore. :(

    • macboy

If you live in or near the heavily Hispanic sides of town (I guess), be on the lookout for a $5 off $50 coupon in the mail. It is the same size as all of the political junk mail I've been getting, and it almost went into the trash. It is advertising the store's expansion of their store-brand Latin food products.

    • 3monkeysmom

For everyone having trouble with the Pillsbury Savorings: for some reason, it is listed with the BOGO Totino's Pizza Rolls. So check your ads and the signs on the freezer door for the pizza rolls and it should be listed with those :)

      • CouponNERD

Yes, that's how it was at my Publix.

      • Renee

I was looking for these and could not find them at my Publix. :(

    • CouponNERD

YIPPEE! I spent $15.07 and saved $44.14 at Publix tonight.

Got sodas, rice, pizza rolls, ice cream, pasta and more.

    • Mandaliz8704

I just had to share this… I went to Publix tonight. I bought a 24oz can of Enfagrow formula. It was on sale for $15.99 (reg $18.99) and I had a $3 store coupon, a $5 printable manufacturer coupon, and I had a $5 Enfagrow check that I got in the mail the other day. $18.99 can of formula for $2.99!!!

No one I know would appreciate the enormity of that, but I know you guys will. LOL

    • nocogo

This is my first time typing a comment here, so bare with me. I have three boys twelve and under. The oldest is in middle school. When I attended the open house for his school, I noticed a flier/coupon for $5.00 off a purchase of $30.00 at Winn Dixie that was valid until March 1st, 2011. I couldn't believe no one was taking these coupons. I grabbed a few that night and decided I would check back over the next few weeks to see if I could get more. Fortunately, the entire stack was still there. I have been able to use a $5.00 off coupon for Publix for every $30.00 's I spend. Publix has allowed me to use up to five coupons in one transaction. These savings are before any other coupons I use. What an incredible blessing this has been. I have passed on some coupons to neighbors and friends. At first I felt a little guilty for taking them, but then I realized they would just be going to waste. Besides, I shared!:) My point in writing this is to inform any of you who may have a middle schooler. You might want to go into the front office and check for coupons. This coupon was for the Winn-Dixie A-Team, which rewards students with FREE tickets to NFL football games. Check it out, and good luck!

      • macboy

        What state/city?

      • tina

Hey…thats great…do u still have any extras…i could use them…am going to check the school..

      • Our Publix will only let u use (1) 5$ off coupon per order no matter what your total is over $25. It doesnt matter either if u have a 5$ off Rite Aid and a 5$ off Winn Dixie. You can only use 1.

    • Ingjess09

i need some hepl please, new to this. if publix has a store for 2off huggies and winn dixie has a store coupon for 3 off huggies also, and i have a man. for 2.50 off can i use all three????? or just either winn dixie or publix. thank you for the help!

      • Cmskelton

You should only use the publix or the winn dixie both are “store” coupons and can't be stacked. However, you should use the manufacture coupon and whichever store coupon you choose!

      • I disagree with cmskelton..you CAN use a Publix, Winn Dixie and Manufact. coupon together. Publix doesnt count their own coupons in as a store coupon.

You have a nice triple stack. Which is acceptable IF you have a Winn Dixie close by.

        • Ingjess09

thank you so much because i have a winn dixie about a half mile from publix. and going trick or treating there too.

        • UGA Girl

At my Publix in Columbus, GA they only take 1 store coupon and 1 mfg. If the competitor coupon is better than the publix they take the best offer. Also, has anyone had issues with Publix accepting black and white printable coupons?? I had SEVERAL the other day and the cashier said it's their new policy to only accept color printables as black and white could be a photo copy. I insisted that a mgr come over and when she told me the same thing I told her she could verify my b & w coupons had different authorization numbers so there was no way they were photo copies. She wound up taking them, but JEEZ! Every time I go to Publix they have a “new” coupon policy. It's so frustrating.

        • Just a Publix CSS

Actually, Publix coupons ARE store coupons. It is up to the manager whether they allow both a competitor and store coupon to be used for the same item.

      • Ingjess09

so after going to publx, they do NOT take both winn dixie and there coupon on the same item. it stunks! would have had another $8 off my bill. oh well still got a box of huggie little movers for 14.59 a box!!!

    • Kilaatcheson

On the International Delight Coffee Creamer on sale at Publix 32oz. for $2.50..the coupon is for .55/1 Creamer 16oz. Will this work with what is on sale? I know that sometimes the codes are the same for the different sizes and I didn't know if this was one of them.

      • Mlavender82

        My Publix always takes them.

      • It will work at Publix.

      • guest

Not to be a stickler but you shouldn't use that coupon for the wrong sized item. There's a chance the store won't get reimbursed because it was used on the wrong item.

    • macboy

I received the Target “Fill Your Cart with Savings” home mailer and I didn't get the $1 Hefty OneZip coupon. :-(

      • 3monkeysmom

Mine didn't have it either. For some reason, they make different versions of the coupon booklets. I had one during the spring and my aunt also gave me hers. Hers had more coupons, some were different and some were a higher value than mine. She has a Target credit card and I don't….not sure if that is what makes the difference.

      • Renee

Check the Target website. I printed the coupon off of the website.

    • BethWoodall95

I posted this question a couple of weeks ago, then forgot to check for responses. My Publix, Chas., SC, has always doubled my coupons up to 50 cents, even the ones that state DO NOT DOUBLE. The other day, I am shopping with several DND coupons, and when I'm reviewing my receipt, I see language I've never seen before– COUPON SUPPRESSED or something to that effect. I asked the cashier. She directed me to the mgr who advised me that if they doubled a DND coupon, they would lose $, in essence would only be reimbursed the 50C, plus handling. This was the first time this had ever happened–all of my other DND coupons at that Publix had been doubled. The mgr told me that that day's cashier got it right, and all my previous cashiers had it wrong. I fear my question will probably result in a store-wide meeting with the cashiers to go over coupon policy… Any insight, folks?

      • I have not had that happen at either the Summerville or West Ashley Publix..but I have noticed a “change” in the air as far as couponing at Publix goes. I think they are tightening up their program and I wouldnt be suprised if they stopped taking competitors coupons totally. As far a doubling..As long as the other stores do it..I think they will continue..u just got a hard nosed cashier. Management also varies as to their policy.

      • leistend

Anderson, SC, Hwy 76, Publix does this too! :(

      • guest

I've had some cashiers do it and others don't. To me, it seems that the “doubling” part is effectively a “store coupon” – coming out of Publix's pocket – not the mfr. So, to me, it would seem that Publix could choose to double or not – whether or not they want to take the hit. I haven't ever asked the mgr about it – if they don't double it, then I don't complain. But if I get a cashier that does double it – then great! I do carefully select which cashier I go to :)

      • Just a Publix CSS

The cashiers are trained to look for “DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE” at the top of the coupons and suppress doubling if the coupon states to. It is corporate policy to suppress if the coupon states suppress. Sometimes the cashiers don't look and sometimes they do. However, there will be a change coming soon to how coupons are handled. It probably will not be until next year, but it will change. I can tell you that the suppressing will go away, but I'm not sure about competitor coupons yet.

    • Mzlinzy

Had a nice little run at my Publix in McCAlla Ala. Scored on the Hefty One Zips. They took the Target coupons. I had 2. Then each box had a peelie for 15 cents! The B1G1 candy deal went pretty much the same. Took the 2 Target coupons and manufacturer coupons too. Made a pretty good deal on the Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet items, had buy the sterter kit, get $3 off…had the $1 off the disposable refills WYB the starter kit, also had the free heavy duty scrubber ads WYB the disposable refills..alll in alll a nice quickie trip for someone who was taking another person to the store so they could buy thier groceries! Guess this Publix is still taking Target coupns because there is a Target on the other anchor end of the shopping center!

    • Kelley

Does anyone know if you add up prices before coupons/sale or after when your totaling your $25 dollars in conagra products to recieve the 30 dollar coupon booklet and 5 gift card to walmart??

      • Erin

The value of the items is what counts toward the total

    • Cindy

I'm sorry if this has already been covered here, but is it possible to get a ConAgra and Target Home Mailers anymore? Are they yearly or were they available for a short time only. After checking the sites, I found nothing that resembled ordering instructions even after searching specifically for them.

      • Jessica

Cindy, I don't know about Target, but just click on the link for the ConAgra mailer (posted in the list next to participating products (like Hunts tomatoes)) and that will take you to the rebate form. You then have to mail in your receipts totalling to a certain amount (see directions on form) in order to get the mailer. Says you have until mid January to get it in, so you should still have time. Hope this helps!

    • K Hanks07

Target has loaded the $1 off Produce Q again, and a $1 off Bakery item too :)

      • 3monkeysmom

        Yay!! Thanks :)

      • Renee

So you can use these at Publix?

    • Booksk

Red Plum- a $1.50 Dunkin Donuts coffee coupon to match with the $6.99 sale price :)

      • Natbham

        Thank you!

    • amom84

I did my first Publix shopping trip a few days ago & was going to use the Target Velveeta cheese coupon but the cashier told me they do not accept Target coupons. This is in central Ga. I'm just wondering if this is the only place they won't take them??

      • Erin

It seems mostly all Publix would take Target until almost a year ago. Now, most of them do not, but Target q's are still listed for the few that are lucky enough that their Publix still takes them. You can always ask beforehand at your store on these types of things to be sure. My store had changed to only traditional, competitor grocery stores within 5 miles.

      • Polarbyte

They will not take any competior coupon unless the other merchant is within what they consider their area. I'm in 30127 and my Publix refuses them too. A friend lives in Dallas, GA and they take hers.

      • Jbush27

My Publix just now stopped taking them.

      • Renee

My Publix has taken all my Target coupons but there is Target in 5 mile radius from the Publix.

    • Dana

How do you get the got2b $2 coupon from Facebook. I click on the link and can't find the Q anywhere. What am I missing?

      • Jody

        I couldn't find it either:-(

    • Cheryl

dunkin donuts -$2/2 in the 10/31 redplum :)

    • Pam

Hi, I'm new here. I just found Southern Savers and love it; so much better than the other sites I used to use! One question, though: I printed out my Publix list today using the above, clipped my coupons and went. It seems that at least half the items on the list were not on sale at my Publix. The weird thing was that many things were just as described here. For instance, the Pillsbury Savorings were not BOGO at my store. Many of the items that were supposed to be weren't, and yet many were. I was thinking that perhaps I had clicked on the wrong flyer from the wrong store, but it was definitely Publix. Any suggestions? Thanks!

      • bjr

my store did not have a sign on the savorings but they did ring up bogo, did you have them check it?

      • Keldansmom

I believe there can be variations to the ad in different areas. It is a good idea to check your local ad (you can even do this online and print a Publix shopping list) and compare it to what is posted here…hope that helps :)

      • Keldansmom

The BOGO for the Savorings was included on the sign for the Totino's…

I also went to my Publix for the Pillsbury Savorings BOGO, and they were not on sale. I had the manager check, and they did not ring up that way either. I checked online when I got back home and the Totino's pizza rolls are BOGO and it says in small print that it includes the PIllsbury Savorings boxes. Very tricky…… I may just make a trip back since they are so yummy!

I went to Publix tonight and got the Ronzoni Healthy Harvest pasta….it's BOGO and I had two $1 off Qs. They would only give me $0.71 of the value of the second Q because the two the cost of the pasta was only $1.71 meaning there would be overage….they crossed out the $1 on the second Q and wrote 0.71 on it. Someone correct me if I am wrong but isn't that Q fraud on their part?

Thats odd because Publix is the only store that allows me my overages. Target is the main culprit for the Qpon fraud. So strange to hear this of a Publix. Is this in Georgia???

Nope not in Georgia…..Southwest Florida. ( I am Bri's sister)

Yep, they're not supposed to do that. They will get full credit for the coupon either way. However, I've had some stickler cashiers do that before too.

Go back in there and talk with a customer service manager.

It was a manager who was bagging on the check out lane I was in. The cashier checked with him and he said that was how to do it.

While shopping @ Publix today, I noticed adult Robitussin, Preparation H, and Breathe Right strips on the clearance rack. The Robitussin was a money maker, the large box of Breathe Right and large tube of Preparation H were $2 after coupons. More donations for the assisted living folks! Yippee
